然而,传统的电子烟普遍仅具有一个烟弹,烟弹内盛装有单一种类的烟油,在电子烟的使用过程中,用户一次仅能吸食一种口味的烟雾,当需要改变口味时,需要对烟弹内的烟油进行更换,造成烟油浪费,且烟油的更换过程较为繁琐,若烟油清理不彻底,还将造成烟雾中出现多种口味混杂的情况,影响用户的使用体验;此外传统的电子烟难以在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换,难以满足用户对不同口味烟雾的吸食需求,不利于提升产品的市场竞争力。
技术问题
基于此,有必要针对不易更换烟雾口味和难以在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换的技术问题,提供一种具有口味转换功能的多烟弹雾化器。
技术解决方案
一种多烟弹雾化器,包括用于容置雾化油的油杯、与所述油杯连通并用于加热雾化油以形成烟雾的雾化组件以及用于提供抽吸部的吸嘴组件,所述油杯的数量为至少两个,各所述油杯内分别装有不同口味的雾化油,所述雾化组件的数量与所述油杯的数量相适应,以使得每个所述油杯内的雾化油对应由一个所述雾化组件加热;
所述吸嘴组件包括固定架以及转动安装在所述固定架上的吸嘴,所述固定架上开设有多个通孔,每个通孔对应与一个所述雾化组件的输出端连通,所述吸嘴的底部开设有一第一烟道口和至少一个可开合的第二烟道口,所述吸嘴的顶部开设有分别与所述第一烟道口和所述第二烟道口连通的出烟口;
在所述吸嘴相对于所述固定架转动,所述第二烟道口闭合且所述第一烟道口与任一通孔连通时,所述出烟口处输出预定口味的烟雾;当所述第二烟道口打开且所述第二烟道口及所述第一烟道口分别与通孔连通时,所述出烟口处输出混合口味的烟雾。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴组件还包括挡板,所述挡板与所述吸嘴的底部滑动连接并用于封堵所述第二烟道口,当所述吸嘴转动至与所述固定架夹角设置时,所述挡板在外力作用下滑动以打开或关闭所述第二烟道口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴组件还包括芯体,所述芯体位于所述吸嘴与所述固定架之间并分别与所述吸嘴和所述固定架抵接,所述芯体上开设有与所述第一烟道口连通的第一连接孔和对应所述第二烟道口的第二连接孔,所述芯体上于邻近所述第二连接孔的侧壁开设有限位孔,所述限位孔与所述第二连接孔垂直并连通,且所述第二连接孔的侧壁于所述限位孔的末端形成有插接槽,所述挡板穿设所述限位孔并插入所述插接槽以封堵所述第二烟道口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴的底部开设有凹槽,所述芯体嵌入所述凹槽并分别与所述吸嘴和所述固定架抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述芯体的两个相对侧面上分别设有凸块,所述吸嘴的主面和背面分别开设有与所述凸块凹凸配合的插孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述芯体呈锥台状结构,所述芯体上于所述凸块所在的侧面分别为倾斜面,所述凹槽的内表面形状与所述芯体的外表面形状相适应。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出烟口为于所述吸嘴的顶部切割形成的缺口,所述吸嘴组件还包括吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖盖设于所述吸嘴并与所述吸嘴固定连接,所述吸嘴盖的顶部凹陷以形成与所述出烟口形状相适应的缓冲部,所述缓冲部的侧壁分别与所述第一烟道口及所述第二烟道口连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出烟口的底部开设有阶梯槽,所述阶梯槽内设有定位销以及套设于所述定位销并与阶梯槽的阶梯面抵接的弹簧,在所述吸嘴盖盖设于所述吸嘴,且所述缓冲部的底部挤压所述定位销时,所述弹簧压缩,所述吸嘴盖与所述吸嘴通过螺钉连接;在取出螺钉后,所述定位销在弹簧作用下复位并推动所述缓冲部,以使所述吸嘴盖脱离所述吸嘴。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一烟道口的口径由其输入端至输出端逐渐减小,所述第二烟道口的口径由其输入端至输出端逐渐减小。
在其中一个实施例中,所述多烟弹雾化器还包括与所述固定架底部连接的安装支架,所述安装支架包括底板和垂直设置于所述底板上的隔板,所述隔板分割底板顶部空间以在吸嘴的转动方向上形成至少两个安装位,一所述油杯和一所述雾化组件对应安装在一所述安装位内,所述底板上于每个安装位内分别设有用于与外部电池杆电连接的触点,所述雾化组件与所述触点电连接。
