本发明公开了一种清洁头及表面清洁设备,其包括限定有滚刷安装腔的壳体,滚刷安装于滚刷安装腔内,滚刷沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,第一端通过连接器可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于壳体。收集器,设置于第一端所对应的壳体,收集器设置于连接器的外周,收集器沿滚刷的轴向方向分别为悬空端和固定端,固定端固定于壳体,悬空端伸入滚刷安装腔且与滚刷的第一端间隙配合;其中,悬空端深入滚刷的第一端限定的环形槽内,且悬空端与第一端间隙配合。通过在滚刷的端部安装收集器,可以有效防止头发进入旋转轴所在空间,可以有效保护旋转轴。

一种清洁头及表面清洁设备 技术领域
本发明涉及清洁设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种清洁头及表面清洁设备。
背景技术
随着科技水平的提高,大部分用户不在依赖传统的拖把、扫帚等对待清洁表面进行清理,而是采用表面清洁设备进行清洁,不仅方便,而且效果更好。表面清洁设备一般都包括清洁头,清洁头设置有滚刷,通过滚刷对待清洁表面的搅拌,达到较好的清洁效果。
但是,使用滚刷也存在一些缺点,例如,当待清洁表面存在毛发时,会有部分毛发缠绕到滚刷上,另外,还有部分毛发随着滚刷的转动会卡到滚刷的转轴处,如果长时间不清理,转轴会受损影响滚刷的转速,严重的还会导致滚刷卡死。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种清洁头,清洁头设置有收集器,可以有效收集毛发,避免毛发卡到转轴处。
一方面,本发明提供了一种清洁头,包括
壳体,其限定有滚刷安装腔;
滚刷,安装于所述滚刷安装腔内,所述滚刷沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第一端通过连接器可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于所述壳体;
收集器,设置于所述第一端所对应的壳体,所述收集器设置于所述连接器 的外周,所述收集器沿所述滚刷的轴向方向分别为悬空端和固定端,所述固定端固定于所述壳体,所述悬空端伸入所述滚刷安装腔且与所述滚刷的第一端间隙配合;
其中,悬空端深入所述滚刷的第一端限定的环形槽内,且所述悬空端与所述第一端间隙配合。
可选地,所述收集器为部分所述壳体沿所述滚刷的轴向方向向所述滚刷安装腔内延伸形成的环状凸缘。
可选地,所述悬空端为锯齿状结构,所述锯齿状结构的开口朝向所述滚刷安装腔。
可选地,所述悬空端包括多个沿所述滚刷的周向方向间隔布置的凸起部,所述凸起部沿所述滚刷的轴向方向向所述滚刷安装腔内延伸。
可选地,两个相邻所述凸起部之间为凹陷部,所述凸起部和所述凹陷部之间设置有引导边,所述引导边沿远离所述滚刷的方向倾斜设置以连接所述凸起部的顶壁和所述凹陷部的底壁。
可选地,所述悬空端的部分外周面设置有至少一个凹槽,所述凹槽由所述外周面沿所述滚刷的径向方向向内凹陷形成。
可选地,所述凹槽包括向下凹陷的第一斜面和向上抬升的第二斜面,沿所述滚刷转动方向,所述第二斜面的长度大于所述第一斜面的长度。
可选地,至少部分所述悬空端的外周面呈波浪形。
可选地,所述收集器包括多个支撑结构,所述多个支撑结构围绕在所述连接器的外周。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种清洁头,包括
壳体,其限定有滚刷安装腔;
滚刷,安装于所述滚刷安装腔内,所述滚刷沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第一端通过连接器安装于所述壳体;
收集器,设置于所述第一端或设置于与所述第一端所对应的壳体,所述收集器设置于所述连接器的外周,在所述滚刷旋转绕自身轴线旋转地时所述收集器相对于所述壳体静止;所述收集器包括沿所述滚刷的轴向方向相对设置的悬空端和固定端;
所述固定端固定于所述壳体,所述悬空端由所述固定端沿所述滚刷的轴向方向向外延伸且悬空设置;其中,所述悬空端深入所述第一端限定的凹槽内,且与所述第一端间隙配合;或
所述固定端固定于所述第一端,所述悬空端由所述固定端沿所述滚刷的轴向方向向外延伸且悬空设置;其中,所述悬空端深入所述壳体限定的凹槽内,且所述悬空端与所述壳体间隙配合。
可选地,所述收集器设置于所述第一端时,所述收集器和所述连接器相对静止。
可选地,所述悬空端包括多个沿所述滚刷的周向方向间隔布置的凸起部,所述凸起部沿所述滚刷的轴向方向向所述滚刷安装腔内延伸。
可选地,两个相邻所述凸起部之间为凹陷部,所述凸起部和所述凹陷部之间设置有引导边,所述引导边沿远离所述滚刷的方向倾斜设置以连接所述凸起部的顶壁和所述凹陷部的底壁。
可选地,所述悬空端设置有沿所述滚刷的轴向方向向内凹陷的凹陷部,所述凹陷部包括导引边,所述引导边配置成沿所述滚刷旋转方向所述引导边远离所述滚刷。
可选地,所述悬空端的部分外周面设置有至少一个凹槽,所述凹槽由所述外周面沿所述滚刷的径向方向向内凹陷形成。
可选地,所述凹槽包括向下凹陷的第一斜面和向上抬升的第二斜面,沿所述滚刷转动方向,所述第二斜面的长度大于所述第一斜面的长度。
可选地,至少部分所述悬空端的外周面呈波浪形。
可选地,所述收集器包括多个支撑结构组成,所述多个支撑结构围绕在所述连接器的外周。
可选地,所述凹陷部包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,沿所述滚刷旋转方向,所述第一侧壁位于所述第二侧壁的上游,沿所述滚刷旋转方向所述第一侧壁倾斜设置。
可选地,所述第二侧壁基本平行于所述滚刷的轴向方向。
可选地,第一侧壁和第二侧壁之间还包括底壁,所述底壁与所述第二侧壁基本垂直。
本发明还提供了一种表面清洁设备,其包括上述任一实施例中的清洁头。
本发明提供的清洁头及表面清洁设备,其包括限定有滚刷安装腔的壳体,滚刷安装于滚刷安装腔内,滚刷沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,第一端通过连接器可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于壳体。收集器,设置于第一端所对应的壳体,收集器设置于连接器的外周,收集器沿滚刷的轴向方向分别为悬空端和固定端,固定端固定于壳体,悬空端伸入滚刷安装腔且与滚刷的第一端间隙配合;其中,悬空端深入滚刷的第一端限定的环形槽内,且悬空端与第一端间隙配合。通过在滚刷的端部安装收集器,可以有效防止头发进入旋转轴所在空间,可以有效保护旋转轴。

