Abstract
【課題】肌なじみがよく、潤いのあるパウダリー感を付与し、更に水でのすすぎ性に優れる化粧料用油剤及び、それを含有した化粧料を提供する。
【解決手段】化粧料用油剤は、（Ａ）炭素数が８～１３である直鎖飽和炭化水素を９７～９９．９質量％、および（Ｂ）炭素数１６～２４の１価のアルコールを０．１～３質量％含有する。
Description
本発明は、肌なじみがよく、潤いのあるパウダリー感を付与し、更に水でのすすぎ性に優れる化粧料用油剤及びそれを含む化粧料に関するものである。
従来、揮発性油やシリコーン油は感触改良剤として、スキンケア化粧品、乳化化粧料、メイクアップ化粧品、日焼け止め製品、クレンジング製品、ヘアケア製品など数多くの製品に配合されている。
一般的に、感触改良剤に求められる使用感として、製剤の肌なじみを早くする、製剤のべたつきを抑制し、更にはパウダリー感（塗布後に肌上に被膜が形成し、上滑り感が持続する感触）を与えることが挙げられる。
シクロメチコンや軽質イソパラフィンやイソドデカンなどの揮発性油剤はその揮発性により、製剤の肌なじみを早くし、軽い使用感を与えることができるため、様々な揮発性油剤が開発されている。例えば、特許文献１では、炭素数１１の炭化水素および炭素数１３の炭化水素を含有した炭化水素混合物が開示されている。
シクロメチコンや軽質イソパラフィンやイソドデカンなどの揮発性油剤はその揮発性により、製剤の肌なじみを早くし、軽い使用感を与えることができるため、様々な揮発性油剤が開発されている。例えば、特許文献１では、炭素数１１の炭化水素および炭素数１３の炭化水素を含有した炭化水素混合物が開示されている。
しかし、特許文献１の揮発性油剤は、揮発性が高いことにより生体表層から水分が蒸散され易く、潤いのないパウダリー感になってしまう可能性がある。更に、感触改良剤として油剤を高配合した製剤を顔や手に塗布し、すすいだ際に、油剤の水でのすすぎ性の悪さが製剤にも影響を与え、十分に製剤が取り除けずに不快感が生じてしまう可能性がある。
そのため、特許文献２では皮膚および毛髪に対する化粧料や洗浄用油剤として好適に使用される皮膚および毛髪に対する化粧料や洗浄用油剤として好適に使用され、揮発性に優れる炭素数が１２～１６であるイソパラフィンを含むパラフィンと２,２,４,６,６－ペンタメチルヘプタンを含むパラフィン混合物が開示されている。
特許文献２の混合物では、肌なじみが良く、潤い感のあるパラフィン混合物が得られる。しかし、皮膚の潤い感の向上に伴い、パウダリー感が不十分となり、更には、上記成分を水ですすいだ際に油が十分取り除けず、不快感が生じてしまうといった課題があった。
本発明の課題は、肌なじみがよく、潤いのあるパウダリー感を付与し、更に水でのすすぎ性に優れる化粧料用油剤及び、それを含有した化粧料を提供することである。
本発明者らは、上記事項に鑑みて鋭意検討した結果、特定の直鎖飽和炭化水素と特定の1価アルコールを組み合わせることにより、上記課題を解決できることを見出した。
すなわち、本発明は下記の通りである。
（１） （Ａ）炭素数が８～１３である直鎖飽和炭化水素を９７～９９．９質量％、および
（Ｂ）炭素数１６～２４の１価のアルコールを０．１～３質量％含有することを特徴とする、化粧料用油剤。
（２） （１）の化粧料用油剤を1～８０質量％含有することを特徴とする、化粧料。
（１） （Ａ）炭素数が８～１３である直鎖飽和炭化水素を９７～９９．９質量％、および
（Ｂ）炭素数１６～２４の１価のアルコールを０．１～３質量％含有することを特徴とする、化粧料用油剤。

本発明によれば、肌なじみがよく、潤いのあるパウダリー感を付与し、更に水でのすすぎ性に優れる化粧料用油剤及びそれを含む化粧料を得ることができる。
以下、本発明の実施形態を説明する。

［（Ａ）成分］
本発明に用いられる、（Ａ）成分（炭素数が８～１３である直鎖飽和炭化水素）としては、通常化粧料に配合できる原料であれば特に限定されない。（Ａ）成分の炭素数は１０～１３が好ましく、１１～１３が更に好ましく、１２が最も好ましい。