有益效果
实施本发明的多烟弹雾化器,在吸嘴的底部开设一第一烟道口和至少一个可开合的第二烟道口,并设置多个油杯和雾化组件,用户可根据需要转动吸嘴,以使得第一烟道口与对应预定油杯的通孔连通,从而输出预定口味的烟雾;用户也可以在打开第二烟道口的条件下,调节吸嘴的位置,使第一烟道口和第二烟道口分别与预定的通孔连通,以使得经由不同雾化组件加热后的多种烟雾同时输出,从而在出烟口形成混合口味的烟雾,该过程中,无需拆卸雾化器和更换雾化油,即可对烟雾的口味进行调节,操作较为简单,降低了雾化器的使用难度;通过转动和调节吸嘴,可以实现对单一口味的更换以及在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换,满足了用户对不同口味烟雾的需求,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
请结合图1与图2,本发明提供了一种具有口味转换功能的多烟弹雾化器10,该多烟弹雾化器10包括用于容置雾化油的油杯100、与油杯100连通并用于加热雾化油以形成烟雾的雾化组件200以及用于提供抽吸部的吸嘴组件300,油杯100的数量为至少两个,各油杯100内分别装有不同口味的雾化油,雾化组件200的数量与油杯100的数量相适应,以使得每个油杯100内的雾化油对应由一个雾化组件200加热。换言之,该多烟弹雾化器10具有至少两套雾化系统,即具有至少两个油杯100,每个油杯100内储存有预设口味的雾化油,且各个油杯100内的雾化油的品种均不同,每个油杯100内的雾化油对应由一个雾化组件200进行加热以获得预设口味的烟雾。吸嘴组件300包括固定架310以及转动安装在固定架310上的吸嘴320,固定架310上开设有多个通孔311,每个通孔311对应与一个雾化组件200的输出端连通,吸嘴320的底部开设有一第一烟道口321和至少一个可开合的第二烟道口322,吸嘴320的顶部开设有分别与第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322连通的出烟口323;在吸嘴320相对于固定架310转动,第二烟道口322闭合且第一烟道口321与任一通孔311连通时,出烟口323处输出预定口味的烟雾;当第二烟道口322打开且第二烟道口322及第一烟道口321分别与通孔311连通时,出烟口323处输出混合口味的烟雾。
本实施例中,第一烟道口321始终处于打开的状态,第二烟道口322的初始状态为关闭。在第二烟道口322处于关闭状态时,可通过转动吸嘴320,使第一烟道口321与对应特定口味雾化油的通孔311连通,以达到选择单种口味烟雾的目的。在需要获取混合口味的烟雾时,用户可转动吸嘴320并对第二烟道口322处的开合机构进行调整,即打开第二烟道口322,在此条件下,再次转动吸嘴320并使第二烟道口322回复至初始位置,随后通过调整吸嘴320的整体位置,使第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322分别对应预设通孔311,从而达到同时抽吸多种口味烟雾的目的。
请结合图2、图3与图4,本实施例的多烟弹雾化器10具有在两种单一口味之间切换并可抽吸由两种口味混合形成的混合烟雾,即在本实施例中,包括了两个油杯100,两个雾化组件200,固定架310上开设有两个通孔311,吸嘴320的底部开设有一个第一烟道口321和一个第二烟道口322。图2中多个由直线引出的箭头共同指示了本实施例的气路通道。优选的,两个通孔311对称开设于固定架310上,同样的,第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322位于同一直线上并呈中心对称,这样,在第二烟道口322闭合且需要转换烟雾口味时,可将吸嘴320旋转180度以使得第一烟道口321从固定架310上的一个通孔311的位置转动至与固定架310上另一通孔311连通,达到转换烟雾口味的目的。在需要获得混合口味的烟雾时,可将吸嘴320沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向转动90度,使第二烟道口322的部位露出,随后调节第二烟道口322出的开合机构,以打开第二烟道口322,随后将吸嘴320复位或沿原转动方向继续转动90度,使得第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322分别与通孔311连通,从而保证第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322均能通过烟雾,以达到输出混合口味烟雾的目的。