另外,本发明实施例将所述弹性件1固定在所述通水孔31前,能够对水从所述分水腔22到所述通水孔31的水流通断进行控制,实现快速止水的效果,而所述弹性件1结构简单,安装和更换都方便,因此本发明快速止水的花洒具有结构精简,止水可靠的优点。
所述弹性件1可以为由弹性材料制成的物件,也可以为具有弹性结构的机构或装置,为了节省成本、方便安装,在本实施例中,所述弹性件1优选为由 硅胶材料制成的物件。所述弹性件1的数量与所述通水孔31的数量相对应,以控制每个所述通水孔31的通断。具体地,所述弹性件1包括固定台11和弹性膜12,为了在所述通水孔31上方形成水流的“通断开关”,所述固定台11固定于所述通水孔31的上方,所述固定台11中设有通水腔111,通过所述通水腔111,所述分水腔22能够与所述通水孔31连通,所述通水腔111远离所述通水孔31的一侧设有进口孔112,在本实施例中,所述进口孔112位于所述通水孔31的上方,所述进口孔112即所述通水孔31的进水处,所述弹性膜12连接于所述进口孔112的边缘构成固定端,远离固定端的一端会在外力作用下发生弹性形变产生间隙,从而打开所述分水腔22和所述通水孔31之间的通道,在没有发生弹性形变时或者在恢复原状后,所述弹性膜12能够将水挡在所述进口孔112的上方,从而实现挡水的作用,避免水从所述通水孔31滴落,形成止水的效果。所述弹性膜12的数量为多个,多个所述弹性膜12环绕于所述进口孔112,在本实施例中,所述弹性膜12的数量为4个,均匀分布于所述弹性件1的四周。所述弹性膜12可以由一体化膜从中部均分为4份,所述弹性膜12的接缝处形成“十”字交叉状。
参见图4和图5,所述弹性膜12的侧部柔性连接于所述进口孔112的边缘,在无外力作用时,多个所述弹性膜12相互紧贴能够形成挡水结构,具体地,在无外力作用时,多个所述弹性膜12处于同一水平面上,多个所述弹性膜12的侧部相互紧贴形成凸出于所述固定台11的挡水凸台121,所述弹性膜12的侧部不需要完全密封连接,只要所述弹性膜12之间的接缝足够小,则可以让水无法克服自身的表面张力进入接缝中,从而起到隔绝水的挡水的效果。在打开水阀前,所述弹性膜12的侧部相互紧贴形成挡水作用,能够阻止在所述弹性膜12上的水在重力作用下进入所述通水腔111,避免滴水的情况发生。在外力作用下,多个所述弹性膜12能够形成出水结构,具体地,参见图6,在打开水阀后,由于存在水压,水对所述弹性膜12的压力增加,当水对所述弹性膜12的压力大于所述弹性膜12的形变弹力,所述弹性膜12会发生形变,多个所述弹性膜12会同时朝着靠近所述进口孔112中心的方向发生形变,此时由于所述弹性膜12的面积固定,产生形变后,多个所述弹性膜12的侧部会相互分离,从而形成出水间隙122,水会从所述进水间隙进入所述通水腔111,达到喷水的作用。在使用完后,用户关闭水阀,此时由于水的压力骤降,是弹性膜12的形变弹力会大 于水对所述弹性膜12的压力,所述弹性膜12会迅速恢复平面形状,侧部相互紧贴形成所述挡水凸台121,从而立刻截断水的供应。而在所述通水腔111和所述通水孔31中的水,由于所述弹性膜12上面积存有水,会对所述弹性膜12形成“液封”,空气无法进入所述通水腔111和所述通水孔31中,因此由于外部大气压的作用下,所述通水腔111和所述通水孔31内的水无法从所述通水孔31流出,在这个过程中,水的截止会比较迅速,能够达到快速止水的效果。而且在液封和大气压的作用下,止水效果非常可靠。
为了降低水的重力对所述弹性膜12的影响,所述前盖3底部设有存水槽32和安装凸台33,所述存水槽32与所述分水腔22连通,水从所述分水腔22进入所述存水槽32,在所述存水槽32中进入所述通水腔111后再进入所述通水孔31。所述安装凸台33凸起于所述存水槽32的底部平面,所述弹性件1安装于所述安装凸台33上,因此,所述弹性件1位于所述存水槽32的高位,当水充满所述存水槽32时,水对底部的压力与水位高度有关,而由于所述安装凸台33是处于所述存水槽32的高位,所述安装凸台33上的水位并不高,因此在静止或者止水时,所述安装凸台33上方的水对所述弹性膜12的作用力(主要是重力)比较小,因此避免了发生由于水位过高、水的重力过大导致所述弹性膜12发生微小形变形成所述进水间隙的可能。
