一种内托支架及气溶胶发生装置
本申请要求于2021年04月02日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110365671.8、发明名称为“一种内托支架及气溶胶发生装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于气溶胶装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种内托支架及气溶胶发生装置。
背景技术
加热不燃烧气溶胶产生装置具有收容腔以及设有收容腔中的发热体,气溶胶形成基质在插入到收容腔的同时,发热体也插入到气溶胶形成基质中,通过发热体对溶胶形成基质进行加热以产生可吸入的气溶胶。当气溶胶形成基质使用完后,可将气溶胶形成基质取出并更换新的气溶胶形成基质。
而由于气溶胶形成基质材料本身特性,在气溶胶形成基质在取出过程中会残留大量的松散碎屑于收容腔的底部中难以清洁,如此长时间使用后残留碎屑越积越多并粘贴在发热体上,从而影响发热体的发热效率以及所产生气溶胶的口感,并容易导致堵塞气溶胶发生装置内部的气流通道,造成气溶胶发生装置的使用寿命受到影响。
申请内容
本发明的目的在于至少一定程度上解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种内托支架及气溶胶发生装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种内托支架,所述内托支架限定有用于接纳气溶胶形成基质的收容腔,所述收容腔具有相对的第一开口和第二开口,所述内托支架于所述第二开口内形成有至少一个承托部,所述气溶胶形成基质能够通过所述第一开口接纳到所述收容腔中,并止挡于所述承托部上。
优选地,所述承托部包括由所述内托支架向远离所述第一开口方向突出的延伸部以及与所述延伸部连接的支撑部,所述支撑部朝所述收容腔的中心轴线方向延伸。
优选地,所述承托部的数量为两个,并相对所述收容腔的中心轴线对称设置,且两个所述承托部之间形成有用于供发热体插入至收容腔的间隔槽。
优选地,每一所述支撑部邻近所述延伸部的边缘位置贯穿开设有多个连通孔。

请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例提供了一种气溶胶发生装置,包括可相互拆卸连接的上壳体10和下壳体20。
上壳体10中设有内托支架30,该内托支架30限定有用于接纳气溶胶形成基质100的收容腔31,收容腔31具有相对的第一开口32和第二开口33,内托支架30于第二开口33内形成有至少一个承托部34,气溶胶形成基质100能够通过第一开口32接纳到收容腔31中,并止挡于承托部34上。气溶胶形成基质100为一种由烟丝、烟草棵粒、植物碎片或烟膏等材料制成的柱状气溶胶生成制品,收容腔31的截面与气溶胶形成基质100的截面相适配,其可拆卸的插置于内托支架30的收容腔31中,并由收容腔31的内壁夹持固定。较佳地,收容腔31被构造成圆柱状,当然,在其他实施例中,还可以采用椭圆柱或正棱柱结构。
下壳体20设有控制电路板50、与控制电路板50电连接的供电电源60和发热组件70,发热组件70包括至少部分通过第二开口33伸入至收容腔31内的发热体71,发热体71由控制电路板50导通或切断供电电源60的电连接,用于加热或停止加热接纳于收容腔31中的气溶胶形成基质100以产生气溶胶或停止产生气溶胶。
本实施例气溶胶发生装置使用分体式结构,使上壳体10和下壳体20采用插接方式进行对接,并通过卡扣或磁吸的方式相互连接;在更换气溶胶形成基质100时,可将上壳体10整体从下壳体20中拔出,带动内托支架30和气溶胶形成基质100与发热体71相分离,然后再将气溶胶形成基质100从内托支架30的收容腔31取出,即可方便对内托支架30的收容腔31中、外壳体内残留物进行清理,如此可避免了发热体71表面上以及收容腔31底部、外壳体内积累过多的残留物而影响发热效率,并保证了气溶胶发生装置的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,为了提高热利用效率以及使用户可舒适的与上壳体10外壁接触而不至于烫伤,上壳体10内还设有套设在内托支架30外的隔热套筒40,隔热套筒40的内壁与内托支架30的外壁之间形成环形腔41。
