Description

预弯折装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及耳机配件组装设备技术领域,特别涉及一种预弯折装置。
背景技术
用户在使用耳机时,通常会耳机外套设一对柔软耳套,以提升耳机使用时的舒适性。由于耳套属于易耗品,厂家为了进一步提升耳机的使用体验,通常会在耳机中同时配备有至少一对耳套。出厂前,需要将耳套固定于耳套包装件上,以便于对耳套进行保护,同时也提升耳机的包装的精致程度。
通常,耳套包装件的初始状态为一特定形状的平面纸板,包括依次连接且共面设置的扣板、第一连接板、基板、第二连接板以及盖板,且扣板上还设有扣舌,盖板形成有供扣舌穿过通孔。在耳套包装时,需要对该平面纸板进行折叠、扣合,使耳套包装件形成有具有容置耳套的容置空间。折叠后,扣板和盖板位于基板的上方,且需要将扣舌插入通孔中,以防止扣板和盖板分离,确保耳套包装件的包装状态。由于初始状态的扣舌与扣板也呈共面设置,且扣舌与扣板之间没有折痕,因此,实际包装产线中需要工人手动拨起扣舌,使得扣舌能相对扣板弯折,以便于将扣舌插入通孔中。但是,由于扣舌呈薄片设置,难受力,也难以快速地将扣舌从扣板上拨起,导致整个耳套包装件的扣合过程费时费力,扣合的效率极低,严重影响了耳套和耳套包装件之间的组装效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种预弯折装置,旨在对耳套包装件的扣舌进行预弯折,使扣舌与扣板产生折痕,以提升耳套包装件的扣合效率,提升耳套与耳机夹的组装效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的预弯折装置,用于弯折耳套包装件,所述预弯折装置包括:
机架,所述机架设有弯折工位,所述耳套包装件预固定于所述弯折工位;
压覆机构,所述压覆机构可移动地设于所述机架,所述压覆机构朝向所述弯折工位移动,以压覆固定所述耳套包装件;以及
吸附机构,所述吸附机构可移动地设于所述机架,所述吸附机构可朝向所述弯折工位移动以吸附所述耳套包装件的扣舌,并带动所述扣舌远离所述弯折工位移动,以使所述扣舌相对所述所述耳套包装件的扣板弯折形成折痕。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述预弯折装置还包括传送机构,所述传送机构设于所述机架,所述传送机构用以将所述耳套包装件传送至所述弯折工位。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述压覆机构朝向所述弯折工位移动,所述压覆机构与所述耳套包装件抵接,并带动所述耳套包装件的第一连接板、基板以及第二连接板移动,使所述耳套包装件的扣板和盖板均相对基板翻折;
所述吸附机构设于所述传送机构的一侧,所述吸附机构朝向所述翻折后的扣板移动,以吸附所述扣板上形成扣舌。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述压覆机构包括:
安装架,所述安装架设于所述机架,所述并位于所述弯折工位的上方;
第一升降组件,所述第一升降组件设于所述安装架;
安装板,所述安装板与所述升降组件连接;以及
压头,所述压头固定于所述安装板,所述压头远离所述安装板的表面可与所述耳套包装件抵接。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述安装板的长度方向沿所述传送机构的传送方向延伸设置,所述压头的数量有多个,多个所述压头沿所述安装板的长度方向间隔均布。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述吸附机构包括:
底座,所述底座设于所述机架,并位于所述传送机构的一侧,所述底座 可朝向所述传送机构靠近或远离运动;
第二升降组件,所述第二升降组件连接于所述底座的一侧边;
固定座,所述固定座设于所述第二升降组件远离所述底座的一端,所述固定座并可相对所述第二升降组件移动设置;以及
吸附组件,所述吸附组件设于所述固定座,所述吸附组件朝向所述传送机构的一侧设置用于吸附所述扣舌。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述固定座的长度方向沿所述传送机构的传送方向延伸设置,所述吸附组件包括:
