Abstract

一种花洒,主要由前盖和后盖组成,前盖与后盖扣合形成储水腔,将喷孔阀从储水腔一端压进喷孔里,使两者形成紧配合,在喷孔阀的进水端设置阀片,在阀片上设置进水缝,打开花洒,储水腔一端的水压较大挤开进水缝进入喷水孔向外喷孔,关闭花洒,储水腔一端的水压迅速减小,阀片上的进水缝复位,在圆锥孔内形成负压,使残留在圆柱孔内的水回流到圆锥孔内,从而做到关闭花洒,喷水孔就立即停止向外滴水。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种关水后就不会再出现滴水现象的花洒,属于花洒的优化技术。
背景技术
现有的花洒,淋浴完毕关水后,由于储水腔内仍然有水,这些水在重力的作用下仍然会从喷孔渗出滴落,直至储水腔内的存水流完或产生足够的负压时才会停止。虽然关水后再向下滴的水,水量较小,但水温也相对较低,滴淋到人身上会使人感觉不舒服,特别是在阴冷的季节,还会延长擦拭时间,由于延长了擦拭时间还可能导致感冒。
因此,需要寻找一种关水后能够即刻停止滴水的花洒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种关水后能够立即停止滴水的花洒。
本发明的技术方案是:一种花洒,主要由前盖1和后盖2组成,前盖与后盖扣合形成储水腔,前盖上设有喷孔,在每个喷孔内设有一个喷孔阀3;所述的喷孔阀的外壁与喷孔的内壁形成紧配合,喷孔阀上设有贯通喷孔阀的喷水孔,所述的喷水孔靠近储水腔的一端为进水口大出水口小的圆锥孔31,靠近出水口的一端为以圆锥孔的锥顶为直径的圆柱孔32,在喷水孔朝向储水腔的壁面上覆盖一块带有弹性的阀片33,在阀片上对应圆锥孔的位置上设有进水缝34;所述的喷孔阀3靠近进水端的外壁设有向外突出的突缘,相应的,在喷孔内壁设有对应的向外凹陷的凹槽,喷孔阀从进水端压进喷孔,喷孔阀外壁的突缘进入喷孔内壁的凹槽,使喷孔阀在水流冲击下不会从喷孔向外脱出。
所述的进水缝为中心互相交叉的两条以上的缝。
在没有水流冲击的情况下阀片的缝关闭覆盖住喷孔阀的圆锥孔的进水端,使储水腔的水不能进入圆锥孔;当打开花洒的龙头时,水流冲击使阀片阀上的进水缝向圆锥孔的方向变形弯曲,水流从进水缝变形后产生的空隙向出水端流动,从圆锥孔喷出;关闭花洒的龙头后,水流冲击阀片的力量消失,进水缝复位关闭,阀片阻止储水腔的水向圆锥孔流动,在圆锥孔中形成负压,圆柱孔及圆柱孔出水端的水回流到圆锥孔中。
所述的前盖采用具有弹性的材料制作,当把喷孔阀压进前盖上的喷孔时,喷孔阀将喷孔撑开,两者形成过盈配合。
所述的喷孔阀朝外的部分为圆锥形,圆柱孔的出水端位于圆锥的锥顶,喷孔阀朝外的部分从喷孔向外突出。
有益效果:
1、将喷孔阀从储水腔一端压进喷孔里,使两者形成紧配合,在喷孔阀的进水端设置阀片,在阀片上设置进水缝,打开花洒,储水腔一端的水压较大挤开进水缝进入喷水孔向外喷孔,关闭花洒,储水腔一端的水压迅速减小,阀片上的进水缝复位,在圆锥孔内形成负压,使残留在圆柱孔内的水回流到圆锥孔内,从而做到关闭花洒,喷水孔就立即停止向外滴水。

具体实施方式
如图1到图6所示,一种花洒,主要由前盖1和后盖2组成,前盖与后盖扣合形成储水腔。前盖上设有喷孔,在每个喷孔内设有一个喷孔阀3;所述的喷孔阀的外壁与喷孔的内壁形成紧配合,喷孔阀上设有贯通喷孔阀的喷水孔,所述的喷水孔靠近储水腔的一端为进水口大出水口小的圆锥孔31,靠近出水口的一端为以圆锥孔的锥顶为直径的圆柱孔32。打开花洒,水流进入储水腔,再从喷孔向外喷出。
在喷水孔朝向储水腔的壁面上覆盖一块带有弹性的阀片33,在阀片上对应圆锥孔的位置上设有进水缝34。当阀片两侧的水压相同或相近时,阀片上的进水缝关闭,只有当阀片两侧的水压差较大时,水压大的一端的水才能挤开进水缝流向水压低的一端。
所述的喷孔阀3靠近进水端的外壁设有向外突出的突缘,相应的,在喷孔内壁设有对应的向外凹陷的凹槽,喷孔阀从进水端压进喷孔,喷孔阀外壁的突缘进入喷孔内壁的凹槽,使喷孔阀在水流冲击下不会从喷孔向外脱出。为防止喷孔阀在水流冲击下从喷孔脱出,将喷孔周围的前盖厚度增加,并使加厚部分的弹性增强,这样,当把喷孔阀压进喷孔后,喷孔包裹住喷孔阀的面积更多。
所述的进水缝为中心互相交叉的两条以上的缝。
在没有水流冲击的情况下阀片的缝关闭覆盖住喷孔阀的圆锥孔的进水端,使储水腔的水不能进入圆锥孔;当打开花洒的龙头时,水流冲击使阀片阀上的进水缝向圆锥孔的方向变形弯曲,水流从进水缝变形后产生的空隙向出水端流动,从圆锥孔喷出;关闭花洒的龙头后,水流冲击阀片的力量消失,进水缝复位关闭,阀片阻止储水腔的水向圆锥孔流动,在圆锥孔中形成负压,圆柱孔及圆柱孔出水端的水回流到圆锥孔中。

1.一种花洒,主要由前盖(1)和后盖(2)组成,前盖与后盖扣合形成储水腔,前盖上设有喷孔,其特征在于:在每个喷孔内设有一个喷孔阀(3);所述的喷孔阀的外壁与喷孔的内壁形成紧配合,喷孔阀上设有贯通喷孔阀的喷水孔,所述的喷水孔靠近储水腔的一端为进水口大出水口小的圆锥孔(31),靠近出水口的一端为以圆锥孔的锥顶为直径的圆柱孔(32),在喷水孔朝向储水腔的壁面上覆盖一块带有弹性的阀片(33),在阀片上对应圆锥孔的位置上设有进水缝(34),所述的喷孔阀(3)靠近进水端的外壁设有向外突出的突缘,相应的,在喷孔内壁设有对应的向外凹陷的凹槽,喷孔阀从进水端压进喷孔,喷孔阀外壁的突缘进入喷孔内壁的凹槽,使喷孔阀在水流冲击下不会从喷孔向外脱出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的花洒,其特征在于:所述的进水缝为中心互相交叉的两条以上的缝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的花洒,其特征在于:在没有水流冲击的情况下阀片的缝关闭覆盖住喷孔阀的圆锥孔的进水端,使储水腔的水不能进入圆锥孔;当打开花洒的龙头时,水流冲击使阀片阀上的进水缝向圆锥孔的方向变形弯曲,水流从进水缝变形后产生的空隙向出水端流动,从圆锥孔喷出;关闭花洒的龙头后,水流冲击阀片的力量消失,进水缝复位关闭,阀片阻止储水腔的水向圆锥孔流动,在圆锥孔中形成负压,圆柱孔及圆柱孔出水端的水回流到圆锥孔中。
