如专利号为CN02236992.9的专利公开文献中,提出了充气泳池现有的技术问题:目前一般的充气泳池,在泳池内放水之后,由于泳池内的水压作用,会使充气泳池的侧壁产生形变,进而导致使用效果相对较差、使用寿命减短,并且还可能会有安全隐患;并且上述专利中也提出了一种解决上述技术问题的技术方案。但是该专利所提出的技术方案中,泳池侧壁对于泳池内水压的承受力的下限位于连接气柱之间的区域,实际根本原因仍然是由于泳池侧壁承压能力不同导致的,即上述专利中的连接气柱之间位置处的承压能力相对较小。
而且上述专利中由于侧壁结构的存在,导致上述专利的充气泳池在不使用的时候,即使把气放掉之后,仍然需要较大空间才能进行周转存放,失去了充气泳池原本不使用时候,便于周转存放的效果。
发明内容

第十四、本发明的高强度的充气泳池,竖直气包内的空气还通过池底顶面中心的弹性垫层位置处的密封防水层A所设的按摩气嘴B与泳池内连通,从而在使用中,使得池底中心的弹性垫层位置处、位于弹性垫层和密封防水层A之间还能形成一层气腔层、使该位置更加柔软舒适,另外密封防水层A对应于弹性垫层位置处所设的按摩气嘴B还能产生气泡进行按摩,进一步提高了舒适性。
第十五、本发明的高强度的充气泳池,通过密封防水层A和弹性垫层之间所设的网格布层,从而使得通气管的空气在进入弹性垫层与密封防水层A之间的时候通过网格布层从而将气体打散,使气体均匀分布于密封防水层A和弹性垫层之间,进而使得密封防水层A的各按摩气嘴B均匀出气。

具体实施方式
结合图1~图6可知,高强度的充气泳池,包括充气泳池本体1,所述充气泳池本体1 包括池底3,所述池底3边沿设有向上翻折的池壁翻折片4,所述池壁翻折片4的边顶部沿着池壁翻折片4的边沿分别均匀设有多个气囊单元5,所述气囊单元5向池底3中心一侧翻折后再向下翻折,并与池底3顶面和池壁翻折片4密封固定、形成充气腔单元6,相邻两个充气腔单元6之间通过连接管17相互通气连通,并且其中一个充气腔单元6通过充气嘴20向外伸出池壁翻折片4,充气后的充气腔单元6使池壁翻折片4和气囊单元5形成环形充气侧壁2,相邻两个充气后的充气腔单元6之间的下部还分别固定连接有底部支撑件,所述充气游泳池本体1内、位于池底3的顶部边沿与环形充气侧壁2之间密封固定连接有环形支撑片7,所述环形支撑片7位于充气泳池本体1内一侧的侧壁的下部分别设有与环形充气侧壁2外侧连通的单向进水管18、单向出水管22和单向吹气管31,所述单向出水管22位于单向进水管18的下方,所述单向吹气管31设于单向进水管18的一侧,所述环形支撑片7位于充气泳池本体1内一侧的侧壁底部、沿着池底3与池壁连接的边沿设有弧形气包24,所述弧形气包24的两端均与固定连接于池壁底部的竖直气包32内连通,所述单向吹气管31与竖直气包32连通,所述弧形气包24伸出竖直气包32的部分、沿着弧形气包24的延伸方向均匀设有多个按摩气嘴A21。
所述池底3和环形充气侧壁2的材质为表面依次涂覆有底膜、PE气密膜和纳米银抗菌膜的经编衬纬布,所述经编衬纬布的纬线为涤纶和玻璃纤维混纺的纱线、所述经编衬纬布的径线为涤纶、乙纶和碳纤维混纺的纱线。
所述充气腔单元6的顶面和相对侧壁均为气囊单元5,所述气囊单元5的两侧分别设有向池壁翻折片4一侧翻折的侧翻折片12,所述气囊单元5底部边沿的粘合片16、侧翻折片12底部边沿的粘合片16和面向池壁翻折片4边沿的粘合片16均向充气腔单元6内翻折、并分别与池底3的对应位置处、池壁翻折片4的对应位置处和充气腔单元6顶部的气囊单元5底面的对应位置处粘贴密封固定。
所述单向进水管18和单向出水管22分别通过贯穿环形充气侧壁2的水管连接管与环形充气侧壁2的外侧连通,所述水管连接管贯穿设于其中一个充气腔单元6。
对应于单向进水管18、单向出水管22和单向吹气管31位置处的池壁翻折片4的外侧壁和环形支撑片7的内侧壁分别粘贴固定设有密封基层33,所述单向进水管18、单向出水管22和单向吹气管31的管口分别通过环形密封贴34与密封基层33粘贴固定连接,所述竖直气包32固定连接于密封基层33。