气泵;
多个吸附头,多个吸附头均固定于所述固定座,并沿所述固定座的长度方向均匀排布,所述吸附头设有吸附通道,所述吸附通道通过连接管与所述气泵连通;以及
多个吸嘴,一所述吸附头设有一所述吸嘴,所述吸嘴设于所述吸附头靠近所述弯折工位的一侧,所述吸嘴与所述吸附通道连通用以吸附所述扣舌。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述吸附机构还包括第一移动组件和第二移动组件,所述底座通过所述第一移动组件可移动地设于所述机架,所述固定座通过所述第二移动组件可移动地设于所述第二升降组件,所述第一移动组件和所述第二移动组件的移动方向平行。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述机架具有长度方向,所述传送机构包括:
两导轨,两所述导轨间隔设于所述机架,且两所述导轨之间形成传送空间,所述导轨沿所述机架的长度方向延伸设置,所述弯折工位位于所述导轨长度方向的两端之间;和
传送驱动组件,所述传送驱动组件设于所述传送空间内,所述传送驱动组件用于传送所述耳套包装件。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述预弯折装置还包括两导向件,一所述 导向件与一所述导轨连接,所述导向件沿所述传送机构的传送方向倾斜设置,所述耳套包装件沿两所述导向件的倾斜方向传送至所述弯折工位。
本实用新型公开一种预弯折装置,预弯折装置用于对耳套包装件进行弯折处理。其中,耳套包装件包括依次连接的扣板、第一连接板、基板、第二连接板以及盖板,且扣板形成有扣舌,盖板设有供扣舌穿过的通孔。耳套包装件在初始状态下,扣板、第一连接板、基板、第二连接板以及盖板为共面设置。预弯折装置包括机架、及可移动设于机架上的压覆机构和吸附机构。机架设有弯折工位,预弯折前,耳套包装件预固定在弯折工位上。预弯折时,压覆机构可朝向弯折工位移动,以压覆并固定耳套包装件,然后,吸附机构可朝向弯折工位移动,并吸附耳套包装件的扣舌,并带动扣舌朝向远离弯折工位移动,以使扣舌相对耳套包装件的扣板弯折形成折痕。本实用新型技术方案中,扣舌经过吸附机构的吸附并移动后,使扣舌与扣板不在同一平面上,即扣舌呈凸出扣板表面设置,以便于在耳套包装件的折叠过程中,能轻易地将扣舌从扣板中拨起,使扣舌能快速地插入至设于的盖板上的通孔内,以将扣板和盖板扣合,维持耳套包装件的包装状态。相对于现有技术,本实用新型技术方案可预先对将扣舌弯折并产生折痕,有效了降低后续扣板和盖板扣合时的难度,提升了耳套包装件折叠过程中扣板和盖板的扣合效率,同时也提升了耳套与耳套包装件的组装效率。

本实用新型提出一种预弯折装置100,该预弯折装置100用于弯折耳套包装件90。参照图6和图7,在初始状态下,耳套包装件90包括依次连接的扣板91、第一连接板92、基板93、第二连接板94以及盖板95,扣板91形成有扣舌911,盖板95设有供扣舌911穿过的通孔951,基板93的表面还设有多个用于固定耳套的固定结构931。固定结构931的数量可以两个、四个或者是六个等,如此,耳套包装件90可以同时包装多对耳套(未图示)中,扣板91和盖板95的尺寸大致与基板93相同,第一连接板92和第二连接板94主要用于将扣板91和盖板95连接与基板93的两侧,故第一连接板92和第二连接板94的尺寸较小。通过将第一连接板92和第二连接板94设置成较小的尺寸,也便于后期对耳套包装件90进行折叠。在初始状态下,扣板91、第一连接板92、基板93、第二连接板94以及盖板95呈共面设置。耳套可以是在初始状态下就固定于基板93上;当然,耳套还可以是在之后的折叠工序中再与基板93固定,在此不仅进行限定。
参照图10,图10为耳套包装件90的包装状态示意图,耳套包装件90的包装状态是由耳套包装件90初始状态经过折叠、扣合而成。在包装状态下,第一连接板92和第二连接板94相对基板93翻折,扣板91和盖板95分别相对第一连接板92、第二连接板94翻折,且扣板91和盖板95均盖设于基板93的上方,此时,扣板91、第一连接板92、基板93、第二连接板94以及盖板95可围合形成中空的容置空间96,耳套与基板93固定,并容置于容置空间96的内部。同时,还需要将扣板91上的扣舌911插入通孔951中以将盖板95和扣板91扣合在一起,限制盖板95和扣板91分离,维持耳套包装件90的包装状态。
