1.本发明的订单支付控制系统包括网络下单支付模块和订单自动排序模块,其中网络下单支付模块传递下单顺序信息的信号到订单自动排序模块,然后订单自动排序模块传递排序完成的序号信息信号到无人炒菜机设备,最后无人炒菜机设备传递预估上餐时间段到网络下单支付模块,其将订单支付控制系统与无人炒菜机设备关联起来,也就与外卖员配送或者用户自己上门取件联系起来,节省了大量的人力,即缩减了大量人工聘请费用的支出。
2.本发明的无人炒菜机设备中设置有自动配菜倒料单元和自动输送转运单元,其在菜品原材料和调料的运输以及添加等工序完全依靠机器实现,不仅能够实现通过限定同一道菜品原材料和调料的用量恒定来确保口感,而且大幅度提高了烹饪效率。

本实施例中,所述自动配菜倒料单元25还包括放料室256,所述放料室256设置于第一分隔板52与第二分隔板53之间,所述分料室内卡设有数个调料罐,所述调料罐通过放料管与锅体271相通,目的是为了在烹饪过程中按照菜品所需定量向锅体271内添加调料。
本实施例中,所述精准温控烹饪单元26和自动倾锅倒料单元27在菜品烹饪过程中协同作用,两者不可分割。所述自动倾锅倒料单元27用于根据订单支付控制系统1调控指令在烹饪过程中不间断翻炒菜品,所述无人炒菜机设备2翻炒菜品的方式有两种,分别为:(1)通过锅体271的翻转;(2)通过炒铲沿锅体271内壁的翻炒。
参见图5所示,本实施例中,所述自动倾锅倒料单元27包括锅体271、用于固定锅体271的转轴和与所述锅体271活动配合的炒铲,所述锅体271周侧对应位置分别固定有转轴和电机,所述转轴的另一端通过联轴器固定在壳体5内壁上,所述电机通过螺栓固定在壳体5内壁上。所述锅体271的旁侧环绕安装有多个用于放置菜盘的支承套272,所述支承套272在竖直方向上位于锅体271的下方,以便于保证通过转动锅体271能够将烹饪完成的菜品完全倾倒入菜盘内。所述支承套272均通过支撑杆支撑在第二分隔板53上。在烹饪过程中,通过锅体271自身的翻转、炒铲沿着锅体271内壁翻炒和菜品在锅体中翻炒这三种途径保证完成菜品的色香味俱全。
本实施例中,所述精准温控烹饪单元用于根据菜品原材料成熟的难易程度和所处烹饪时段的需求精准掌控锅体271下方的火力,目的是为了保证烹饪完成的菜品色泽诱人且卖相出众。
本实施例中,所述连续装盘洗锅模块用于根据订单支付控制系统1调控的指令将完成的菜品作装盘处理,并清洗烹饪用具,其不仅在一定程度上减轻了用户的工作量,而且使无人炒菜机设备的功能更加智能化、人性化。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,所述订单自动排序模块4用于将菜品排序信息通过信号传输到自动对应菜谱单元23,所述自动对应菜谱单元23用于根据自身存储的菜谱信息逐一比对菜品排序中的名称信息,并输出比对结果。
所述自动对应菜谱单元23输出的比对结果包括:所述自动对应菜谱单元23自对比结果中提取出菜品原材料与调料的形状和大小,所述自动配菜倒料单元23用于根据提取出菜品原材料与调料的形状和大小清洗并切割菜品原材料与调料,所述洗切一体运输系统用于将切割完成菜品原材料与调料输送到自动储存备料系统。此处的自动储存备料系统6还与洗切一体运输系统无线连接。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,所述无人炒菜机设备2还包括自动烘干养护单元,所述自动烘干养护单元用于根据连续装盘洗锅单元实施装盘洗锅后对锅体进行烘干并薄薄涂一层猪油进行养护,目的是为了延长锅体的使用寿命,进而避免因频繁更换锅体给该无人炒菜机设备造成损伤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于:所述无人炒菜机包括订单支付控制系统和无人炒菜机设备,所述订单支付控制系统包括网络下单支付模块和订单自动排序模块;所述订单支付控制系统用于接收无人炒菜机设备已烹饪菜品时长的信息信号并进行预估,并将送达时间段发送到网络下单支付模块,所述送达时间段为最早上餐时间和最晚送达时间之间的时间间隔;
    所述网络下单支付模块用于根据菜品名称和数量实施计费,并在支付成功后自动跳转至用于显示送达时间段的界面,以及将下单信息通过信号传输到订单自动排序模块;所述订单自动排序模块用于根据下单序号和菜品名称排列出待烹饪菜品的顺序,并将顺序信息通过信号传输到无人炒菜机设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述订单支付控制系统还包括自动存储备料系统,所述自动存储备料系统用于根据无人炒菜机设备传输信号的信息提取出烹饪过程所需的原材料和调料。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述无人炒菜机设备包括自动称重分料单元、自动识别生鲜单元、自动对应菜谱单元、自动输送转送单元、自动配菜倒料单元、精准控温烹饪单元、自动倾锅倒料单元和连续装盘洗锅单元;
    所述无人炒菜机设备包括壳体和与所述壳体适配的盖板,所述壳体中设置有第一分隔板和第二分隔板。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述订单自动排序模块用于将菜品序号信息通过信号传输到自动对应菜谱单元,所述自动对应菜谱单元用于根据自身存储的菜谱信息逐一比对菜品排序中的名称信息,并输出比对结果;
    所述自动对应菜谱单元输出的比对结果包括:所述自动对应菜谱单元自比对结果中提取出菜品原材料与调料的名称和图片,并将其信息通过信号传输到自动识别生鲜单元;所述自动对应菜谱单元自比对结果中提取出菜品原材料与调料的图片和用量,并将其信息通过信号传输到自动称重分料单元。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述自动识别生鲜单元用于根据菜品原材料与调料的名称精确匹配自动存储备料系统中菜品的名称,并根据菜品原材料与调料的图片近似比对自动存储备料系统中菜品的图片,以及将匹配和比对的名称与图片的结果信息通过信号传输到自动存储备料系统。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述自动称重分料单元用于根据名称和图片的结果信息结合自动存储备料系统中接收到的图片和用量的结果信息与自动存储备料系统中的存储信息精确比对,并将比对结果中的物料按照菜品所需用量从自动存储备料系统中提取出来。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述自动输送转运单元用于将提取出的菜品的原材料与调料运输到自动配菜倒料单元;
    所述自动配菜倒料单元包括底板、回转件和驱动机构,所述底板设置在第一分隔板上,所述驱动机构带动回转件绕底板中轴线转动;所述底板上设置有用于倾倒菜品的翻转件;
    所述自动配菜倒料单元还包括位于第一分隔板和第二分隔板之间的放料室。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述自动倾锅倒料单元用于根据订单支付控制系统调控自动配菜倒料单元辅助其实施菜品烹饪。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述精准温控烹饪单元用于根据菜品原材料成熟的难易程度和所处烹饪时段的火力需求精准把控火力。
  10. 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的基于订单支付系统控制无人炒菜机的方法,其特征在于,所述连续装盘洗锅单元用于根据菜品成熟与否选择是否将菜品做装盘处理并在装盘完成后根据订单支付控制系统调控自动配菜倒料单元实施清水注入,所述清水用于烹饪和清洗锅体;
    所述连续装盘洗锅单元包括锅体和与锅体活动配合的炒铲,所述锅体周侧对应位置分别通过转轴和电机固定在壳体上,所述锅体下方设置有多个支承套,所述支承套通过支撑杆固定在第二分隔板上。
