所述安装座底部的连接杆,所述连接杆的一端贯穿至第一箱体的顶部并延伸至第一箱体的内部,所述连接杆的一端设置有滚轮,所述滚轮的底部活动设置有传动杆,所述传动杆的表面固定设置有凸块,所述传动杆的一点固定设置有移动框架,所述移动框架的内壁活动设置有凸轴,所述凸轴的一端固定设置有凸轴,所述凸轴的一端固定设置有轮盘,所述轮盘的内壁固定设置有第二转轴,所述第二转轴的一端与第二电机的输出轴固定连接,所述第一箱体的底部固定设置有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的一端贯穿至第二箱体的顶部并延伸至第二箱体的内部,所述第二箱体的一侧固定设置有转动杆,所述转动杆的一端贯穿至齿条杆的一端并延伸至齿条杆的内部,所述齿条杆的顶部啮合连接有半齿轮,所述半齿轮的内壁固定设置有第四转轴,所述第四转轴的一端与第四电机的输出轴固定连接。
进一步的,所述滤网的两侧均固定设置有滑块,所述滑块位于保护壳上的滑槽内。
进一步的,所述卡块的一侧固定设置有竖板,所述竖板的一侧固定设置有横板,所述横板的一侧活动设置有移动块,所述移动块的一侧开设有凹槽,且凹槽呈倾斜状,所述移动块上开设有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的内壁螺纹连接有第一螺杆。
进一步的,所述竖板的数量为两个,两个所述竖板之间固定设置有第一弹簧。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,具备以下有益效果:1、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置螺母座以及丝杆,转动的丝杆利用与螺母座的螺纹连接带动切割轮片进行水平移动,从而对七个切割轮片之间的间距进行调节,待间距调节完成后,七个切割轮片可以同时对轧钢进行切割,从而实现高效的切割作业。
2、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置风机、滤网、集尘管以及集尘罩,风机利用自身吸力将切割所产生粉尘吸入到集尘装置的内部,对切割所产生的粉尘进行高效的收集,减少周围的粉尘,保护作业环境和工人的健康,而滤网可以对粉尘气体进行过滤,还可以避免粉尘与风机相接触。
3、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置毛刷板、齿条杆以及半齿轮,配合第二弹簧的弹性,转动的半齿轮利用与齿条杆的啮合连接带动毛刷板进行往复的水平移动,移动的毛刷板将附着在滤网上的粉尘清理下来,从而避免滤网堵塞而影响风机的吸尘效果。
4、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置卡块以及毛刷板上的卡槽,可以利用两者的卡接关系将毛刷板快速的拆卸下来,拆卸的步骤较为简易,从而便于使用者更换毛刷板。
5、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置连接杆、凸块、传动杆、移动框架、凸轴以及轮盘,转动的轮盘的通过凸轴带动传动杆进行往复的水平移动,移动的传动杆利用凸块的凸起面带动毛刷板进行往复的垂直移动,使得毛刷板产生震动,利用震动力将沾粘在毛刷板上的粉尘清理下来,保持毛刷板良好的清理效果。
6、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置横板、移动块以及第一螺杆,转动的第一螺杆利用与移动块的螺纹连接带动移动块进行垂直移动,当移动块下移时移动块上的凹槽斜面会对竖板进行挤压,使得竖板一侧的卡块远离毛刷板上的卡槽内,从而解除卡接状态。
7、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置活动块、伸缩杆以及第二螺杆,转动的第二螺杆利用与活动块的螺纹连接带动毛刷板进行垂直移动,从而对毛刷板的高度进行调节,使得毛刷板可以紧紧与滤网保持贴合,当毛刷板需要进行翻转时,可以适当的降低毛刷板的高度,避免滤网阻碍毛刷板的翻转。
8、该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置主锥形齿轮以及从锥形齿轮,转动的主锥形齿轮利用与从锥形齿轮的啮合连接带动毛刷板进行翻转,使得毛刷板远离滤网,而靠近收集箱,当对毛刷板进行震动清理时,附着在毛刷板上的粉尘能够较为容易的掉入到收集箱的内部。

