Claims (20)
- 一种显示面板,包括:衬底;发光层,位于所述衬底一侧,包括间隔设置的多个发光单元,且相邻所述发光单元之间设置有像素定义块;低折射率膜层和高折射率膜层,设置于所述发光层背离所述衬底一侧;且所述低折射率膜层设置有多个微结构,所述高折射率膜层覆盖所述微结构的至少部分表面;其中,所述微结构在所述发光层上的正投影覆盖对应位置处的所述发光单元;且在所述显示面板的厚度方向上,所述微结构和所述高折射率膜层之间形成多个全反射界面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述微结构包括正投影位于所述发光单元内的第一凸部、以及正投影位于所述像素定义块内的第二凸部,且所述第二凸部环绕设置在所述第一凸部的外围。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一凸部和所述第二凸部在所述衬底上的正投影由直线段和/或曲线段形成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二凸部在所述衬底上的正投影包括一个封闭的多边形或一个封闭的弧形;和/或,所述第一凸部在所述衬底上的正投影包括封闭的多边形、封闭的弧形以及条形结构中的至少一种。

- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中,多个所述条形结构交叉形成多个交叉点,且所述交叉点的数量大于所述条形结构的数量。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一凸部在所述衬底上的正投影包括多个封闭的多边形或封闭的弧形,且多个封闭的多边形或封闭的弧形形成蛾眼结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,在层叠方向上,所述第一凸部的竖截面的最大宽度大于或等于0.5微米且小于或等于5微米。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,在层叠方向上,所述第二凸部靠近所述衬底一侧边缘与对应位置处的所述像素定义块靠近所述衬底一侧边缘之间的间距大于或等于0.5微米且小于或等于5微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述微结构包括多个凸部和位于相邻所述凸部之间的凹陷;在层叠方向上,所述凹陷贯穿所述低折射率膜层,所述凹陷周围的所述低折射率膜层形成所述微结构中的所述凸部;其中,所述高折射率膜层填充所述凹陷,且所述高折射率膜层和所述低折射率膜层在所述凹陷的侧壁处形成所述全反射界面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述微结构包括多个凸部和位于相邻所述凸部之间的凹陷;在层叠方向上,所述凹陷非贯通所述低折射率膜层,且所述凹陷的底面为向所述衬底一侧凸出的弧面,所述凹陷周围的所述低折射率膜层形成所述微结构中的所述凸部;其中,所述高折射率膜层填充所述凹陷,且所述高折射率膜层和所述低折射率膜层在所述凹陷的侧壁处形成所述全反射界面。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示面板,其中,所述低折射率膜层层叠设置于所述发光层背离所述衬底一侧;所述高折射率膜层覆盖所述低折射率膜层背离所述衬底一侧,且填充所述凹陷;或者,所述高折射率膜层和所述低折射率膜层齐平,且仅填充所述凹陷。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示面板,其中,所述低折射率膜层层叠设置于所述发光层背离所述衬底一侧;所述高折射率膜层覆盖所述低折射率膜层背离所述衬底一侧,且填充所述凹陷;或者,所述高折射率膜层和所述低折射率膜层齐平,且仅填充所述凹陷。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示面板,其中,所述凹陷的侧壁为平面,且所述凹陷的侧壁与垂直于所述层叠方向的水平方向之间的夹角大于或等于全反射临界角且小于90°;或者,所述凹陷的侧壁为弧面,且所述凹陷的侧壁包括与其相切的第一切线,至少部分所述第一切线与垂直于所述层叠方向的水平方向之间的夹角大于或等于全反射临界角且小于90°。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示面板,其中,所述凹陷的侧壁为平面,且所述凹陷的侧壁与垂直于所述层叠方向的水平方向之间的夹角大于或等于全反射临界角且小于90°;或者,所述凹陷的侧壁为弧面,且所述凹陷的侧壁包括与其相切的第一切线,至少部分所述第一切线与垂直于所述层叠方向的水平方向之间的夹角大于或等于全反射临界角且小于90°。