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,多烟弹雾化器10还可以包括三个油杯100、四个油杯100以及更多个油杯100,相应的,雾化组件200的数量为三个、四个以及更多个。当油杯100的数量为三个时,固定架310上开设有三个通孔311,各相邻通孔311之间的距离相等,即三个通孔311位于等边三角形的三个顶点上,三个通孔311沿固定架310顶面的圆周方向上均匀分布。同样的,吸嘴320的底面均匀设有三个孔洞,其中一个孔洞为第一烟道口321,其余两个孔洞为第二烟道口322,各孔洞至吸嘴320底面中心的距离与各通孔311至固定架310中心部的距离相等,这样,在两个第二烟道口322均未打开时,吸嘴320每转动120度即可调整一次烟雾口味。在需要获得混合口味时,用户可以根据需要打开其中一个第二烟道口322以获得两种口味混合的烟雾,也可以同时打开两个第二烟道口322,以获得三种口味混合的烟雾。同理,当油杯100的数量为四个时,固定架310上均匀设有四个通孔311,吸嘴320的底面均匀开设有四个孔洞,在吸嘴320转动至预定位置且各孔洞均处于打开的状态下,每个孔洞分别对应与一个通孔311连通。四个孔洞中的一个为第一烟道口321,其余三个为第二烟道口322,三个第二烟道口322可以在吸嘴320的底部连续设置,也可以在吸嘴320的底部间隔设置。当各第二烟道口322均关闭时,吸嘴320每转动90度即可调整一次烟雾口味。在需要获得混合口味时,用户可以根据需要打开其中一个第二烟道口322以获得两种口味混合的烟雾;也可以同时打开两个第二烟道口322,以获得三种口味混合的烟雾;还可以同时打开三个第二烟道口322以获得四种口味混合的烟雾。油杯100数量和单种烟油口味均大于四的情况可依据前述说明以此类推,于此不再赘述。
请结合图2、图4以及图5,一实施例中,吸嘴组件300还包括挡板330,挡板330与吸嘴320的底部滑动连接并用于封堵第二烟道口322,当吸嘴320转动至与固定架310夹角设置时,挡板330在外力作用下滑动以打开或关闭第二烟道口322。需要特别说明的是,本实施例中,固定架310在两个通孔311连线方向上的尺寸大于固定架310其余方向上的尺寸,且在吸嘴320相对于固定架310转动时,挡板330离开固定架310,即解除固定架310对挡板330的遮挡,以便于拨动挡板330使得挡板330相对于吸嘴320的底部滑动,从而打开或关闭第二烟道口322。优选的,挡板330上于挡板330滑动方向上的一个边侧凸起或经折弯并形成拨动部331,以便于用户抓持挡板330并对挡板330的位置进行调整。
请结合图2、图5以及图6,一实施例中,吸嘴组件300还包括芯体340,芯体340位于吸嘴320与固定架310之间并分别与吸嘴320和固定架310抵接,芯体340上开设有与第一烟道口321连通的第一连接孔341和对应第二烟道口322的第二连接孔342,芯体340上于邻近第二连接孔342的侧壁开设有限位孔343,限位孔343与第二连接孔342垂直并连通,且第二连接孔342的侧壁于限位孔343的末端形成有插接槽344,挡板330穿设限位孔343并插入插接槽344以封堵第二烟道口322。本实施例中,芯体340主要用于提供烟雾过渡通道以及提供挡板330的插接位,以便于实现挡板330的安装设置并限定挡板330的滑动方向,插接槽344用于支撑挡板330的末端,防止挡板330末端在重力作用下翘起,进而导致的第二烟道口322在关闭的条件下出现漏烟问题,以保证特定口味烟雾的品质和雾化器的抽吸效果。
请结合图2与图9,一实施例中,吸嘴320的底部开设有凹槽324,芯体340嵌入凹槽324并分别与吸嘴320和固定架310抵接,即凹槽324提供了芯体340的固定位。进一步的,请参阅图5,芯体340由橡胶或硅胶材料经注塑成型得到,芯体340的底部于第一连接孔341的边缘和第二连接孔342的边缘分别设有环状凸起345,环状凸起345环绕第一连接孔341和第二连接孔342设置,并在剖面图中仅显示为凸起,用于封堵芯体340与固定架310连接处的缝隙,避免烟雾沿通孔311并经由芯体340与固定架310之间的缝隙泄漏,进而造成的出烟口323处压力不足、用户抽吸困难问题,以提升用户的使用体验。