参考图1-8,图中的箭头方向为滚刷旋转方向,图1为本发明一实施例中的清洁头的结构示意图。图2为一实施例中清洁头拆除一个滚刷后的结构示意图。图3为图2所示清洁头另一角度的结构示意图。图4为沿图1中A-A截面的截面剖视图。图5为图4中C区域的局部放大图。图6为清洁头的局部结构的分解示意图。图7为清洁头的局部结构另一角度的分解示意图。图8为收集器设置于壳体的示意性结构图。如图1-3所示,图中公开了一种清洁头10,其包括壳体2,壳体2限定有至少一个滚刷安装腔12;滚刷安装腔12内安装有滚刷11。清洁头10可以设置有吸嘴,通过吸嘴回收脏污,清洁头10也可以不设置吸嘴,完全靠滚刷11的转动对待清洁表面进行清理。滚刷11一般为圆筒状,滚刷11包括中空筒状的芯体13,芯体13的外表面设置有对待清洁表面清理的擦试件19,擦试件19可以为绒毛等编织材料组成,当然,还可以是其他材料或其他形式,此处不做限定。滚刷11沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端15和第二端16,第一端15通过连接器21可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于壳体2;具体地,芯体13的两端分别端盖14,端盖14与芯体13固定连接。
参考图4和5,图5中实线B为毛发进入环形槽的路径。在一个实施例中, 滚刷11的第一端15设置有键槽17,键槽17的周围设置有一环形凹槽41,与第一端15对应的壳体2处设置有连接器21,在本实施例中,连接器21可以为花键,连接器21通过轴承可转动的设置于壳体2,当滚刷11安装于滚刷安装腔12后,花键与键槽17对接,滚刷11可以通过轴承为支撑点,绕自身轴线旋转。滚刷11的动力装置可以设置于芯体13的空腔内,此时,需要取消第二端16的端盖14,因为马达需要从第二端16进入芯体13的空腔内。当然,在其他实施例中,连接器21可以与设置于滚刷11外部的马达传动连接,通过连接器21带动滚刷11转动。由于连接器21和壳体2之间是相互运动的,所以两者之间会有间隙,如果毛发进入该间隙,会影响连接器21的转动性能,如果毛发量逐渐增多,连接器21有可能会被卡死,不能转动。为尽量减少毛发进入连接器21与壳体2之间形成的间隙,在连接器21的外周设置有收集器3。收集器3设置于第一端15所对应的壳体2,如图中所示实施例,收集器3可以与壳体2一体成型,限定一个圆形槽,连接器21安装于圆形槽内。具体地,收集器3为部分壳体2沿滚刷11的轴向方向向滚刷安装腔12内延伸形成的环状凸缘。环装凸缘的径向外径小于芯体13的外径。当然,在其他实施例中,收集器3还可以可拆卸的安装到壳体2。
继续参考图5,收集器3设置于连接器21的外周,收集器3沿滚刷11的轴向方向分别为悬空端31和固定端32,固定端32固定于壳体2,悬空端31伸入滚刷安装腔12且与滚刷11的第一端15间隙配合;其中,悬空端31深入滚刷11的第一端15限定的环形槽18内,且悬空端31与第一端15间隙配合。通过在连接器21的外周设置收集器3,收集器3与环形槽18间隙配合,在不影响滚刷11旋转性能的情况下,可以将毛发尽可能的收集到收集器3上,可以有效避免毛发进入连接器21和壳体2之间的间隙内。
继续参考图5,具体地,环形槽18沿滚刷11的径向方向具有上侧壁和下侧壁,沿滚刷11径向方向,连接器21的外边缘位于上侧壁和下侧壁之间,这样 设置,即使毛发从收集器3进入凹槽41,也会被连接器21的外边缘阻挡,防止毛发进入连接器21和壳体2之间的缝隙。
