Description

一种折叠式收纳盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种收纳盒,具体为一种折叠式收纳盒以及这种收纳盒的制备方法,属于收纳用具技术领域。
背景技术
日常生活中,人们通常会采用各类收纳盒来进行对一些零散物品进行集中收藏保管,这既有效控制利用了人们生活的有限空间;又使人们的生活空间环境变得更加整洁,不会出现零散物品杂乱随意堆放的现象。然而对于这类收纳盒要么是产品制作成本高,如采用塑料或布艺制品的收纳盒;或者是采用普通的使用别使用过后的纸质包装盒,然而使用过后的纸质包装盒,或者是尺寸空间过大,或者是过小,或者是使用过后的纸质包装盒不利于方便对零散物品的随时存放和取用,或者是存在着本身不使用的时候,占用的放置空间过大等不良现象。因此,设计一种可折叠式的收纳盒是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种折叠式收纳盒,以及这种收纳盒的 制备方法,以解决现有技术的上述技术问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种折叠式收纳盒,具有四个竖直方向上硬质的侧面、一个软质的底面和一个与底面相匹配并置于底面之上的硬质支撑板;所述的侧面具有无纺布夹层,夹层内插有硬质插板;所述四个侧面中至少有一对侧面可沿一竖直折叠轴折叠;所述的四个侧面相交位置和竖直折叠轴位置设置有竖直的柔性分隔线,所述的柔性分隔线在水平方向上限制和隔离各硬质插板;所述的柔性分割线为通过超声波焊接方式将两层无纺布焊接而成。
所述的侧面与底面之间通过缝合方式连接;更进一步地,在侧面与底面叠合位置的外侧包覆一圈装饰边,装饰边不仅可以将侧面与底面的叠合位置的边缘隐藏起来,还可以加固线脚。
折叠式收纳盒的口部也包覆有一圈装饰边,装饰边将侧面口部的边缘隐藏起来。
所述的侧面中的一侧面上开有一圆孔,孔的边缘通过金属或塑料件加固。该圆孔可用于手指插入以拖拽收纳盒。
所述的侧面中,具有竖直折叠轴的两侧面的宽度小于或等于其他两侧面的宽度。优选的是底面为正方形,且竖直折叠轴设置于侧面的对称轴上。
所述的硬质支撑板的上侧设置一拎环,用于将硬质支撑板从收纳盒内提出。
所述的收纳盒口部还配置有盒盖。
本发明所述的“硬质”、“柔性”和“柔质”是相对而言,并非是对符合某一硬度参数的限定;“柔性”和“柔质”是指可折叠;“硬质”是指可支撑。
上述折叠式收纳盒的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)裁剪侧面材料和底面材料;
(2)将两层大小相同的侧面材料叠放在一起,并通过机器铺平;
(3)超声焊接点侧面材料沿短边方向前进至超声波焊接设备处;既定的超声波焊接头的位置与柔性分隔线对应;侧面材料全部通过超声波焊接头时,焊接工作完成;
(4)在侧面材料的合适位置挖空;
(5)缝制侧面材料和底面材料,并将侧面材料的两端焊接或缝合,形成盒体;
(6)插入硬质插板,缝制盒体口部;
(7)装入硬质支撑板,形成完整的盒体。
本发明技术方案具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过折叠式设计,可以让收纳盒更方便叠放、存储和运输;
(2)通过超声波焊接的方式,一次成型多条柔性分隔线,较传统缝制方式,节省时间和人力成本。
(3)无纺布材料,环保又经济。

下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的技术特征。
如图1-图4所示,一种折叠式收纳盒,具有四个竖直方向上硬质的侧面1、一个软质的底面2和一个与底面2相匹配并置于底面2之上的硬质支撑板3;所述的侧面1具有无纺布夹层,夹层内插有硬质插板7;所述四个侧面中至少有一对侧面可沿一竖直折叠轴折叠;所述的四个侧面1相交位置和竖直折叠轴位置设置有竖直的柔性分隔线4,所述的柔性分隔线4在水平方向上限制和隔离各硬质插板7。所述的柔性分割线4为通过超声波焊接方式将两层无纺布焊接而成;
所述的侧面1与底面2之间通过缝合方式连接;更进一步地,在侧面与底面2叠合位置的外侧包覆一圈装饰边6,装饰边6不仅可以将侧面1与底面2的叠合位置的边缘隐藏起来,还可以加固线脚。

使用时,用手打开折叠的收纳盒,然后将硬质支撑板放置于底面上,使硬质支撑板与各侧面内壁抵接,从而撑开收纳盒,并保持收纳盒为长方体盒体。折叠收纳盒时,提拉拎环,使硬质支撑板竖直并紧靠不包含竖直折叠轴的一面,然后挤压收纳盒使包含竖直折叠轴的两面侧面沿竖直折叠轴向外折叠,同时,两竖直折叠轴相互靠近。如果收纳盒的底部为正方形,则折叠后,两竖直折叠轴相互靠近直至相互接触。
制备的超声波焊接无纺布做拉力测试情况如下:
