Description

一种低温烘烤烟具 技术领域
本发明涉及香烟替代品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种低温烘烤烟具。
背景技术
现有的加热不燃烧低温烘烤烟具大多是利用加热元件将烟支等烟草基质进行加热,使烟草基质雾化产生烟雾,供使用者抽吸。抽吸结束后,使用者将烟支拔出加热元件,实现加热元件与烟支的分离。由于烟支在加热后会产生一定的粘结物附着在加热元件上,形成粘结状态,并且粘结物还会残留在加热元件表面进一步增多。在加热完一支烟支时,通常先将用于容置烟支的烟管从低温烘烤烟具上拆下,然后将烟支从烟管中取出,再将烟管装在低温烘烤烟具上,以备下次使用,如此拆装烟管造成使用不便。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种改进的低温烘烤烟具。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种低温烘烤烟具,其包括壳体、加热组件、滑动烟管、滑动套、以及弹性件;
所述滑动烟管的轴向一端设有用于供烟支插入的第一插口,另一端形成有用于供所述加热组件插入的第二插口,通过按压所述烟支,使所述滑动烟管在所述壳体内于远离所述加热组件的分离位置和靠近所述加热组件的工作位置之间来回移动;
所述滑动套安装于所述壳体内并套设于所述滑动烟管外,所述滑动套与所述滑动烟管之间形成有按压转动结构,以使所述滑动套对应于每次按压动作而向固定方向转动;所述滑动套与所述滑动烟管之间形成有活动连接结构,以使所述滑动套与所述滑动烟管保持活动连接状态;
所述弹性件与所述滑动套连接,向所述滑动套远离所述第一插口的一侧提供弹性力。

本发明的实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示,本发明一些实施例中的低温烘烤烟具可包括壳体1、加热组件2、滑动烟管3、导向筒4、滑动套5、以及弹性件6。壳体1上开设有可供烟支7穿过的插烟口111,滑动烟管3可滑动安装于壳体1内,滑动烟管3的轴向一端对应于插烟口111设有用于供烟支7插入的第一插口31,另一端形成有用于供加热组件2插入的第二插口321。烟支7可经由插烟口111、第一插口31插入到滑动烟管3中,加热组件2的一端可穿过第二插口321伸入到滑动烟管3中并插入到烟支7中,对烟支7进行烘烤加热。
壳体1在一些实施例中可包括下壳12以及盖设于下壳12上端的上壳11,上壳11包括一顶壁112,插烟口111开设于顶壁112上。上壳11、下壳12在本实施例中均大致呈长方体状,上壳11的底端开口并可拆卸地盖设于下壳12上。
导向筒4固定安装于壳体1中,导向筒4大致呈两端敞开的圆筒状,其形成用于容置滑动烟管3和滑动套5的容腔45。在一些实施例中,导向筒4可通过焊接、螺接、卡接等方式固定安装于上壳11中,其顶部可抵靠于上壳11的顶壁112上。在另一些实施例中,导向筒4也可与上壳11一体成型,其可由上壳11的顶壁112向下延伸形成。
结合图2-5所示,加热组件2安装于壳体1内,其包括用于插接于烟支7内的插接部211。加热组件2在一些实施例中可包括加热元件21以及用于安装加热元件21的基座22。加热元件21与第一插口31相对的一端形成插接部211。加热元件21由电源供电后,可对插入到滑动烟管3中的烟支7进行烘烤加热。加热元件21可以为片状或棒状,加热元件21与第一插口31相对的端部形成有尖头导向结构,便于插入到烟支7中进行加热。
基座22的外形可呈长方体状、圆柱状等形状,加热元件21的底部(背离第一插口31的一端)可插装于基座22内。加热组件2在一些实施例中还可包括安装于基座22中与加热元件21电性连接的电路板23。基座22的底部形成有用于安装电路板23的安装槽224,安装槽224的一侧敞开,便于电路板23插装入安装槽224中。基座22内形成有沿其纵向延伸的隔离部223,隔离部223将基座22的内腔分隔成第一隔离腔221、第二隔离腔222,加热元件21的正、负极引线可分别经由第一隔离腔221、第二隔离腔222连接至电路板23上,将正、负极引线相隔离,降低短路的风险。
基座22在一些实施例中可包括分别位于加热元件21两相对侧的第一半座225、第二半座226,第一半座225、第二半座226合围后形成基座22。在本实施例中,第一半座225、第二半座226分别位于加热元件21厚度方向的两相对侧。在其他实施例中,第一半座225、第二半座226也可分别位于加热元件21宽度方向的两相对侧。
第一半座225、第二半座226彼此相对的内侧面上分别形成有相互插接的第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261,第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261相互插接后形成隔离部223,且第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261插接后将加热元件21夹持固定于第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261之间。第一半座225、第二半座226的底部分别形成有第一插槽2253、第二插槽2263,第一插槽2253、第二插槽2263共同形成用于安装电路板23的安装槽224。
该加热组件2在组装时,将第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261分别从加热元件21的两相对侧相互插接,并将电路板23分别插入第一插槽2253、第二插槽2263中即可完成组装,第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261插接后将第一半座225、第二半座226相互插接固定,同时将加热元件21夹持固定于第一插接部2251、第二插接部2261之间,结构简单,组装方便。
进一步地,基座22在一些实施例中还可包括盖设于基座22顶部的端盖25、以及套设于基座22和端盖25外的外套24。基座22可包括朝向插烟口111一侧的座体227和远离插烟口111一侧的底座228,其中,座体227的外形尺寸小于底座228的外形尺寸,外套24可套设于座体227外并座设于底座228上。在一些实施例中,外套24的外形尺寸可与底座228的外形尺寸相当,以提高美观性。
基座22与外套24之间可通过卡接、螺接等方式相互固定。在本实施例中,座体227上向外凸出形成有第一卡扣2252、第二卡扣2262,该第一卡扣2252、第二卡扣2262分别形成于第一半座225、第二半座226上。外套24上分别对应第一卡扣2252、第二卡扣2262形成有第一卡槽241、第二卡槽242,第一卡扣2252、第二卡扣2262分别与第一卡槽241、第二卡槽242相互卡扣后,将第一半座225、第二半座226分别卡扣固定于外套24上。
进一步地,下壳12内还可设置有用于安装加热组件2的固定部121,固定部121的顶部敞开,供加热组件2装入。固定部121可由下壳12内部一体延伸形成,或者固定部121也可以独立设置。
滑动烟管3大致呈管状,其形成用于收容烟支7的插孔36。插孔36的顶部敞开形成有供烟支7插入的第一插口31,插孔36底部形成有底壁32,底壁32上开设有供加热元件21插入的与插孔36连通的第二插口321。在一些实施例中,第二插口321的形状与加热元件21的横截面的形状相对应,例如,可以为矩形,以使加热元件21与烟支7分离时,底壁32可通过摩擦作用刮去加热元件21上的残余物质,对加热元件21进行清洁。
滑动烟管3可滑动安装于容腔45中且与容腔45同轴设置,通过按压烟支7,可使滑动烟管3相对于容腔45在远离加热组件2的分离位置和靠近加热组件2的工作位置之间来回移动,实现烟支7与加热元件21相插接或分离,操作方便。当滑动烟管3位于工作位置时,加热元件21的插接部211完全伸入到插孔36中,如图2所示;当滑动烟管3位于分离位置时,插接部211至少部分地从插孔36移出,如图3所示。滑动烟管3的滑动方向与烟支7的轴向平行,在滑动烟管3滑动的过程中,不会造成烟支7的折断。在本实施方式中,当滑动烟管3位于分离位置时,插接部211一部分伸入于插孔36内,另一部分位于插孔36外,即插接部211始终至少部分位于插孔36内。在其他实施例中,当滑动烟管3位于分离位置时,插接部211也可以全部位于插孔36外。
在一些实施例中,当滑动烟管3处于分离位置时,滑动烟管3的顶部可抵靠于上壳11的顶壁112上,方便定位,且距离插烟口111的位置最近,利于对烟支7进行插拔操作。
滑动套5可移动及可转动地安装于容腔45中且与容腔45同轴设置。滑动套5套设于滑动烟管3外,滑动套5与滑动烟管3之间形成有按压转动结构,以使滑动套5对应于每次按压动作可向固定方向转动规定角度,例如30度。滑动套5与滑动烟管3之间还形成有活动连接结构,以使滑动套5与滑动烟管3保持活动连接状态,防止当滑动烟管3处于工作位置时,滑动烟管3可自由的向插烟口111的方向移动。
弹性件6与滑动套5连接,向滑动套5远离第一插口31的一侧提供弹性力, 从而将滑动烟管3弹性保持在分离位置或工作位置。弹性件6在一些实施例中可以为弹簧,该弹簧可套设于滑动烟管3外,且弹簧的一端与滑动套5的底部相抵,另一端与下壳12的顶壁相抵。在其他实施例中,该弹簧也可以与外套24、固定部121等其他元件相抵。