参考6-10,图9为一实施例中收集器的结构示意图。图10为另一实施例中收集器的结构示意图。为了进一步提高收集效果,悬空端31为锯齿状结构,锯齿状结构的开口朝向滚刷安装腔12。锯齿状结构设置有凹陷部34,凹陷部34包括第一侧壁37和第二侧壁38,沿滚刷11旋转方向,第一侧壁37位于第二侧壁38的上游,沿滚刷11旋转方向第一侧壁37倾斜设置。即第一侧壁37朝远离滚刷11所在方向倾斜。这样,缠绕在收集器3上的毛发,滚刷11在转动的过程中,由于第一侧壁37的引导,毛发会被朝向远离滚刷11所在的方向引导。在一个实施例中,第二侧壁38基本平行于滚刷11的轴向方向。在另一个实施例中,第一侧壁37和第二侧壁38之间还包括底壁39,第二侧壁38可以与底壁39基本垂直。第二侧壁38还可以倾斜设置,第二侧壁38的倾斜方向为逐渐向远离滚刷11的方向延伸。
参考图8-9,悬空端31包括多个沿滚刷11的周向方向间隔布置的凸起部33,凸起部33沿滚刷11的轴向方向向滚刷安装腔12内延伸。进一步地,两个相邻凸起部33之间为凹陷部34,凸起部33和凹陷部34之间设置有引导边35,引导边35沿远离滚刷11的方向倾斜设置以连接凸起部33的顶壁和凹陷部34的底壁39。通过设置远离滚刷11的引导边35,在滚刷11转动的时候,可以有效把缠绕在悬空端31外周面42的缠绕物朝向固定端32移动;使毛发尽可能的远离悬空端31,以保持在收集器3上,防止毛发从悬空端31与凹槽41之间的间隙进入连接器21所在的空间。
参考图11-13,图11为又一实施例中收集器的结构示意图。图12为再一实施例中收集器的正视图。图13为图12所示D区域的结构放大图。悬空端31的部分外周面42设置有至少一个凹槽41,凹槽41由外周面42沿滚刷11的径向 方向向内凹陷形成。凹槽41包括向下凹陷的第一斜面43和向上抬升的第二斜面44,沿滚刷11转动方向,第二斜面44的长度大于第一斜面43的长度。
参考图13,在其他实施例中,悬空端31的部分外周面42设置有至少一个凹槽41,凹槽41由外周面42沿滚刷11的径向方向向内凹陷形成。凹槽41包括向下凹陷的第一斜面43和向上抬升的第二斜面44,沿滚刷11转动方向,第二斜面44的长度大于第一斜面43的长度。也即是,第一斜面43坡度比较陡,第二斜面44的坡度比较缓,这种设置,在滚刷11转动时,可以引导缠绕在悬空端31的头发朝向远离滚刷11。在一个进一步的实施例中,至少部分悬空端31的外周面42呈波浪形。具体地,整个悬空端31的外周面42为一个闭环的波浪形结构。
在其他实施例中,收集器3包括多个支撑结构(图中未示出),多个支撑结构间隔设置在连接器21的外周,也即是多个支撑结构的外表面基本上在同一圆柱面内,多个支撑结构围绕在连接器21的外周。支撑结构包括悬空端31和固定端32,悬空端31可为上述任一实施例中的结构,即可以包括引导边35,也可以包括凹槽41,还可以是锯齿形或者波浪形结构。
参考图14,图14为一实施例中清洁头的局部结构的结构示意图。同时还可以参考图1,收集器可参考图9-13,如图中所示实施例中的清洁头10包括壳体2,其限定有至少一个滚刷安装腔12。清洁头10可以设置有吸嘴,也可以不设置吸嘴。滚刷安装腔12内安装有滚刷11,滚刷11一般为圆筒状,滚刷11包括中空筒状的芯体13,芯体13的外表面设置有对待清洁表面清理的擦试件19,擦试件19可以为绒毛材料组成,当然,还可以是其他材料或其他形式。滚刷11沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端15和第二端16,第一端15通过连接器21可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于壳体2;具体地,芯体13的两端分别端盖14,端盖14与芯体13固定连接。