所述环形支撑片7将所有充气腔单元6位于池壁翻折片4相对侧的气囊单元5固定连接。
所述环形充气侧壁2的顶部还密封包覆固定连接有匹配的环形条9,所述环形条9将所有充气腔单元6的顶部固定连接,所述环形条9的内侧边沿和外侧边沿均分别向下延伸至池壁翻折片4的上部和位于池壁翻折片4相对侧的气囊单元5的上部。
所述环形条9对应位于环形充气侧壁2内侧边沿向下延伸至与环形支撑片7的顶部边沿贴合。
所述环形条9沿着环形充气侧壁2的顶部固定一圈,并且所述环形条9的一端覆盖密封固定连接于环形条9另一端的顶面、形成连接凸起处11。
所述底部支撑件包括依次相互固定连接的多个支撑单元件29,所述支撑单元件29包括底板单元13,所述底板单元13的顶部中间设有径向支撑立板8,所述径向支撑立板8 的外侧端和内侧端分别设有缓压立板14,所述缓压立板14与径向支撑立板8垂直,所述径向支撑立板8对应位于相邻两个充气后的充气腔单元6之间,所述缓压立板14对应位于相邻两个充气后的充气腔单元6之间与池壁翻折片4连接位置处和池壁翻折片4相对侧的气囊单元5位置处,所述底板单元13的一侧边沿中部设有连接插条16,所述底板单元的另一侧边沿中部设有与连接插条16匹配的连接插口。
所述底板单元13的外侧边沿向上弯折形成弧形支撑立板15。
所述池底3的底面、位于充气泳池本体1内的边沿同轴心固定连接有环形底部包片27,所述环形充气侧壁2的外侧下部同轴心固定连接有环形外侧包片10,所述环形底部包片27的内侧边沿与池底3密封固定,所述环形底部包片27的外侧边沿向上翻折,并且环形底部包片27翻折后的外侧顶部边沿与环形外侧包片10的底部边沿通过拉链28张紧固定连接,所述环形底部包片27将底部支撑件包覆固定连接。
所述充气腔单元6内固定连接有水平拉筋30,所述水平拉筋30的两端分别与充气腔单元6对应于环形充气侧壁2的外侧和内侧端面固定,所述水平拉筋30由上至下均匀分布有多根。
所述充气泳池本体1内的池底3顶面中心同轴心固定连接有弹性垫层35,所述弹性垫层35的顶部覆盖固定连接有密封防水层A36,所述密封防水层A36的底面边沿与池底3顶面密封固定连接,所述密封防水层A36的底面中部与弹性垫层35密封固定连接。
所述单向进水管18位于环形外侧包片10上方和径向支撑立板8上方,所述单向出水管22位于环形外侧包片10上方和径向支撑立板8下方。
所述充气腔单元6内固定连接有水平拉筋30,所述水平拉筋30的两端分别与充气腔单元6对应于环形充气侧壁2的外侧和内侧端面固定,所述水平拉筋30由上至下均匀分布有多根。
所述充气泳池本体1内的池底3顶面中心同轴心固定连接有弹性垫层35,所述弹性垫层35的顶部覆盖固定连接有密封防水层A36,所述密封防水层A36的底面边沿与池底3顶面密封固定连接,所述密封防水层A36的底面中部与弹性垫层35密封固定连接。
所述连接管17位于侧翻折片12的上部。
所述弧形气包24为软管。
所述连接管17的材质与环形充气侧壁2的材质相同。
所述池底3的顶面固定连接有与池底3匹配的池底基垫层37,所述环形支撑片7和密封防水层A36均固定连接于池底基垫层37的顶面。
所述密封防水层A36的边沿、延伸至与环形支撑片7的底部边沿贴合。
池底基垫层37内固定有通气管38,所述通气管38的一端延伸至对应于竖直气包32位置处、向上伸出池底基垫层37、并向上穿过环形支撑片7后与竖直气包32内连通,所述通气管38另一端则是延伸至弹性垫层35位置处、向上伸出池底基垫层37、并向上穿过弹性垫层35后与弹性垫层35和密封防水层A36之间的空间连通,所述密封防水层A36对应于弹性垫层35的位置处均匀设有按摩气嘴B39。
所述弹性垫层35与密封防水层A36之间固定设有网格布层40。