参照图1至图5,本实用新型实施例中的预弯折装置100用于弯折耳套包装件90,所述预弯折装置100包括:
机架10,所述机架10设有弯折工位11,所述耳套包装件90预固定于所述弯折工位11;
压覆机构20,所述压覆机构20可移动地设于所述机架10,所述压覆机构20朝向所述弯折工位11移动,以压覆固定所述耳套包装件90;以及
吸附机构30,所述吸附机构30可移动地设于所述机架10,所述吸附机构30可朝向所述弯折工位11移动以吸附所述耳套包装件90的扣舌911,并 带动所述扣舌911远离所述弯折工位11移动,以使所述扣舌911相对所述耳套包装件90的扣板91弯折形成折痕。
本实用新型公开一种预弯折装置100,预弯折装置100用于对耳套包装件90进行预弯折。耳套包装件90包括依次连接的扣板91、第一连接板92、基板93、第二连接板94以及盖板95,且扣板91形成有扣舌911,盖板95设有供扣舌911穿过的通孔951。耳套包装件90在初始状态下,扣板91、第一连接板92、基板93、第二连接板94以及盖板95为共面设置。预弯折装置100包括机架10、及可移动设于机架10上的压覆机构20和吸附机构30。机架10设有弯折工位11,预弯折前,耳套包装件90预固定在弯折工位11上。预弯折时,压覆机构20可朝向弯折工位11移动,以压覆并固定耳套包装件90,然后吸附机构30再朝向弯折工位11移动,并吸附扣板91上的扣舌911,并带动扣舌911朝向远离弯折工位11移动,以使扣舌911相对扣板91弯折形成折痕。
本实用新型技术方案中,扣舌911经过吸附机构30的吸附并移动后,使扣舌911与扣板91不在同一平面上,即扣舌911呈凸出扣板91表面设置,以便于在耳套包装件90的折叠过程中,能轻易地将扣舌911从扣板91中拨起,使扣舌911能快速地插入至设于的盖板95上的通孔951内,以将扣板91和盖板95扣合,维持耳套包装件90的包装状态。相对于现有技术,本实用新型技术方案可预先对将扣舌911弯折并产生折痕,有效了降低后续扣板91和盖板95扣合时的难度,提升了耳套包装件90折叠过程中扣板91和盖板95的扣合效率,同时也提升了耳套与耳套包装件90的组装效率。
机架10可以是板体结构或者是框体结构,机架10为压覆机构20、吸附机构30以及其他的控制部件提供安装载体。机架10可以直接固定于底面,机架10上的弯折工位11指的是耳套包装件90进行预弯折的区域。也就是说,本实施例中对耳套包装件90的所有预弯折过程的区域均可称之为弯折工位11。
可以理解地,初始状态的耳套包装件90可以是直接预固定于弯折工位11上,也可以是通过载具(未标示)对预固定于弯折工位11上,载具是用于精准固定耳套包装件90的定位治具,耳套包装件90在进入预弯折工序之前,即被固定在载具上,载具可以对耳套包装件90进行固定和定位。如此,通过传 送机构60运输时,只需载具与传送机构60配合,即可实现对耳套包装件90的自动传输,使用载具也可以使得耳套包装件90在自动传输的过程中能保持传输顺畅、传输定位精度高等特点。通过使用载具,可以使得耳套包装件90被精确地固定在预设位置,以确保压覆机构20能准确地压覆在耳套包装件90的表面,进而也可以使吸附机构30能精确地吸附压板形成扣舌911区域,确保只吸附扣舌911,不吸附扣舌911之外的区域,进而提升耳套包装件90预弯折的精度。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的吸附机构30的位置可以是位于弯折工位11的下方,也可以是位于弯折工位11的上方,可以根据吸附机构30的设置位置调整耳套包装件90的方向。例如,吸附机构30的位置位于弯折工位11的下方时,则耳套包装件90的内表面(容置空间96的内表面)朝上设置;若吸附机构30是位于弯折工位11的下方时,则耳套包装件90的内表面(容置空间96的内表面)朝下设置。当然,吸附机构30还可以是位于弯折工位11的侧边,此时,需要对耳套包装件90的扣板91进行翻折后,使扣板91翻折至与吸附机构30相对的平面。
