Description

无人售卖系统及控制方法、装置和介质 技术领域
本发明属于自动识别及控制技术领域,特别适用于智慧社区识别和控制处理,尤其涉及无人售卖系统及控制方法、装置和介质。
背景技术
随着大数据、云计算、智能技术、智慧社区、网络的发展,更智能的自动控制和识别技术应用到更多的领域,例如智能商业方面的食堂/餐饮、超市/零售(批发、五金)等与销售相关的售卖场景,尤其是智能无需过多的人力投入的无人化社区、销售的场景的自动控制管理识别等,为交易比如顾客等进出、购买过程都提供良好的用户体验、保证物品售卖安全、售后服务跟踪等等。这些都需要更加智能化、无人化的良好服务。
现有的某些智能交易、购买、销售等场景中,用户(例如顾客)通过自动控制的闸机系统进出场地区域,通过刷卡、刷脸等方式实现放行。而若将比如采购时使用的容器(如:购物篮、购物车、食品托盘等)是否取出或放回的状态也作为放行条件,则只能人工判断,不利于该场景的管理控制的智能化,也不利于用户体验。并且,现有的某些无人选购场地或区域,用户(例如顾客/买家)只通过货架提供分区显示器进行交互,需要反复通过显示器的显示和自身去输入信息,操作复杂耗时耗力,更无法实现实时检测跟踪交易物品控制交易物品的管理的售后跟踪,例如:交易物品消毒、补充、临保、一物多顾客等等。
因而,需要有更利于这类应用场景的智能化、自动化的控制管理,提升用户体验。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明旨在解决如何提供更智能的无人售卖的自动控制管理的技术问题;进一步,解决了如何构建更良好的自动交互控制和自动识别控制方 案,以实现更简单便捷可靠的智能控制管理的技术问题;再进一步,改进应用于无人售卖等智能销售交易等场景下的货架和闸机系统的管控方式从而解决了如何基于定位、感应和识别,智能地、更简化地完成交互识别过程、多元自动化的管理控制的技术问题,进而提升智能社区环境下的用户体验。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提出一种无人售卖控制方法,包括:分为一个或多个分区的货架;对进入或靠近每个分区的人员进行分区定位检测,以识别进入或靠近每个分区的人员身份信息;对每个分区的物品重量变化进行检测,以识别物品取/放信息;根据所述人员身份信息和/或物品取/放信息,控制所述货架作出响应和/或提示。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,对进入或靠近每个分区的人员进行分区定位检测,以识别进入或靠近每个分区的人员身份信息,具体包括:检测所述人员的实时位置以及携带的ID芯片;根据所述ID芯片识别对应所述人员的身份信息,以判断所述人员是购买人员或工作人员;获取所述人员实时位置以及人员身份信息;和/或,对每个分区的物品重量变化进行检测,以识别物品取/放信息,具体包括:通过每个分区的重量传感器检测所述物品的重量变化;识别所述物品、数量以及相关的临保信息,作为所述物品的取/放信息和/或,还包括:基于精确定位采集和粗略定位采集的多目标定位,准确确定进入或靠近每个分区的人员的位置。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,还包括分区定位检测还包括通过超声波系统检测人员与货架的距离;根据所述人员身份信息和/或物品取/放信息,控制所述货架作出响应和/或提示,具体包括:每间隔预定周期检测是否接收到各个分区的所述人员身份信息和/或物品取/放信息;如果检测到无人员的身份信息或者无物品取/放信息,则为各个分区内的物品消毒;如果检测到有人员的身份信息或者物品取/放信息,则停止或禁止为各个分区内的物品消毒、根据所述人员的身份信息确定是购买流程或上货/退货流程、以及根据不同的所述流程结合物品取/放信息以控制货架作出相应的响应和/或提示;或者,如果检测到有人员的距离信息在预设阈值范围内则停止或禁止为各个分区内的物品消毒,再根据所述人员的身份信息确定是购买流 程或上货/退货流程、以及根据不同的所述流程结合物品取/放信息以控制货架作出相应的响应和/或提示。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,为各个分区内的物品消毒,具体包括:通过物品消毒装置执行预定时间长度的物品消毒;和/或,停止或禁止为各个分区内的物品消毒,具体包括:利用交互模块控制物品消毒装置停止或禁止执行对应分区的物品消毒;和/或,根据所述人员的身份信息确定是购买流程或上货/退货流程,具体包括:若所述人员的身份信息为购买人员则是购买流程,若为工作人员则是上货/退货了流程;和/或,根据不同的所述流程结合物品取/放信息以控制货架作出相应的响应和/或提示,具体包括:利用所述交互模块控制展示对应的分区状态以及利用分区单元控制输出相应分区物品相关信息和状态。