- 깔개로 사용할 때 두 겹의 기밀성 원단과 이들 원단 간의 접합선으로 형성된 밀폐 공간에 불어 넣어진 공기가 사용자의 체중을 지지함으로써 사용자와 바닥 간의 단열과 쿠션을 제공하고 사용하지 않을 때는 공기를 빼 부피가 줄고 접혀 취급이 용이한 에어매트리스에 있어서,하부시트(110)와 상부시트(120) 사이에 주머니계통 흡·배기구(201), 튜브계통 흡·배기구(301), 튜브부재(310)들을 배열하고 짓눌러 열융착한 열융착선(400)과, 튜브부재(310)들을 경계로 주머니계통 흡·배기구(201), 공기주머니(210)들과 공기주머니들 간 연결부(220)들을 구성 요소로 사용자의 체중을 지지하는 역할을 하는 주머니계통(200)과, 튜브계통 흡·배기구(301), 튜브부재(310)들과 연통부(320)들을 구성 요소로 공기주머니(210)들 상호 간의 공기 흐름을 차단하는 역할을 하는 튜브계통(300)으로 나뉘어서 이루어지고,주머니계통(200)에 공기를 먼저 주입하면 공기유통홀(225)들과 매트부재(100)와 튜브부재(310)들 간의 틈으로 공기주머니(210)들 상호 간의 공기 흐름이 허용되어 주머니계통(200) 전체가 공기로 채워지고, 다음으로 튜브계통(300)에 주머니계통(200)보다 높은 압력으로 공기를 주입하면 튜브부재(310)가 팽창하여 공기유통홀(225)들과 매트부재(100)와 튜브부재(310)들 간의 틈을 막아 상호 간 공기 흐름이 차단된 상태의 공기주머니(210)들로 하여금 사용자의 체중을 지지하게 하여 체중이 실린 부분이 지나치게 처지는 현상을 완화함으로써 사용자와 바닥 간의 단열과 쿠션효과가 제공되고, 체중이 실려 처진 부분과 풍선효과로 부풀어 오른 체중이 실리지 않은 부분의 높이차와 사용자와 에어매트리스 간의 접촉(마찰)면적이 줄어 에어매트리스 위에서 사용자의 자리 옮기기나 돌아눕기 등이 보다 쉬운 것을 특징으로 하는 에어매트리스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,에어매트리스 자체 일부분들이 공기펌프(230,240,330,340)들로서의 역할을 하여 공기를 입으로 불어 넣거나 별도의 공기펌프를 마련하지 않아도 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어매트리스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,주머니계통 공기흡입펌프(230) 두 개, 튜브계통 공기흡입펌프(330) 두 개, 주머니계통 공기배출펌프(240) 한 개와 튜브계통 공기배출펌프(340) 한 개가 각각 짝을 지어 있어서, 짝지은 펌프들에 번갈아 압력을 가함으로써 연속적으로 공기를 주입하고 배출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어매트리스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,공기주머니(210)들 평면상 가운데 한 곳 또는 일정 간격으로 몇몇 곳의 매트부재(100)를 짓눌러 열융착한 열융착점(500)들이 있어 공기로 채워진 에어매트리스의 높이를 적절히 함으로써 밟은 사람이 균형을 잃고 넘어질 위험을 줄인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어매트리스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,청구항 4의 열융착점(500)들에 매트부재(100)를 관통하여 물 빠짐을 돕는 구멍 또는 틈(600)이 있어 기밀성 원단으로 만들어진 에어매트리스를 세탁할 때 탈수가 원활한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어매트리스.
- 하부시트(110)를 펼쳐놓는 단계,흡·배기구(201,301)들 또는 공기펌프 흡기구(232,242,332,342)들, 배기구(233,243,333,343)들, 탄성체(234,244,334,344)들과 튜브부재(310)들을 배열·고정하는 단계,상부시트(120)를 중첩하는 단계,매트부재(100)를 짓눌러 열융착하는 단계,매트부재(100)의 여백과 에어매트리스를 세탁할 때 물 빠짐을 돕는 구멍 또는 틈(600)들을 잘라 내는 단계,흡·배기구(201,301)들 또는 공기흡입펌프 흡기구(232,332)들과 공기배출펌프 배기구(243,343)들을 막는 마개들 또는 집게(700)들을 다는 단계,완성된 에어매트리스의 두 공기 계통 모두를 공기로 채우고 액체에 담가 외부에 기포 발생 여부로 기밀성을 확인하는 단계,완성된 에어매트리스의 한 공기 계통은 공기를 빼고 다른 한 공기 계통에만 공기를 주입하여 공기를 뺀 공기 계통이 부풀어 오르는지 아닌지로 두 공기 계통간의 기밀성을 확인하는 단계의 에어매트리스 제조 방법.