所述弹性垫层35顶面还固定连接有密封防水膜B(说明书附图未示出)。
本申请需要使用的时候,先通过充气嘴20向环形充气侧壁2内进行预充气,使环形 充气侧壁2大致成型;然后将支撑立板8分别从底部向上插入相邻两个充气腔单元6之间,并将各底板单元13进行拼接形成与环形充气侧壁2底部匹配的环形结构的底部支撑件,从而使环形充气侧壁2再继续充气的过程中能够使环形充气侧壁2在充气过程中尽量保持充气泳池本体1的形状结构,从而无需其他人员在充气过程中对充气泳池本体1进行整理形状;当环形充气侧壁2充气至基本成型、且即将充满之前,将环形底部包片27向外延伸至环形充气侧壁2外侧、并向上翻折,使环形底部包片27包覆底部支撑件,然后再通过拉链28将环形外侧包片10底部边沿和环形底部包片27外侧顶部边沿固定;最后再继续向环形充气侧壁2完全充气成型;然后通过单向进水管18向充气泳池本体1内注水;注水完成后,可以通过单向出水管22和单向进水管18与水循环装置连接实现充气泳池本体1内的水的循环,还可以通过单向吹气管31与吹气装置连接实现按摩气嘴A21向充气泳池本体1内的水进行喷气、进而实现水池内的气泡按摩的效果。
本申请使用结束需要周转存放的时候,直接先将泳池本体1内的水放掉,然后再将环形充气侧壁2内的空气放掉部分;然后再通过拉链28将环形管底部包片27与环形外侧包片10分离,并将底部支撑件与环形充气侧壁2分离、再将底部支撑件拆卸成各支撑单元件29;接着继续将环形充气侧壁2内的空气放掉,最后将放空空气的环形充气侧壁2压扁、折叠即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:包括充气泳池本体(1),所述充气泳池本体(1)包括池底(3),所述池底(3)边沿设有向上翻折的池壁翻折片(4),所述池壁翻折片(4)的边顶部沿着池壁翻折片(4)的边沿分别均匀设有多个气囊单元(5),所述气囊单元(5)向池底(3)中心一侧翻折后再向下翻折,并与池底(3)顶面和池壁翻折片(4)密封固定、形成充气腔单元(6),相邻两个充气腔单元(6)之间通过连接管(17)相互通气连通,并且其中一个充气腔单元(6)通过充气嘴(20)向外伸出池壁翻折片(4),充气后的充气腔单元(6)使池壁翻折片(4)和气囊单元(5)形成环形充气侧壁(2),相邻两个充气后的充气腔单元(6)之间的下部还分别固定连接有底部支撑件,所述充气泳池本体(1)内、位于池底(3)的顶部边沿与环形充气侧壁(2)之间密封固定连接有环形支撑片(7),所述环形支撑片(7)位于充气泳池本体(1)内一侧的侧壁的下部分别设有与环形充气侧壁(2)外侧连通的单向进水管(18)、单向出水管(22)和单向吹气管(31),所述单向出水管(22)位于单向进水管(18)的下方,所述单向吹气管(31)设于单向进水管(18)的一侧,所述环形支撑片(7)位于充气泳池本体(1)内一侧的侧壁底部、沿着池底(3)与池壁连接的边沿设有弧形气包(24),所述弧形气包(24)的两端均与固定连接于池壁底部的竖直气包(32)内连通,所述单向吹气管(31)与竖直气包(32)连通,所述弧形气包(24)伸出竖直气包(32)的部分、沿着弧形气包(24)的延伸方向均匀设有多个按摩气嘴A(21)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述充气腔单元(6)的顶面和相对侧壁均为气囊单元(5),所述气囊单元(5)的两侧分别设有向池壁翻折片(4)一侧翻折的侧翻折片(12),所述气囊单元(5)底部边沿的粘合片(16)、侧翻折片(12)底部边沿的粘合片(16)和面向池壁翻折片(4)边沿的粘合片(16)均向充气腔单元(6)内翻折、并分别与池底(3)的对应位置处、池壁翻折片(4)的对应位置处和充气腔单元(6)顶部的气囊单元(5)底面的对应位置处粘贴密封固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述单向进水管(18)和单向出水管(22)分别通过贯穿环形充气侧壁(2)的水管连接管与环形充气侧壁(2)的外侧连通,所述水管连接管贯穿设于其中一个充气腔单元(6)。