Description

气雾生成装置、充电座和电系统
本申请要求于2019年08月21日提交中国专利局,申请号为2019213610174,实用新型名称为“气雾生成装置”,以及申请号为“2019213609995”,实用新型名称为“气雾生成装置、充电座和电系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及加热不燃烧烟具领域,尤其涉及一种气雾生成装置、充电座和电系统。
背景技术
烟制品(例如,香烟、雪茄等)在使用过程中燃烧烟草以产生烟草烟雾。人们试图通过制造在不燃烧的情况下释放化合物的产品来替代这些燃烧烟草的制品。
此类产品的示例为加热装置,其通过加热而不是燃烧材料来释放化合物。例如,该材料可为烟草或其他非烟草产品,这些非烟草产品可包含或可不包含尼古丁。作为这一种加热装置的一个示例,包括有一个用于接收烟草产品的加热腔、以及设置于加热腔中的针状/销状的加热元件,当烟草产品接收在加热腔内时,加热元件能插入至烟草产品中进行加热从而产生烟雾。
这一产品在使用时,由于加热元件插入至烟草产品内,使得烟草产品中的挥发性成分或者烟草制品的颗粒残渣粘附在加热元件表面,影响使用。基于这一情形,作为现有技术的201820827370.6号专利提出了一种拆卸式的加热装置结构,将壳体设置为两部分,其中一部分拆卸时可以使加热元件完全暴露出来,从而便于对加热元件进行清洁。这一已知的方式,在实施中完全使加热元件暴露,缺乏安全性和防护措施。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的加热装置加热元件清理中的安全和防护的问题,本申请实施例提供一种在清洁时更具安全防护的气雾生成装置。
本申请一实施例的一种气雾生成装置,用于加热可抽吸材料以挥发所述可抽吸材料的至少一种成分;包括:
第一部分,包括用于接收可抽吸材料的至少一部分的腔室、以及布置在该腔室中并可伸入至可抽吸材料中的加热元件;所述第一部分还包括沿第一部分的长度方向延伸的缺口,由此可通过该缺口进入所述腔室对所述加热元件进行清洁;
沿所述第一部分的横截面方向,所述加热元件的中心分别与所述缺口的两端连线的夹角小于90度;
可移除地连接至所述第一部分的第二部分,并通过在连接至所述第一部分或从所述第一部分移除之间进行配置,进而关闭或打开所述缺口。
优选地,所述第二部分包括遮挡壁;该遮挡壁被布置成当所述第二部分连接至第一部分时遮挡所述缺口以关闭所述缺口,或当所述第二部分从所述第一部分移除时解除所述遮挡以打开所述缺口。
优选地,当所述第二部分连接至第一部分时,所述遮挡壁的外表面与所述第一部分的外表面是平整接合的。
优选地,所述缺口被布置为沿第一部分的长度方向延伸;且所述缺口延伸长度的至少一部分与位于所述腔室内的加热元件的延伸长度重合。

本申请一实施例还提出一种电系统,包括上述的气雾生成装置以及对所述气雾生成装置充电的充电座。
优选地,所述充电座包括沿长度方向延伸的抵接部、以及从该抵接部沿宽度方向延伸出的承托部,所述抵接部和承托部限定出一位于充电座沿宽度方向一侧的容纳腔;
所述气雾生成装置可移除地接收于所述容纳腔;且当所述气雾生成装置接收于所述容纳腔中时保持于所述承托部上,并与所述抵接部抵靠。
优选地,所述气雾生成装置包括第一充电接口;
所述充电座包括第一接头,并且当所述气雾生成装置被接收到所述容纳腔中时,所述第一充电接口和所述第一接头电性连接,以便对所述气雾生成装置充电。

本申请一实施例还提出一种与充电座配合的气雾生成装置,用于加热可抽吸材料以挥发所述可抽吸材料的至少一种成分;所述充电座包括沿长度方向延伸的抵接部和宽度方向延伸的承托部,所述抵接部和承托部限定出一位于充电座沿宽度方向一侧的容纳腔;所述气雾生成装置可移除地接收于所述容纳腔;且当所述气雾生成装置接收于所述容纳腔中时保持于所述承托部上,并与所述抵接部抵靠。
优选地,所述气雾生成装置包括第一充电接口和第二充电接口;并且当所述气雾生成装置被接收到所述容纳腔中时,所述第一充电接口和所述充电座电性连接,以便对所述气雾生成装置充电,所述第二充电接口被所述充电座遮挡。
采用以上电系统,通过侧边开放的容纳腔使气雾生成装置接收在充电座上进行充电,在使用中即使当充电座不包括单独的盖子等开合结构时,也可以将气雾生成装置固定地插入到充电座。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本申请进行更详细的说明。
