Abstract

一种储存箱及其包装结构,其底板、前侧板、后侧板、左侧板和右侧板与各自的相邻板可拆卸连接,盖板与后侧板转动连接,在盖板的内侧面上进深有水平分布的条形槽,条形槽两头在盖板左右两侧形成有开口,进而将盖板分隔为能相互折转的上折转部和下折转部,下折转部竖向设置在后侧板上方并安装在后侧板上,下折转部与后侧板一并构成储存箱的背板。该储存箱的条形槽将盖板分隔为能相互折转的上折转部和下折转部,通过上折转部与下折转部之间的料皮实现盖板翻转,盖板与后侧板之间无需安装铰链,安装方便,成本低,从箱体背部看,下折转部与后侧板一并构成背板,结构新颖。此外,该储存箱包装体积较小,包装方便,且包装后能够对板体进行有效限位。

Description

一种储存箱及其包装结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种储存物品的箱子,尤其是涉及一种储存箱及其包装结构。
背景技术
目前,不少户外庭院中摆放有用来存放园林工具或者其他杂物的储存箱,从而使庭院显得更为整洁、美观。这些储存箱一般体积较大,商场或者网上销售的都是还未组装好的柜子,人们购买后还需要拿到自己家里进行现场组装。现有的储存箱在组装时,人们往往需要用螺丝刀将螺丝等连接件安装固定在底板、四块侧板和盖板上,从而使底板、侧板和盖板装配在一起,不仅装配较为费时、费力,而且装配效率较低,相应地,拆卸柜子时必须将螺丝逐个拧下,也非常不方便。况且,用螺丝连接固定的柜子,在制造柜子的底板、侧板和盖板时,往往需要在板上预留安装孔,且为了精确装配,这些预留安装孔的位置不能有偏差,否则会出现安装不到位或甚至无法安装的现象。此外,现有储存箱一般都采用翻盖结构,即盖板能够翻转后打开或者关闭,目前,盖板均通过铰链与背板形成转动连接,不仅结构较为普通,而且装配时需要安装将铰链在背板和盖板上,安装较为麻烦,另外,铰链通常为金属件,采用铰链结构,也提高了储存箱的成本。此外,现有储存箱进行包装时,普通存在包装体积过大的缺陷,增加了运输成本,并且,还板件限位不可靠的现象,运输过程中板件容易在包装箱内移动,板与板之间容易产生摩擦和撞击,进而影响产品品质。综上所述,有待对现有的储存箱结构作进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种结构新颖、装配方便、成本相对较低的储存箱。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种包装体积小、板件限位可靠的储存箱的包装结构。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该储存箱,包括底板、前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板和盖板,所述的底板、前侧板、后侧板、左侧板和右侧板与各自的相邻板可拆卸连接,所述盖板与所述后侧板转动连接,其特征在于:在所述盖板的内侧面上进深有水平分布的条形槽,所述条形槽的两头在盖板的左右两侧形成有开口,进而将盖板分隔为能相互折转的上折转部和下折转部,所述下折转部竖向设置在所 述后侧板的上方并安装在后侧板上,所述第二折转部与后侧板一并构成所述储存箱的背板。
优选地,所述下折转部与后侧板插接配合。
下折转部与后侧板之间可以有多种插接结构,优选地,所述下折转部的下侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插脚和第二插口,在所述后侧板的上侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插口和第二插脚,所述第一插脚插入对应的第一插口内,所述第二插脚插入对应的第二插口内。
为了使下折转部与后侧板的插接结构更为牢固,所述第一插口和/或第二插口的内壁上凸设有凸块,所述第一插脚和/或第二插脚上开有凹槽,所述凸块卡入对应的凹槽内。
为了将折转后的上折转部与下折转部限制在相互垂直的位置,所述上折转部的内侧面具有与条形槽相衔接的上倾斜面,所述下折转部的内侧面具有与条形槽相衔接的下倾斜面,在所述盖板合拢的状态下,所述上倾斜面与下倾斜面相抵。