请结合图3、图7与图8,一实施例中,芯体340的两个相对侧面上分别设有凸块346,吸嘴320的主面和背面分别开设有与凸块346凹凸配合的插孔325。由于芯体340采用橡胶或硅胶这类弹性材料,在将芯体340嵌入凹槽324的过程中,凸块346首先受到凹槽324内壁的挤压产生压缩变形,当凸块346移动至插孔325位置时,凹槽324内壁对凸块346的约束解除,凸块346即滑入插孔325内并与插孔325的内表面配合,即实现对凸块346的限位,防止芯体340在凹槽324内晃动或从凹槽324内脱落。本实施例中,吸嘴320的主面是指吸嘴320上宽度最大且与雾化器的logo位于同一侧的一面,吸嘴320的背面为吸嘴320主面的相对面。进一步的,芯体340呈锥台状结构,芯体340底部的宽度大于芯体340顶部的宽度,芯体340上于凸块346所在的侧面分别为倾斜面,凹槽324的内表面形状与芯体340的外表面形状相适应。通过将芯体340上设置凸块346的侧面设计为倾斜面,当芯体340刚插入凹槽324时,芯体340的顶部对应凹槽324的开口端,由于凹槽324开口端的口径大于芯体340顶部的尺寸,可以快速将芯体340插入凹槽324内,随后通过挤压芯体340使凸块346变形,达到将凸块346嵌入插孔325的目的,减小了芯体340嵌入凹槽324时的阻力,降低了芯体340的安装难度。
请参阅图9,一实施例中,第一烟道口321的口径由其输入端至输出端逐渐减小,第二烟道口322的口径由其输入端至输出端逐渐减小。也就是说,第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322分别为近似宝塔状结构,此处以第一烟道口321为例进行说明,当烟雾进入第一烟道口321后,由于单位时间内通过第一烟道口321各横截面的烟雾量相同,这样,第一烟道口321内靠近出烟口323位置的烟雾通过速度增大,以便于用户快速抽吸烟雾,或便于第一烟道口321内的烟雾和第二烟道口322内的烟雾以较大速度混合,从而获得尽可能均匀的混合口味烟雾。
请参阅图3,出烟口323为于吸嘴320的顶部切割形成的缺口,优选的,出烟口323位于吸嘴320顶部的中心部。进一步的,请结合图1与图10,吸嘴组件300还包括吸嘴盖350,吸嘴盖350盖设于吸嘴320并与吸嘴320固定连接,吸嘴盖350的顶部凹陷以形成与出烟口323形状相适应的缓冲部351,缓冲部351的侧壁分别与第一烟道口321及第二烟道口322连通。通过设置吸嘴盖350,可以对吸嘴320上的各部件进行保护,并防止吸嘴320上的尖锐部位刮伤用户的口鼻。进一步的,请参阅图5,一实施例中,出烟口323的底部开设有阶梯槽326,阶梯槽326内设有定位销327以及套设于定位销327并与阶梯槽326的阶梯面抵接的弹簧328,在吸嘴盖350盖设于吸嘴320,且缓冲部351的底部挤压定位销327时,弹簧328压缩,吸嘴盖350与吸嘴320通过螺钉连接;在取出螺钉后,定位销327在弹簧328作用下复位并推动缓冲部351,以使吸嘴盖350脱离吸嘴320。通过设置定位销327并在定位销327上套设弹簧328,在拆除螺钉的情况下,定位销327在弹簧328的回复力下复位回弹并顶起吸嘴盖350,以降低吸嘴盖350的拆卸难度。
请结合图2与图3,多烟弹雾化器10还包括与固定架310底部连接的安装支架400,安装支架400包括底板410和垂直设置于底板410上的隔板420,隔板420分割底板410顶部空间以在吸嘴320的转动方向上形成至少两个安装位430,一油杯100和一雾化组件200对应安装在一安装位430内,底板410上于每个安装位430内分别设有用于与外部电池杆电连接的触点440,雾化组件200与触点440电连接,以便于从外部电池杆获取电压。本实施例中,隔板420为长条形板件,隔板420分割底板410顶部空间并在吸嘴320的转动方向形成两个相互对称的安装位430,且隔板420上于吸嘴320主面所在侧以及于吸嘴320背面所在侧分别设有护板450,每一块护板450均同时位于两个安装位430内,护板450、隔板420、底板410以及固定架310共同限定安装位430的大小,并对装入安装位430内的油杯100和雾化组件200进行限位,防止油杯100和雾化组件200产生晃动。当油杯100的数量为三时,隔板420的横截面呈Y字形结构,以便于将底板410顶部空间等分为三个安装位430;当油杯100的数量为四时,隔板420的横截面呈十字架结构,以便将底板410顶部空间等分为四个安装位430,在油杯100数量大于四时,隔板420的形状可以此类推,于此不再赘述。