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第二方面提出一种无人售卖系统,包括:经隔离装置分割成至少一个或多个大小相同或不同的分区的货架;通过设置在所述货架上或货架周围的一个或多个分区定位装置,执行分区定位检测;通过一个或多个位于每个分区的放置物品的层板上的重量传感器,执行重量变化检测;控制所述分区定位装置和所述重量传感器、并进行信息传输的控制装置;所述无人售卖系统能执行如权利要求1至7所述的方法的控制处理。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第三方面提出一种电子装置,包括处理器以及存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,其特征在于,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行如第一方面所述的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第四方面提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被处理器执行时,实现如第一方面所述的方法。
(三)有益效果
本发明的通过对分区中进出、靠近分区的人员的定位识别、结合每个分区放置物品的信息与重量变化绑定,实时检测、跟踪、控制管理,进而, 提供进出无人售卖的智能通道的控制管理,实现了更智能化的无人售卖系统以及更简单易管理控制的结构和模式。
进一步,通过与控制管理相配合的货架结构设计的改进,能实时高效地实现无人售卖中人员身份采集、物品重量变化采集、物品消毒、交互提醒和物品临保追踪等管控。尤其是以分区定位、重量感应、状态身份识别和绑定等,集成了整个无人售卖系统的采集、识别、控制,进一步准确实现分区人员定位、ID信息采集、视觉信息采集、物品重量变化信息感应、物品智能消毒、顾客交互提醒、物品临保状态追踪等功能,并且,仅需要结合管控的超市中央控制单元和各个采集识别装置进行数据传输和交互管控,简单易行,超市的货架能与现有超市货架(例如:堆叠货架或多层货架)兼容,便于快速部署基于购买人员位置定位的开放式自助超市/销售系统,并能快速准确交互响应、状态提示、报警、临保追踪功能,还能在无人阶段确保物品智能消毒。进而,还可根据无人售卖销售和物品展示需要进行组装布置,不影响管控和使用,简单便捷。
进一步,通过将诸如无人售卖场景(无人仓储、无人超市、无人大卖场等等)的物理空间构建电子地图划分成不同监控区域,结合同一水平位置所设置的具有粗略定位和精确定位的采集点,经过简单的位置坐标定位算法能够准确判断人员进入的相应的区域、以及人员身份和权限,有助于高效率准确实现不同区域的多人定位,协助这些场景的精确控制管理。
进一步,无人售卖系统中的闸机开关进出口的总控制,加入了对购物容器取放单元识别购物篮取放状态和绑定身份信息的处理,简单便捷,有效提升无人售卖系统控制人员的进出场的性能,在无人为干预的条件下,实现自动控制购物篮等购物工具的取用和归还,避免出错,更加智能化,与无人售卖的环境和结构更匹配。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明的实现作进一步的详细说明。
这里将结合图1所示本发明的方法的一个实施例的主要流程进行说明。
已有的无人售卖系统,与购买人员(顾客)交户只通过货架上分区显示器,手段单一,体验不佳。同时缺乏物品自动安全消毒、物品临保追踪等功能。
本发明提供的无人售卖系统,通过改进采集、传感和交互控制,为超市的货架设置特定的分区定位和重量感应,结合分区定位技术在货架上实现重量感应、购物交互、分区内人员甄别、物品自动消毒和临保追踪等多个功能,并将多个功能集成到货架层板中,便于快速部署基于购买人员位置定位的开放式自助销售系统。进而能高效完成无人售卖系统中人员身份采集、物品重量变化采集、物品消毒、交互提醒和物品临保追踪等工作。
步骤S110,对进入或靠近每个分区的人员进行分区定位检测,以识别进入或靠近每个分区的人员身份信息。
一个实施方式中,分区是指:分为一个或多个分区的货架。

进一步,例如,分区定位检测直接利用射频激活器和/或射频天线检测;或者,利用识别进入分区的人员身份信息射频激活器和/或射频天线,以及,识别进入分区的人员与货架之间的水平距离的超声波系统,得到对应人员的距离信息。超声波系统检测人员距离例如:设置超声波系统在每个分区或者分区的货架的层板上任何能检测到周围物体主要是人体的位置即可;由RF设备可以判断人员信息即是谁,也就是说读卡器能先确定谁在附近,进而利用超声波装置对该人员与货架之间的位置做判断,确定该人员与货架的距离,以便结合这些信息提供给控制装置做辅助的判断。比如,如果检测到有人员的距离信息在预设阈值范围内,则停止或禁止为各个分区内的物品消毒,再根据所述人员的身份信息确定是购买流程或上货/退货流程、以及根据不同的所述流程结合物品取/放信息以控制货架作出相应的响应和/或提示,等等。

