Abstract
Description
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、低コストで高い操作性を確保したカバー部品及び電子機器を提供することを目的とする。
電子機器の背面に装着された場合に、前記電子機器の背面に露出した少なくとも1部の締結部材に当接するような位置に配置された突起部を有することを特徴とする。

前記締結部材は、前記カバー部品が前記電子機器の背面に装着された場合に前記カバー部品上に形成された突起部に当接するような位置に配置されていることを特徴とする。
なお、以下に述べる実施形態には、本発明を実施するために技術的に好ましい種々の限定が付されているが、本発明の範囲を以下の実施形態及び図示例に限定するものではない。
なお、以下の説明において、前後左右上下の各方向は各図に示した向きをいうものとする。つまり、前後方向は関数電卓10及びカバー部品20の正面-背面方向(厚さ方向)をいい、左右方向は関数電卓10及びカバー部品20の幅方向をいい、上下方向は関数電卓10及びカバー部品20の長手方向をいう。
また、カバー部品20は、後述するように、関数電卓10の正面側及び背面側の双方に装着可能であるが、以下では、特に断りのない限り、図1のように関数電卓10の背面側に装着されたときの前後の向きにあるものとして、当該カバー部品20の構成を説明する。
また、各突起部24は、カバー部品20が関数電卓10の背面側に装着された場合には第3締結ねじ163と当接し(多少の隙間があってもよい)、カバー部品20が関数電卓10の正面側に装着された場合には関数電卓10のいずれの部分にも当接しないような高さに形成されている。
また、各突起部24は、カバー部品20の本体と一体的に形成されている。つまり、カバー部品20の本体と突起部24とは同じ素材で形成されている。
また、各突起部24は、第3締結ねじ163の頭部163aの穴163bより、上下方向の長さも左右方向の幅も大きく形成されている。すなわち、突起部24は先端が穴163bに嵌らない大きさに形成されている。この穴163bは、図示しない締結工具を嵌めるためのものであって、本実施形態では十字穴である。ただし、この穴163bの形状は特に限定されず、例えばすりわりや六角穴等(溝を含む)であってもよい。なお、突起部24は、穴163bに嵌らないように、第3締結ねじ163の頭部163aの穴163bよりも大きく形成されていればよく、例えば上下方向の長さと左右方向の幅のいずれか一方だけが穴163bよりも大きい形状であってもよい。
図4及び図6(a)に示すように、カバー部品20が関数電卓10の背面側に装着された場合、カバー部品20に立設された突起部24が、関数電卓10の後面に露出した第3締結ねじ163に対応した位置(関数電卓10の背面に装着された場合に、関数電卓10の背面に露出した少なくとも1部の締結ねじに当接するような位置)に配置されているので、当該突起部24の先端が第3締結ねじ163と当接する。これにより、突起部24が関数電卓10本体(筐体)と接触してこれに傷を付ける事態を回避できる。
また、突起部24は長手方向(上下方向)の略中央で第3締結ねじ163と当接して関数電卓10を支持可能である。これにより、関数電卓10と係合する上下両端の2箇所のフック部22の略中間位置において関数電卓10を好適に支持できる。
さらに、突起部24は、第3締結ねじ163の頭部163aの穴163bよりも大きい、すなわち、穴163bに嵌らない大きさに形成されている。これにより、突起部24の先端を穴163bに嵌めることなく好適に第3締結ねじ163の頭部163aに当接させることができる。
そのため、カバー部品20を関数電卓10の背面側に装着したときには、突起部24の先端が第3締結ねじ163と当接する。これにより、突起部24の先端にゴム足等の軟質材を設ける必要なく、突起部24が関数電卓10本体(筐体)と接触してこれに傷を付ける事態を回避したまま、好適に関数電卓10を支持することができる。
したがって、低コストで高い操作性を確保することができる。
これにより、突起部24は長手方向の略中央で第3締結ねじ163と当接して関数電卓10を支持する。したがって、関数電卓10と係合する上下両端の2箇所のフック部22の略中間位置において関数電卓10を好適に支持できる。また、このカバー部品20は、ABS樹脂等の少ない素材で製造可能であり、突起部24はカバー部品20と一体成型されているため取付工数等も削減可能である。
したがって、低コストで高い操作性を確保することができる。
これにより、突起部24と背面ケース15との接触を回避しつつ、突起部24と第3締結ねじ163の頭部163aとの接触面積を確保できる。
すなわち、突起部24は穴163bに嵌らない大きさに形成されている。これにより、突起部24の先端を穴163bに嵌めることなく好適に第3締結ねじ163の頭部163aに当接させることができる。
したがって、カバー部品20は、関数電卓10の正面側に装着されたときには突起部24で関数電卓10の操作面(正面側の主面)に傷を付けことなく当該操作面を好適に保護できる。