实施本发明的多烟弹雾化器10,在吸嘴320的底部开设一第一烟道口321和至少一个可开合的第二烟道口322,并设置多个油杯100和雾化组件200,用户可根据需要转动吸嘴320,以使得第一烟道口321与对应预定油杯100的通孔311连通,从而输出预定口味的烟雾;用户也可以在打开第二烟道口322的条件下,调节吸嘴320的位置,使第一烟道口321和第二烟道口322分别与预定的通孔311连通,以使得经由不同雾化组件200加热后的多种烟雾同时输出,从而在出烟口323形成混合口味的烟雾,该过程中,无需拆卸雾化器和更换雾化油,即可对烟雾的口味进行调节,操作较为简单,降低了雾化器的使用难度;通过转动和调节吸嘴320,可以实现对单一口味的更换以及在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换,满足了用户对不同口味烟雾的需求,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种多烟弹雾化器,包括用于容置雾化油的油杯、与所述油杯连通并用于加热雾化油以形成烟雾的雾化组件以及用于提供抽吸部的吸嘴组件,其特征在于,
    所述油杯的数量为至少两个,各所述油杯内分别装有不同口味的雾化油,所述雾化组件的数量与所述油杯的数量相适应,以使得每个所述油杯内的雾化油对应由一个所述雾化组件加热;
    所述吸嘴组件包括固定架以及转动安装在所述固定架上的吸嘴,所述固定架上开设有多个通孔,每个通孔对应与一个所述雾化组件的输出端连通,所述吸嘴的底部开设有一第一烟道口和至少一个可开合的第二烟道口,所述吸嘴的顶部开设有分别与所述第一烟道口和所述第二烟道口连通的出烟口;
    在所述吸嘴相对于所述固定架转动,所述第二烟道口闭合且所述第一烟道口与任一通孔连通时,所述出烟口处输出预定口味的烟雾;当所述第二烟道口打开且所述第二烟道口及所述第一烟道口分别与通孔连通时,所述出烟口处输出混合口味的烟雾。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件还包括挡板,所述挡板与所述吸嘴的底部滑动连接并用于封堵所述第二烟道口,当所述吸嘴转动至与所述固定架夹角设置时,所述挡板在外力作用下滑动以打开或关闭所述第二烟道口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件还包括芯体,所述芯体位于所述吸嘴与所述固定架之间并分别与所述吸嘴和所述固定架抵接,所述芯体上开设有与所述第一烟道口连通的第一连接孔和对应所述第二烟道口的第二连接孔,所述芯体上于邻近所述第二连接孔的侧壁开设有限位孔,所述限位孔与所述第二连接孔垂直并连通,且所述第二连接孔的侧壁于所述限位孔的末端形成有插接槽,所述挡板穿设所述限位孔并插入所述插接槽以封堵所述第二烟道口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的底部开设有凹槽,所述芯体嵌入所述凹槽并分别与所述吸嘴和所述固定架抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述芯体的两个相对侧面上分别设有凸块,所述吸嘴的主面和背面分别开设有与所述凸块凹凸配合的插孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述芯体呈锥台状结构,所述芯体上于所述凸块所在的侧面分别为倾斜面,所述凹槽的内表面形状与所述芯体的外表面形状相适应。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述出烟口为于所述吸嘴的顶部切割形成的缺口,所述吸嘴组件还包括吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖盖设于所述吸嘴并与所述吸嘴固定连接,所述吸嘴盖的顶部凹陷以形成与所述出烟口形状相适应的缓冲部,所述缓冲部的侧壁分别与所述第一烟道口及所述第二烟道口连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述出烟口的底部开设有阶梯槽,所述阶梯槽内设有定位销以及套设于所述定位销并与阶梯槽的阶梯面抵接的弹簧,在所述吸嘴盖盖设于所述吸嘴,且所述缓冲部的底部挤压所述定位销时,所述弹簧压缩,所述吸嘴盖与所述吸嘴通过螺钉连接;在取出螺钉后,所述定位销在弹簧作用下复位并推动所述缓冲部,以使所述吸嘴盖脱离所述吸嘴。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一烟道口的口径由其输入端至输出端逐渐减小,所述第二烟道口的口径由其输入端至输出端逐渐减小。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,还包括与所述固定架底部连接的安装支架,所述安装支架包括底板和垂直设置于所述底板上的隔板,所述隔板分割底板顶部空间以在吸嘴的转动方向上形成至少两个安装位,一所述油杯和一所述雾化组件对应安装在一所述安装位内,所述底板上于每个安装位内分别设有用于与外部电池杆电连接的触点,所述雾化组件与所述触点电连接。
