本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别是涉及一种可快速切换口味的多烟弹雾化器。
背景技术
电子烟是通过雾化手段将烟油加热形成烟雾以供用户吸食的电子产品,其使用过程中不产生明火或火星,避免了火情的发生,提高了产品使用的安全性,且通过充放电和更换烟油,可以实现烟具的循环使用,有助于降低用户的消费成本。
传统的电子烟普遍仅具有一个烟弹,烟弹内盛装有单一种类的烟油,在电子烟的使用过程中,用户一次仅能吸食一种口味的烟雾,当需要改变口味时,需要对烟弹内的烟油进行更换,造成烟油浪费,且烟油的更换过程较为繁琐,若烟油清理不彻底,还将造成烟雾中出现多种口味混杂的情况,影响用户的使用体验;此外传统的电子烟难以在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换,难以满足用户对不同口味烟雾的吸食需求,不利于提升产品的市场竞争力。
技术问题
基于此,有必要针对难以在不同口味以及单一口味与混合口味模式之间切换的技术问题,提供一种可快速切换口味的多烟弹雾化器。
技术解决方案
一种多烟弹雾化器,包括安装架、设置在所述安装架上并用于盛装雾化油的油杯、与所述油杯连通并用于加热雾化油以形成烟雾的雾化芯以及固定在所述安装架的顶部并用于提供抽吸部的吸嘴,所述安装架上设置有至少两个油杯安装位,每个所述油杯安装位内对应设置有一所述油杯和一所述雾化芯,各所述油杯内分别装有不同口味的烟油,以使得经由所述雾化芯加热后的烟油雾化形成预设口味的烟雾;
所述吸嘴的底部开设有至少两个进烟口,每个所述进烟口对应与一所述油杯安装位连通,所述吸嘴的顶部开设有与各所述进烟口连通的出烟口,所述吸嘴上设置有用于一一对应控制各所述进烟口开合的多个开合机构;
当任一所述进烟口打开时,所述出烟口处输出单一口味的烟雾;当两个或两个以上所述进烟口打开时,所述出烟口处输出混合口味的烟雾。
在其中一个实施例中,所述开合机构包括动作开关和在所述动作开关的控制下相对于所述进烟口运动以封堵或打开所述进烟口的阀门。
在其中一个实施例中,所述动作开关上背向所述阀门的一侧面设有操作部,所述动作开关上临近所述阀门的一侧面并排设置有第一磁性体和第二磁性体,所述第一磁性体与所述第二磁性体的磁性相反,所述阀门上临近所述动作开关的一侧面设有第三磁性体,所述第三磁性体与所述第一磁性体或第二磁性体的磁性相同。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴上开设有垂直于所述进烟口并与所述进烟口连通的导向孔,所述阀门收容于所述导向孔,当所述动作开关在外力作用下移动时,所述阀门在第一磁性体或第二磁性体的磁场作用下靠近或远离所述动作开关,以封堵或打开所述进烟口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装架包括相对设置的顶板和底板,以及连接所述顶板和底板并分别与所述顶板和底板垂直的隔板,所述隔板分隔所述顶板与底板之间的区域以形成沿底板平面分布的多个所述油杯安装位,所述顶板与所述吸嘴固定连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴上还开设有与所述导向孔上背向所述进烟口一端连通的限位孔,所述动作开关收容于所述限位孔并在受到外部拨动力时沿水平方向或竖直方向滑动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述顶板上背向所述隔板的一面设有多个凸耳,各所述凸耳上分别开设有通孔,每个所述动作开关的操作部对应穿设一所述凸耳的通孔,以提供控制位;所述凸耳上于朝向顶板中心的一侧面开设有滑槽,所述动作开关嵌装于所述滑槽并在外力作用下沿所述滑槽的内壁滑动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴的外表面设有锥台状凸起,所述凸耳上开设有内表面形状与所述锥台状凸起相适应的卡口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述阀门的两边侧分别设置有第四磁性体和第五磁性体,所述第四磁性体和第五磁性体分别与所述阀门间隔设置,且三者沿所述动作开关的滑动方向依序排布,所述第四磁性体临近所述第一磁性体且与所述第一磁性体的磁性相反,所述第五磁性体临近所述第二磁性体且与所述第二磁性体的磁性相反。