Abstract

La présente invention concerne : un complexe métal-préimprégné permettant de fabriquer un article moulé en résine renforcé par des fibres métalliques présentant une résistance adhésive élevée à un coût de fabrication réduit ; et un article moulé en résine renforcée par des fibres métalliques obtenu par moulage à la presse du complexe métal-préimprégné. La présente invention concerne la préparation d'un complexe métal-préimprégné comprenant : une couche de préimprégné de résine renforcée par des fibres ; une couche de renforcement d'adhérence qui est disposée sur la couche de préimprégné de résine renforcée par des fibres, est constituée d'un métal, et comporte une pluralité de trous traversants ; une feuille adhésive disposée sur la couche de renforcement d'adhérence ; et un corps métallique disposé sur la feuille adhésive. Un article moulé complexe de résine renforcée par des fibres métalliques peut être fabriqué par moulage par pressage à chaud du complexe métal-préimprégné, lequel est un matériau complexe d'un métal et d'une résine renforcée par des fibres.
