Abstract
본 명세서에서는 섬유아세포(fibroblast) 및 세포외 기질을 포함하는 섬유아세포 패치(patch)가 형성되도록, 섬유아세포를 자극 배지(stimulation medium)에서 배양하는 단계; 형성된 상기 섬유아세포 패치에 단백질 분해효소를 처리하는 단계; 단백질 분해효소가 처리된 상기 섬유아세포 패치를 냉동시키는 단계; 상기 섬유아세포 패치에서 섬유아세포가 탈세포화(decellularization)되도록, 냉동된 상기 섬유아세포 패치를 해동하는 단계, 및 탈세포화된 상기 섬유아세포 패치로부터 세포외 기질을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 세포외 기질의 제조 방법 및 이를 기초로 제조된 콜라겐(collagne), 액티닌(actinin) 및 액틴-결합 유사 단백질(filamin-C)을 포함하고, 나노 섬유(nano fiber)가 뒤엉킨 형태로 존재하는, 세포외 기질을 제공한다.