当上壳体10与下壳体20插接装配一起后,将该环形腔41大致密闭使其作为一个隔热腔体,降低了发热体71所产的热量向上壳体10外壁方向传递。
应当理解的是,上壳体10中开设有一与环形腔41连通的进气口,当气溶胶发生装置处于抽吸状态时,气溶胶发生装置外部的气体通过该进气口进入并经过环形腔41后,从内托支架30的第二开口33进入到收容腔31中,在与所产生的气溶胶混合后由用户吸食,从而将环形腔41中的热量带回至收容腔31中,如此提高了热利用效率;另外,隔热套筒40的材料优选PC(聚碳酸酯)、PEEK(聚醚醚酮)等隔热材料,从而进一步隔离了热量的传递,以降低上壳体10外壁的温度,使用户可舒适的对气溶胶发生装置进行抓持。
较佳地,本实施例气溶胶发生装置还设有导向结构,以保证上壳体10和下壳体20可顺畅的对接,下壳体20朝向上壳体10的一端设有一导向套筒80,发热体71位于导向套筒80内部(如图1和图3所示,图3中的导向套筒为局部剖视状态),当上壳体10与下壳体20对接时,导向套筒80伸入至环形腔41中,与此同时,发热体71从内托支架30的第二开口33伸入至收容腔31中,通过导向套筒80的作用可避免 上壳体10和下壳体20插接或拆卸过程中受到承托部34的作用而发生折断。
具体地,导向套筒80外壁上还设有围绕其中心轴线均匀分布的多个导向凸肋82,每一导向凸肋82沿导向套筒80的轴向两端延伸,隔热套筒40的内壁开设有与多个导向凸肋82一一对应的导向槽42,导向凸肋82与导向槽42可滑动配合,以使上壳体10和下壳体20相互插接时,上壳体10相对下壳体20不会发生周向转动,起到导向定位的作用,避免承托部34与发热体71发生碰撞而导致发热体71断裂。
另外,导向套筒80外壁设有凸起81,隔热套筒40的内壁对应位置设有凹槽,上壳体10通过凹槽与凸起81的配合可拆卸的卡扣在下壳体20上,实现快速插接固定。
进一步地,内托支架30邻近第一开口32的一端外壁凸出形成有凸缘35,内托支架30通过凸缘35固定于上壳体10。具体地,凸缘35为围绕内托支架30外周的环形结构,凸缘35相对收容腔31中心轴线对称的开设有两个定位通孔351,上壳体10上端形成有两个连接柱11,两个连接柱11分别穿设于两个定位通孔351中,并分别开设有螺纹孔,导向套筒80的上端形成有环形的固定部42,该固定部42对应螺纹孔的位置开设有安装孔,通过螺栓穿过安装孔螺紧在螺纹孔,从而使导向套筒80、内托支架30以及上壳体10相互固定一起。
结合图4所示,本发明所提供的内托支架30一实施例,本实施例中内托支架30的承托部34数量为一个,承托部34包括由内托支架30向远离第一开口32方向突出的延伸部341以及与延伸部341连接的支撑部342,支撑部342朝收容腔31的中心轴线方向延伸。
需要说明的是,本发明气溶胶发生装置的发热体71为片状体,本实施例中支撑部342的形状为弓形结构,且其弓形弧为劣弧,即支撑部342只遮挡了第二开口33的一小半面积,当上壳体10和下壳体20相互对接一起时,该支撑部342不会对发热体71造成阻挡,发热体71可穿过第二开口33从而伸入到内托支架30的收容腔31中;而当上壳体10和下壳体20相互拔出分离后,可方便的对收容腔31底部中的残留碎屑进行清理。
结合图5所示,本发明所提供的内托支架30另一实施例,承托部34的数量为两个,并相对收容腔31的中心轴线对称设置,且两个承托部34之间形成有用于供发热体71插入至收容腔31的间隔槽343。如此,当上壳体10和下壳体20相互对接一起时,发热体71可通过该间隔槽343伸入至收容腔31内部;而当上壳体10和下壳体20相互拔出分离后,可通过该间隔槽343对收容腔31底部中的残留碎屑进行清理。
较佳地,每一支撑部342邻近延伸部341的边缘位置贯穿开设有多个连通孔344。两个支撑部342上的多个连通孔344围绕收容腔31的中心轴心均匀分布,当用户进行抽吸时,环形腔41内的空气可通过多个连通孔344进入到收容腔31内,从而提高环形腔41与收容腔31之间的换热效率。
