在一种可能的实现方式中,若第一尺寸信息小于或者等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将货物装入第一目标货箱。
示例性的,目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值可以小于或者等于第二尺寸信息。
当第一预设值等于第二尺寸信息,则若第一尺寸信息小于或者等于第一预设值,则确定将货物装入第一目标货箱,即当第一尺寸信息小于或者等于目标货箱的尺寸时,则将第一货箱中的货物装入空的目标货箱。
当第一预设值小于第二尺寸信息,示例性的,为了避免将目标货箱装的过满,以及预留误差量,可以设置第一预设值为第二尺寸信息的百分之八十。若第一尺寸信息小于或者等于第一预设值,则确定将货物装入第一目标货箱,即当第一的尺寸小于或者等于目标货箱的尺寸的百分之八十时,则将第一货箱中的货物装入空的目标货箱。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,若第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱;确定目标货物的体积,目标货物包括第一货箱的货物中除装入第一目标货箱之外的货物;根据目标货物的体积,将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱。
示例性的,目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值可以小于或者等于第二尺寸信息。
若第一尺寸信息大于第一预设值,则表明一个第一目标货箱装不下第一货箱中的全部货物,则将第一货箱中的部分货物装入至少一个空的目标货箱后,使至少一个空的目标货箱的装载量达到第一预设值对应的装载量。然后确定第一货箱中的剩余的未能装入空的目标货箱的货物的体积,进而确定将第一货箱中的剩余的未能装入空的目标货箱的货物装入另一个空的目标货箱,此时另一个空的目标货箱的装载量未达到第一预设值对应的装载量,或者,将第一货箱中的剩余的未能装入空的目标货箱的货物装入第二目标货箱,使第一货箱中剩余的货物和其他货物混放在第二目标货箱中,此时第二目标货箱的装载量可能达到了第一预设值对应的装载量也可能未达到第一预设值对应的装载量。
S303、输出换箱策略。
S303和S203具有相同的技术特征,具体描述可参考S203,在此不做赘述。
本申请提供的确定货物的换箱策略的方法,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步的,根据第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定换箱策略,该换箱策略包括将货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱和/或至少一个第二目标货箱,通过该方法确定的换箱策略结合了货箱的尺寸信息,能够确定出与其尺寸信息匹配的换箱策略,保障了换箱策略的合理性。
进一步的,参数信息还可以包括第一货箱中货物的热度信息,下面进一步通过一个具体实施例对参数信息包括货物的热度信息时,如何确定第一货箱的货物装入目标货箱时的换箱策略做详细描述。图4为本申请提供的再一种确定货物的换箱策略的方法的流程示意图,该方法应用于仓储物流系统,如图4所示,该方法包括:
S401、识别第一货箱,得到第一货箱对应的参数信息。
其中,参数信息包括第一货箱的第一尺寸信息。
参数信息还包括第一货箱中货物的热度信息;
第一货箱中的货物对应的热度信息相同。
S402、若第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱,以使每个第一目标货箱的装载量达到第一预设值对应的装载量,根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱。
其中,目标货物包括第一货箱的货物中除装入至少一个第一目标货箱之外的货物。需要说明的是,目标货物是第一货箱中的货物的一部分,其对应的热度信息和第一货箱中的货物的热度信息一致。
示例性的,目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值可以小于或者等于第二尺寸信息。
可选地,还包括:
S403、若第一尺寸信息小于或等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱。
在一种可能的实现方式中,根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,包括:判断货物的热度信息是否大于第二预设值;若热度信息大于第二预设值,则将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱。
具体的,如果第一货箱中的热度高于第二预设值,则表明该货物的热度较高,为保证热度较高的货物能够及时入库,则可以将第一货箱对应的目标货物也装入空的目标货箱中直接入库,进而能够尽快完成第一货箱中货物的换箱处理,不需要等待其他货物装箱,进而能够缩短货箱中的货物的入库时间。
上述可能的实现方式也适用于根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,在此不做赘述。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,包括:判断货物的热度信息是否大于第二预设值;若热度信息大 于第二预设值,则确定目标货物的第三尺寸信息,并查找第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量与第三尺寸信息的差值小于第三预设值的第三目标货箱,若存在,则确定将目标货物装入第三目标货箱。