（Ａ）成分の具体例としては、ｎ－オクタン、ｎ－ノナン、ｎ－デカン、ｎ－ウンデカン、ｎ－ドデカン、ｎ－トリデカン等が挙げられる。これらの（Ａ）成分は１種又は２種以上を用いることができる。
化粧料用油剤の総量を１００．０質量％としたとき、（Ａ）成分の含有量を９７～９９．９質量％とする。（Ａ）成分の含有量が９７質量％未満では、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が不十分となるので、９７質量％以上とするが、９７．５質量％以上が好ましく、９８質量％以上が更に好ましく、９８．５質量％以上が特に好ましい。また、（Ａ）成分の含有量が９９．９質量％を超えると、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感が悪くなる可能性があるので、９９．９質量％以下とするが、９９．７質量％以下が好ましく、９９．５質量％以下が更に好ましい。
また、化粧料用油剤の総量を１００．０質量％としたとき、皮膚への刺激性や臭気の観点から、炭素数１０以下の直鎖の飽和炭化水素は１０質量％以下であることが好ましく、５質量％以下であることが特に好ましい。
［（Ｂ）成分］
本発明に用いられる、（Ｂ）成分の炭素数１６～２４の１価のアルコールとしては、通常化粧料に配合できる原料であれば特に限定されない。パウダリー感の付与や水でのすすぎ性の観点から、凝固点が２０℃以下のものが好ましく、凝固点が１０℃以下のものがより好ましく、凝固点が０℃以下のものが特に好ましい。また、（Ｂ）成分を構成する一価アルコールの炭素数は、１６～２２が好ましく、１８～２２が更に好ましく、１８～２０が特に好ましい。
本発明に用いられる、（Ｂ）成分の炭素数１６～２４の１価のアルコールとしては、通常化粧料に配合できる原料であれば特に限定されない。パウダリー感の付与や水でのすすぎ性の観点から、凝固点が２０℃以下のものが好ましく、凝固点が１０℃以下のものがより好ましく、凝固点が０℃以下のものが特に好ましい。また、（Ｂ）成分を構成する一価アルコールの炭素数は、１６～２２が好ましく、１８～２２が更に好ましく、１８～２０が特に好ましい。
（Ｂ）成分の具体例としては、セタノール、セテアリルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、ヘキシルデカノール、イソステアリルアルコール、2-オクチル-1-ドデカノール、2-デシル-1-テトラデカノール等が挙げられ、イソステアリルアルコール、2-オクチル-1-ドデカノールが好ましく、2-オクチル-1-ドデカノールがより好ましい。これらの（Ｂ）成分は、１種又は２種以上を用いることができる。
化粧料用油剤の総量を１００質量％としたとき、（Ｂ）成分の含有量は０．１～３質量％とする。（Ｂ）成分の含有量が０．１質量％未満では、肌なじみ性、水でのすすぎ性が不十分となるので、０．１質量％以上とするが、０．３質量％以上がより好ましく、０．５質量％以上が特に好ましい。また、（Ｂ）成分の含有量が３質量％を超えると、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が悪くなる可能性があるので、３質量％以下とするが、２．５質量％以下が好ましく、２質量％以下がより好ましく、１．５質量％以下が特に好ましい。
化粧料用油剤の総量を１００質量％としたとき、（Ｂ）成分の含有量は０．１～３質量％とする。（Ｂ）成分の含有量が０．１質量％未満では、肌なじみ性、水でのすすぎ性が不十分となるので、０．１質量％以上とするが、０．３質量％以上がより好ましく、０．５質量％以上が特に好ましい。また、（Ｂ）成分の含有量が３質量％を超えると、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が悪くなる可能性があるので、３質量％以下とするが、２．５質量％以下が好ましく、２質量％以下がより好ましく、１．５質量％以下が特に好ましい。
本発明において、（Ａ）成分の質量の（Ｂ）成分の質量に対する質量比（（Ａ）／（Ｂ））は、肌なじみ性、パウダリー感の観点から、３０～２００であることが好ましい。質量比（Ａ）／（Ｂ）を３０以上とすることで、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感が更に向上するが、４０以上が好ましく、５０以上が更に好ましく、８０以上が最も好ましい。また、質量比（Ａ）／（Ｂ）を２００以下とすることで肌なじみ性や水でのすすぎ性が更に向上するが、１８０以下とすることが好ましく、１５０以下がより好ましく、１２０以下が特に好ましい。
(化粧料)
本発明の化粧料用油剤は、原料として化粧料に配合することで化粧料に使用できる。
本発明の化粧料用油剤の使用用途は特に限定されないが、例えばフェイスクリーム、ボディクリーム、サンスクリーン剤、保湿クリーム、ハンドクリーム、ボディクリーム、フットクリーム、マッサージクリーム、乳液、ファンデーション、オイル美容液、マッサージオイル、ヘアオイル、クレンジングオイル等に好適に使用することができる。特にオイル美容液、マッサージオイル、ヘアオイル、クレンジングオイル等のオイル化粧料に配合した際は、より好適な肌なじみ性やパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性を発揮することができる。
本発明の化粧料用油剤は、原料として化粧料に配合することで化粧料に使用できる。
本発明の化粧料用油剤の使用用途は特に限定されないが、例えばフェイスクリーム、ボディクリーム、サンスクリーン剤、保湿クリーム、ハンドクリーム、ボディクリーム、フットクリーム、マッサージクリーム、乳液、ファンデーション、オイル美容液、マッサージオイル、ヘアオイル、クレンジングオイル等に好適に使用することができる。特にオイル美容液、マッサージオイル、ヘアオイル、クレンジングオイル等のオイル化粧料に配合した際は、より好適な肌なじみ性やパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性を発揮することができる。
本発明の化粧料用油剤は、化粧料において感触改良剤として使用される。このとき、化粧料の量を１００質量％としたとき、本発明の化粧料用油剤の配合量は、１～８０質量％であることが好ましく、１～６０質量％であることがより好ましく、１～５０質量％であることが特に好ましい。化粧料用油剤の配合量が１質量％より低いとき、十分に効果を発揮することができなくなる。
また、本発明の化粧料には、必要に応じて、油脂類、高級脂肪酸、高級アルコール、シリコーン、エステル類、界面活性剤、保湿剤、増粘剤、酸化防止剤、安定化剤、防腐剤、パール化剤、ｐＨ調整剤、紫外線吸収剤、ハイドロトープ剤、顔料、色素、殺菌剤、抗炎症剤、収れん剤、清涼剤、香料、植物エキス等、化粧品に一般的に用いられている他の成分を添加してもよい。また、溶媒としては必要に応じて、水、エタノール、１，３－ブチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、グリセリン等を用いることができる。
以下に、実施例および比較例を挙げて本発明を詳細に説明する。
化粧料用油剤として表１、表２に示す各組成物を調製した。また、化粧料用油剤を配合した化粧料として、表３、表４に示す各オイル化粧料を調製した。いずれも、下記の方法により評価を行い、その結果を表１～表４に示す。