请参阅图1-10,本发明公开了一种利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,包括加工台1,所述加工台1顶部的两侧均固定设置有电动推杆101,所述电动推杆101的一端固定设置有支撑板2,所述支撑板2的底部活动设置有集尘罩201,所述集尘罩201的内部设置切割轮片202,切割轮盘202的内壁固定设置有第一转轴,且第一转轴的一端设置有第一电机,第一电机通过第一转轴带动切割轮片202进行转动,为切割轮片202提供动力,所述集尘罩201的两侧固定设置有集尘管3,所述集尘管3的一端固定设置有集尘装置4,集尘装置4的顶部开设有出气口,且出气口的内部固定设置有防尘网,从而维气体的排出提供出口,集尘装置4的正面设置有检修门,便于对内部的部件进行检修,所述集尘装置4的内部固定设置有保护壳401,所述保护壳401的内部设置有风机402,所述风机402的正下方设置有滤网403,所述滤网403的底部活动设置有毛刷板5,所述毛刷板5的底部活动设置有安装座501,所述毛刷板5上开设有卡槽,且卡槽的内壁卡接有卡块502。
所述安装座501底部的连接杆6,所述连接杆6的一端贯穿至第一箱体601的顶部并延伸至第一箱体601的内部,所述连接杆6的一端设置有滚轮602,所述滚轮602的底部活动设置有传动杆604,所述传动杆604的表面固定设置有凸块603,所述传动杆604的一点固定设置有移动框架605,所述移动框架605的内壁活动设置有凸轴606,所述凸轴606的一端固定设置有凸轴606,所述凸轴606的一端固定设置有轮盘607,所述轮盘607的内壁固定设置有第二转轴608,所述第二转轴608的一端与第二电机609的输出轴固定连接,所述第一箱体601的底部固定设置有伸缩杆7,所述伸缩杆7的一端贯穿至第二箱体701的顶部并延伸至第二箱体701的内部,所述第二箱体701的一侧固定设置有转动杆8,所述转动杆8的一端贯穿至齿条杆801的一端并延伸至齿条杆801的内部,所述齿条杆801的顶部啮合连接有半齿轮9,所述半齿轮9的内壁固定设置有第四转轴901,所述第四转轴901的一端与第四电机902的输出轴固定连接。
具体的,所述滤网403的两侧均固定设置有滑块404,所述滑块404位于保护壳401上的滑槽内。
本实施方案中,通过设置滑块404,可以将滤网403保护壳401内抽出,从而便于使用者对滤网403进行更换。
具体的,所述卡块502的一侧固定设置有竖板503,所述竖板503的一侧固定设置有横板504,所述横板504的一侧活动设置有移动块505,所述移动块505的一侧开设有凹槽,且凹槽呈倾斜状,所述移动块505上开设有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的内壁螺纹连接有第一螺杆506。
本实施方案中,通过设置横板504、移动块505以及第一螺杆506,转动的第一螺杆506利用与移动块505的螺纹连接带动移动块505进行垂直移动,当移动块505下移时移动块505上的凹槽斜面会对竖板503进行挤压,使得竖板503一侧的卡块502远离毛刷板5上的卡槽内,从而解除卡接状态。
具体的,所述竖板503的数量为两个,两个所述竖板503之间固定设置有第一弹簧507。
本实施方案中,通过设置第一弹簧507,当移动块505上移时,第一弹簧507的弹性会推动两侧的卡块502进入到毛刷板5上的卡槽内,从而实现毛刷板5与安装座501之间的卡接状态。
具体的,所述集尘罩201的顶部固定设置有螺母座203,所述螺母座203的内壁螺纹连接有丝杆204,所述丝杆204的外壁固定设置有大齿轮205,所述大齿轮205的底部啮合连接有小齿轮206。
本实施方案中,通过设置螺母座203以及丝杆204,转动的丝杆204利用与螺母座203的螺纹连接带动切割轮片202进行水平移动,从而对七个切割轮片202的间距进行调节,待间距调节完成后,七个切割轮片202可以同时进行切割,从而实现高效的切割作业。
具体的,所述安装座501底部的两侧均固定设置有导向杆610,所述导向杆610的一端贯穿至第一箱体601的顶部并延伸至第一箱体601的内部,所述导向杆610的表面套接有套接弹簧611。
本实施方案中,通过设置套接弹簧611,当毛刷板5靠近收集箱405反向进行翻转时,套接弹簧611的弹性使得连接杆6一端的滚轮602始终与传动杆604或者凸块603保持贴合状态,使得毛刷板5能够在翻转状态下进行震动清理。
具体的,所述伸缩杆7的内部固定设置有活动块702,所述活动块702上开设有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的内壁螺纹连接有第二螺杆703,所述第二螺杆703的一端与第三电机704的输出轴固定连接。
本实施方案中,通过设置活动块702、伸缩杆7以及第二螺杆703,转动的第二螺杆703利用与活动块702的螺纹连接带动毛刷板5进行垂直移动,从而对毛刷板5的高度进行调节,使得毛刷板5可以紧紧与滤网403保持贴合,当毛刷板5需要进行翻转时,可以适当的降低毛刷板5的高度,避免滤网403阻碍毛刷板5的翻转。
具体的,所述转动杆8的表面固定设置有主锥形齿轮802,所述主锥形齿轮802的底部啮合连接有从锥形齿轮803。