本申请一实施例提供的气雾生成装置,用于接收可抽吸材料并进行加热,从而使可抽吸材料的至少一种挥发性成分挥发,生成供用户抽吸的蒸气或气溶胶。通常而言,蒸气在低于其临界温度的温度下是一种处于气相中的物质,这意味着,例如,蒸气可在增加其压力但不降低温度的情况下冷凝成液体。在另一方面,通常而言,气溶胶是微细固体颗粒或液滴在空气或另一种气体中的胶状体。胶状体是一种微观分散的不溶性颗粒悬浮在另一种物质中的物质。
可抽吸材料优选地包括含烟草的材料,在加热时可释放出来挥发性烟草香味化合物。当然,可抽吸材料中还包括有形成气溶胶的气雾形成物,适当的气雾形成物的示例是丙三醇和丙二醇。在优选的实施例中,可抽吸材料呈圆筒状,其内含有草药叶、烟叶、烟草条片段、再造烟草、均质烟草、挤出烟草和膨胀烟草中的一种或者多种的粉末、细粒、球团、碎片、实心条、带、或者片。
在本申请的一个实施例中,气雾生成装置100的外形结构参见图1至图3所示,大体呈扁长的形状,即长度方向L的尺寸大于宽度方向W的尺寸大于厚度方向的尺寸H;功能结构上包括:
第一部分10、以及通过连接结构可移除地连接至第一部分10的第二部分20;例如,连接结构可为卡扣连接件/螺纹连接件等。
进一步,第一部分10限定位于其内部的腔室11、以及布置在腔室11内的加热元件30;可抽吸材料A可至少部分接收在该腔室11内,加热元件30呈的针状/销状,被配置为可插入至可抽吸材料A中对其加热。
根据可抽吸材料A的产品形态,在图7所示的实施例中,其可以类似于传统的燃烧型香烟。例如,可以包括包含气溶胶产生材料的第一段和包括过滤嘴的第二段,等等。在图7的实施中,第一段整个或者至少一部分可以插入到腔室11内中,并且第二段可以暴露于外部。用户可以通过暴露在外部的第二段保持在唇部之间的状态下抽吸气溶胶。
在一个实施例中根据图3所示,第一部分10上设置有缺口12,由此用户可通过该缺口12伸入腔室11内对加热元件30进行清洁。并且从图中还可以看出,缺口12的开设方式与加热元件30的至多一部分相对,因而仅能通过缺口12显露加热元件30的至多一部分,而非完全使加热元件30暴露。第二部分20通过可移除地与第一部分10连接或移除的操作,进而可以打开或关闭缺口12。
根据图3和图4所示的实施方式,缺口12设置在沿宽度方向W的其中一侧壁上,并且缺口12延伸至与近端110的敞口结构连通;对应近端110呈沿靠近缺口12的方向逐渐倾斜的平滑弧形形状,从而增大在清洁过程中毛刷、刮片等工具的操作空间。
进一步根据图3所示,缺口12为沿长度方向L延伸,并且其延伸长度的至少一部分覆盖加热元件30位于腔室11内的延伸长度,或延伸长度的至少一部分与加热元件30位于腔室11内部分的延伸长度重合。
以上实施例的气雾生成装置100,通过在第一部分10上开设用于清洁的缺口12,在打开状态时用户可以通过毛刷、刮片等通过缺口12伸入至腔室11内对加热元件30进行清洁;并且可不使加热元件30暴露于外部,可以提升安全性。
并且在图2和图3中,第二部分20包括遮挡壁21,当第二部分20连接在第一部分10时,遮挡壁21被布置在缺口12内从而遮挡关闭缺口12;并且遮挡壁21的外表面与第一部分10的外表面平整接合,形成平滑的外表。
在又一实施例中,参见图3和图4所示,为了便于第一部分10和第二部分20的移除和连接操作,第一部分10包括沿长度方向L相对的近端110和远端120,其中近端110为敞口。第二部分20包括插接部 22,该插接部22被布置成沿第一部分10的长度方向至少部分地通过近端110可插入地接收并连接在第一部分10内。并且插接部22的外壁形状和尺寸与第一部分10的内壁适配,从而使插接部22在插入或移除的过程中,至少部分地受到第一部分10的内壁的引导,使移除和插入过程稳定和顺畅。
根据最优的安全和操作设计,参见图3和图6所示,沿长度方向L加热元件30的上端部与近端110之间的间距L1,以及沿宽度方向W加热元件30与缺口12之间的间距L2,均大于10mm以上。缺口12的沿厚度方向H的宽度尺寸L3控制在6~15mm左右。
并且,根据实施中的清理和安全防护的要求,进一步可以参见图5所示,图5示出了第一部分10的俯视图,从图中可以看出,缺口12沿自身宽度的两侧端分别与加热元件30中心连线的夹角角度β,实施中控制低于90度,在图5中优选角度β控制在25~70度之间。
在一个实施中,加热元件30为电阻式加热元件,例如,加热元件30可以包括导电迹线,并且当电流流过导电迹线时,加热元件30可以被加热。为了稳定使用,可以在3.2V、2.4A和8W的标准条件下但不限于此条件向加热元件30供应电能。例如,当向加热元件30供应电能时,加热元件30的表面温度可以增加到300℃或更高。加热元件30的表面温度可以在自向加热元件30供应电能起经过15秒之前增加到约320℃。加热元件30可以通过引线、引脚、电端子等方式连接至第一部分10内部设置的第一电芯13,进而在第一电芯13的供电下产生热量对可抽吸材料A进行加热。