可以理解地,只要将扣板91上形成的扣舌911弯折至与扣板91不在同一平面即可使扣舌911相对扣板91形成折痕,也相当于完成了耳套包装件90的预弯折处理,如图8所示,图8为耳套包装件90只预弯折扣舌911后的示意图。
当然,耳套包装件90的预弯折除了是预弯折扣舌911之外,还可以同时对其他部件进行预弯折。例如,耳套包装件90的预弯折还可以同时对扣舌911、扣板91以及盖板95进行预弯折。如图9所示,图9为耳套包装件90在预弯折扣舌911、扣板91以及盖板95后的示意图。
参照图1至图3,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述预弯折装置100还包括传送机构50,所述传送机构50设于所述机架10,所述传送机构50用以将所述耳套包装件90传送至所述弯折工位11。
在本实用新型一实施例的技术方案中,传送机构50可替代人工送料操作,传送机构50可将耳套包装件90自动传送至弯折工位11,以实现预弯折装置100的自动化操作,进一步提升耳套包装件90的弯折效率。其中,传送机构50包括两导轨51和传送驱动组件53,其中,两导轨51间隔设于所述机架10, 两导轨51还相对设置,并且两导轨51之间还形成传送空间(未标示)。导轨51沿机架10的长度方向延伸设置,弯折工位11位于导轨51长度方向的两端之间的位置。传送驱动组件53,传送驱动组件53设于传送空间内,传送驱动组件53为耳套包装件90的自动传送提供动力源。两导轨51可以对耳套包装件90在传送过程中进行限位,使耳套包装件90在自动传送的过程中能够整齐且有序。传送驱动组件53可以有多种类型,例如带传送方式、链传送方式、传送轮组方式等机构等。
在一实施例中,当传送驱动组件53为带传送方式时,传送驱动组件53包括驱动电机531、带轮533组以及皮带535,驱动电机531与带轮533组传动连接,皮带535套设于带轮533组的表面。耳套包装件90放置于带轮533的表面,驱动电机531通过带轮533组驱动皮带535转动,皮带535转动即可带动放置于带轮533的表面的耳套包装件90自动传送,从而提升了传送效率。
进一步,请参照图1至图3,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述预弯折装置100还包括两导向件60,一所述导向件60与一所述导轨51连接,所述导向件60沿所述传送机构50的传送方向倾斜设置,所述耳套包装件90沿两所述导向件60的倾斜方向传送至所述弯折工位11。
在本实用新型一实施例的技术方案中,导向件60呈板状结构,两导向件60分别与两导轨51连接,用以对通过传送机构50自动的传送的耳套包装件90进行引导,以引导耳套包装件90至预设位置。导向板沿传送机构50的传送方向倾斜,指的是导向件60距离传送带的距离沿传送方向逐渐增加,以使导向件60的一端与皮带353平齐,另一端高出皮带353设置。如此,导向件60可以将耳套包装件90导向至传吸附机构30的上方,当压覆机构20朝向弯折工位11移动并带动第一连接板92、基板93以及第二连接板94朝向传动机构继续移动时,此时,扣板91和盖板95均可相对基板93翻折,以使扣板91和盖板95均翻转至与基板93垂直,扣板91与位于弯折工位11侧边的吸附机构30呈相对设置,吸附机构30朝向弯折工位11移动便可吸附扣舌911,并带动扣舌911相对扣板91移动,以使扣舌911相对扣板91弯折并形成折痕。在扣舌911相对扣板91弯折并形成有折痕后,扣舌911和扣板91不再同一平面了,此时的扣舌911相对扣板91呈夹角设置,在吸附机构30释放 扣舌911后,扣舌911即使会发生一定程度的复位,也不再能恢复至与扣板91在同一平面的状态,以在后续的折叠包装的过程中能快速地拨起扣舌911,并完成扣合操作,以提升包装的效率。
在本实用新型一实施例的技术方案中,在吸附机构30释放扣舌911后,压覆机构20也朝向远离弯折工位11的方向移动,经过弯折处理后耳套包装件90可沿着带传送机构50自动传送至下一工位进行折叠处理。