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴上于所述导向孔的两边侧分别设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述第四磁性体收容于所述第一卡槽,所述第五磁性体收容于所述第二卡槽。
有益效果
实施本发明的多烟弹雾化器,在吸嘴的底部开设多个进烟口,在安装架上设置多个油杯和雾化芯,并设置控制进烟口开合的开合机构,用户可根据需要调节开合机构,打开其中的一个进烟口以在出烟口处输出特定的单一口味烟雾,也可以同时打开多个进烟口,使得经由不同雾化芯加热后的多种烟雾同时输出,从而在出烟口处形成混合口味的烟雾,该过程中无需拆下油杯对雾化油进行更换,降低了烟雾口味调节的操作难度,通过对预设的一处或几处开合机构进行调节,即可实现对单一口味的更换以及在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换,满足了用户对不同口味烟雾的需求,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
请结合图1、图2以及图3,本发明公开了一种可快速切换口味的多烟弹雾化器10,该多烟弹雾化器10包括安装架100、设置在安装架100上并用于盛装雾化油的油杯200、与油杯200连通并用于加热雾化油以形成烟雾的雾化芯300以及固定在安装架100的顶部并用于提供抽吸部的吸嘴400,安装架100上设置有至少两个油杯安装位110,每个油杯安装位110内对应设置有一油杯200和一雾化芯300,各油杯200内分别装有不同口味的烟油,以使得经由雾化芯300加热后的烟油雾化形成预设口味的烟雾。也可以理解为,该多烟弹雾化器10包括了多套雾化系统,每套雾化系统分别由一油杯200和一雾化芯300组成,每套雾化系统独立工作并输出特定口味的烟雾,以满足用户的不同需求。吸嘴400的底部开设有至少两个进烟口410,每个进烟口410对应与一油杯安装位110连通,吸嘴400的顶部开设有与各进烟口410连通的出烟口420,吸嘴400上设置有用于一一对应控制各进烟口410开合的多个开合机构430;当任一进烟口410打开时,出烟口420处输出单一口味的烟雾;当两个或两个以上进烟口410打开时,出烟口420处输出混合口味的烟雾。也就是说,通过控制动作的开合机构430的数量和位置,可以达到切换烟雾口味和在单一口味与混合口味模式之间切换的目的。
请结合图1、图2以及图3,本实施例的多烟弹雾化器10具有在两种单一口味之间切换并可抽吸由两种口味混合形成的混合烟雾,即在本实施例中,安装架100上设置有两个油杯安装位110,每个油杯安装位110内设置有一个油杯200和一个对该油杯200内的雾化油进行加热的雾化芯300,吸嘴400的底部开设有两个进烟口410。图2中多个由直线引出的箭头共同指示了本实施例的气路通道。优选的,安装架100上的两个油杯安装位110呈中心对称设置在安装架100的两侧,同样的,两个进烟口410也呈中心对称开设于吸嘴400的底部。在其他实施例中,多烟弹雾化器10还可以包括三个油杯200、四个油杯200以及更多个油杯200,相应的,雾化芯300的数量为三个、四个以及更多个,安装架100上的油杯安装位110的数量以及吸嘴400底部的进烟口410数量分别与油杯200的数量相适应,且各进烟口410均匀开设于吸嘴400的底部。这样,当油杯200、雾化芯300以及吸嘴400固定设置在安装架100上时,安装架100上的两边侧受力均匀,避免了雾化器在放置在桌面或其他平面上时因重心不稳造成的侧翻或倾倒问题。当然,在实际生产中,根据产品外形设计的需要,各油杯安装位110也可非均匀的设置于安装架100上,保证进烟口410的位置与油杯安装位110的位置对应即可。