结合图6-8所示,容腔45的内壁面形成有可供滑动套5滑移的多个第一滑槽421以及可供滑动套5抵靠的多个止动部41。该第一滑槽421沿平行于容腔45的轴向方向延伸,且该多个第一滑槽421与该多个止动部41沿容腔45的周向交替分布。每一止动部41均可包括沿纵向延伸的纵侧面413以及由该纵侧面413的纵向两端分别向两侧延伸的第一倾斜面411、第二倾斜面412。当滑动烟管3由分离位置向下滑动至工作位置时,滑动套5与第一倾斜面411相抵,纵侧面413用于卡止滑动套5,防止其继续向固定方向转动,从而将滑动烟管3弹性保持在工作位置。
具体地,导向筒4的内壁面凸出形成有沿其轴向延伸的至少三组延伸部43,且该至少三组延伸部43沿容腔45的周向均匀间隔分布,每相邻两组延伸部43之间形成第一滑槽421,延伸部43的底部形成止动部41。
在一些实施例中,导向筒4的顶端周圈向内延伸形成有凸缘44,延伸部43可由该凸缘44向下延伸至导向筒4的底端附近。延伸部43的底部形成有第一倾斜面411、第二倾斜面412、以及纵侧面413。第一倾斜面411与第二倾斜面412的倾斜度相同或相近,且第一倾斜面411与第二倾斜面412到导向筒4底面的最小距离相同或大致相同。
在一些实施例中,每组延伸部43均包括沿容腔45的周向依次排布的第一延伸部431、第二延伸部432、第三延伸部433。第一延伸部431、第三延伸部433凸出于容腔45内壁面的高度大致相当,且第一延伸部431、第三延伸部433凸出于容腔45内壁面的高度均大于第二延伸部432凸出于容腔45内壁面的高度,以使第一延伸部431和第三延伸部433之间形成有第二滑槽432。第三延伸部433的底面形成第二倾斜面412,第一延伸部431、第二延伸部432的底面共同形成第一倾斜面411。在其他实施例中,容腔45的内壁面也可不形成有第二滑槽432,即第一延伸部431、第二延伸部432、第三延伸部433凸出于容腔45内壁面的高度也可大致相当。

滑动烟管3在一些实施例中可包括朝向插烟口111的第一部33以及背离插烟口111的第二部34,第一部33的内径与第二部34的内径相等,第一部33的外径大于第二部34的外径,以使第一部33的底端外圈形成锯齿牙332。第一部33的外侧壁上还可凸出形成有至少一个滑块331,该至少一个滑块331可滑动安装于第一滑槽421和/或第二滑槽422中,以使滑动烟管3相对于导向筒4只可在轴向相对移动但不能相对转动,避免在运动过程中造成烟支7的折断。
第二部34的外壁面向外凸出形成有至少一个限位凸起341,滑动套5的内壁面周圈向内凹陷形成有与锯齿牙332的形状相对应的限位滑槽52,该至少一个限位凸起341与该限位滑槽5相配合形成活动连接结构。当滑动套5在按压转动结构的作用下转动时,该至少一个限位凸起341可在限位滑槽52内作锯齿状轨迹滑动,使滑动烟管3与滑动套5保持活动连接状态,防止当滑动烟管3处于工作位置时,滑动烟管3自由的向插烟口111的方向移动。
在一些实施例中,滑动套5的内壁面上还可开设有可供该至少一个限位凸起341通过的导槽54,该导槽54由滑动套5朝向插烟口111的一端端面向下延伸至与限位滑槽52相连通,在滑动套5与滑动烟管3插装时,限位凸起341可经由导槽54滑动装配到限位滑槽52中,然后再将滑动套5与滑动烟管3相对转动一定角度将限位凸起341与导槽54周向错开,装配更方便。当滑动烟管3处于工作位置时,导槽54与限位凸起341周向错开,以避免限位凸起341沿导槽54自由的向插烟口111的方向移动。
在本实施例中,滑动烟管3的第二部34的外壁面向外凸出形成有两个限位凸起341,该两个限位凸起341呈半球形且分布于第二部34的两相对侧,利于提高运动时的平滑度以及结合的稳定性。滑动套5的外壁面凸出形成有四个导向块51,导槽54的数量与限位凸起341的数量相对应,即导槽54的数量为两个,且该两个导槽54分别形成于两个相对设置的导向块51上。
在其他实施例中,该活动连接结构也可包括由第二部34的外壁面凹陷形成的与锯齿牙332的形状相对应的限位滑槽、以及由滑动套5的内壁面凸出形成的至少一个限位凸起,该至少一个限位凸起可在该限位滑槽内作锯齿状轨迹滑动,使滑动烟管3与滑动套5保持活动连接状态。相应地,为便于装配,可在滑动烟管3的外壁面上开设可供该限位凸起通过的导槽,该导槽由滑动烟管3背离插烟口111的一端端面向上延伸至与该限位滑槽相连通。
再如图3所示,在烟支7未插入时,滑动烟管3在弹性件6的作用下位于壳体1最靠近插烟口111的位置(分离位置),此时,滑动套5的导向块51处于导向筒4的第一滑槽421中,滑动烟管3与滑动套5之间通过限位凸起341与限位滑槽52保持活动连接状态;在弹性件6的作用下,滑动烟管3的顶端与上壳11的顶壁112相抵,和/或,滑动烟管3上的滑块331的顶端与导向筒4的凸缘44相抵,以使滑动烟管3弹性保持在该分离位置。