一个实施方式中,通过每个分区的重量传感器检测所述物品的重量变化;识别所述物品、数量以及相关的临保信息,作为所述物品的取/放信息。进一步,可以检测到这些信息后,再提取这些信息,比如:提取这些物品的名称、数量、图片、产地、临保等多元属性的信息。由此,最终可以通过识别到物理空间的重量变化量实现了反推所述物品的取/放信息的情况。进一步,临保信息与物品重量信息绑定记录,例如:每个/每件物品放置到货架上时,该物品重量以及其临保信息比如保质期等都进行绑定并记录/存储比如存储到关系数据库中等,从而通过重量检测能够发现该重量变化对应的物品的保质期,进而对临保信息进行监控。

进一步,控制物品所在层板状态指示装置进行状态展示,具体包括:采用层板上的状态指示灯带或灯片的不同颜色和/或闪烁频率提示对应分区的物品状态(例如:主要是物品所在货位的状态),其中,所述状态包括报警状态、并且,当层板所在分区的所有层板的所述状态指示灯带或灯片提示的物品状态相同,同时提示了所述分区的状态;以及,采用智能标签显示对应分区中相应物品放置位置的物品名、数量、单价、总价和/或其 他可交互变化的信息及状态;和/或,控制分区状态装置进行状态展示具体包括:采用分区上的分区状态灯带或灯片的不同颜色和/或闪烁频率提示对应分区的状态,例如:购物状态(开发购物、暂停购物、打折、维护中),等等;其中,所述状态还包括报警状态。
一个实施方式中,还可以包括:所述分区单元还可以根据每个分区的视觉采集信息控制分区状态装置进行状态展示、可交互地显示输出对应分区物品相关信息及状态和/或控制可交互地语音输出对应分区物品相关信息及状态。
步骤S140,根据闸机系统的进出口识别的人员身份信息和购物容器取/放状态和ID,控制进出口的打开放行。
一个实施方式中,可以设置单层和/或双层和/或N层的进出场通道,均在进口或出口识别信息来控制进出口打开放行。如:进场在进口识别人员身份信息,具体地,工作人员特殊可以直接打开进场经过的进口和出口直接放行等;而购物人员的ID在进场时确定身份信息打开直接放行,并且,如果购物人员还取了购物容器则需要将人员信息绑定购物容器ID并识别购物容器状态再再进场的出口打开放行等。出场在出口识别人员身份信息,具体地,工作人员特殊可以直接打开进口出口的闸机放行等;而购物人员个人信息结合取放购物容器和支付情况比如核对已经完成支付的支付信息,进口或出口处核对后打开进口和/或出口,放行。
检测识别人员信息可以通过在进出场通道的进出口附近和/或取/放购物容器单元的位置附近,设置天线基站来采集和识别信号强度从而检测人员信息(芯片ID中的信息)、位置等。
更具体的进出场控制例如:
一个实施方式中,当人员经由闸机系统进场时,在进场通道的进口识别人员携带的ID芯片的人员身份信息并控制进口打开放行;以及,根据识别的人员拿取购物容器的状态和所述购物容器的ID,绑定所述人员身份信息和所述购物容器ID后,控制进场通道的出口打开放行。
一个实施方式中,当人员经由闸机系统出场时,在出场通道的进口识别人员携带的ID芯片的人员身份信息、并核对所述人员信息与其相应的消费和结算信息正确后,控制进口打开放行;以及,根据识别的人员放回 购物容器的状态和所述购物容器的ID,核对所述人员身份信息和状态、并确定正确放回后,控制出场通道的出口打开放行。
下面将根据本发明的控制方法应用到一个无人售卖系统的控制过程做进一步说明。该系统主要包括具有分区定位功能的货架和中控的智能闸机系统。
该货架可以包括:在货架的前方区域通过分隔装置分隔成至少一个或多个分区,并设置对进出每个分区的人员进行分区定位检测的分区定位装置;安装在所述货架的每个所述分区的放置物品的层板,以及设置在所述层板的底板上的、与称重采集单元连接的重量传感器;安装在所述货架上并连接所述层板、称重采集单元以及分区定位装置的控制装置。层板以可拆卸方式安装在所述货架的承载框架上。
其中,分区定位装置设置在能够对货架前方的一个或多个分区进行分区定位检测的位置,其在进行分区定位检测时,将检测所识别的进入或接近某一分区的人员身份信息传送到所述控制装置。
其中,重量传感器能感应到层板上放置的物品的重量变化,将所述感应的信号传送到所述称重采集单元,并将所述称重采集单元通过所述感应的信号识别的物品取/放行为信息传送到控制装置。重量传感器以集成方式安装在层板的底板上能感应到物品重量变化的位置。