本实施例中,设定各进烟口410的初始状态为关闭,即图3所示的第一状态,当安装架100上仅包括两个油杯安装位110时,控制任一开合机构430动作以打开其中的一个进烟口410,则在出烟口420处输出特定口味的烟雾,即图4与图5所示的第二状态和第三状态;当同时控制两个开合机构430动作以打开两个进烟口410时,则在出烟口420处输出由两种口味烟雾汇聚形成的混合烟雾,即图6所示的第四状态。在其他实施例中,当进烟口410的数量大于二时,可根据需要调整预定位置以及预定数量的开合机构430,以控制出烟口420处输出的单一烟雾的口味以及混合烟雾的组成种类和数量,以满足用户需求。
开合机构430包括动作开关431和在动作开关431的控制下相对于进烟口410运动以封堵或打开进烟口410的阀门432。需要说明的是,本发明的开合机构430既可以通过按压方式动作来启闭进烟口410,也可以通过拨动方式动作来启闭进烟口410。当开合机构430采用按压动作方式时,动作开关431为套设有压缩弹簧的按压块,且按压块上设有与喷嘴配合的弹片,在开合机构430的动作过程中,通过一次按压,使得按压块上的弹片与喷嘴卡接配合,且弹簧压缩,压缩的弹簧推动阀门432移动,以封堵进烟口410。当二次压紧按压块时,按压块上的弹片离开喷嘴,弹簧恢复弹性形变,从而带动阀门432恢复到初始位置,以开打进烟口410。需要进一步说明的是,喷嘴上还可设置与弹片配合的多级卡位,当弹片每沿按压块的按压方向运动一段距离并与一个卡位卡接时,弹簧带动阀门432移动一次,至弹片与喷嘴上距离按压块最远端的卡位卡接时,阀门432封堵进烟口410,以调节进烟口410口径大小,进而控制烟雾流量,达到控制不同种类烟雾混合比例的目的。
当开合机构430采用拨动动作方式时,动作开关431为拨动块,此种运动方式包括了多种情况。其一,拨动块呈开口朝向阀门432的C型结构,阀门432的一边侧设有与拨动块C型结构一端卡接配合的第一凸部,阀门432的另一边侧设有与拨动块C型结构的另一端卡接配合的第二凸部,且阀门432的第一凸部和第二凸部始终嵌装在拨动块C型结构的内腔。这样,当拨动拨动块时,拨动块上与第一凸部配合的端部将带动第一凸部运动,进而带动阀门432沿着与拨动块滑动的方向移动,使得阀门432离开进烟口410,以打开进烟口410;当拨动块反方向拨动时,拨动块的另一端将带动第二凸部运动,进而带动阀门432沿反方向移动,使得阀门432靠近进烟口410,以关闭进烟口410。上述结构中,阀门432的运动方向始终与拨动块的运动方向相同。
其二,拨动块与阀门432采用磁性配合的方式动作。具体的,动作开关431上背向阀门432的一侧面设有操作部433,该操作部433为动作开关431上凸起而形成的拨动部,动作开关431上于拨动部的两边侧分别设有“ON”和“OFF”的标识,且该两处标识与拨动部均位于动作开关431的拨动方向上,这样,当拨动动作开关431后,用户可以根据拨动部边侧上露出的“ON”或“OFF”标记来判断相应的进烟口410的启闭状态,降低了雾化器的使用难度。动作开关431上临近阀门432的一侧面并排设置有第一磁性体434和第二磁性体435,第一磁性体434与第二磁性体435的磁性相反,阀门432上临近动作开关431的一侧面设有第三磁性体436,第三磁性体436与第一磁性体434或第二磁性体435的磁性相同。优选的,第三磁性体436与第一磁性体434的磁性相反。设定雾化器在初始状态下时,第二磁性体435临近第三磁性体436,且在第二磁性体435的磁场作用下,第三磁性体436带动阀门432远离动作开关431,以封堵进烟口410。在雾化器的使用过程中,当用户沿第一磁性体434向第二磁性体435的方向拨动动作开关431时,第二磁性体435逐渐远离第三磁性体436,同时第一磁性体434逐渐靠近第三磁性体436,第一磁性体434和第三磁性体436在磁场作用下相互吸引,使得第三磁性体436带动阀门432向靠近动作开关431的方向移动,从而打开相应的进烟口410,以达到启闭进烟口410的目的。