进一步优选,所述上折转部的内侧面的左右两侧边缘具有向内延伸的上挡条,所述下折转部的内侧面的左右两侧向内凸设有下挡块,在所述盖板合拢的状态下,所述上挡条与挡块相抵。
为了使储存箱能够分区存放物品,并同时对盖板进行有效支撑,在所述储存箱内部设有竖向隔板,所述竖向隔板的底部限位在所述底板上,竖向隔板的前后两侧分别与前侧板、后侧板插接配合,所述上折转部的内侧面凸设有与竖向盖板相对应的条状凸筋,在盖板关闭状态下,所述条状凸筋与竖向隔板的顶部相抵。
为了对竖向隔板进行限位,所述底板的内底面上凸设有左右向分布的限位筋,所述限位筋前后间隔分布,所述竖向隔板的底部开有第一限位槽,所述限位筋嵌入对应的第一限位槽内。
为了避免雨水进入储存箱内部,所述的盖板呈中间高、前后两侧低的拱形结构,或者呈后侧高、前侧低的倾斜结构,或者呈前侧高、后侧低的倾斜结构,所述前侧板、左侧板和右侧板的顶部均设有挡水条。
为了便于盖板开合,在所述左侧板和右侧板上均安装有与盖板相连接的气弹簧。
作为上述任一方案的优选,所述前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板和盖板为一体成型的吹塑板,所述底板为注塑板。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案:该储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:在储存箱包装状态下,所述盖板的下折转部安装在所述底板的后侧部,盖板的上折转部折转至所述底板的上方,进而在上折转部、下折转部和底板之间形成有安装腔,所述前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板叠放在所述安装腔内。
优选地,所述前侧板叠放在底板上,所述后侧板叠放在前侧板上,所述左侧板和右侧板叠放在前侧板上。
为了对左侧板和右侧板进行限位,所述下折转部的内侧壁上开有横向限位槽,所述左侧板和右侧板的顶部均设有挡水条,在储存箱包装状态下,所述左侧板和右侧板均水平设置且挡水条嵌入对应的横向限位槽内。
为了将盖板的下折转部限位在底板上,在所述底板的后侧部开有插孔,在所述盖板的下折转部的下部设有插脚,在储存箱包装状态下,所述下折转部竖向设置且插脚插入所述插孔内。
为了在包装状态下对盖板进行进一步定位,所述盖板的上折转部的前沿安装有横向支撑杆,在横向支撑杆上安装有用来与前侧板相配合的锁扣,所述前侧板的顶部设有挡水条,在储存箱包装状态下,所述前侧板水平设置,所述锁扣与挡水条相抵而支撑住所述盖板的上折转部。
进一步优选,该包装结构还包括有竖向隔板,在储存箱打开状态下,所述竖向隔板竖向设置在底板上,在储存箱包装状态下,所述竖向隔板水平叠放在底板上,所述前侧板水平叠放在竖向隔板上。
为了在包装状态下将竖向隔板限位在底板上,所述底板的内底面上凸设有左右向分布的限位筋,所述限位筋前后间隔分布,所述竖向隔板的侧面上开有第二限位槽,在储存箱包装状态下,所述底板的限位筋卡入所述竖向隔板的第二限位槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该储存箱通过盖板内侧面上的条形槽将盖板分隔为能相互折转的上折转部和下折转部,下折转部竖向设置在后侧板的上方并安装在后侧板上,通过上折转部与下折转部之间的料皮就可以实现盖板的翻转,盖板与后侧板之间无需安装铰链,不仅箱子装配更为方便,而且有效降低了成本,从箱体背部看,第二折转部与后侧板一并构成储存箱的背板,结构非常新颖。此外,该储存箱的包装后的体积较小,包装非常方便,且包装后能够对板体进行有效限位,包装更为可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图5所示,以图1中箭头D所示方向为右向,本实施例的储存箱为方形的箱子,包括底板1、前侧板2、后侧板3、左侧板4、右侧板5和盖板6。其中,前侧板2、后侧板3、左侧板4、右侧板5和盖板6采用一体成型的吹塑板,底板1采用一体成型的注塑板。
底板1、前侧板2、后侧板3、左侧板4和右侧板5与各自的相邻板采用插接配合,便于安装和拆卸,上述板与板之间的插接配合结构均采用凸筋与卡槽的配合结构,均为现有常规连接结构,在此不再展开描述。