其中,控制装置(也可以是该系统的中控单元)接收该人员身份信息和/或所述物品取/放行为信息,并控制层板、一个或多个所述分区以及所述控制装置连接的每个分区中安装的输出装置进行相应的响应和提示。连接并由控制装置控制响应和提示的物品消毒装置和状态指示装置也分别安装在层板上。物品消毒装置安装在所述层板的底板下表面、上表面和/或外侧面向人员的一侧的任何能够对所有放置在层板上的物品进行消毒的位置,具体的物品消毒装置例如扫描式紫外线消毒灯和/或喷雾消毒孔等。而状态指示装置例如:状态指示灯和智能显示标签等。状态指示灯安装在所述层板上任何能够被观察到且不妨碍物品放置的位置,采用不同颜色和/或闪烁频率提示所在所述层板的物品状态;每个智能显示标签安装在所述层板的底板上表面或下表面、且面向人员的一侧并位于每个分区中的集中放置的同一类物品前,便于人员看到。
具体地,控制装置包括交互控制模块,和/或,对应一个或多个分区的分区控制单元。交互控制模块连接所述物品消毒装置和所述状态指示装置;当无人员的身份信息或者物品取/放行为信息时、交互控制模块控制所述物品消毒装置在所述层板或所述分区内进行物品消毒,当有人员的身份信息或者物品取/放行为信息时、交互控制模块控制所述物品消毒装置停止所述物品消毒,交互控制模块还控制所述状态指示装置的状态展示;分区控制单元还连接并控制所述分区显示设备显示所在分区物品相关信息及状态或控制所述分区语音设备音频输出所在分区物品相关信息及状态。
进一步,物品消毒装置由所述控制装置发送启动信号启动物品消毒并在执行预先设定时间长度的物品消毒后自动关闭,等待下一个启动信号或周期达到;所述状态指示灯采用LED灯带或灯片形式安装,所述状态包括报警状态;其中,当所述分区中所有层板的所述状态指示灯提示的物品状态相同,同时提示了所述分区的状态;所述智能显示标签为电子墨水屏、LED屏和/或LCD屏,实时显示对应物品的名称、数量、单价、总价和/或其他可交互信息。
另外,货架上还可以使用一个或多个独立的存放装置,形状大小可调整,可拆卸地安装和/或可移动地放置在所述层板的底板上;在每个所述存放装置前方设置有供人员查看的所述智能显示标签。该存放装置可以通过传力结构放置在所述层板的上表面并能由所述重量传感器感应到物品的重量变化的位置,所述重量传感器感应所述存放装置内的物品的重量的变化并将所述感应的信号送到所述称重采集单元。
货架上安装的输出装置,可以是在每个所述分区安装的交互式的分区显示设备和/或交互式的分区语音设备,安装在货架便于与人员进行交互的位置。
所述称重采集单元可以为封装的有多个接口的集成电路板,连接多个所述层板上的所述重量传感器。其采集所述重量传感器传送来的重量变化的感应信号并传输给所述控制装置的分区控制单元。分区控制单元例如采用微型主机,可以与对应一个或多个分区内的称重采集单元、控制装置的交互控制模块、分区定位装置连接并接收和处理数据,控制分区内的交互。分区控制单元控制连接的所述分区显示器显示所在分区物品相关信息及 状态主要可以是交互购物信息、和/或物品变化信息、物品重量异常变化报警等。分区控制单元可以与无人售卖场/系统的中央控制单元连接(控制装置、中控单元),上传数据并接收指令。
货架上的一个或多个安装在分区显示器和/或分隔装置上的视觉采集装置,获取的所在分区的物品和人员进入图像或视频能传送到分区控制单元。安装在每个分区中任何能够被观察到的位置并由所述分区控制单元或交互控制模块连接控制的分区状态显示灯,可以为LED灯带或灯片,通过灯带或灯片的不同颜色和/或闪烁频率等来提示对应所述整体分区内的不同状态。不同状态包括报警状态。
货架的承载框架与通用超市架兼容,而称重采集单元、所述分区控制单元、所述交互控制模块、所述分区定位装置、所述分区显示器都安装在所述货架的承载框架上不可视的位置。分隔装置可以为金属侧网或金属栅栏或透明板(玻璃侧板等),安装于每个所述分区两侧。分区定位装置可以是射频激活器和/或射频天线等。
该智能的闸机系统具有闸机本体、通道隔离装置、购物容纳装置取放单元。闸机本体连接通道隔离装置,构成进场通道和出场通道:每两个闸机本体连接在一个通道隔离装置两端形成进场通道或出场通道的一条边,两条所述边相对设置构成一个进场通道或出场通道。
购物容纳装置取放单元设置于进场通道和出场通道之间:进场通道的闸机方向与出场通道的闸机方向相反,并且,进场通道和出场通道邻近的两条边紧靠以设置所述购物容纳装置取放单元。购物容纳装置取放单元可以安装有RFID天线射频模块,能识别安装有RFID射频标签的购物容纳装置的ID及其取放状态。所述购物容纳装置上,在不同方向上安装有不同的RFID射频标签。
在进场通道和出场通道两端,均设置有拦阻体,构成两个通道的进口和出口以控制人员进出。进场时,在进场通道的进口拦阻体上设置的识别设备,获得人员信息并控制所述拦阻体打开放行,利用中控单元接收所述购物容纳装置取放单元传送来的识别的人员拿取购物容纳装置的状态和所述购物容纳装置的ID,绑定人员信息和所述购物容纳装置ID后,控制进场通道的出口拦阻体打开放行。出场时,在出场通道的进口拦阻体上设 置的识别设备识别,核对人员信息与其相应的消费和结算信息正确后,控制所述拦阻体打开放行;所述中控单元接收所述购物容纳装置取放单元传送来的识别的人员放回购物容纳装置的状态和所述购物容纳装置的ID,核对人员信息和状态、确定正确放回后,控制出场通道的出口拦阻体打开放行。