为了进一步降低水的重力,所述快速止水的花洒还包括分水板4,所述分水板4上设有多个所述分水腔22。所述分水腔22能够将水分流至多个腔体内,从而能够对水的体积进行分散,进一步降低水位,所述分水板4上设有分水孔41,所述分水腔22通过所述分水孔41与所述存水槽32连通。为了能够方便进水,所述弹性件1设于所述前盖3和所述分水板4之间,所述弹性膜12和所述分水板4之间留有空隙,水可以通过该空隙到达所述弹性膜12的上方,该间隙的高度即为水在充满所述存水腔时所述弹性膜12上方的水位高度。所述固定台11底部和所述通水孔31之间设有过渡面34,所述过渡面34的横截面从所述固定台11的底部逐渐收窄至所述通水孔31,利用上宽下窄的所述过渡面34,能够在进水时快速排空空气,这样在停水时,内部没有空气残留的所述通水腔111和所述通水孔31不容易往下滴水,以进一步保证快速止水的效果。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改 进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,包括后盖、前盖和进水件,所述进水件上设有进水口和分水腔,所述前盖上设有通水孔,所述进水件固定于所述后盖和所述前盖之间,水能够从所述进水口进入所述分水腔,并能从所述通水孔排出;所述快速止水的花洒还包括弹性件,所述弹性件固定于所述前盖上,所述弹性件的位置与所述通水孔的位置相对应并位于所述通水孔的进水口前,所述弹性件具有弹性,所述弹性件发生形变后能够使水从所述分水腔进入所述通水孔,所述弹性件恢复后能够阻挡水从所述分水腔进入所述通水孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括固定台和弹性膜,所述固定台固定于所述通水孔的上方,所述固定台中设有通水腔,所述通水腔远离所述通水孔的一侧设有进口孔,所述弹性膜连接于所述进口孔的边缘,所述弹性膜能够将水挡在所述进口孔的上方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述弹性膜的数量为多个,多个所述弹性膜环绕于所述进口孔,所述弹性膜的侧部柔性连接于所述进口孔的边缘,在无外力作用时,多个所述弹性膜相互紧贴能够形成挡水结构,在外力作用下,多个所述弹性膜发生形变能够形成出水结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,在无外力作用时,多个所述弹性膜的侧部相互紧贴形成凸出于所述固定台的挡水凸台。
- 根据权利要求3所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,在外力作用下,多个所述弹性膜同时朝着靠近所述进口孔中心的方向发生形变,多个所述弹性膜的侧部相互分离形成出水间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述前盖底部设有存水槽和安装凸台,所述存水槽与所述分水腔连通,所述安装凸台凸起于 所述存水槽的底部平面,所述弹性件安装于所述安装凸台上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述快速止水的花洒还包括分水板,所述弹性件设于所述前盖和所述分水板之间,所述弹性膜和所述分水板之间留有空隙。
- 根据权利要求7所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述分水板上设有分水孔,所述分水腔通过所述分水孔与所述存水槽连通,所述分水腔能够将水分流至多个腔体内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述固定台底部和所述通水孔之间设有过渡面,所述过渡面的横截面从所述固定台的底部逐渐收窄至所述通水孔。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的快速止水的花洒,其特征在于,所述弹性件由硅胶材料制成。
