Definitions
- the invention relates to the technical field of knitted fabrics, in particular to a knitted fabric conforming to the physiological curve of the heel and a manufacturing method thereof.
- the comfort of shoes is usually judged according to the degree of fit between the shoes and the feet.
- the curve at the heel can only be made after cutting and sewing the fabric. The process is complicated and cumbersome. The production time is long, and the waste of materials in the production process is relatively large. In order to solve these problems, the present invention is produced.
- the present invention provides a knitted fabric that conforms to the physiological curve of the heel, including the fabric body, and the fabric itself includes the vamp, neckline, shoe tongue and heel, all of which are integrally woven
- the heel is woven separately from the outer layer and the inner layer, and the fabric is woven from at least one first yarn and a second yarn, and the first yarn and the second yarn are used for bottom weaving and surface weaving , there is a bag-shaped tissue between the outer layer and the inner layer, and the heel part also includes a heel with a curved arc that is integrally woven, and the fabric is woven by a knitting machine.
- the curvature of the heel is woven by a spatula-needle method.
- the outer layer and the inner layer are not connected to each other, and fillers are provided in the bag-like tissue.
- the filler is put into the bag-like tissue structure, and then the outer layer and the inner layer are not connected to each other. Layered braid for closure.
- the outer layer and the inner layer are connected to each other, yarns are braided in the bag-like tissue, and the yarns are used for braiding connection.
- the first yarn is high elastic yarn or low elastic yarn.
- the second yarn is high elastic yarn or low elastic yarn.
- the first yarn and the second yarn are transparent yarns or colored yarns.
- the low elastic yarn is one or a combination of polyester yarn, nylon yarn, polypropylene yarn and cotton yarn.
- the high elastic yarn includes at least one of polyester, nylon, acrylic and spandex.
- the present invention also provides a weaving method for a knitted fabric fitting the physiological curve of the heel, comprising the steps of:
- S1 Select at least two kinds of yarns to weave the knitted fabric.
- A, B yarn is a kind of yarn, is used for the weaving of fabric heel position
- C, D yarn is another kind of yarn, is used for weaving elastic neckline.
- S2 A yarn is used for surface knitting, B yarn is used for bottom knitting, A and B yarns are used for shoe body knitting; C and D yarns are used for tuck weaving elastic neckline, shoe body and elastic neckline are tucked through A yarn surface and B yarn bottom tuck Mesh, C yarn surface tuck, D yarn bottom tuck connection.
- S3 Yarns A and B are partially stepped shovel stitch knitting to the left, knitting half of the heel arc.
- Yarns A and B are used for full-needle knitting and bottom-side knitting respectively to fill up the shovel needle position of S3.
- Yarns A and B are partially stepped shovel needle knitting to the right, knitting the other half of the heel arc, which corresponds to the shovel needle position of S3.
- S6 A and B yarns are respectively used for full needle knitting and bottom edge knitting to fill the position of S5 shovel needle.
- S3 to S5 form a complete heel arc weaving area.
- the beneficial effect of the present invention is:
- the fabric is woven from colored/colorless yarns and elastic yarns.
- the collar of the vamp, the tongue, and the physiological curve of the heel are all woven together.
- the vamp and the foot are fully fitted, making all-round Protection, will be very comfortable to wear.
- the heel of the fabric also adopts a layered weaving process, leaving a "pocket" structure, which is convenient for subsequent filling of the heel, and the covering of the shoe surface after filling will be better.
- Using the knitted shoe upper woven by the present invention can omit many processes for processing the heel, which not only reduces the production time of shoes, but also reduces the waste of woven materials, saves production costs, and enables more moderate production.