如图2所示,将烟支7从插烟口111装入到滑动烟管3内,此时,推动烟支7,滑动烟管3在烟支7的推力作用下,滑动烟管3上的滑块331在对应的第一滑槽421和/或第二滑槽422内滑动,带动滑动套5沿第一滑槽421向下滑动,当导向块51向下滑动至脱出第一滑槽421时,继续推动烟支7,锯齿牙332与第一啮合面511配合,使得滑动套5向固定方向转动并向下滑动挤压弹性件6;松开对烟支7的按压后,滑动套5在弹性件6的作用下向上复位,使得第一啮合面511与第一倾斜面411相抵靠,侧壁512与纵侧面413相抵靠,从而卡止导向块51,将滑动烟管3弹性保持在工作位置。此时,滑动烟管3相对于插烟口111向下滑动了一段距离,使得插接部211完全伸入到插孔36中,此时,可通过加热元件21对插入到滑动烟管3中的烟支7进行烘烤加热。
当烟支7加热完后,再次按压烟支7,推动滑动烟管3、滑动套5向下运动,使得第一啮合面511与第一倾斜面411分离,锯齿牙332与第一啮合面511配合,使得滑动套5向固定方向转动;松开对烟支7的按压后,滑动套5在弹性件6的作用下向上复位,使得导向块51滑动到相邻的第一滑槽421中,并在弹性件6的作用下继续向上复位滑动,直至滑动烟管3重新复位至如图3所示的分离位置。此时,滑动烟管3相对于加热元件21向上滑动了一段距离,使得插接部211至少部分地从插孔36移出,实现烟支7与加热元件21的分离,便于将烟支7拔出,减少或避免烟支7在加热元件21上附着的残余物质。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围;因此,凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、加热组件(2)、滑动烟管(3)、滑动套(5)、以及弹性件(6);
    所述滑动烟管(3)的轴向一端设有用于供烟支(7)插入的第一插口(31),另一端形成有用于供所述加热组件(2)插入的第二插口(321),通过按压所述烟支(7),使所述滑动烟管在所述壳体(1)内于远离所述加热组件(2)的分离位置和靠近所述加热组件(2)的工作位置之间来回移动;
    所述滑动套(5)安装于所述壳体(1)内并套设于所述滑动烟管(3)外,所述滑动套(5)与所述滑动烟管(3)之间形成有按压转动结构,以使所述滑动套(5)对应于每次按压动作而向固定方向转动;所述滑动套(5)与所述滑动烟管(3)之间形成有活动连接结构,以使所述滑动套(5)与所述滑动烟管(3)保持活动连接状态;
    所述弹性件(6)与所述滑动套(5)连接,向所述滑动套(5)远离所述第一插口(31)的一侧提供弹性力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)内形成有用于容置所述滑动烟管(3)和所述滑动套(5)的容腔(45),所述容腔(45)的内壁面形成有可供所述滑动套(5)滑移的多个第一滑槽(421)以及可供所述滑动套(5)抵靠的多个止动部(41),所述多个第一滑槽(421)沿平行于所述容腔(45)的轴向延伸,所述多个第一滑槽(421)与所述多个止动部(41)沿所述容腔(45)的周向交替分布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述低温烘烤烟具还包括固定安装于所述壳体(1)中的导向筒(4),所述导向筒(4)的内孔形成所述容腔(45)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述按压转动结构包括形成于所述滑动套(5)上的至少一个第一啮合面(511)、以及形成于所述滑动烟管(3)上的锯齿牙(332),所述第一啮合面(511)与所述锯齿牙(332)啮合,且所述第一啮合面(511)的数量少于所述锯齿牙(332)的数量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述第一啮合面(511)的数量与所述第一滑槽(421)、所述止动部(41)的数量相对应;
    所述第一啮合面(511)的倾斜度与所述锯齿牙(332)的倾斜度相对应。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述滑动套(5)包括筒状本体(53)以及凸出设置于所述本体(53)的外壁面并可在所述第一滑槽(421)中滑移的至少一个导向块(51);
    所述至少一个导向块(51)的顶端分别伸出所述本体(53)的顶端之外,所述至少一个导向块(51)的顶端端面分别形成所述至少一个第一啮合面(511)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述滑动烟管(3)包括远离所述加热组件(2)的第一部(33)以及朝向所述加热组件(2)的第二部(34),所述第一部(33)的外径大于所述第二部(34)的外径,所述第一部(33)的底部周圈形成所述锯齿牙(332)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述活动连接结构包括限位滑槽(52)以及可滑动设置于所述限位滑槽(52)中的至少一个限位凸起(341),所述限位滑槽(52)的形状与所述锯齿牙(332)的形状相对应;