本实施方案中,通过设置主锥形齿轮802以及从锥形齿轮803,转动的主锥形齿轮802利用与从锥形齿轮803的啮合连接带动毛刷板5进行翻转,使得毛刷板5远离滤网403,而靠近收集箱405,当对毛刷板5进行震动清理时,附着在毛刷板5上的粉尘能够较为容易的掉入到收集箱405的内部。
具体的,所述齿条杆801的一端固定设置有限位板903,所述限位板903的一侧固定设置有第二弹簧904。
本实施方案中,通过设置第二弹簧904,当半齿轮9上的半齿靠近齿条杆801时,齿条杆801会对第二弹簧904进行挤压,第二弹簧904的长度变短,毛刷板5会向一侧移动,当半齿轮9上的半齿远离齿条杆801时,第二弹簧904的长度变长,并推动毛刷板5向另一侧移动,从而实现往复水平移动。
具体的,所述滤网403的正下方设置有收集箱405,所述收集箱405位于集尘装置4内壁的底部。
本实施方案中,通过设置收集箱405,切割产生的粉尘、从滤网403以及毛刷板5上清理下来的粉尘会掉入到收集箱405的内部,带收集完成后,即可取出收集箱405。
在使用时,通过转柄带动小齿轮206进行转动,转动的小齿轮206利用与大齿轮205的啮合连接带动丝杆204进行转动,转动的丝杆204利用与螺母座203的螺纹连接带动切割轮片202进行水平移动,从而对七个切割轮片202的间距进行调节,带调节完成后,启动切割轮片202,然后启动电动推杆101,电动推杆101带动切割轮片202下移,转动的切割轮片202对轧钢进行切割,切割时会产生粉尘,风机402利粉尘吸入到集尘装置4的内部,滤网403可以对粉尘气体进行过滤,过滤出粉尘颗粒物,而无尘气体则排入到周围的环境中,滤网403经过一段时间的使用会出现堵塞,影响风机402的吸力,第四电机902通过第四转轴901带动半齿轮9进行转动,转动的半齿轮9利用与齿条杆801的啮合连接带动毛刷板5进行往复的水平移动,移动的毛刷板5将附着在滤网403上的粉尘清理下来。
翻转毛刷板5时,为避免滤网403阻碍毛刷板5的翻转,应先降低毛刷板5的高度,先启动第三电机704,第三电机704带动第二螺杆703进行转动,转动的第二螺杆703利用与活动块702的螺纹连接带动毛刷板5进行垂直移动,然后通过转柄带动主锥形齿轮802进行转动,转动的主锥形齿轮802利用与从锥形齿轮803的啮合连接带动毛刷板5进行翻转,使得毛刷板5远离滤网403,而靠近收集箱405,震动清理毛刷板5时,启动第二电机609,第二电机609通过第二转轴608带动轮盘607进行转动,转动的轮盘607的通过凸轴606带动传动杆604进行往复的水平移动,移动的传动杆604利用凸块603的凸起面带动毛刷板5进行往复的垂直移动,使得毛刷板5产生震动,利用震动力将沾粘在毛刷板5上的粉尘清理下来。
综上所述,该利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,通过设置毛刷板5、齿条杆801以及半齿轮9,配合第二弹簧904的弹性,转动的半齿轮9利用与齿条杆801的啮合连接带动毛刷板5进行往复的水平移动,移动的毛刷板5将附着在滤网403上的粉尘清理下来,从而避免滤网403堵塞而影响风机402的吸尘效果。

  1. 一种利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,包括加工台(1),其特征在于:所述加工台(1)顶部的两侧均固定设置有电动推杆(101),所述电动推杆(101)的一端固定设置有支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)的底部活动设置有集尘罩(201),所述集尘罩(201)的内部设置切割轮片(202),所述集尘罩(201)的两侧固定设置有集尘管(3),所述集尘管(3)的一端固定设置有集尘装置(4),所述集尘装置(4)的内部固定设置有保护壳(401),所述保护壳(401)的内部设置有风机(402),所述风机(402)的正下方设置有滤网(403),所述滤网(403)的底部活动设置有毛刷板(5),所述毛刷板(5)的底部活动设置有安装座(501),所述毛刷板(5)上开设有卡槽,且卡槽的内壁卡接有卡块(502);

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,其特征在于:所述卡块(502)的一侧固定设置有竖板(503),所述竖板(503)的一侧固定设置有横板(504),所述横板(504)的一侧活动设置有移动块(505),所述移动块(505)的一侧开设有凹槽,且凹槽呈倾斜状,所述移动块(505)上开设有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的内壁螺纹连接有第一螺杆(506)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种利于调节切割长度的轧钢高效切割设备,其特征在于:所述竖板(503)的数量为两个,两个所述竖板(503)之间固定设置有第一弹簧(507)。