请参照图1和图4,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述压覆机构20朝向所述弯折工位11移动,所述压覆机构20与所述耳套包装件90抵接,并带动所述耳套包装件90的第一连接板92、基板93以及第二连接板94移动,使所述耳套包装件90的扣板91和盖板95相对所述基板93翻折;
所述吸附机构30设于所述传送机构50的一侧,所述吸附机构30朝向所述翻折后的扣板91移动,以吸附形成于耳套包装件90扣板91上扣舌911。
在本实用新型一实施例技术方案中,压覆机构20除了用于压覆固定耳套包装件90外,还能实现对耳套包装件90的部分结构进行翻折才操作。例如,耳套包装件90在导向件60作用下,被导向至高于传送机构50的位置。由于耳套包装件90高于传送机构50设置,当压覆机构20朝向弯折工位11移动并与耳套包装件90抵接时,还能继续向下运动,此时,两导向件60的边缘分别与压板和盖板95抵接,以使扣板91和盖板95相对基板93翻折设置。
可以理解地,在其他的实施例中,压覆机构20使扣板91和盖板95相对基板93翻折的操作也可以在没有导向件60情况下实现。例如,传送机构50形成的传送空间中,底部呈镂空设置,当压覆机构20朝向弯折工位11移动并与耳套包装件90抵接时,还能继续向下运动,此时,两导轨51的内壁可分别与压板和盖板95抵接,以实现扣板91和盖板95相对基板93翻折设置。
请继续参照4,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述压覆机构20包括:
安装架21,所述安装架21设于所述机架10,所述并位于所述弯折工位11的上方;
第一升降组件23,所述第一升降组件23设于所述安装架21;
安装板25,所述安装板25与所述升降组件连接;以及
压头27,所述压头27固定于所述安装板25,所述压头27远离所述安装板25的表面可与所述耳套包装件90抵接。
在本实用新型一实施例技术方案中,安装架21呈龙门架结构,传送机构50穿设于安装架21的底部设置。安装架21与机架10可以通过螺钉固定,或安装架21与机架10还可以通过焊接固定。安装架21为第一升降组件23提供安装的载体。第一升降组件23包括第一升降驱动件231、第一升降滑轨233以及第一升降台235,第一升降驱动件231和第一升降滑轨233均设于安装架21,第一升降台235与第一升降滑轨233滑动连接,且第一升降台235还与第一升降驱动件231传动连接。第一升降驱动件231可驱动第一升降台235沿第一升降滑轨233的延伸方向升降运动。安装板25固定于第一升降台235,并可随第一升降台235相对机架10升降运动。压头27大致成块状结构,压头27可以是与耳套包装件90的部分结构抵接并压覆固定,压头27还可以是压覆抵接整个耳套包装件90。
在一个实施例中,压头27分别抵接耳套包装件90的第一连接板92和第二连接板94,因此,压头27形成有两个间隔设置的压覆区域。通过将压头27设置为两个间隔设置的压覆区域271,一方面可以提升压板和盖板95的翻折准确率,另一方面还可以减少压头27的重量,节省材料。
请继续参照4,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述安装板25的长度方向沿所述传送机构50的传送方向延伸设置,所述压头27的数量有多个,多个所述压头27沿所述安装板25的长度方向间隔均布。
在本实用新型一实施例技术方案中,通过在安装板25沿传送机构50的传送方向间隔均布有多个压头27,如此,单次操作中可同时对多个耳套包装件90进行弯折,可以进一步提升弯折的效率。具体地,压头27的数量可以是两个、三个、四个、五个或者是六个,在此不对压头27的数量进行限定。
请参照图5,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述吸附机构30包括:
底座31,所述底座31设于所述机架10,并位于所述传送机构50的一侧,所述底座31可朝向所述传送机构50靠近或远离运动;
第二升降组件33,所述第二升降组件33连接于所述底座31的一侧边;
固定座35,所述固定座35设于所述第二升降组件33远离所述底座31的一端,所述固定座35并可相对所述第二升降组件33移动设置;以及
