Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de feuilles de cellules et un module photovoltaïque en bardeaux. Le procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de feuilles de cellules comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : imprimer une ligne de grille auxiliaire sur une feuille de cellules d'origine et fritter la ligne de grille auxiliaire ; découper en tranches la feuille de cellules d'origine pour obtenir une pluralité de feuilles de cellules ; placer les feuilles de cellules sur un écran d'impression ; imprimer, au niveau d'un bord supérieur ou d'un bord inférieur de la surface supérieure ou de la surface inférieure de chaque feuille de cellules, une ligne de pâte d'argent reliée à la ligne de grille auxiliaire, la pluralité de feuilles de cellules étant empilées de manière séquentielle et agencées dans une première direction, la première direction est perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale de la ligne de pâte d'argent et la ligne de pâte d'argent est prise en sandwich à une position dans laquelle deux feuilles de cellules adjacentes quelconques sont empilées ; et fritter les lignes de pâte d'argent. La présente invention concerne en outre un module photovoltaïque en bardeaux. Le procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de feuilles de cellules selon la présente invention présente les avantages d'améliorer la précision d'impression, de fournir un bon effet de fixation de feuilles de cellules et d'économiser des matières premières.