    所述限位滑槽(52)由所述滑动套(5)的内壁面周圈凹陷形成,所述至少一个限位凸起(341)由所述滑动烟管(3)的外壁面凸出形成;
    或者,所述限位滑槽(52)由所述滑动烟管(3)的外壁面周圈凹陷形成,所述至少一个限位凸起(341)由所述滑动套(5)的内壁面凸出形成。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述止动部(41)包括纵侧面(413)以及由所述纵侧面(413)的两端分别向两侧延伸的第一倾斜面(411)、第二倾斜面(412);
    其中,当所述滑动烟管(3)处于所述工作位置时,所述第一啮合面(511)与所述第一倾斜面(411)相抵靠。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述第一倾斜面(411)、第二倾斜面(412)、第一啮合面(511)的倾斜度相同或相近。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述容腔(45)的内壁面凸出形成有沿其轴向延伸的至少三组延伸部(43),所述至少三组延伸部(43)沿所述容腔(45)的周向均匀间隔分布,每相邻两组延伸部(43)之间形成所述第一滑槽(421),每组所述延伸部(43)的底部形成所述止动部(41)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述每组所述延伸部(43)均包括沿所述容腔(45)的周向依次排布的第一延伸部(431)、第二延伸部(432)、第三延伸部(433),所述第三延伸部(433)的底面形成所述第二倾斜面(412),所述第一延伸部(431)、第二延伸部(432)的底面共同形成所述第一倾斜面(411)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部(431)、第三延伸部(433)凸出于所述容腔(45)的高度均大于所述第二延伸部(432)凸出于所述容腔(45)的高度,以使所述第一延伸部(431)和所述第三延伸部(433)之间形成有第二滑槽(422);
    所述滑动烟管(3)的外侧壁上凸出形成有至少一个滑块(331),所述至少一个滑块(331)可滑动设置于所述第一滑槽(421)和/或所述第二滑槽(422)中。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述弹性件(6)为弹簧,所述弹簧套设于所述滑动烟管(3)外,且所述弹簧的顶端与所述滑动套(5)的底端相抵靠,所述弹簧的底端和所述壳体(1)相抵靠。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)包括顶壁(112),所述顶壁(112)上与所述第一插口(31)对应开设有插烟口(111);
    当所述滑动烟管(3)处于所述分离位置时,所述滑动烟管(3)的顶部与所述顶壁(112)相抵;
    所述滑动烟管(3)的另一端形成有底壁(32),所述底壁(32)上形成有所述第二插口(321),所述第二插口(321)的形状与所述加热组件(2)的横截面的形状相对应。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述加热组件(2)包括加热元件(21)、基座(22)、以及电路板(23);
    所述加热元件(21)插装于所述基座(22)上,所述基座(22)远离所述加热元件(21)的一侧形成有用于安装所述电路板(23)的安装槽(224),所述基座(22)内形成有沿其纵向延伸的隔离部(223),所述隔离部(223)将所述基座(22)内分隔成第一隔离腔(221)、第二隔离腔(222),所述加热元件(21)的正、负极引线分别经由所述第一隔离腔(221)、第二隔离腔(222)连接至所述电路板(23)上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述基座(22)包括分别位于所述加热元件(21)两相对侧的第一半座(225)、第二半座(226),所述第一半座(225)、第二半座(226)合围后形成所述基座(22);
    所述第一半座(225)、第二半座(226)彼此相对的内侧面上分别形成有相互插接的第一插接部(2251)、第二插接部(2261),所述第一插接部(2251)、第二插接部(2261)相互插接后形成所述隔离部(223);
    所述加热元件(21)夹持固定于所述第一插接部(2251)和所述第二插接部(2261)之间。