继续参考图14,连接器21设置于第一端15,连接器21可以为花键,壳体2设置有与花键对应的键槽17,当滚刷11转动时,由于连接器21与键槽17配合,因此连接器21相对于键槽17静止。为了防止毛发进入连接器21和端盖14之间的间隙,可以在连接器21的外周设置收集器3,收集器3可以与连接器21一体成型,当收集器3设置于第一端15时,收集器3和连接器21相对静止。为了进一步防止毛发进入连接器21和端盖14之间的间隙,参考图,悬空端31包括多个沿滚刷11的周向方向间隔布置的凸起部33,凸起部33沿滚刷11的轴向方向向远离滚刷11的方向延伸。两个相邻凸起部33之间为凹陷部34,凸起部33和凹陷部34之间设置有引导边35,引导边35沿远离滚刷11的方向倾斜设置以连接凸起部33的顶壁和凹陷部34的底壁39。在滚刷11转动时,引导边35可以引导毛发沿远离滚刷11的方向移动,此时,毛发可以从悬空端31掉落,由于花键和键槽17是静止不动的,因此,毛发堆积在此也没有任何问题,用户在取下滚刷11时,这部分毛发自然就从此处脱落,只需要用户将其拿起,放到垃圾桶即可。
参考图9,也可以参考图8,在本实施例中,收集器安装到滚刷的一端部,悬空端31设置有沿滚刷11的轴向方向向内凹陷的凹陷部34,凹陷部34包括导引边,引导边35配置成沿滚刷11旋转方向引导边35远离滚刷11。
参考图11和13,在另一个实施例中,悬空端31的部分外周面42设置有至少一个凹槽41,凹槽41由外周面42沿滚刷11的径向方向向内凹陷形成。凹槽41包括向下凹陷的第一斜面43和向上抬升的第二斜面44,沿滚刷11转动方向,第二斜面44的长度大于第一斜面43的长度。也即是,第一斜面43坡度比较陡,第二斜面44的坡度比较缓,这种设置,在滚刷11转动时,可以引导缠绕在悬空端31的头发朝向远离滚刷11。在一个进一步的实施例中,至少部分悬空端31的外周面42呈波浪形。具体地,整个悬空端31的外周面42为一个闭环的波浪形结构。
参考图9,在一个实施例中,悬空端31包括凹陷部34,凹陷部34包括第一侧壁37和第二侧壁38,沿滚刷11旋转方向,第一侧壁37位于第二侧壁38的上游,沿滚刷11旋转方向第一侧壁37倾斜设置。第二侧壁38基本平行于滚刷11的轴向方向。在另外一个实施例中,第一侧壁37和第二侧壁38之间还包括底壁39,第二侧壁38可以与底壁39基本垂直。第二侧壁38还可以跟第一侧壁37的倾斜方向基本相同,即远离滚刷11所在方向。
在一个实施例中,收集器3包括多个支撑结构组成,多个支撑结构围绕在连接器21的外周。也即是多个支撑结构的外表面基本上在同一圆柱面内,多个支撑结构围绕在连接器21的外周。支撑结构包括悬空端31和固定端32,悬空端31可为上述任一实施例中的结构,即可以包括引导边35,也可以包括凹槽41,还可以是锯齿形或者波浪形结构。
参考图15,图15为一实施例中的表面清洁设备的结构示意图。本发明还公开了一种表面清洁设备100,包括上述任一实施例中的清洁头10,表面清洁设备100可以为立式清洁设备,手持清洁设备或者智能清洁设备。