【实施例2】
下面结合图2至4以智能化的无人售卖的应用场景为例对本发明的无人售卖系统的控制过程再做更具体的说明。
一个实施方式中,各种人员,例如主要是购买人员可以通过如图4中的闸机系统进入无人售卖系统中。
一个实施方式中,该无人售卖系统,具有图2、3所示货架和图4所示闸机系统。
具体地,货架的正面即货架前方可以在现有普通超市货架的基础上改进,货架前方指货架面对各种人员、这些人员能看到物品的一方,或者说,货架上展示物品的一方。人员包括但不限于购买人员(购买人员/购物者)、管理物品的工作人员、路过能看到货架上物品的人员等等。
一个实施方式中,该货架具有承载框架1011,包括货架的后方(背部/背板),可以是带透气孔或安装孔的支撑板结构。该货架不限于超市的多层货架和地堆两种模式,根据超市实际需求(包括销售和/或展示的需求)进行组装和布置。在该承载框架1011上,可以安装层板1016、称重采集单元1018、控制装置(包括交互控制模块1022和分区单元1019)、分区定位装置(包括射频激活器1014和射频天线1015、和/或超声波系统等),输出装置(包括分区显示器)1027、和/或分隔装置1012等等,在无人售卖系统所处应用场景的例子中,承载框架1011可以与通用超市货架兼容。
其中,货架的前方区域通过分隔装置1012如各种隔离隔板、挡板/挡片、隔片等,分隔成至少一个或多个分区1013即购物分区,通过分区定位和重量感应技术自动识别分区内人员的身份和取/放物品/物品行为,进行相应的响应和提示,并实现物品智能消毒和临保追踪。相邻的两个挡片/挡板之间的间隔例如0.3~1.5米根据层板长度可调,每个隔离挡片/挡板的高度优选高于物品高度0.03~0.1、0.1~0.5、0.5~0.8、或0.8~1米等,每个 分区1013两侧均安装有该隔离挡片/挡板,其可以是金属网,如:金属侧网形状(网状板)、栅栏、透明板(玻璃、塑料材料的),安装在每个分区的两侧。而只要能检测到进出或靠近每个分区的人员的位置,均可设置进行分区定位检测的分区定位装置。分区定位装置包括射频激活器1014和射频天线1015,可以分体安装,只要能采集信号即可。分区定位装置利用分区定位技术对所在分区1013内进入的或靠近的人员的身份进行识别,可以识别进入分区1013内的人员是购买人员/购物者,还是工作/管理人员,例如超市值守人员等,以分别进行正常购物或上货/退货流程。其识别可以是通过进入分区1013的人员携带的RFID等来确定/识别人员身份信息。一旦识别人员的身份信息即可发送到控制装置中,例如其中的交互控制模块1022。当有人员靠近或进入隔离挡片分隔的货架的某个分区中时,由分区定位装置执行分区定位检测,获得相应的人员的ID芯片上记录的人员身份信息等,进而该信息提供给控制装置如交互控制模块、分区单元等进行控制处理。区分人员、位置,确定相应的控制流程,能有效监控物品、交互状况,其实现简单便捷,处理效率高。
一个实施方式中,所述货架的每个分区都有放置物品的层板。比如该货架的前方区域放物品的置物板即层板1016,可拆卸方式安装在所述货架的承载框架上。层板1016高度宽度可调。层板的底板上集成安装的重量传感器1017(例如两个一组或多组)与称重采集单元连接,其能感应到物品重量变化并将所述感应的信号传送到所述称重采集单元1018,并将所述称重采集单元1018通过所述感应的信号识别的物品取/放行为信息传送到控制装置,以便由所述控制装置接收所述信息并控制层板1016以及所述控制装置连接的每个分区中安装的输出装置进行相应的响应和提示。称重采集单元1018(例如为多接口的封装的集成电路板,一个单元1018对多个传感器1017)采集所述重量传感器1017传送来的重量变化的感应信号并传输给控制装置中设置的分区单元1019,以识别物品取/放行为或异常情况,进而可以异常状态报警(输出装置1027、分区状态显示灯1025和/或指示状态装置1023协同报警)。进一步,控制装置控制响应和提示的物品消毒装置和状态指示装置,也分别安装在所述层板上。并且,可拆卸安装和/或可移动放置在所述层板1016的一个或多个独立的存放装置1020, 如各种售卖收纳盒。其可以集中存放同一类物品。每个所述存放装置1020前方层板上部或下部位置可以设置有供人员查看的智能显示标签10232。进一步,所述存放装置1020通过传力结构放置在所述层板1016的底板最上层安装的所述重量传感器1017上、用于分类摆放物品/物品;所述重量传感器1017感应所述存放装置1020内的物品的重量的变化并将感应信号送到称重采集单元1018以识别物品取/放行为、甚至异常状态比如超重了、增重了等情况/状态。其中,所述存放装置1020具有可调整的形状和大小,即根据实际需要调整。其中,可以将不同货物单品即物品的重量与其保质期对应上,这样货架能够随时跟踪存放装置1020所在位置区域上剩余物品的质保期,并能够向比如超市场景中的管理/工作人员(工作人员上货退货流程的工作人员模式下)提示邻近质保期的物品信息,便于及时进行处理。一旦层板上比如宽度大小尺寸可调的存放装置中的物品重量发生变化,传感器感应的信息提供给称重采集单元计算确定是减少还是增加即物品是取还是放,进而该信息提供给分区单元后,进行控制处理,绑定重量和单品各种信息,便于跟踪管控,及时提醒。