请参阅图7,一实施例中,吸嘴400上开设有垂直于进烟口410并与进烟口410连通的导向孔440,阀门432收容于导向孔440,当动作开关431在外力作用下移动时,阀门432在第一磁性体434或第二磁性体435的磁场作用下靠近或远离动作开关431,以封堵或打开进烟口410,该导向孔440用于限定阀门432的运动路径,防止阀门432相对于喷嘴产生晃动,以提高阀门432动作的可靠性。进一步的,阀门432为条状结构,导向孔440的内表面形状与阀门432的外表面形状相适应,且导向孔440的宽度和高度分别与阀门432的宽度和高度相同,以减小阀门432与导向孔440之间的缝隙,避免烟雾经由导向孔440与阀门432之间的缝隙向外逸出,从而提升雾化器的可靠性。本实施例中,进烟口410的内壁于对应导向孔440的部位设置有限位台阶411,当阀门432在动作开关431的控制下滑动以封堵进烟口410时,阀门432的末端抵靠在限位台阶411上。也可以理解为,限位台阶411用于在进烟口410封闭时支撑阀门432的末端,防止阀门432因受力不均造成的阀门432末端翘起,避免进烟口410在封闭的情况下出现漏烟情况,以进一步提升雾化器使用的可靠性。
请参阅图8,一实施例中,安装架100包括相对设置的顶板120和底板130,以及连接顶板120和底板130并分别与顶板120和底板130垂直的隔板140,隔板140分隔顶板120与底板130之间的区域以形成沿底板130平面分布的多个油杯安装位110,顶板120与吸嘴400固定连接。底板130平面是指底板130上朝向顶板120一面。顶板120上开设有多个烟道口121,每个烟道口121对应与一个进烟口410连通,以与进烟口410共同形成进烟通道。本实施例中,隔板140为长条形板件,隔板140分割底板130与顶板120之间的区域形成两个相互对称的油杯安装位110。当油杯200的数量为三时,隔板140的横截面呈Y字形结构,以便于将底板130与顶板120之间的区域等分为三个油杯安装位110;当油杯200的数量为四时,隔板140的横截面呈十字架结构,以便将底板130与顶板120之间的区域等分为四个油杯安装位110,在油杯200数量大于四时,隔板140的形状可以此类推,于此不再赘述。
一实施例中,吸嘴400与顶板120固定连接,动作开关431安装在吸嘴400上。具体的,吸嘴400上还开设有与导向孔440上背向进烟口410一端连通的限位孔,动作开关431收容于限位孔并在受到外部拨动力时沿水平方向或竖直方向滑动。也就是说,限位孔可以是沿吸嘴400高度方向延伸的孔洞,也可以是沿吸嘴400厚度方向延伸的孔洞,仅保证动作开关431往复拨动时,第一磁性体434和第二磁性体435可以交替的与第三磁性体436靠近即可,限位孔的延伸方向取决于吸嘴400的尺寸设计,例如,当吸嘴400的高度较大时,可以将限位孔设计为沿吸嘴400的高度方向延伸;当吸嘴400的厚度较大时,可以将限位孔设计为沿吸嘴400的厚度方向延伸。
另一实施例中,吸嘴400通过其他部件与顶板120固定连接,动作开关431设置在其他部件上。具体的,顶板120上背向隔板140的一面设有多个凸耳150,各凸耳150上分别开设有通孔151,每个动作开关431的操作部433对应穿设一凸耳150的通孔151,以提供控制位;凸耳150上于朝向顶板120中心的一侧面开设有滑槽152,动作开关431嵌装于滑槽152并在外力作用下沿滑槽152的内壁滑动。该凸耳150的设计,一方面对动作开关431的位置进行了限定,另一方面,凸耳150与顶板120共同用于限定吸嘴400的位置,防止吸嘴400相对于安装架100发生晃动,以提高雾化器结构的稳定性。