本申请要求申请日为2021年12月14日、申请号为202111525943.2的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及PCB加工技术领域,例如涉及一种PCB加工用多功能支撑台面及生产线。
随着万物互联的发展,印制电路板(PCB)国内外需求量日益剧增,PCB制作过程中,钻孔、树脂塞孔以及阻焊塞孔制作都是必不可少的制作流程,这些制作流程都需要将PCB支撑后,以便于进行相应的作业。相关技术中的PCB钻孔制作前需在钻机台面增加木质以及纸质垫板后进行制作,木质垫板经几十种不同设计的PCB产品使用后需进行更换,纸质垫板需每种产品更换一次,更换成本较高。树脂塞孔制作过程每种产品需要制作辅助垫板工具,辅助工具需使用制作资料后另使用至少4h以上钻机进行加工制作,产品升级局部或一个孔做改动后,需重新制作辅助垫板工具(阻焊塞孔同理),辅助工具制作成本较高,另加工的辅助工具存在杂物较多,难清理,影响产品品质。同样地,阻焊塞孔亦会存在类似情形。
基于此,若能设计一种可实现对钻孔、树脂塞孔以及阻焊塞孔等各种产品选择性加工过程中均可支撑的多功能台面将可大幅节约生产成本,同时还可提高产品的加工效率及品质。
发明内容
本申请提出了一种PCB加工用多功能支撑台面,能够实现PCB加工过程中对不加工区域的精准定位支撑。
本申请还提出一种具有上述台面的产线。
一方面,本申请一实施例提出了一种PCB加工用多功能支撑台面,所述多功能支撑台面包括支撑板和支撑机构,所述支撑板上设有通孔;其中,所述支撑机构包括气顶和与所述气顶连接的驱动机构,所述气顶位于所述通孔下方,所 述驱动机构能够驱动所述气顶伸入或伸出所述通孔。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,所述驱动机构包括气泵和与所述气泵连接的气缸。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,所述气缸内设有弹簧。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,所述多功能支撑台面还包括控制机构,所述控制机构与所述驱动机构连接。
在本申请的一些优选的实施方式中,所述控制机构包括电磁阀。

本实施例提供了一种PCB加工用多功能支撑台面,包括支撑板1、支撑机构和控制机构,如图1和2所示,支撑板1上设有多个通孔11。如图3所示,支撑机构包括气顶21和与气顶21连接的驱动机构,气顶21布置在通孔11下方,驱动机构能够驱动气顶21伸入或伸出通孔11。控制机构包括控制电脑32和电磁阀31,控制电脑32通过程序控制电磁阀31的开闭。驱动机构采用气泵22和气缸23作为驱动机构。气缸23内设置弹簧,所述弹簧与所述气顶连接,通过控制弹簧的压缩或复位实现气顶的上升或下降,通过气流控制弹簧的压缩或复位,从而控制气顶21的升降。通过精准控制气缸23气顶21的开启,实现对PCB的支撑作用。
所述支撑板1为钢板、铁板或大理石板。选择铸铁、不锈钢或大理石材质的板材作为支撑板1,可更好的保证台面的刚性和稳定性,台面大小可根据板件大小进行设计。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,所述多功能支撑台面还包括控制机构,所述 控制机构与所述驱动机构连接。控制机构通过控制驱动机构的工作与否,从而控制气顶21的自动升降,使得操作更简便。
