在所述机身的一些实施例中,所述叶轮包括轮毂和多个叶片,多个所述叶片设于所述轮毂且环绕所述轮毂间隔设置,所述轮毂面向所述延伸件一侧设有避让空间,所述延伸件的远离所述进风网的一端收容于所述避让空间。
在所述机身的一些实施例中,所述进风网组件与所述壳体可拆连接。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的技术方案三为:

实施本申请实施例,将具有如下有益效果:
上述方案的进风网组件应用于机身中,除了使采用该机身的头发护理设备具备极佳的定型护理效能之外,其自身还能够避免头发吸入机身后影响头发护理设备工作。具体而言,进风网组件包括盖设于进风端且与叶轮相对设置的进风网。该进风网能够防止大部分外界杂质随气流通过进风端进入机身,尤其是能够阻挡大部分头发通过进风端。进一步地,进风网组件还包括延伸件。该延伸件设于进风网且沿叶轮的旋转轴线向叶轮延伸。如此在头发护理设备工作时,叶轮驱动气流从进风网通过进风端进入机身,能够在延伸件的周向形成较强的旋转旋涡,若此时有少量头发被吸入机身内部,则在旋转旋涡的作用下,头发能够缠绕于延伸件上。同时,延伸件的设置还能够对上述旋转旋涡的中心区域进行减弱,降低对头发的吸力,减少头发的吸入量。进一步地,延伸件的远离进风网的一端位于叶轮的旋转空间内,由于延伸件是沿叶轮的旋转轴线延伸至旋转空间内,因此,旋转空间对应容纳延伸件的位置是位于叶轮的旋转轴线上,其与紧邻旋转空间的外部空间相比具有较弱的旋转旋涡,以避免缠绕于延伸件上的头发被继续吸向叶轮,进而避免头发缠绕于叶轮造成头发护理设备工作异常,杜绝了因进风端吸发问题而产生的故障。而当头发护理设备停止工作时,缠绕于延伸件上的头发可以完整无缺的取出,避免对头发造成损伤,甚至绷断。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
头发护理设备为防止头发从进风端吸入头发护理设备的机身,通常采用在进风端设置细孔网。但是,细孔网仍然无法根本解决吸发问题。具体地,头发护理设备工作时,气流从进风端向叶轮流动,此时,在进风端与叶轮之间会产生强大的旋转涡流,即使设置细孔网,仍旧会导致部分头发被吸入到机身内部,且缠绕到叶轮及电机旋转轴上,甚至头发会卷入到加热单元上,导致电机转速降低,加热单元发红,缠绕到机身内部的头发产生烧焦味,严重的时候会导致电机不转,使头发护理设备无法工作。
为解决上述技术问题本申请提供了一种头发护理设备。该头发护理设备包括机身及设于机身上的附件。如图1所示,机身包括壳体10、驱动组件20及进风网组件30。具体地,壳体10设有进风端101和出风端102。进风端101和出风端102连通形成流体通道100。驱动组件20包括电机21和叶轮22。电机21用 于驱动叶轮22,以将气流引入进风端101,以使得气流能够经过流体通道100从出风端102排出。在一个实施例中,头发护理设备为一种吹风机。附件为风嘴,设于出风端102。需要说明的是,吹风机仅仅为头发护理设备的一种示例,不能作为对本申请的头发护理设备的限定。在其他示例中,头发护理设备还可以是利用空气进行造型的造型设备,例如空气直发器、空气卷发器等造型设备。本实施例中,叶轮22位于流体通道100内,电机21能够驱动叶轮22旋转,以将气体形成气流引入进风端101,该气流经过叶轮22后从出风端102排出。进一步地,进风网组件30包括进风网31及延伸件32。进风网31盖设于进风端101且与叶轮22相对设置。延伸件32设于进风网31且沿叶轮22的旋转轴线向叶轮22延伸,延伸件32的远离进风网31的一端位于叶轮22的旋转空间内。设第一平面和第二平面分别与叶轮22沿其旋转轴线相背的两端相切,第一平面和第二平面均与叶轮22的旋转轴线垂直。叶轮22旋转时其周向外缘旋转轨迹能够形成一环形面,则旋转空间为第一平面、第二平面和环形面围合的空间。
综上,实施本申请实施例,将具有如下有益效果:上述方案的进风网组件30应用于机身中,除了使采用该机身的头发护理设备具备极佳的定型护理效能之外,其自身还能够避免头发吸入机身后影响头发护理设备工作。具体而言,进风网组件30包括盖设于进风端101且与叶轮22相对设置的进风网31。该进风网31能够防止大部分外界杂质随气流通过进风端101进入机身,尤其是能够阻挡大部分头发通过进风端101。进一步地,进风网组件30还包括延伸件32。该延伸件32设于进风网31且沿叶轮22的旋转轴线向叶轮22延伸。如此在头发护理设备工作时,叶轮22驱动气流从进风网31通过进风端101进入机身,能够在延伸件32的周向形成较强的旋转旋涡,若此时有少量头发被吸入机身内部,则在旋转旋涡的作用下,头发能够缠绕于延伸件32上。同时,延伸件32的设置还能够对上述旋转旋涡的中心区域进行减弱,降低对头发的吸力,减少头发的吸入量。进一步地,延伸件32的远离进风网31的一端位于叶轮22的旋转空间内,由于延伸件32是沿叶轮22的旋转轴线延伸至旋转空间内,因此,旋转空间对应容纳 延伸件32的位置是位于叶轮22的旋转轴线上,其与紧邻旋转空间的外部空间相比具有较弱的旋转旋涡,以避免缠绕于延伸件32上的头发被继续吸向叶轮22,进而避免头发缠绕于叶轮22造成头发护理设备工作异常,杜绝了因进风端101吸发问题而产生的故障。而当头发护理设备停止工作时,缠绕于延伸件32上的头发可以完整无缺的取出,避免对头发造成损伤,甚至绷断。
在一个实施例中,请一并结合图1和图2,延伸件32的外壁与叶轮22的旋转轴线同轴且为光滑面,光滑的外壁可以减小头发与延伸件之间的摩擦力,以方便将缠绕在延伸件32上的头发从延伸件32上取下。
在一个实施例中,延伸件32可以为空心柱体。空心柱体形式的延伸件32有利于降低头发护理设备的整机重量。当然,在其他实施例中,延伸件32也可以为实心柱体,在此不作限制。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,延伸件32与叶轮22间隔设置。如此使得延伸件32与叶轮22之间在径向和轴向上均形成间隙,如此能够避免延伸件32的设置对叶轮22旋转造成干涉。同时,若进入机身内的发量较多时,上述延伸件32与叶轮22之间形成径向间隙能够为缠绕于延伸件32的远离进风网31的一端的头发留有间隙,避免与叶轮22接触。同时,延伸件32与叶轮22间隔设置还能够在机身发生振动导致延伸件32偏离其原有位置时,避免延伸件32与叶轮22接触,影响叶轮22旋转,甚至损坏。可以理解为在其他实施例中,延伸件32可与叶轮22旋转连接,即延伸件32能够插设于叶轮22并与叶轮22旋转连接,以保证延伸件32的设置不对叶轮22旋转造成干涉,同时延伸件32还能够对叶轮22的旋转起到稳定作用,保证叶轮22能够稳定绕其旋转轴线旋转。进一步地,延伸件32与叶轮22之间可通过轴承实现旋转连接。本实施例中,延伸件32的垂直于叶轮22的旋转轴线方向上的尺寸为1.0mm~45mm,优选为7mm~15mm。
在一个实施例中,延伸件32的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的面积沿延伸件32的延伸方向连续式或阶梯式增大。如此通过延伸件32沿其延伸方向的径向尺寸的增大,能够进一步防止头发被吸向叶轮22。具体地,延伸件32沿其延伸方 向的径向尺寸的增大使得延伸件32的外壁越靠近叶轮22,则对头发向叶轮22一侧移动的止挡力越大,以避免头发越过延伸件32与叶轮22发生缠绕,导致头发受损,甚至绷断。进一步地,上述截面的形状可为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、多边形等规则图形。上述截面的形状还可以为不规则图形。可以理解为在其他实施例中,延伸件32的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的面积沿延伸件32的延伸方向均相等。同样的,上述实施例中,截面的形状可为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、多边形等规则图形。上述实施例中,截面的形状还可以为不规则图形。
本实施例中,如图2所示,延伸件32包括本体321和止挡部322。本体321设于进风网31且沿叶轮22的旋转轴线向叶轮22延伸。止挡部322外凸于本体321且位于旋转空间内。由于止挡部322外凸于本体321,因此,延伸件32在设置止挡部322的位置具有更大的径向尺寸,能够对头发起到止挡作用,进一步防止头发被吸向叶轮22。具体地,进入机身的头发在旋转旋涡的作用下会以大致螺旋的方式缠绕于延伸件32上,而由于止挡部322外凸于本体321,能够对头发进行止挡,尤其是对发梢进行止挡,使得发梢位置的发段能够聚集于止挡部322面向进风网31一侧,避免其越过止挡部322与叶轮22发生缠绕。进一步地,即使发梢意外越过止挡部322也会因为紧邻旋转空间的外部空间与旋转空间对应容纳止挡部322的位置相比具有较强的旋转旋涡,而将发梢吸回,避免发梢与叶轮22发生缠绕。
