ブロック1内に形成される流路2の途中部に主弁3と副弁4とが直列状に設けられる。前記流路2の一部を構成する一次側室5と中間室7と二次側室6とが、当該流路2の一端側から他端側に順に形成される。前記主弁3と前記副弁4とをパイロット弁60が開弁操作する。前記主弁3は、前記二次側室6と前記中間室7とを接続および遮断する。その主弁3は、次のように構成される。前記ブロック1内に形成される収容孔10に筒状の主弁部材41が軸方向に移動可能に挿入される。前記収容孔10の内周壁に周方向に形成される主弁座46に当接可能となる主弁面45が前記主弁部材41の外周壁に形成される。前記主弁部材41を閉弁バネ47が前記主弁座46に向けて付勢する。前記副弁4は、前記一次側室5と前記中間室7とを接続および遮断する。その副弁4は、次のように構成される。前記主弁部材41の筒孔48に前記軸方向に移動可能に挿入される副弁部材50が、前記主弁部材41に前記軸方向に所定隙間をあけて当接可能に対面される。前記収容孔10の内周壁に周方向に形成される副弁座56に当接可能となる副弁面55が、前記副弁部材50の外周壁に形成される。前記パイロット弁60は、パイロット弁部材63を有している。そのパイロット弁部材63は、前記ブロック1内に前記副弁部材50に向けて移動可能に挿入されると共に、前記副弁部材50に所定隙間をあけて当接可能に対面される。また、そのパイロット弁部材63は、前記収容孔10内に装着される後退バネ66によって前記副弁部材50から離間する方向に付勢されると共に、前記ブロック1内に設けられる作動室76に供給される圧力流体によって前記副弁部材50に向けて移動される。
上記逆止弁装置では、1つの流路に主弁と副弁とを直列状に備えている。このため、二次側室の圧力流体が主弁および副弁に遮断されるので、主弁および副弁のうちの一方の弁が、何らかの原因によって、閉弁できないときでも、他方の弁が閉弁されて、二次側室から圧力流体が漏れ出るのを防止できる。
本発明の逆止弁装置は、矩形の金属製のブロック1内に、圧縮空気(圧力流体)を給排するための流路2を1つ備えている。その流路2を開閉する主弁3と副弁4とが直列状となるように当該流路2の途中部に配置される。その流路2の一部を構成するように、一次側室5と中間室7と二次側室6が当該流路2の一端側から他端側に順に形成される。その一次側室5が、圧縮空気(圧力流体)を供給する圧縮空気源に接続される。また、二次側室6が、アクチュエータの作動室に接続される。上記の主弁3が二次側室6と中間室7とを接続および遮断する。また、副弁4が一次側室5と中間室7とを接続および遮断する。これにより、圧縮空気源から一次側室5に供給される圧縮空気のすべては、副弁4の開弁隙間を通って中間室7へ流入され、その中間室7の圧縮空気が主弁3の開弁隙間と二次側室6とを通ってアクチュエータの作動室に供給される。
矩形の金属製のブロック1(本実施形態においては鉄製)に収容孔10が、左右方向に貫通するように形成される。その収容孔10の中央付近の内周壁に環状の段差部11が形成され、その段差部11に密着するように筒状の一次側フィルタ12が左方から挿入される。その一次側フィルタ12は、内筒13と外筒14に挟まれた金網15と内筒13の右端部と外筒14の右端部、内筒13の左端部と外筒14の左端部がそれぞれ把持されるU字固定具16とを有している。
図1の初期状態(閉弁状態)では、一次側給排路80の圧縮空気が外部に排出されている。また、作動用の給排路78の圧縮空気も外部に排出されている。このため、一次側給排路80に連通する一次側室5の圧縮空気の圧力は大気圧程度になっている。よって、二次側室6の圧縮空気の圧力による押圧力および閉弁バネ47の付勢力が主弁部材41を右方に移動させ、主弁部材41の主弁面45が主弁座46に係合されて、主弁3が閉弁されている。また、二次側室6の圧縮空気の圧力による押圧力が副弁部材50を右方に移動させ、副弁部材50の副弁面55が副弁座56に係合されて、副弁4が閉弁されている。
上記逆止弁装置では、1つの流路2に主弁3と副弁4とを直列状に備えている。このため、二次側室6の圧縮空気が主弁3および副弁4に遮断されるので、主弁および副弁のうちの一方の弁が何らかの原因によって閉弁できないときでも他方の弁が閉弁されて、二次側室6から圧力流体が漏れ出るのを防止できる。
図5に示すように、収容孔10の大径孔70に連通される作動用の第1給排路78はブロック1の右下部に形成される。その第1給排路78は圧縮空気源に連通される。また、収容孔10の大径孔70に連通される作動用の第2給排路87はブロック1の右上に形成される。その第2給排路87はアクチュエータの作動室であるリリース室に連通される。また、二次側の給排路82はアクチュエータの作動室であるロック室に連通される。
圧力流体は、例示した圧縮空気に代えて、他の気体または圧油や水等の液体であってもよい。
その他に、当業者が想定できる範囲で種々の変更を行えることは勿論である。

- ブロック(1)内に形成される流路(2)の途中部に直列状に設けられる主弁(3)と副弁(4)と、前記流路(2)の一部を構成するように、当該流路(2)の一端側から他端側に順に形成される一次側室(5)と中間室(7)と二次側室(6)と、前記主弁(3)と前記副弁(4)とを開弁操作するパイロット弁(60)と、を備える逆止弁装置において、
前記二次側室(6)と前記中間室(7)とを接続および遮断する前記主弁(3)は、前記ブロック(1)内に形成される収容孔(10)に軸方向に移動可能に挿入される筒状の主弁部材(41)と、
前記収容孔(10)の内周壁に周方向に形成される主弁座(46)に当接可能となるように前記主弁部材(41)の外周壁に形成される主弁面(45)と、
前記主弁部材(41)を前記主弁座(46)に向けて付勢する閉弁バネ(47)と、を有し、
前記一次側室(5)と前記中間室(7)とを接続および遮断する前記副弁(4)は、 前記主弁部材(41)の筒孔(48)に前記軸方向に移動可能に挿入されると共に、前記主弁部材(41)に前記軸方向に所定隙間をあけて当接可能に対面される副弁部材(50)と、
前記収容孔(10)の内周壁に周方向に形成される副弁座(56)に当接可能となるように前記副弁部材(50)の外周壁に形成される副弁面(55)と、を有し、
前記パイロット弁(60)は、 前記ブロック(1)内に前記副弁部材(50)に向けて移動可能に挿入されると共に、前記副弁部材(50)に所定隙間をあけて当接可能に対面されるパイロット弁部材(63)であって、前記収容孔(10)内に装着される後退バネ(66)によって前記副弁部材(50)から離間する方向に付勢されると共に、前記ブロック(1)内に設けられる作動室(76)に供給される圧力流体によって前記副弁部材(50)に向けて移動されるパイロット弁部材(63)を有する、
ことを特徴とする逆止弁装置。