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:对应于单向进水管(18)、单向出水管(22)和单向吹气管(31)位置处的池壁翻折片(4)的外侧壁和环形支撑片(7)的内侧壁分别粘贴固定设有密封基层(33),所述单向进水管(18)、单向出水管(22)和单向吹气管(31)的管口分别通过环形密封贴(34)与密封基层(33)粘贴固定连接,所述竖直气包(32)固定连接于密封基层(33)。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述环形支撑片(7)将所有充气腔单元(6)位于池壁翻折片(4)相对侧的气囊单元(5)固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述环形充气侧壁(2)的顶部还密封包覆固定连接有匹配的环形条(9),所述环形条(9)将所有充气腔单元(6)的顶部固定连接,所述环形条(9)的内侧边沿和外侧边沿均分别向下延伸至池壁翻折片(4)的上部和位于池壁翻折片(4)相对侧的气囊单元(5)的上部;所述 环形条(9)对应位于环形充气侧壁(2)内侧边沿向下延伸至与环形支撑片(7)的顶部边沿贴合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述底部支撑件包括依次相互固定连接的多个支撑单元件(29),所述支撑单元件(29)包括底板单元(13),所述底板单元(13)的顶部中间设有径向支撑立板(8),所述径向支撑立板(8)的外侧端和内侧端分别设有缓压立板(14),所述缓压立板(14)与径向支撑立板(8)垂直,所述径向支撑立板(8)对应位于相邻两个充气后的充气腔单元(6)之间,所述缓压立板(14)对应位于相邻两个充气后的充气腔单元(6)之间与池壁翻折片(4)连接位置处和池壁翻折片(4)相对侧的气囊单元(5)位置处,所述底板单元(13)的一侧边沿中部设有连接插条(16),所述底板单元的另一侧边沿中部设有与连接插条(16)匹配的连接插口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述底板单元(13)的外侧边沿向上弯折形成弧形支撑立板(15),所述池底(3)的底面、位于充气泳池本体(1)内的边沿同轴心固定连接有环形底部包片(27),所述环形充气侧壁(2)的外侧下部同轴心固定连接有环形外侧包片(10),所述环形底部包片(27)的内侧边沿与池底(3)密封固定,所述环形底部包片(27)的外侧边沿向上翻折,并且环形底部包片(27)翻折后的外侧顶部边沿与环形外侧包片(10)的底部边沿通过拉链(28)张紧固定连接,所述环形底部包片(27)将底部支撑件包覆固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述充气腔单元(6)内固定连接有水平拉筋(30),所述水平拉筋(30)的两端分别与充气腔单元(6)对应于环形充气侧壁(2)的外侧和内侧端面固定,所述水平拉筋(30)由上至下均匀分布有多根。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的高强度的充气泳池,其特征在于:所述充气泳池本体(1)内的池底(3)顶面中心同轴心固定连接有弹性垫层(35),所述弹性垫层(35)的顶部覆盖固定连接有密封防水层A(36),所述密封防水层A(36)的底面边沿与池底(3)顶面密封固定连接,所述密封防水层A(36)的底面中部与弹性垫层(35)密封固定连接。