本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,本体321的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的面积沿延伸件32的延伸方向均相等。可以理解为在其他实施例中,本体321的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的面积沿延伸件32的延伸方向连续式或阶梯式增大,本体321的上述设置同样能够进一步防止头发被吸向叶轮22。本实施例中,本体321的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的形状为圆形。可以理解为在其他实施例中,上述截面的形状还可为椭圆形、三角形、多边形等规则图形。上述截面的形状还可以为不规则图形。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,止挡部322与叶轮22间隔设置。如此使得 止挡部322与叶轮22之间在径向和轴向上均形成间隙,如此能够避免止挡部322的设置对叶轮22旋转造成干涉。同时,若进入机身内的发量较多时,上述止挡部322与叶轮22之间形成径向间隙能够使得本体321与叶轮22之间具有更大的间隙,为聚集于止挡部322面向进风网31一侧并缠绕于本体321的头发留有间隙,避免与叶轮22接触。同时,止挡部322与叶轮22间隔设置还能够在机身发生振动导致止挡部322偏离其原有位置时,避免止挡部322与叶轮22接触,影响叶轮22旋转,甚至损坏。
在一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,进风网组件30与壳体10可拆连接。如此当有断发缠绕在延伸件32上时,可以拆下进风网组件30以将缠绕在延伸件32上的断发取出。本实施例中,本体321和止挡部322与进风网31为一体结构。进风网31能够盖设于进风端101并与壳体10可拆连接,以实现进风网组件30与壳体10的可拆连接。在另一个实施例中,进风网31还可与壳体10一体连接,以盖设于进风端101。可以理解为在其他实施例中,本体321、止挡部322和进风网31之间还可以为可拆连接。在头发缠绕于进风网组件30上时,可将进风网组件30从壳体10上整体拆下,并将本体321、止挡部322和进风网31拆开,以方便头发与进风网组件30分离。
在一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,叶轮22包括轮毂221和多个叶片222。多个叶片222设于轮毂221且环绕轮毂221间隔设置,轮毂221面向延伸件32一侧设有避让空间200,延伸件32的远离进风网31的一端收容于避让空间200。该避让空间200能够形成旋转空间对应容纳延伸件32的位置,使得延伸件32的远离进风网31的一端能够位于叶轮22的旋转空间内,同时能够实现延伸件32与叶轮22的间隔设置。进一步地,避让空间200开设于轮毂221上,即避让空间200能够远离叶片222设置,使得避让空间200能够处于一个相对稳定的环境中。本实施例中,避让空间200为环形凹槽且与叶轮22的旋转轴线同轴设置,如此使得叶轮22旋转时,避让空间200的环形槽壁能够绕叶轮22的旋转轴线旋转。因此,即使发梢越过延伸件32,也会在延伸件32和旋转旋涡的共同作用下 导入避让空间200,以避免与叶片222接触发生缠绕。而叶轮22旋转时,环形槽壁和避让空间200的槽底与收容于避让空间200内的头发之间仅会发生滑动摩擦,不会对头发造成损坏。可以理解为在其他实施例中,避让空间200还能够沿叶轮22的旋转轴线将轮毂221贯穿,以能够容纳更多的头发,防止头发与叶片222发生缠绕。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,机身还包括支架40。支架40与壳体10连接。电机21通过支架40悬置于流体通道100。轮毂221可与电机21机械连接,即通过电机21的输出轴与轮毂221连接。输出轴可与轮毂221为一体结构。或者,如图1所示,轮毂221通过开设于其上的连接孔与输出轴插接。可以理解为在其他实施例中,电机21还可通过磁场驱动叶轮22旋转。例如,电机21可驱动上述磁场相对叶轮22旋转和换向,进而驱动位于该磁场内的叶轮22旋转和换向,以形成作用于头发的气流。进一步地,输出轴与轮毂221之间可为可拆连接,以方便维修和更换。
