Abstract

La présente demande concerne un procédé de préparation de noir de carbone blanc pour un revêtement et une application. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes consistant à : mélanger une liqueur alcaline contenant du silicium avec une liqueur contenant de l'acide silicique dans un rapport en volume de (0,2-0,5):1 ; réaliser une réaction à haute pression dans l'état d'une atmosphère mixte ; puis réaliser séquentiellement un traitement d'homogénéisation à haute pression, un traitement de vieillissement à haute pression et une séparation solide-liquide pour obtenir du noir de carbone blanc. Selon le procédé de préparation proposé par la présente demande, la performance du noir de carbone blanc préparé est remarquablement améliorée par optimisation d'un procédé de préparation. Lorsque le noir de carbone blanc est utilisé en tant qu'agent auxiliaire de revêtement, par rapport à l'état de la technique, les propriétés telles que la résistance à la corrosion, la dureté et la résistance à l'eau du revêtement obtenu peuvent être considérablement améliorées dans un même état.