通孔11数量和气缸23数量一一对应,呈水平式排列,通孔11的孔和孔之间的间隔无限制,为保证通孔11和通孔11位置的连接筋强度,间隔控制为不小于5mm,以提升支撑板1的支撑强度,进而提升其使用寿命;通孔11大小根据气顶21大小设定,通孔11直径需大于气顶21直径;所述通孔11、驱动机构和气顶21分别为多个;在本申请的一实施方式中,所述通孔11、驱动机构和气顶21的数量相等。通孔11数量根据台面大小、通孔11直径、孔和孔之间的间隔空间三者决定。
加工过程中,通孔11下方的气缸以台面中心气缸为中心点建立原点坐标系,其余位置的通孔11位置对应不同的坐标点;气缸材质无限制,可选择铸钢或铝合金等金属材质的气缸;气缸直径需不小于气顶21直径。
气顶21直径需要同时满足支撑和刚性要求,气缸上的气顶21直径无限制,具体直径可结合台面尺寸、可用于支撑的面积大小进行确定,以应用到PCB树脂塞孔的场景为例,为保证支撑效果又不影响相邻塞孔位的塞孔效果,气顶21直径可设计为2mm~10mm(优选为2mm),该直径范围内既可满足在有限的空间内达到支撑的要求,又可避免影响其他加工区域;材质需优先选用铝合金等金属材质的气顶21以更好地保证在顶起时不产生明显的形变。
在本申请的一实施方式中,所述控制机构包括电磁阀31。通过电磁阀31的开闭控制驱动机构是否具有驱动力,从而控制气顶21的升降。
在本申请的一实施方式中,所述气泵22与气缸通过气管连接。电磁阀31通过控制气管的开闭,从而控制气缸内弹簧升降,进而控制气顶21的升降。
气顶21的升降可由一个或多个气泵22供气,并由各自相连的电磁阀31管控,可通过单根主气管输送气体至所有分气管连接至电磁阀31开关,通过控制对应坐标系的电磁阀31开启实现气顶21升动作,电磁阀31关闭则关闭供气,通过气缸23内的弹簧复位实现气顶下21降。
以一塞孔过程为具体应用场景来说明工作过程:
1、选择待加工的产品(PCB);
2、将待加工的产品通过气缸23和螺纹钉根据预先制作的定位孔定位在台面上(通常设置3个以上的定位孔,孔径通常设置为大于2mm)
3、调取待加工产品的设计信息;
4、根据产品设计信息对PCB距离需要塞孔孔壁3mm之外的非塞孔坐标点进行抓取并制作成程序(3mm为塞孔时防止油墨返粘设定的安全距离,其余使用场景可根据实际情况设定不同的安全距离),塞孔制作时导入程序,由控制电脑32对程序内坐标点对应位置的气顶21的电磁阀31释放开启指令,将非塞孔气顶21开启,进而实现对实现支撑效果。如图1中所示,通过控制部分需塞孔处的通孔11中的电磁阀31不开启,气顶21不升起,而其余位置气顶21开启实现支撑,同时便于加工操作。
所述控制机构还包括计算机,所述计算机与所述电磁阀31通信连接。可根据PCB等产品的设计需求,导入资料即可自动识别非加工区域对应的气顶21,由计算机控制对应电磁阀31,开启实现对非加工区域进行精准支撑,有较好的自动化功能。
根据本申请的实施方式,至少具有以下有益效果:提供了一种可用于PCB钻机、PCB树脂塞孔机、PCB阻焊塞孔机等各种机器的选择性支撑的机器台面,其可同时适用于多个工序的支撑需求,能够实现对产品不加工区域的位置实现精准定位支撑。可长期使用,无需更换,操作简便,能够节省大量成本,同时,还可提高产品加工效率及品质;气顶21设置于台面内,结构更简凑,且避免因外露易被损坏或影响其他部件,延长了设备的使用寿命,同时,也提升了使用的便利性。
另一个方面,本申请提出了一种PCB加工用生产线,包括钻孔装置、树脂塞孔装置和阻焊塞孔装置中的至少一个,所述钻孔装置、树脂塞孔装置和阻焊塞孔装置中设有上述的多功能支撑台面。
根据本申请的一实施方式的生产线,至少具有以下有益效果:本申请结构的生产线,设置上述支撑台面,其可用于多个生产工序,无需更换,根据需要设置即可,节约了生产成本,同时还简化了操作;直接替代钻孔机、塞孔机等装置的台面使用,而非作为辅助工具,使用方便且结构紧凑。