２０名の女性（２２才～４０才）をパネラーとし、化粧料用油剤、又はそれを含むオイル化粧料（約１ｇ）を塗布した際に、肌なじみ性について下記の基準で評価した。このうち、「〇」、「◎」の結果がえられた場合、肌なじみの良い化粧料用油剤、オイル化粧料と判定した。
２点：肌に塗布した際に、肌なじみ性が非常に良好であると感じた場合。
１点：肌に塗布した際に、肌なじみ性がやや良好であると感じた場合。
０点：肌に塗布した際に、肌なじみ性がやや悪いと感じた場合。

実施例１～１３より、本発明の成分を用いた化粧料用油剤及び、化粧料用油剤を配合した化粧料は、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感の付与、水でのすすぎ性において良好であった。
一方、比較例１～８では、十分な性能が得られていない。
すなわち、比較例１、５では成分（Ｂ）が高配合されていることから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が不十分であった。
比較例２、６では、成分（Ｂ）が配合されていないことから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が不十分であった。
比較例３、７では、成分（Ａ）が一部他の成分に置き換えられていることから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感が不十分であった。
比較例４、８では、成分（Ａ）が他の成分に置き換えられていることから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が不十分であった。
すなわち、比較例１、５では成分（Ｂ）が高配合されていることから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が不十分であった。
比較例２、６では、成分（Ｂ）が配合されていないことから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感、水でのすすぎ性が不十分であった。
比較例３、７では、成分（Ａ）が一部他の成分に置き換えられていることから、肌なじみ性、潤いのあるパウダリー感が不十分であった。

＜実施例１４：乳液＞
下記表５に記載した組成で、各成分及び添加剤を混合し、乳液を調製する。肌なじみがよく、潤いのあるパウダリー感を付与し、更に水でのすすぎ性に優れる乳化化粧料（乳液）が得られる。

Claims (2)
- （Ａ）炭素数が８～１３である直鎖飽和炭化水素を９７～９９．９質量％、および
（Ｂ）炭素数１６～２４の１価のアルコールを０．１～３質量％含有することを特徴とする、化粧料用油剤。
- 請求項１記載の化粧料用油剤を1～８０質量％含有することを特徴とする、化粧料。