结合图6所示,本发明所提供的内托支架30再一实施例,承托部34的数量为多个,多个承托部34沿中心轴线圆周均匀分布,且多个承托部34的支撑部342相互分离。当气溶胶形成基质100插入收容腔31时,其底端由多个支撑部342止挡支撑,相邻两个延伸部341之间的间隙可供环形腔41的空气进入到收容腔31中,提高了环形腔41与收容腔31之间的换热效率,并且在上壳体10与下壳体20分体的同时,可 方便对内托支架30的收容腔31中残留物进行清理,如此可避免了发热体71表面上或收容腔31底部积累过多的残留物而影响发热效率。
需要说明的是,本实施例的承托部34数量可为三个、四个或更多个,承托部34的支撑部342长度可相同或不同,只要在上壳体10和下壳体20相互对接时发热体71可从内托支架30的第二开口33进入至收容腔31即可。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种内托支架,其特征在于,所述内托支架限定有用于接纳气溶胶形成基质的收容腔,所述收容腔具有相对的第一开口和第二开口,所述内托支架于所述第二开口内形成有至少一个承托部,所述气溶胶形成基质能够通过所述第一开口接纳到所述收容腔中,并止挡于所述承托部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的内托支架,其特征在于,所述承托部包括由所述内托支架向远离所述第一开口方向突出的延伸部以及与所述延伸部连接的支撑部,所述支撑部朝所述收容腔的中心轴线方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的内托支架,其特征在于,所述承托部的数量为两个,并相对所述收容腔的中心轴线对称设置,且两个所述承托部之间形成有用于供发热体插入至收容腔的间隔槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的内托支架,其特征在于,每一所述支撑部邻近所述延伸部的边缘位置贯穿开设有多个连通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的内托支架,其特征在于,所述承托部的数量为多个,多个所述承托部沿所述中心轴线圆周均匀分布,且多个所述承托部的所述支撑部相互分离。
  6. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的内托支架。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,还包括可相互拆卸连接的上壳体和下壳体,所述内托支架固定于所述上壳体内,所述下壳体设有控制电路板、与所述控制电路板电连接的供电电源和发热组件,所述发热组件包括至少部分通过所述第二开口伸入至所述收容腔内的发热体,所述发热体用于加热接纳于所述收容腔中的气溶胶形成基质以产生气溶胶。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体内还设有套设在所述内托支架外的隔热套筒,所述隔热套筒的内壁与所述内托支架的外壁之间形成环形腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述下壳体朝向所述上壳体的一端设有一导向套筒,所述发热体位于所述导向套筒内部,当所述上壳体与所述下壳体对接时,所述导向套筒伸入至所述环形腔中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述导向套筒外壁上还设有围绕其中心轴线均匀分布的多个导向凸肋,每一所述导向凸肋沿所述导向套筒的轴向两端延伸,所述隔热套筒的内壁开设有与多个所述导向凸肋一一对应的导向槽,所述导向凸肋可沿所述导向槽滑动。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述内托支架邻近所述第一开口的一端外壁凸出形成有凸缘,所述内托支架通过所述凸缘固定于所述上壳体。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体和所述下壳体采用插接方式进行对接,并通过卡扣或磁吸的方式相互连接。