  1. 一种清洁头(10),其特征在于,包括
    壳体(2),其限定有滚刷安装腔(12);
    滚刷(11),安装于所述滚刷安装腔(12)内,所述滚刷(11)沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端(15)和第二端(16),所述第一端(15)通过连接器(21)可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于所述壳体(2);
    收集器(3),设置于所述第一端(15)所对应的壳体(2),所述收集器(3)设置于所述连接器(21)的外周,所述收集器(3)沿所述滚刷(11)的轴向方向分别为悬空端(31)和固定端(32),所述固定端(32)固定于所述壳体(2),所述悬空端(31)伸入所述滚刷安装腔(12)且与所述滚刷(11)的第一端(15)间隙配合;
    其中,悬空端(31)深入所述滚刷(11)的第一端(15)限定的环形槽(18)内,且所述悬空端(31)与所述第一端(15)间隙配合。

    所述收集器(3)为部分所述壳体(2)沿所述滚刷(11)的轴向方向向所述滚刷安装腔(12)内延伸形成的环状凸缘。

    所述悬空端(31)为锯齿状结构,所述锯齿状结构的开口朝向所述滚刷安装腔(12)。

    所述悬空端(31)包括多个沿所述滚刷(11)的周向方向间隔布置的凸起部(33),所述凸起部(33)沿所述滚刷(11)的轴向方向向所述滚刷安装腔(12)内延伸。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁头(10),其特征在于,
    两个相邻所述凸起部(33)之间为凹陷部(34),所述凸起部(33)和所述凹陷部(34)之间设置有引导边(35),所述引导边(35)沿远离所述滚刷(11) 的方向倾斜设置以连接所述凸起部(33)的顶壁和所述凹陷部(34)的底壁。

    所述悬空端(31)的部分外周面(42)设置有至少一个凹槽(41),所述凹槽(41)由所述外周面(42)沿所述滚刷(11)的径向方向向内凹陷形成。

  10. 一种清洁头(10),其特征在于,包括
    壳体(2),其限定有滚刷安装腔(12);
    滚刷(11),安装于所述滚刷安装腔(12)内,所述滚刷(11)沿其轴向方向包括相对设置的第一端(15)和第二端(16),所述第一端(15)通过连接器(21)可绕自身轴线旋转地安装于所述壳体(2);所述连接器(21)可转动地设置于所述第一端(15),在滚刷(11)安装到壳体(2)上时,所述连接器(21)固定连接到壳体(2)上以使得连接器(21)与壳体(2)保持相对静止;

  11. 如权利要求10所述的清洁头(10),其特征在于,所述收集器(3)和连接器(21)一体成型。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的清洁头(10),其特征在于,所述凸起部(33)沿滚刷(11)的轴向方向向远离滚刷(11)的方向延伸。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的清洁头(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(2)上设置有环形槽(18),所述悬空端(31)至少部分伸入到环形槽(18)中且与所述环形槽(18)间隙配合。
  14. 如权利要求10或13所述的清洁头(10),其特征在于,所述第一端(15)设置有容纳槽,至少部分所述收集器(3)和连接器(21)设置于容纳槽中且与所述第一端(15)间隙配合,所述悬空端(31)位于固定端(32)远离环形槽(18)的一侧。
  15. 一种表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的清洁头(10)。