在又一实施例中,参见图6和图7所示,第二部分20上设有孔23;当第二部分20连接至第一部分10时,可抽吸材料A可以通过该孔23可移除地接收在腔室11内。同时,在第二部分20上设置有用于对该孔23进行打开或关闭的滑盖24,该滑盖24可移动地设置在第二部分20上,并且具有与第二部分20相对的第一位置和第二位置,分别如图5和图7所示;在图7所示第一位置时滑盖24打开孔23,并在图5所示的第二位置时遮挡或关闭孔23。并且,在第二位置时,滑盖24至少部 分被收纳在第二部分20内。具体,可以参见图5所示,第二部分20包括沿滑盖24的移动方向延伸的容纳部25,滑盖24在第二位置时至少部分被收容在该容纳部25内而不显露,在第一位置时从容纳部25移出从而显露在外部。
根据图6和图7所示的实施例,第二部分20还包括沿滑盖24的滑动方向分别设置于孔23两侧的第一磁性件26和第二磁性件27;滑盖24上设置有第三磁性件241,该第三磁性件241被配置为在第一位置时与第一磁性件26磁性相吸,以及在第二位置时与第二磁性件27磁性相吸,从而使滑盖24在第一位置和第二位置下能稳定保持。
同时在图示中,滑盖24上还设有凸起的触头部242,便于用户通过手动对触头部242施加外力驱动滑盖24在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动,改变状态配置。
基于提升可抽吸材料A接收和去除操作便利性的使用需求,第二部分20上还设置有与孔23空间连通的筒状提取器28,当第二部分20连接至第一部分10时,该提取器28插入第一部分10的腔室11内,并且提取器28内部的空间形成用于保持可抽吸材料A的保持空间。加热元件30通过贯穿至保持在提取器28内的可抽吸材料A中进行加热。当第二部分20从第一部分10移除分离时,保持可抽吸材料A在提取器28内的保持状态。
在抽吸的过程中,气流流动路径方向参见图7中所示,从第一部分10的缺口12与第二部分20之间的缝隙进入腔室11中,直至从邻近加热元件30的部位从提取器28底部的气孔(图中未标示)进入提取器28内,并穿过可抽吸材料A直至顶端被抽吸。
进一步根据图1、图6和图7所示,在气雾生成装置100的第一部分10宽度方向的一侧壁上开设有第一接口40,以及在远端120上开设有第二接口50;其中第一接口40和第二接口50均与第一部分10内部的第一电芯13电连接,进而用于为第一电芯13充电。根据图1中所示的产品形态,第一接口40采用的是5P式的充电接口,第二接口50采 用的是USB Type-C型充电接口;当然以上第一接口40和第二接口50还可以变化为具有相同充电功能的其他类型接口实施。根据图中可以看出,第一接口40设置于与缺口12相对的沿宽度方向W相对的另一侧壁上。
基于产品的实施,本申请一实施例还提出一种配合以上气雾生成装置进行充电使用的充电座200,在一个实施例中其结构参见图8至图10所示;整体外形结构大致呈L型形状,包括沿长度方向L延伸的抵接部200a、以及沿宽度方向W延伸的承托部200b,从而形成一位于侧边延伸的容纳空间210,用于接收并保持以上气雾生成装置100。另外,从图中可以看出,容纳空间210位于充电座200的外部,因此,在使用中即使当充电座200不包括单独的盖子等开合结构时,也可以将气雾生成装置100固定地插入到充电座200中。
同时,在以上结构的充电座200与气雾生成装置100配合使用时,气雾生成装置100接收在容纳空间210内,并且由承托部200b承托保持、以及与抵接部200a抵靠形成固定。
并且根据图9所示,抵接部200a沿宽度方向与容纳空间210相对的侧壁呈向内凹陷的形状设置,则当气雾生成装置100接收在容纳空间210内时通过抵接部200a的向内凹陷的侧壁配合,可以有助于提升配合保持的稳定性。
同时,根据产品设计进一步的优选效果,容纳空间210的形状与气雾生成装置100适配;当气雾生成装置100接收在容纳空间210内时,可与充电座200组成基本呈规则的方块体的形状;并且气雾生成装置100的外表面与充电座200的外表面平整接合。
根据功能结构,充电座200包括第二电芯220,与第一接口40适配连接的第三接口230;例如图9中所示的与5P式的第一接口40适配的5个微针,当气雾生成装置100接收在充电座200的容纳空间210内时,气雾生成装置100的第一电芯13可以由充电座200的第二电芯220供应的电能充电。