可选地,若不存在第三目标货箱,则确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱,并控制其他第一目标货箱处于暂存状态。
可选地,第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量可以预先存储在控制设备中。
具体的,为了能够在缩短热度较高的货物的入库时间的同时,尽可能的提高目标货箱的利用率,还可以确定第一货箱对应的目标货物的第三尺寸信息,并查找第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量与目标货物的尺寸相差不大的第二目标货箱,即第三目标货箱,如果存在,则将目标货物放入第三目标货箱,使第三目标货箱能够接近或者达到预设的装载量,进而使目标货物能够快速入库。
其中,目标货物的第三尺寸信息可以是目标货物对应的需要装入的目标货箱的尺寸信息,或者是目标货物的体积等,在此不做限定。
可选地,如果不存在,则将第一货箱对应的目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱,即放入空的目标货箱中,使该第一目标货箱处于未装满状态,为了提高货箱的利用率,可以将未装满的目标货箱暂存,以等待新的货物的到来。
在又一种可能的实现方式中,根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,包括:若热度信息不大于第二预设值,则确定目标货物的第三尺寸信息,并查找第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量大于或等于第三尺寸信息的第四目标货箱,若存在,则确定将目标货物装入第四目标货箱。
可选地,若不存在第四目标货箱,则确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱,并控制其他第一目标货箱处于暂存状态。
可选地,进一步的,若确定第四目标货箱在装入目标货物后所对应的装载量未达到第一预设值对应的装载量,则确定第四目标货箱的剩余容量,并存储第四目标货箱的剩余容量。
具体的,如果第一货箱中的货物的热度信息小于或者等于第二预设值,则表明该货物的热度较低,那么该货物可能对于入库的速度要求不高。为了便于货物出库,可以使目标货物能够尽可能的放置在一起,因而可以通过确定目标货物对应的第三尺寸信息,并查找是否存在第二目标货箱中能够将目标货物全部装下的第四目标货箱,若存在,则将第一货箱对应的目标货物放入该第四目标货箱中。
可选地,若不存在,则将该目标货物装入空的目标货箱中,并暂存该目标货箱。进一步的,如果存在第四目标货箱,且目标货物装入第四目标货箱后,第四目标货箱的装载量未达到入库的程度,则确定并存储第四目标货箱的剩余容量,以便为其他货物确定相应的换箱策略。
进一步的,在一种可能的实现方式中,若第四目标货箱为多格口货箱,则确定将目标 货物装入第四目标货箱,包括:确定第四目标货箱中各货格内的已有货物的热度信息;根据目标货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入第四目标货箱的第二目标货格中,第四目标货箱中的已有货物的热度信息与目标货物的热度信息的偏差小于或者等于第四预设值。
其中,第二目标货格可以是空货格,也可以是装载有其他货物,但未达到满载状态的货格。
具体的,为了方便货物出库等,可以尽量将热度相当或者热度较高的货物放置在起,基于此,当第四目标货箱为多格口货箱时,若目标货物的热度信息和第四目标货箱中已有货物的热度信息的偏差小于或者等于第四预设值时,则表示目标货物的热度和第四目标货箱中已有货物的热度相差不大,则可以将目标货物放入第四目标货箱的货格中。进一步的,为了便于区分不同的货物,便于货物出库,当第四目标货箱存在空的货格时,可以将目标货物放入该空货格中。
可选地,参数信息包括第一货箱中货物的种类信息。
相应的,在一种可能的实现方式中,第四目标货箱为多格口货箱,确定将目标货物装入第四目标货箱,包括:获取第四目标货箱中各货格内的已有货物的种类信息;根据目标货物的种类信息,将目标货物装入第四目标货箱的第一目标货格中,第四目标货箱中的已有货物的种类信息与货物的种类信息相关或者相同。
其中,第一目标货格可以是空货格,也可以是装载有其他货物,但未达到满载状态的货格。
通过该方法能够将货物分类放置,便于货物出库、搬运、分拣等。
具体的,为了便于出库或者分拣、转运等,可以将同类或者相似类型的货物放置在一起,基于此,当第四目标货箱为多格口货箱时,若第四目标货箱中的已有货物的种类信息与货物的种类信息相关或者相同,则将目标货物装入第四目标货箱的第一目标货格中。进一步的,为了区分同类货物的批次等,可以将目标货物放置于空货格中,即第一目标货格可以是空货格。
S404、输出换箱策略。
S404和S203具有相同的技术特征,具体描述可参考S203,在此不做赘述。
本申请提供的确定货物的换箱策略的方法,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步的若第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱,以使第一目标货箱的装载量达到第一预设值对应的装载量;根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱;若第一尺寸信息小于或等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,在确定换箱策略时,结合了货物的热度信息,进一步优化了换箱策略。