盖板6与后侧板3转动连接,在左侧板4和右侧板5上均安装与盖板6相连接的气弹簧9。采用气弹簧9后,可以使盖板6打开更为轻便。
盖板6的前沿安装有横向支撑杆63,横向支撑杆的两侧安装有锁扣64,横向支撑杆63能起到加强盖板6强度的作用,防止盖板6弯曲。前侧板2的对应位置上安装有锁孔21,储存箱关闭时,锁扣64穿过锁孔21。
在储存箱内部设有竖向隔板7,竖向隔板7将储存箱内部分隔为两个存放物品的区域。竖向隔板7的底部限位在底板1上,竖向隔板7的前后两侧分别与前侧板2、后侧板3插接配合,可以在竖向隔板7的前后两侧边沿设置插脚,前侧板2和后侧板3上设置对应的插接孔,插脚插入对应的插接孔完成插接配合,插脚与插接孔的配合为常规结构,在此不再展开说明。本实施例中,底板1的内底面上凸设有左右向分布的限位筋11,限位筋11前后间隔分布,竖向隔板7的底部开有限位槽71,限位筋11嵌入对应的限位 槽71内。盖板6的内侧面凸设有与竖向隔板7相对应的条状凸筋613,在盖板6合拢状态下,条状凸筋613与竖向隔板7的顶部相抵,这样,竖向隔板7起到支撑盖板6的作用,使储存箱顶部的承重能力更好。本实施例的竖向隔板7由两块小隔板上下拼合而成,可以根据需要,安装多块间隔分布的竖向隔板7,以分隔更多的物品存放区域并进一步提高储存箱顶部的承重能力。
本实施例中,结合4和图21所示,在底板1上预设有开孔位置12,需要开孔时,打穿开孔位置12,可以通过螺钉将箱子固定在地面或者其他支撑件上。
本实施例的储存箱具有防水功能,盖板6呈后侧高、前侧低的倾斜结构,前侧板2、左侧板4和右侧板5的顶部均设有挡水条8,盖板6合上后,可以使雨水顺着盖板6上表面向前流动,并避免流入箱体内部。
如图6至图11所示,在盖板6的内侧面上进深有水平分布的条形槽63,条形槽63的两头在盖板6的左右两侧形成有开口,进而将盖板6分隔为能相互折转的上折转部61和下折转部62。其中,下折转部62竖向设置在后侧板3的上方并安装在后侧板3上,第二折转部62与后侧板3一并构成储存箱的背板,由此,从箱体的背部看,背板由上下两部分组成,即盖板6的下折转部62构成背板的上部,后侧板3构成背板的下部,结构较为新颖、别致。此外,盖板6通过条形槽63对应的料皮就能实现翻转,无需在盖板6与后侧板3之间安装铰链,不仅结构更为简洁,安装更为方便,而且,省去铰链结构,可以降低成本。
如图12和图13所示,盖板6的下折转部62与后侧板3之间采用插接配合,以实现可拆卸连接。具体结构为:下折转部62的下侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插脚621和第二插口622,在后侧板3的上侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插口31和第二插脚32。此外,本实施例中,在第二插口622的内壁上凸设有凸块625,在第二插脚32上开有凹槽33。安装时,第一插脚621插入对应的第一插口31内,第二插脚32插入对应的第二插口622内,并且,凸块625卡入对应的凹槽33内,避免盖板6与后侧板3脱开。
本实施例中,上折转部61的内侧面具有与条形槽63相衔接的上倾斜面611,下折转部62的内侧面具有与条形槽63相衔接的下倾斜面623,上折转部61的内侧面的左右两侧边缘具有向内延伸的上挡条612,下折转部62的内侧面的左右两侧向内凸设有下挡块624。如图9和图10所示,在盖板6合拢的状态下,上倾斜面611与下倾斜面623相抵,上挡条612与挡块624相抵,从而可以阻止盖板6的上折转部61进一步向内折转,从而使盖板6处于水平位置。
如图14至图19所示,本实施例的储存箱在包装状态下,盖板6的下折转部62安装在底板1的后侧部,盖板6的上折转部61折转至底板1的上方,此时,底板1和盖板的上折转部61均处于水平位置,在上折转部61、下折转部62和底板1之间形成有安装腔10,前侧板2、后侧板3、左侧板4、右侧板5和竖向隔板7叠放在安装腔10内。 具体为:竖向隔板7水平叠放在底板1上,前侧板2叠放在竖向隔板7上,后侧板3叠放在前侧板2上,左侧板4和右侧板5均叠放在前侧板2上。