另外,当气雾生成装置100和充电座200彼此联接时,第二电芯220 可以供应用于操作气雾生成装置100的电能。例如,当气雾生成装置100和充电座200彼此联接时,气雾生成装置100可以通过使用由充电座200的第二电芯220供应的电能来操作,而不管气雾生成装置100的第一电芯13是否被放电。例如,当气雾生成装置100和充电座200彼此连接时,可以通过将第二电芯220的电能供应到气雾生成装置100来对第一电芯13进行充电或加热加热元件30。并且,在连接之后的结构上,气雾生成装置100的第二部分20的用于接收可抽吸材料A的孔23未被充电座200遮蔽,因此即使当第一电芯13的剩余电量很小时,用户也可以通过将气雾生成装置100连接到充电座200来连续地吸烟。
基于使用的安全性,当气雾生成装置100和充电座200彼此联接时,充电座200遮盖位于气雾生成装置100的远端120的第二接口50,使第二接口50无法连接充电线等配件进行充电。避免气雾生成装置100的第一接口40和第二接口50同时处于充电状态,造成安全问题。
在提升气雾生成装置100与充电座200彼此联接的辅助结构上,包括有增加充电座200与气雾生成装置100之间的粘合力的至少一个粘合构件;具体比如在气雾生成装置100上设置有至少一个第一粘合构件140,充电座200上设置有至少一个第二粘合构件240。第一粘合构件140和第二粘合构件240可以是但不限于磁体。并且在粘合构件的设置位置上,气雾生成装置100可以在图10所示的第三位置处包括第一粘合构件140,并且充电座200可以分别在第四位置处包括第二粘合构件240。在这种情况下,当将气雾生成装置100连接在充电座200上时,第三位置和第四位置可以彼此面对。由于在气雾生成装置100和充电座200中包括以上粘合构件,所以即使当将气雾生成装置100连接到充电座200上时,气雾生成装置100和充电座200也可以更牢固地联接到彼此。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种气雾生成装置,用于加热可抽吸材料以挥发所述可抽吸材料的至少一种成分;其特征在于,包括:
    第一部分,包括用于接收可抽吸材料的至少一部分的腔室、以及布置在该腔室中并沿第一部分的长度方向延伸的加热元件;所述第一部分还包括沿第一部分的长度方向延伸的缺口,由此可通过该缺口进入所述腔室对所述加热元件进行清洁;
    沿所述第一部分的横截面方向,所述加热元件的中心分别与所述缺口的两端连线的夹角小于90度;
    可移除地连接至所述第一部分的第二部分,并通过在连接至所述第一部分或从所述第一部分移除之间进行配置,进而关闭或打开所述缺口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二部分包括遮挡壁;该遮挡壁被布置成当所述第二部分连接至第一部分时遮挡所述缺口以关闭所述缺口,或当所述第二部分从所述第一部分移除时解除所述遮挡以打开所述缺口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,当所述第二部分连接至第一部分时,所述遮挡壁的外表面与所述第一部分的外表面是平整接合的。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,且所述缺口延伸长度的至少一部分与位于所述腔室内的加热元件的延伸长度重合。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二部分可大体上沿所述第一部分的长度方向连接至所述第一部分或从所述第一部分移除。
  6. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一部分包括沿长度方向与第二部分相对的敞口端,所述第二部分可移除地连接于该敞口端;
    所述缺口延伸至所述敞口端,并与所述敞口端连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述敞口端呈沿靠近所述缺口方向弯曲的弧形形状。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述缺口被布置于所述第一部分沿宽度方向的其中一个侧壁上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述加热元件沿长度方向与敞口端相对的端部,与敞口端的间距大于10mm;