图5为本申请提供的一种确定货物的换箱策略的装置的结构示意图,如图5所示,该装置包括:
获取模块51,用于识别第一货箱,得到第一货箱对应的参数信息。
处理模块52,用于根据参数信息,确定第一货箱的货物装入目标货箱时的换箱策略。
输出模块53,用于输出换箱策略。
可选地,参数信息包括第一货箱的第一尺寸信息。
处理模块51,具体用于根据第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定换箱策略,换箱策略包括将货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱和/或至少一个第二目标货箱,第一目标货箱为空的目标货箱,第二目标货箱为已装有其他货物且存在剩余容量的货箱,第二目标货箱包括如下货箱中的至少一种:单格口货箱、多格口货箱。
可选地,处理模块52,具体用于若第一尺寸信息小于或者等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将货物装入第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,目标货物包括第一货箱中的货物。
可选地,处理模块52,具体用于若第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱;确定目标货物的体积,目标货物包括第一货箱的货物中除装入第一目标货箱之外的货物;根据目标货物的体积,将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱。
可选地,参数信息还包括第一货箱中货物的热度信息。
处理模块52,具体用于若第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱,以使第一目标货箱的装载量达到第一预设值对应的装载量,并根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱。
可选地,参数信息还包括第一货箱中货物的热度信息。
处理模块52,具体用于若第一尺寸信息小于或等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则根据货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,目标货物包括第一货箱中的货物。
可选地,处理模块52,具体用于判断货物的热度信息是否大于第二预设值;若热度信息大于第二预设值,则将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱;或者,确定目标货物的第三尺寸信息,并查找第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量与第三尺寸信息的差值小于第三预设值的第三目标货箱,若存在,则确定将目标货物装入第三目标货箱。
可选地,处理模块52,还用于若热度信息不大于第二预设值,则确定目标货物的第三尺寸信息,并查找第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量大于或等于第三尺寸信息的第四目标货箱,若存在,则确定将目标货物装入第四目标货箱。
可选地,处理模块52,还用于若不存在第三目标货箱或第四目标货箱,则确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱,并控制其他第一目标货箱处于暂存状态。
可选地,处理模块52,还用于若确定第四目标货箱在装入目标货物后所对应的装载量未达到第一预设值对应的装载量,则确定第四目标货箱的剩余容量。
可选地,参数信息中还包括货物的种类信息。
第四目标货箱为多格口货箱,处理模块52,具体用于获取第四目标货箱中各货格内的已有货物的种类信息;根据目标货物的种类信息,将目标货物装入第四目标货箱的第一目标货格中,第四目标货箱中的已有货物的种类信息与货物的种类信息相关或相同。
可选地,第四目标货箱为多格口货箱,处理模块52,具体用于确定第四目标货箱中各货格内的已有货物的热度信息;根据目标货物的热度信息,将目标货物装入第四目标货箱的第二目标货格中,第四目标货箱中的已有货物的热度信息与货物的热度信息的偏差小于或者等于第四预设值。
该货物的换箱装置可以执行上述的确定货物的换箱策略的方法,其内容和效果可参考方法实施例部分,对此不再赘述。
图6为本申请提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,如图6所示,本实施例的电子设备包括:处理器61、存储器62;处理器61与存储器62通信连接。存储器62用于存储计算机程序。处理器61用于调用存储器62中存储的计算机程序,以实现上述实施例中的方法。
可选地,该电子设备还包括:收发器63,用于与其他设备实现通信。
该电子设备可以执行上述的确定货物的换箱策略的方法,其内容和效果可参考方法实施例部分,对此不再赘述。
本申请还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,计算机执行指令被处理器执行时用于实现如上述任一方法实施例中的方法。
该计算机可读存储介质所存储的计算机执行指令被处理器执行时能实现上述确定货物的换箱策略的方法,其内容和效果可参考方法实施例部分,对此不再赘述。