如图20和图21所示,竖向隔板7与底板1之间设有限位结构,即底板1的内底面上凸设有左右向分布的限位筋11,限位筋11前后间隔分布,结合图5所示,竖向隔板7的侧面上开有第二限位槽72,在储存箱包装状态下,底板1的限位筋11卡入竖向隔板7的第二限位槽72内,从而将竖向隔板7限位在底板1上,避免竖向隔板7前后向移动。
如图21所示,盖板6的下折转部62与底板1之间设有限位结构,即在底板1的后侧部开有插孔13,在盖板6的下折转部62的下部设有第一插脚621,结合图12所示,在储存箱包装状态下,下折转部62竖向设置且第一插脚621插入对应的插孔13内。
如图22所示,左侧板4和右侧板5与盖板6的下折转部62之间设有限位结构,即下折转部62的内侧壁上开有横向限位槽626,结合图3所示,左侧板4和右侧板5的顶部均设有挡水条8,在储存箱包装状态下,左侧板4和右侧板5均水平设置且挡水条8嵌入对应的横向限位槽626内。
如图15和图16所示,前侧板2水平设置,结合图3所示,前侧板2的顶部设有挡水条8,盖板6前沿的横向支撑杆62上的锁扣64正好与挡水条8相抵,即盖板6的上折转部61折转至锁扣64与挡水条8相抵的状态下便无法继续转动。并且在包装状态下,可参考图9和图10,即上倾斜面611与下倾斜面623相抵,上挡条612与挡块624相抵,从而可以阻止盖板6的上折转部61进一步向内折转。
如图23所示,该储存箱的前侧板2、后侧板3、左侧板4、右侧板5和盖板6采用内表面具有碰点的吹塑板,采用碰点可以提高板体的结构强度,具体碰点结构可以采用现有结构,在此不再展开描述。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的原理前提下,可以对本发明进行多种改型或改进,这些均被视为本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种储存箱,包括底板(1)、前侧板(2)、后侧板(3)、左侧板(4)、右侧板(5)和盖板(6),所述的底板(1)、前侧板(2)、后侧板(3)、左侧板(4)和右侧板(5)与各自的相邻板可拆卸连接,所述盖板(6)与所述后侧板(3)转动连接,其特征在于:在所述盖板(6)的内侧面上进深有水平分布的条形槽(63),所述条形槽(63)的两头在盖板的左右两侧形成有开口,进而将盖板(6)分隔为能相互折转的上折转部(61)和下折转部(62),所述下折转部(62)竖向设置在所述后侧板(3)的上方并安装在后侧板(3)上,所述第二折转部(62)与后侧板(3)一并构成所述储存箱的背板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述下折转部(62)与后侧板(3)插接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述下折转部(62)的下侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插脚(621)和第二插口(622),在所述后侧板(3)的上侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插口(31)和第二插脚(32),所述第一插脚(621)插入对应的第一插口(31)内,所述第二插脚(32)插入对应的第二插口(622)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述第一插口(31)和/或第二插口(622)的内壁上凸设有凸块,所述第一插脚(621)和/或第二插脚(32)上开有凹槽,所述凸块卡入对应的凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述上折转部(61)的内侧面具有与条形槽(63)相衔接的上倾斜面(611),所述下折转部(62)的内侧面具有与条形槽(63)相衔接的下倾斜面(623),在所述盖板(6)合拢的状态下,所述上倾斜面(611)与下倾斜面(623)相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述上折转部(61)的内侧面的左右两侧边缘具有向内延伸的上挡条(612),所述下折转部(62)的内侧面的左右两侧向内凸设有下挡块(624),在所述盖板(6)合拢的状态下,所述上挡条(612)与挡块(624)相