    和/或,所述加热元件沿宽度方向与缺口的间距大于10mm;
    和/或,所述缺口的宽度介于6~15mm;
    和/或,沿所述第一部分的横截面方向,所述加热元件的中心分别与所述缺口的两端连线的夹角介于25~70度。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二部分包括可大致沿第一部分的长度方向插入所述敞口端的插接部;
    所述插接部在插入所述敞口端的过程中至少部分受到第一部分内壁面的引导。
  11. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二部分包括孔,可抽吸材料可通过该孔接收至第一部分的腔室内;
    所述第二部分还包括可移动的滑盖,该滑盖包括与第二部分相对的第一位置和第二位置;所述滑盖被布置成在第一位置打开所述孔,并在第二位置关闭所述孔;
    所述第二部分包括沿滑盖的滑动方向相对设于所述孔的两侧的第一磁性件和第二磁性件;
    所述滑盖包括第三磁性件,该第三磁性件布置成在第一位置时与第一磁性件磁性相吸、以及在第二位置时与第二磁性件磁性相吸。
  12. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二部分包括孔,可抽吸材料可通过该孔接收至第一部分的腔室内;
    所述第二部分还包括可移动的滑盖,该滑盖包括与第二部分相对的第一位置和第二位置;所述滑盖被布置成在第一位置打开所述孔,并在第二位置关闭所述孔;
    所述第二部分包括收纳空间;所述滑盖在第二位置时至少部分收纳 在收纳空间内。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述滑盖上还设有凸起的触头部,由此可通过驱动该触头部进而使滑盖在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动。
  14. 一种电系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-13任意一项所述的气雾生成装置、以及对气雾生成装置充电的充电座。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电系统,其特征在于,所述充电座包括沿长度方向延伸的抵接部、以及从该抵接部沿宽度方向延伸出的承托部,所述抵接部和承托部限定出一位于充电座沿宽度方向一侧的容纳腔;
    所述气雾生成装置可移除地接收于所述容纳腔;且当所述气雾生成装置接收于所述容纳腔中时保持于所述承托部上,并与所述抵接部抵靠。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电系统,其特征在于,所述气雾生成装置包括第一充电接口;
    所述充电座包括第一接头,并且当所述气雾生成装置被接收到所述容纳腔中时,所述第一充电接口和所述第一接头电性连接,以便对所述气雾生成装置充电。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电系统,其特征在于,所述气雾生成装置还包括第二充电接口;并且当所述气雾生成装置被接收到所述容纳腔中时,所述第二充电接口被所述充电座遮挡。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17任意一项所述的电系统,其特征在于,所述气雾生成装置包括第一粘合构件,所述充电座包括第二粘合构件,并且当所述气雾生成装置被接收到所述容纳腔中时,所述第一粘合构件和所述第二粘合构件定位成彼此面对。
  19. 根据权利要求15-17任意一项所述的电系统,其特征在于,所述充电座大体呈L形形状。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的电系统,其特征在于,所述抵接部包括沿宽度方向与容纳腔相对的侧壁;
    所述第一充电接口被布置在该侧壁上,所述第二充电接口被布置所述气雾生成装置的沿长度方向与承托部相对的端部;
    和/或,所述侧壁呈沿宽度方向向内凹陷的形状。
  21. 一种与气雾生成装置配合的充电座,用于为气雾生成装置充电;其特征在于:
    所述充电座包括沿长度方向延伸的抵接部、以及从该抵接部沿宽度方向延伸出的承托部,所述抵接部和承托部限定出一位于充电座沿宽度方向一侧、并用于接收所述气雾生成装置的容纳腔;且当所述气雾生成装置接收于所述容纳腔中时保持于所述承托部上,并与所述抵接部抵靠。