进一步的,吸嘴400的外表面设有锥台状凸起,凸耳150上开设有内表面形状与锥台状凸起相适应的卡口,通过锥台状凸起与卡口的配合,进一步提高了吸嘴400与凸耳150连接的稳定性。通过将凸起设计为锥台状结构,并使卡口的内表面形状与凸起的外表面形状相适应,当凸起的末端与卡口接触时,凸起末端的尺寸小于卡口插入端的尺寸,以便于将凸起嵌入卡口内。当凸起嵌入卡口后,由于凸起的侧面为倾斜表面,凸起在其倾斜表面与卡口内表面的约束下不易从卡口中脱落,从而进一步提高了凸耳150与吸嘴400连接的稳定性。
此外,本实施例的雾化器还包括了吸嘴盖500,该吸嘴盖500的顶部开设有与出烟口420连通的抽吸口510,吸嘴盖500盖设于凸耳150并包围吸嘴400,且吸嘴盖500的内表面与凸耳150的外表面凹凸配合,以提高吸嘴盖500与凸耳150连接的稳定性。通过设置吸嘴盖500,对吸嘴400进行了保护,并防止用户抽吸烟雾时,吸嘴400上的尖锐部位刮伤用户的皮肤,从而提高雾化器使用的安全性。
请进一步结合图6与图7,阀门432的两边侧分别设置有第四磁性体437和第五磁性体438,第四磁性体437和第五磁性体438分别与阀门432间隔设置,且三者沿动作开关431的滑动方向依序排布,第四磁性体437临近第一磁性体434且与第一磁性体434的磁性相反,第五磁性体438临近第二磁性体435且与第二磁性体435的磁性相反。通过设置第四磁性体437和第五磁性体438,当将动作开关431沿第一磁性体434向第二磁性体435的方向拨动时,第二磁性体435逐渐远离第三磁性体436,且第二磁性体435在第五磁性体438的吸引作用下加速靠近第五磁性体438,以使得第一磁性体434快递到达与第三磁性体436对应的位置。同样的,将动作开关431沿第二磁性体435向第一磁性体434的方向拨动时,第一磁性体434逐渐远离第三磁性体436,且第一磁性体434在第四磁性体437的吸引作用下加速靠近第四磁性体437,以使得第二磁性体435快递到达与第三磁性体436对应的位置,从而降低动作开关431的拨动难度。进一步的,吸嘴400上于导向孔440的两边侧分别设有第一卡槽450和第二卡槽460,第四磁性体437收容于第一卡槽450,第五磁性体438收容于第二卡槽460,该第一卡槽450和第二卡槽460分别用于限定第四磁性体437和第五磁性体438的位置。优选的,第一卡槽450的内表面和第二卡槽460的内表面分别设有凸包结构,这样,当第四磁性体437放置于第一卡槽450或第五磁性体438放置于第二卡槽460时,第四磁性体437与第一卡槽450的内表面之间存在缝隙,同样的,第五磁性体438与第二卡槽460的内表面之间存在缝隙,第四磁性体437和第五磁性体438的安装过程中,第一卡槽450和第二卡槽460内的空气可以经由缝隙排出,以减小第一卡槽450和第二卡槽460内空气柱对第四磁性体437以及对第五磁性体438的阻力作用,从而降低第四磁性体437和第五磁性体438的安装难度。
实施本发明的多烟弹雾化器10,在吸嘴400的底部开设多个进烟口410,在安装架100上设置多个油杯200和雾化芯300,并设置控制进烟口410开合的开合机构430,用户可根据需要调节开合机构430,打开其中的一个进烟口410以在出烟口420处输出特定的单一口味烟雾,也可以同时打开多个进烟口410,使得经由不同雾化芯300加热后的多种烟雾同时输出,从而在出烟口420处形成混合口味的烟雾,该过程中无需拆下油杯200对雾化油进行更换,降低了烟雾口味调节的操作难度,通过对预设的一处或几处开合机构430进行调节,即可实现对单一口味的更换以及在单一口味和混合口味之间进行切换,满足了用户对不同口味烟雾的需求,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。