下面结合交互状态灯带或灯片、交互显示或语音输出等,控制信号传输和交互,说明如何进行状态控制提示、交互、响应。
一个实施方式中,安装在每个所述分区1013两侧的所述分隔装置1012上的分区状态指示装置,具体例如分区状态装置(显示灯)1025。该分区状态显示灯1025可以包括LED灯带或灯片或其他发光设备。该LED灯带或灯片或其他发光设备够显示不同颜色的光来指示不同状态、甚至配合不同的闪烁频率来指示不同状态,具体例如:绿色为正常状态、黄色表示为注意有多个人员进入的状态、红色为异常暂停状态。红色异常暂停状态可以表示一种报警状态,同时可以配合在输出装置例如交互式的分区显示器1027(或者语音装置)的显示内容报警状态(或者语音/声音报警状态)。例如:通过该LED灯带或其他发光设备(例如:灯片等)显示不同颜色来提示对应购物分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020处于不同状态,具体地,当分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020处于正常状态,灯带显示绿色,提醒购买人员可正常购物;当分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020内有多人进入(例:多个人挤在一个分区中、多个人都在一 个存放装置附近取货、多个人都在同一层板附近取放货等等)时,灯带显示黄色,提醒购买人员注意,可能发生混乱、错误、多人都在购买等;当分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020发生异常,灯带显示红色,提醒购买人员该分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020已经被锁定了,暂停服务,同时还通知超市的管理值班/值守人员(例如显示器显示警报或语音设备的音频警报)。指示分区状态的该LED灯带的显示颜色也可以由交互控制模块1022和/或分区单元1019来控制。在本实施例主要通过分区单元1019进行。
一个实施方式中,还具有在每个分区安装的输出装置1027,该输出装置包括交互式的分区显示器和/或交互式的分区语音设备1027,该分区显示器和/或交互式的分区语音设备1027与控制装置连接,主要与该控制装置中的分区单元1019控制其显示和/或控制其声音/音频/语音与分区1013内的人员的交互。具体例如:分区单元1019控制在该分区显示器1027上显示各种涉及物品的相关信息和状态,包括但不限于诸如购物信息显示、和/或物品重量异常变化等报警;和/或分区单元1019控制分区语音设备1027的声音/语音/音频等各种涉及物品的相关信息和状态,包括但不限于诸如购物信息语音反馈、和/或物品重量异常变化等报警,等等。进一步,输出装置的报警状态还可以在分区状态显示灯1025和层板上安装的指示状态装置1023在异常变化报警时,同步显示或语音/声音报警。
一个实施方式中,还具有一个或多个视觉采集装置1026,位于任何一个或多个能够采集到分区1013的人员影像位置,比如:安装在所述分区显示器和/或所述分隔装置1012上的摄像头、相机等,获取所在分区1013的物品和人员进入或靠近的图像或视频等信息,并传送到所述控制装置中设置的分区单元1019。
一个实施方式中,控制装置包括连接所述物品消毒装置1021和所述状态指示装置1023的交互控制模块1022、以及对应一个或多个分区的分区单元1019。无人员的身份信息或者物品取/放行为信息时,所述交互控制模块1022控制所述物品消毒装置1021在所述层板或所述分区内的物品消毒;有人员的身份信息或者物品取/放行为信息时,所述交互控制模块1022控制所述物品消毒装置1021停止所述物品消毒。其中,所述层板1016 上安装有物品消毒装置1021,物品消毒装置1021与控制装置中设置的交互控制模块1022连接,受交互控制模块1022控制。该控制例如:根据购买人员位置侦测定位模块(RFID)检测功能检测到的信息(本发明的一个例子可以是分区定位控制单元1014连接的分区定位装置1015完成检测),在购物分区内没有购买人员时,所述物品消毒装置1021对所在层板1016或分区1013内的物品进行紫外线消毒或臭氧消毒或其它非接触方式消毒,当购买人员位置侦知定位模块检测到人员靠近购物分区1013时,该智能的物品消毒装置1021能够自动停止对物品的消毒,或者说禁止其执行消毒工作。其中,消毒时间的长短可根据实际需要等情况进行预先设置/设定/预定。
