本实用新型涉及搬运辅助装置领域,尤其涉及一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置。
背景技术
货物在运输时常常需要使用移动小车来辅助搬运,而现有的移动小车高度一般都是固定的,使得货物的装卸不是很方便,同时也不能够适应不同高度的装卸,有待改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决背景技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,包括横向设置的底板,所述底板上端面通过竖向固定安装的气缸横向固定安装有升降板,所述升降板上端面通过竖向固定安装的支撑柱横向转动安装有放置板,所述升降板上端面远离支撑柱的一端竖向固定安装有电动推杆,所述放置板下端面横向固定安装有驱动板,所述驱动板侧壁横向开设有贯穿的开槽,所述电动推杆上端横向转动安装有转动贯穿开槽的驱动轴,所述放置板三侧侧壁均竖向固定安装有挡板,所述放置板闲置端侧壁竖向转动安装有开关板,所述开关板外侧壁连接有固定机构。
优选的,所述固定机构包括固定安装在开关板外侧壁以及靠近开关板的挡板靠近开关板外侧壁的固定块,所述固定块上方竖向设置有 倒立U字型的插件,所述插件活动贯穿对应的两个固定块。
优选的,所述底板下端面拐角处通过竖向固定安装的第一伸缩杆转动安装有脚轮,所述第一伸缩杆外侧壁活动缠绕有弹簧。
优选的,所述升降板下端面拐角处竖向固定安装有第二伸缩杆,所述第二伸缩杆下端与底板上端面固定连接。
优选的,所述底板上端面一侧固定安装有两根倾斜设置的推动杆,两根所述推动杆远离底板的一端通过横向设置的加固杆固定连接。
优选的,所述挡板上端面与开关板上端面平齐。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
通过设置气缸带动升降板上下移动,间接带动放置板上下移动来调节高度,方便货物的装卸,同时电动推杆可间接带动放置板倾斜调节角度,这样可使得在装载时货物直接滑动至放置板上远离开关板的一侧,也可以在卸货直接使货物从放置板上滑落,使得装载与卸货都更加方便。

具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本实用新型以使本领域技术人员能够实现本实用新型。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
如图1-图3所示的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,包括横向设置的底板1,底板1上端面通过竖向固定安装的气缸2横向固定安装有升降板3,升降板3上端面通过竖向固定安装的支撑柱4横向转动安装有放置板5,升降板3上端面远离支撑柱4的一端竖向固定安装有电动推杆6,放置板5下端面横向固定安装有驱动板7,驱动板7侧壁横向开设有贯穿的开槽8,电动推杆6上端横向转动安装有转动贯穿开槽8的驱动轴9,放置板5三侧侧壁均竖向固定安装有挡板10,放置板5闲置端侧壁竖向转动安装有开关板11,开关板11外侧壁连接有固定机构,挡板10上端面与开关板11上端面平齐,底板1上端面一侧固定安装有两根倾斜设置的推动杆18,两根推动杆18远离底板1的一端通过横向设置的加固杆19固定连接,底板1上端面固定安装有移动电源,气缸2与电动体感6均与移动电源电性连接,气缸2间接带动放置板5上下运动调节高度,方便装卸,同时电动推杆6用于控制放置板5的倾斜角度,使得装货卸货更加方便。
固定机构包括固定安装在开关板11外侧壁以及靠近开关板11的 挡板10靠近开关板11外侧壁的固定块12,固定块12上方竖向设置有倒立U字型的插件13,插件13活动贯穿对应的两个固定块12,插件13配合固定块12完成挡板10与开关板11的卡接固定,使得开关板11的开关更加便捷。
底板1下端面拐角处通过竖向固定安装的第一伸缩杆14转动安装有脚轮15,第一伸缩杆14外侧壁活动缠绕有弹簧16,第一伸缩杆14与弹簧16相互配合,减轻装置在行进过程中受到的颠动,使得装置行进更加平稳。
升降板3下端面拐角处竖向固定安装有第二伸缩杆17,第二伸缩杆17下端与底板1上端面固定连接,第二伸缩杆17用于加强升降板3与底板1的联系,同时对升降板3进行限位,使得升降板3上下运动更加平稳。
使用者在装料时,取下插件13,打开开关板11,控制气缸2伸长或是缩短,间接带动放置板5运动至适宜高度,接着控制推杆6缩短,使得放置板5向内侧倾斜,这时将货物搬运至放置板5上,货物慢慢沿放置板5滑至远离开关板11的一端,这样一直将货物装满,再关闭开关板11,插上插件13,卸货时,取下插件13,打开开关板11,控制气缸2伸长或是缩短,间接带动放置板5运动至适宜高度,接着控制推杆6伸长,使得放置板5向外侧倾斜,放置板5上表面的货物直接沿放置板5滑落,完成卸货。

  1. 一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,包括横向设置的底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)上端面通过竖向固定安装的气缸(2)横向固定安装有升降板(3),所述升降板(3)上端面通过竖向固定安装的支撑柱(4)横向转动安装有放置板(5),所述升降板(3)上端面远离支撑柱(4)的一端竖向固定安装有电动推杆(6),所述放置板(5)下端面横向固定安装有驱动板(7),所述驱动板(7)侧壁横向开设有贯穿的开槽(8),所述电动推杆(6)上端横向转动安装有转动贯穿开槽(8)的驱动轴(9),所述放置板(5)三侧侧壁均竖向固定安装有挡板(10),所述放置板(5)闲置端侧壁竖向转动安装有开关板(11),所述开关板(11)外侧壁连接有固定机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,其特征在于:所述固定机构包括固定安装在开关板(11)外侧壁以及靠近开关板(11)的挡板(10)靠近开关板(11)外侧壁的固定块(12),所述固定块(12)上方竖向设置有倒立U字型的插件(13),所述插件(13)活动贯穿对应的两个固定块(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,其特征在于:所述底板(1)下端面拐角处通过竖向固定安装的第一伸缩杆(14)转动安装有脚轮(15),所述第一伸缩杆(14)外侧壁活动缠绕有弹簧(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,其特征在于:所述升降板(3)下端面拐角处竖向固定安装有第二伸缩杆(17),所述第二伸缩杆(17)下端与底板(1)上端面固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上端面一侧固定安装有两根倾斜设置的推动杆(18),两根所述推动杆(18)远离底板(1)的一端通过横向设置的加固杆(19)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种货物运输用装卸搬运辅助装置,其特征在于:所述挡板(10)上端面与开关板(11)上端面平齐。