  1. 一种多烟弹雾化器,包括安装架、设置在所述安装架上并用于盛装雾化油的油杯、与所述油杯连通并用于加热雾化油以形成烟雾的雾化芯以及固定在所述安装架的顶部并用于提供抽吸部的吸嘴,其特征在于,
    所述安装架上设置有至少两个油杯安装位,每个所述油杯安装位内对应设置有一所述油杯和一所述雾化芯,各所述油杯内分别装有不同口味的烟油,以使得经由所述雾化芯加热后的烟油雾化形成预设口味的烟雾;
    所述吸嘴的底部开设有至少两个进烟口,每个所述进烟口对应与一所述油杯安装位连通,所述吸嘴的顶部开设有与各所述进烟口连通的出烟口,所述吸嘴上设置有用于一一对应控制各所述进烟口开合的多个开合机构;
    当任一所述进烟口打开时,所述出烟口处输出单一口味的烟雾;当两个或两个以上所述进烟口打开时,所述出烟口处输出混合口味的烟雾。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述开合机构包括动作开关和在所述动作开关的控制下相对于所述进烟口运动以封堵或打开所述进烟口的阀门。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述动作开关上背向所述阀门的一侧面设有操作部,所述动作开关上临近所述阀门的一侧面并排设置有第一磁性体和第二磁性体,所述第一磁性体与所述第二磁性体的磁性相反,所述阀门上临近所述动作开关的一侧面设有第三磁性体,所述第三磁性体与所述第一磁性体或第二磁性体的磁性相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴上开设有垂直于所述进烟口并与所述进烟口连通的导向孔,所述阀门收容于所述导向孔,当所述动作开关在外力作用下移动时,所述阀门在第一磁性体或第二磁性体的磁场作用下靠近或远离所述动作开关,以封堵或打开所述进烟口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述安装架包括相对设置的顶板和底板,以及连接所述顶板和底板并分别与所述顶板和底板垂直的隔板,所述隔板分隔所述顶板与底板之间的区域以形成沿底板平面分布的多个所述油杯安装位,所述顶板与所述吸嘴固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴上还开设有与所述导向孔上背向所述进烟口一端连通的限位孔,所述动作开关收容于所述限位孔并在受到外部拨动力时沿水平方向或竖直方向滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述顶板上背向所述隔板的一面设有多个凸耳,各所述凸耳上分别开设有通孔,每个所述动作开关的操作部对应穿设一所述凸耳的通孔,以提供控制位;所述凸耳上于朝向顶板中心的一侧面开设有滑槽,所述动作开关嵌装于所述滑槽并在外力作用下沿所述滑槽的内壁滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的外表面设有锥台状凸起,所述凸耳上开设有内表面形状与所述锥台状凸起相适应的卡口。
  9. 根据权利要求6或8所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述阀门的两边侧分别设置有第四磁性体和第五磁性体,所述第四磁性体和第五磁性体分别与所述阀门间隔设置,且三者沿所述动作开关的滑动方向依序排布,所述第四磁性体临近所述第一磁性体且与所述第一磁性体的磁性相反,所述第五磁性体临近所述第二磁性体且与所述第二磁性体的磁性相反。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多烟弹雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴上于所述导向孔的两边侧分别设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述第四磁性体收容于所述第一卡槽,所述第五磁性体收容于所述第二卡槽。