本申请还提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序/指令,该计算机程序/指令被处理器执行时实现如上述任一方法实施例中的方法。
该计算机可读存储介质所存储的计算机执行指令被处理器执行时能实现上述确定货物的换箱策略的方法,其内容和效果可参考方法实施例部分,对此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种确定货物的换箱策略的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于仓储物流系统,所述仓储物流系统包括第一传输线、第二传输线和控制设备,所述第一传输线用于传输第一货箱,所述第二传输线用于传输目标货箱,所述控制设备用于执行所述确定货物的换箱策略的方法,所述方法包括:
    识别第一货箱,得到所述第一货箱对应的参数信息;
    根据所述参数信息,确定所述第一货箱的货物装入目标货箱时的换箱策略;
    输出所述换箱策略。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述参数信息包括所述第一货箱的第一尺寸信息;所述根据所述参数信息,确定所述第一货箱的货物装入目标货箱时的换箱策略,包括:
    根据所述第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定所述换箱策略,所述换箱策略包括将所述货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱和/或至少一个第二目标货箱,所述第一目标货箱为空的目标货箱,所述第二目标货箱为已装有其他货物且存在剩余容量的目标货箱,所述第二目标货箱包括如下货箱中的至少一种:单格口货箱、多格口货箱。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定所述换箱策略,包括:
    若所述第一尺寸信息小于或者等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将所述货物装入所述第一目标货箱或所述第二目标货箱。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定所述换箱策略,包括:
    若所述第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分装入至少一个第一目标货箱;
    确定目标货物的体积,所述目标货物包括所述第一货箱的货物中除装入所述第一目标货箱之外的货物;
    根据所述目标货物的体积,将所述目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述参数信息还包括所述第一货箱中货物的热度信息;所述根据所述第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定所述换箱策略,包括:
    若所述第一尺寸信息大于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则确定将部分所述货物装入至少一个第一目标货箱,以使每个所述第一目标货箱的装载量达到所述第一预设值对应的装载量,并根据所述货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,所述目标货物包括所述第一货箱的货物中除装入所述第一目标货箱之外的货物。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述参数信息还包括所述第一货箱中货物的热度信息;所述根据所述第一尺寸信息和目标货箱的第二尺寸信息,确定所述换箱策略,包括:
    若所述第一尺寸信息小于或等于目标货箱的第二尺寸信息所对应的第一预设值,则根据所述货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,所述目标货物包括所述第一货箱中的货物。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述货物的热度信息,确定将目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱或第二目标货箱,包括:
    判断所述货物的热度信息是否大于第二预设值;
    若所述热度信息大于所述第二预设值,则将所述目标货物装入其他第一目标货箱;或者,确定所述目标货物的第三尺寸信息,并查找所述第二目标货箱中是否存在剩余容量与所述第三尺寸信息的差值小于第三预设值的第三目标货箱,若存在,则确定将所述目标货物装入所述第三目标货箱。
  8. 一种确定货物的换箱策略的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于识别第一货箱的标识信息,得到所述第一货箱对应的参数信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述参数信息,确定所述第一货箱的货物装入目标货箱时的换箱策略;
    输出模块,用于输出所述换箱策略。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  10. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序/指令,其特征在于,该计算机程序/指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