一个实施方式中,所述层板1016上安装有状态指示装置1023。状态指示装置1023例如可以包括状态指示灯10231和智能显示标签10232。其中,所述状态指示灯10231安装在所述层板任何能被关注或可见的位置,比如层板的底板中间层面向人员的一侧或内侧但能被诸如购物者、上货员等看到的部位,可以采用不同颜色或闪烁频率对人员进行提示;而所述智能显示标签10232安装在所述层板的底板最上层面向人员的一侧或其他能明显被人员观察到的位置、并位于每个分区中的集中放置的同一类物品前。进一步,状态指示灯10231可以包括LED灯带或灯片或其他发光设备,能够显示不同颜色的光指示不同状态、甚至配合不同的闪烁频率来指示不同状态,具体例如:绿色为正常状态、黄色同时闪烁表示为多人员进入状态、红色为异常暂停状态。其中,显示不同颜色来提示对应购物分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020处于不同状态,例如:当分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020处于正常状态,灯带显示绿色,提醒购买人员可正常购物;当分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020内有多人进入(例:多个人挤在一个分区中、多个人都在一个存放装置附近取货、多个人都在同一层板附近取放货等等)时,灯带显示黄色,提醒购买人员注意,可能发生混乱、错误、多人都在购买等;当分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020发生异常,灯带显示红色,提醒购买人员该分区1013或层板1016或存放装置1020已经被锁定了,暂停服务,同时还通知超市的管理值班/值守人员。其类似分区状态显示灯1025,并且,当同一个分区中每个层板 1016的指示各自层板1016的状态指示灯10231都是同一个颜色时,还能指示该分区的状态,作为分区状态显示灯1025的辅助指示分区状态。同样,其异常变化报警时,可以伴随分区状态显示灯1025和/或输出装置的报警。而智能显示标签10232可以显示安装的对应位置的物品/物品的状态和物品信息。其包括电子墨水屏、LED屏和/或LCD屏等电子显示屏等设备,实时显示对应物品的名称、数量、单价、总价和/或其他可交互信息等。
一个实施方式中,交互控制模块1022和分区单元1019可以独立安装在承载框架1011上,也可以整合在一个设备中例如所述控制装置中、或者按照二者的控制功能合并称为所述“控制装置”,并安装在承载框架1011上不妨碍物品和其他结构设置安装的位置,比如货架的承载框架1011的背面等。分离方式安装的所述交互控制模块1022和分区单元1019例如图2所示。其中,交互控制模块1022可以连接层板1016上的状态指示装置1023和物品消毒装置1021,分别控制状态指示装置1023的根据状态的给出的提示和显示以及消毒装置1021开启或关闭消毒,并在有人员在分区内时禁止启动消毒。其中,分区单元1019可以包括PC机(主要是微型主机)或其他计算机或处理器等。其与分区1013内的称重采集单元1018、交互控制模块1022、分区定位装置1015和分区定位控制单元1014连接,接收并处理数据,控制分区1013内各项交互功能。在无人售卖应用场景的一个例子中,分区单元1019能够与无人售卖的中央控制单元连接,上传数据并接收指令。一个分区单元1019能够控制至少一个或多个分区1013。分区单元1019可以作为中心控制单元(即控制装置),控制交互控制模块1022的结构形式。
由上述货架构造,实际主要通过感应物品重量变化(取或放)和分区定位人员身份信息(哪个位置什么人)确定了物品上货退货或者是购买流程,即可执行相应的控制管理、实时交互。
本发明该实施例中的闸机系统控制,可以是对具有购物容器取放单元的闸机系统进行的控制。
一个实施方式中,结合购物容器取放控制人员进出的闸机系统由闸机本体1、拦阻体4、通道隔离装置2、购物容器取放单元3和中控单元组成,闸机本体连接所述通道隔离装置,构成进场通道和出场通道;所述购物容 器取放单元设置于进场通道和出场通道之间。系统利用闸机本体1和通道隔离装置2构成进场和出场两个通道,每个通道两端由拦阻体构成通道进口与出口,控制人员进出。比如:每两个闸机本体1连接在一个通道隔离装置2两端形成一个通道,比如进场通道或出场通道。一个例子中:一个通道具体可以是两条边(如两个闸机本体1连接一个通道格力装置2两端后形成分隔通道的边)相对平行设置构成一个进场通道;另外两条边也可以相对设置构成一个出场通道。所述进场通道的闸机本体方向与出场通道的闸机本体方向相反,并且,进场通道和出场通道邻近的两个所述隔离带紧靠以设置所述购物容器取放单元3。