吸附组件37,所述吸附组件37设于所述固定座35,所述吸附组件37朝向所述传送机构50的一侧设置用于吸附所述扣舌911。
请继续参照图5,在本实用新型一实施例的技术方案中,底座31为板状结构,底座31为吸附组件37提供安装载体,底座31可以是通过螺钉固定于机架10上,或者底座31通过焊接的方式直接与机架10固定。
请继续参照图5,在本实用新型一实施例的技术方案中,底座31还可以通过底座31通过第一移动组件38可移动地设于机架10。其中,第一移动组件包括有第一移动驱动件381、第一移动滑轨393以及第一移动台385。第一移动驱动件381可以是气缸或者直线电机等,第一移动驱动件381和第一移动滑轨393固定机架10上,第一移动台385滑动连接于第一移动滑轨393上,并与第一移动驱动件381传动连接,底座31设于第一移动台385上。工作时,第一移动驱动件381可驱动第一移动台385相对第一移动滑轨393移动,以带动设于第一移动台385上的底座31移动。可以理解地,由于底座31位于机架10的弯折工位11的侧边,因此,第一移动滑轨393的延伸方向垂直于弯折工位11设置。底座31通过第一移动组件38与机架10连接,以使得机架10具有较高的灵活性。在一实施例中,第一移动组件38中的第一移动滑轨383的数量可是多组,多组第一移动滑轨383呈间隔设置,底板均与多组第一移动滑轨383连接,以提升底板移动的稳定性。
请继续参照图5,固定座35通过第二升降组件33与底座31连接,具体地,第二升降组件33包括第二升降驱动件331、第二升降滑轨333以及第二升降台335。其中,第二升降滑轨333通过一块立板32与底座31固定连接,第二升降驱动件331与底座31固定,固定座35设于第二升降台335上。第二升降驱动件331可以是气缸或者是直线电机等,第二升降台335和移动地设于第二升降滑轨333,并与第二升降驱动件331传动连接,如此,第二升降驱动件331可以通过第二升降台335驱动固定座35相对底座31升降运动,以提升吸附机构30的灵活性。
请继续参照图5,其中,第二升降组件33可以是间隔设置的两组,以提升第二升降台335升降过程中平稳性。固定座35与两个第二升降台335连接,以提升固定座35升降运动的稳定性。
请继续参照图5,固定座35通过第二移动组件39与升降机构连接。其中,第二移动组39件包括有第二移动驱动件391、第二移动滑轨393以及第二移动台395。第二移动驱动件391可以是气缸或者直线电机等,第二移动驱动件 391和第二移动滑轨393固定预第二升降台335上,第二移动台395滑动连接于第二移动滑轨393上,并与第二移动驱动件391传动连接,固定座35设于第二移动台395上。
可以理解地,第二移动组件39中的第二移动滑轨393的数量有多个,多个第二移动滑轨393沿固定座35的长度方向间隔设置,以提升第二移动台395移动的稳定性。工作时,第二移动驱动件391可驱动第二移动台395相对第二移动滑轨393移动,以带动设于第二移动台395上的固定座35和固定于固定座35上的吸附组件37朝向或远离弯折工位11移动。固定座35具有沿传送机构50的传送方向延伸设置的长度方向,因此,固定座35上可以间隔设有多个吸附组件37,如此,可以使得吸附组件37同时对多个耳套包装件90进行吸附,同时将多个耳套包装件90的扣舌911弯折形成折痕,以提升预弯折装置100的加工效率。
请继续参照图5,固定座35上间隔均布多个安装位351,安装位351贯穿固定座35的宽度方向,所述吸附组件37包括气泵、多个吸附头371以及多个吸嘴373。其中,一安装位351固定有一个吸附头371。吸附头371大致呈柱体结构,吸附通道贯穿柱体的两端,吸附通道的一端气泵连接,另一端与气嘴连接。工作时,气泵就可以通过吸附头371控制吸嘴373吸附或释放扣舌911。吸嘴373大致呈吸盘结构,以增加与扣舌911的接触面积。吸嘴373的材质可以是橡胶或硅胶材质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预弯折装置,用于弯折耳套包装件,其特征在于,所述预弯折装置包括:
    机架,所述机架设有弯折工位,所述耳套包装件预固定于所述弯折工位;