在一个实施例中,请继续参阅图1,机身还包括加热单元50。加热单元50收容于流体通道100且位于叶轮22远离进风网组件30的一侧。进一步地,如图1所示,加热单元50通过架体60设于壳体10。本实施例中,加热单元50为加热丝,加热丝能够缠绕于架体60,以对流经加热丝的气体进行加热。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种进风网组件,设于头发护理设备的进风端(101),所述头发护理设备包括用于将气流引入所述进风端(101)的叶轮(22),其特征在于,所述进风网组件包括:
    进风网(31),盖设于所述进风端(101)且与所述叶轮(22)相对设置;及
    延伸件(32),设于所述进风网(31)且沿所述叶轮(22)的旋转轴线向所述叶轮(22)延伸,所述延伸件(32)的远离所述进风网(31)的一端位于所述叶轮(22)的旋转空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)与所述叶轮(22)间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)插设于所述叶轮(22),且所述延伸件(32)与所述叶轮(22)旋转连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)包括本体(321)和止挡部(322),所述本体(321)设于所述进风网(31)且沿所述叶轮(22)的旋转轴线向所述叶轮(22)延伸,所述止挡部(322)外凸于所述本体(321)且位于所述旋转空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述止挡部(322)与所述叶轮(22)间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述本体(321)和所述止挡部(322)与所述进风网(31)为一体结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的面积沿所述延伸件(32)的延伸方向连续式或阶梯式增大。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)的垂直于其延伸方向的各截面的面积沿所述延伸件(32)的延伸方向均 相等。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)的外壁与所述叶轮(22)的旋转轴线同轴且为光滑面。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)为空心柱体。
  11. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的进风网组件,其特征在于,所述延伸件(32)的垂直于所述叶轮(22)的旋转轴线方向上的尺寸为1.0mm~45mm。
  12. 一种机身,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体(10),设有进风端(101)和出风端(102),所述进风端(101)和所述出风端(102)连通形成流体通道(100);
    驱动组件(20),所述驱动组件(20)包括电机(21)和叶轮(22),所述电机(21)用于驱动所述叶轮(22),以将气流引入所述进风端(101);及
    如权利要求1至11任一项所述的进风网组件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的机身,其特征在于,所述叶轮(22)包括轮毂(221)和多个叶片(222),多个所述叶片(222)设于所述轮毂(221)且环绕所述轮毂(221)间隔设置,所述轮毂(221)面向所述延伸件(32)一侧设有避让空间(200),所述延伸件(32)的远离所述进风网(31)的一端收容于所述避让空间(200)。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的机身,其特征在于,所述进风网组件(30)与所述壳体(10)可拆连接。
  15. 一种头发护理设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求12至14任一项所述的机身。