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的储存箱,其特征在于:在所述储存箱内部设有竖向隔板(7),所述竖向隔板(7)的底部限位在所述底板(1)上,竖向隔板(7)的前后两侧分别与前侧板(2)、后侧板(3)插接配合,所述上折转部(61)的内侧面凸设有与竖向隔板(7)相对应的条状凸筋(613),在盖板(6)关闭状态下,所述条状凸筋(613)与竖向隔板(7)的顶部相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的内底面上凸设有左右向分布的限位筋(11),所述限位筋(11)前后间隔分布,所述竖向隔板(7)的底部开有第一限位槽(71),所述限位筋(11)嵌入对应的第一限位槽(71)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的储存箱,其特征在于:所述的盖板(6)呈中间高、前后两 侧低的拱形结构,或者呈后侧高、前侧低的倾斜结构,或者呈前侧高、后侧低的倾斜结构,所述前侧板(2)、左侧板(4)和右侧板(5)的顶部均设有挡水条(8)。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一权利要求所述的储存箱,其特征在于:在所述左侧板(4)和右侧板(5)上均安装有与盖板(6)相连接的气弹簧(9)。
  11. 一种如权利要求1至10中任一权利要求所述储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:在储存箱包装状态下,所述盖板(6)的下折转部(62)安装在所述底板(1)的后侧部,盖板(6)的上折转部(61)折转至所述底板(1)的上方,进而在上折转部(61)、下折转部(62)和底板(1)之间形成有安装腔(10),所述前侧板(2)、后侧板(3)、左侧板(4)、右侧板(5)叠放在所述安装腔(10)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:所述前侧板(2)叠放在底板(1)上,所述后侧板(3)叠放在前侧板(2)上,所述左侧板(4)和右侧板(5)叠放在前侧板(2)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:所述下折转部(62)的内侧壁上开有横向限位槽(626),所述左侧板(4)和右侧板(5)的顶部均设有挡水条(8),在储存箱包装状态下,所述左侧板(4)和右侧板(5)均水平设置且挡水条(8)嵌入对应的横向限位槽(626)内。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:在所述底板(1)的后侧部开有插孔(13),在所述盖板(6)的下折转部(62)的下部设有插脚,在储存箱包装状态下,所述下折转部(62)竖向设置且插脚插入所述插孔(13)内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:所述盖板(6)的上折转部(61)的前沿安装有横向支撑杆(63),在横向支撑杆(63)上安装有用来与前侧板(2)相配合的锁扣(64),所述前侧板(2)的顶部设有挡水条(8),在储存箱包装状态下,所述前侧板(2)水平设置,所述锁扣(64)与挡水条(8)相抵而支撑住所述盖板(6)的上折转部(61)。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:还包括有竖向隔板(7),在储存箱打开状态下,所述竖向隔板(7)竖向设置在底板(1)上,在储存箱包装状态下,所述竖向隔板(7)水平叠放在底板(1)上,所述前侧板(2)水平叠放在竖向隔板(7)上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的储存箱的包装结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的内底面上凸设有左右向分布的限位筋(11),所述限位筋(11)前后间隔分布,所述竖向隔板(7)的侧面上开有第二限位槽(72),在储存箱包装状态下,所述底板(1)的限位筋(11)卡入所述竖向隔板(7)的第二限位槽(72)内。