    压覆机构,所述压覆机构可移动地设于所述机架,所述压覆机构朝向所述弯折工位移动,以压覆固定所述耳套包装件;以及
    吸附机构,所述吸附机构可移动地设于所述机架,所述吸附机构可朝向所述弯折工位移动以吸附所述耳套包装件的扣舌,并带动所述扣舌远离所述弯折工位移动,以使所述扣舌相对所述耳套包装件的扣板弯折形成折痕。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述预弯折装置还包括传送机构,所述传送机构设于所述机架,所述传送机构用以将所述耳套包装件传送至所述弯折工位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述压覆机构朝向所述弯折工位移动,所述压覆机构与所述耳套包装件抵接,并带动所述耳套包装件的第一连接板、基板以及第二连接板移动,使所述耳套包装件的扣板和盖板均相对基板翻折;
    所述吸附机构设于所述传送机构的一侧,所述吸附机构朝向所述翻折后的扣板移动,以吸附所述扣板上形成扣舌。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述压覆机构包括:
    安装架,所述安装架设于所述机架,所述并位于所述弯折工位的上方;
    第一升降组件,所述第一升降组件设于所述安装架;
    安装板,所述安装板与所述升降组件连接;以及
    压头,所述压头固定于所述安装板,所述压头远离所述安装板的表面可与所述耳套包装件抵接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述安装板的长度方 向沿所述传送机构的传送方向延伸设置,所述压头的数量有多个,多个所述压头沿所述安装板的长度方向间隔均布。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述吸附机构包括:
    底座,所述底座设于所述机架,并位于所述传送机构的一侧,所述底座可朝向所述传送机构靠近或远离运动;
    第二升降组件,所述第二升降组件连接于所述底座的一侧边;
    固定座,所述固定座设于所述第二升降组件远离所述底座的一端,所述固定座并可相对所述第二升降组件移动设置;以及
    吸附组件,所述吸附组件设于所述固定座,所述吸附组件朝向所述传送机构的一侧设置用于吸附所述扣舌。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述固定座的长度方向沿所述传送机构的传送方向延伸设置,所述吸附组件包括:
    气泵;
    多个吸附头,多个吸附头均固定于所述固定座,并沿所述固定座的长度方向均匀排布,所述吸附头设有吸附通道,所述吸附通道通过连接管与所述气泵连通;以及
    多个吸嘴,一所述吸附头设有一所述吸嘴,所述吸嘴设于所述吸附头靠近所述弯折工位的一侧,所述吸嘴与所述吸附通道连通用以吸附所述扣舌。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述吸附机构还包括第一移动组件和第二移动组件,所述底座通过所述第一移动组件可移动地设于所述机架,所述固定座通过所述第二移动组件可移动地设于所述第二升降组件,所述第一移动组件和所述第二移动组件的移动方向平行。
  9. 如权利要求2至8中任意一项所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述机架具有长度方向,所述传送机构包括:
    两导轨,两所述导轨间隔设于所述机架,且两所述导轨之间形成传送空间,所述导轨沿所述机架的长度方向延伸设置,所述弯折工位位于所述导轨 长度方向的两端之间;和
    传送驱动组件,所述传送驱动组件设于所述传送空间内,所述传送驱动组件用于传送所述耳套包装件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的预弯折装置,其特征在于,所述预弯折装置还包括两导向件,一所述导向件与一所述导轨连接,所述导向件沿所述传送机构的传送方向倾斜设置,所述耳套包装件沿两所述导向件的倾斜方向传送至所述弯折工位。