其中,所述购物容器取放单元3安装有RFID(射频识别)识别模块,包括激活器、天线和控制芯片,能识别安装有RFID射频标签的购物容器的ID及其取放状态。在所使用的购物容器(包括但不限于购物篮、购物车、食品托盘等购物容器)不同方向上上预装RFID标签,所述RFID标签和购物容器信息绑定。所述购物容器取放单元通过与预装在购物篮上的RFID标签通讯,识别天线范围内购物容器。购物容器被移出天线范围,RFID通讯断开,单元判断购物容器被取出。购物容器被放回单元,所述购物容器取放单元识别出新的RFID标签进入天线范围,且标签ID正确,判断为购物容器被放回。这里,RFID天线功率大小可设置,调节天线识别范围,改变单元工作区域范围。并且,所述多个RFID标签安装在购物容器的不同方向上,以提高购买人员位置侦知定位模块对RFID标签的识别能力。RFID天线功率大小可设置,调节天线识别范围,改变单元工作区域范围。可通过增加天线,增大工作区域,从而处理更多的购物篮。而所述多个RFID标签安装在购物篮的不同方向上,以提高购买人员位置侦知定位模块对RFID标签的识别能力。
拦阻体4可开合的相对的两道能伸缩或沿与闸机体1连接的轴转动的门构成,其设置在进场通道和出场通道两端,构成通道的进口和出口以控制人员进出。
在进场控制中:系统在进场通道进口通过人脸识别等技术识别人员信息后放行。所述购物容器取放单元识别人员正确取出购物容器,将人员信息与所取购物篮ID绑定后,控制所述进场通道出口放行,人员携购物容 器成功进场。否则出口保持关闭,系统通过显示单元,提醒人员正确拿取购物容器。具体地,进场时,在进场通道的进口拦阻体4上设置的识别设备(比如人脸识别装置等),获得人员信息并控制所述拦阻体打开放行;所述中控单元接收所述购物容器取放单元3传送来的识别的人员拿取购物容器的状态和所述购物容器的ID,绑定人员信息和所述购物容器ID后,控制进场通道的出口拦阻体4打开放行进场。
在出场控制中:系统在所述出场通道进口识别并核对人员在场内的消费、结算结算信息,达到出场条件后放行人员进入出场通道。所述购物容器取放单元识别是否有购物容器放入,并核对购物ID和绑定人员信息,信息正确后判断人员归还购物容器,达到放行条件,控制出口放行。否则出口保持关闭,系统通过显示单元,提醒人员正确归还购物容器。具体地,出场时,在出场通道的进口拦阻体4上设置的识别设备识别,核对人员信息与其相应的消费和结算信息正确后,控制所述拦阻体4打开放行;所述中控单元接收所述购物容器取放单元3传送来的识别的人员放回购物容器的状态和所述购物容器的ID,核对人员信息和状态、确定正确放回后,控制出场通道的出口拦阻体打开放行。
另外,还可以在闸机系统设置显示单元5,入场可以提醒购买人员正确拿取购物篮等或出场可以提醒正确归还购物篮。
由此,本实施例在无人为干预的条件下,实现自动控制购买物品的取放、购物容器等购物工具的取用和归还。无人售卖系统管控更加智能,提升了整个无人售卖系统性能,进而有助于提高用户体验。
中控单元可以是整个无人售卖系统的控制装置如货架所用的,实现总体控制。
【实施例3】
具体地,还包括一种电子装置的一个实施例,其包括处理器以及存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,其中,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行如前述实施例1、2中涉及的本发明的方法的实施例步骤。
下面描述本发明的电子装置的一个实施例,该电子装置可以视为对于上述本发明的方法和装置实施例的实体形式的实施方式。对于本发明电子装置的该实施例中描述的细节,应视为对于上述方法或装置/系统的实施例 的补充;对于在本发明电子装置的实施例中未披露的细节,可以参照上述方法或装置/系统实施例来实现。
图5是根据本发明的一种电子装置的示例性实施例的结构框图。图5显示的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本发明实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,该示例性实施例的电子装置200以通用数据处理设备的形式表现。电子装置200的组件可以包括但不限于:至少一个处理单元210、至少一个存储单元220、连接不同系统组件(包括存储单元220和处理单元210)的总线230、显示单元240等。
其中,所述存储单元220存储有计算机可读程序,其可以是源程序或都只读程序的代码。所述程序可以被处理单元210执行,使得所述处理单元210执行本发明各种实施方式的步骤。例如,所述处理单元210可以执行前述实施例的步骤。
所述存储单元220可以包括易失性存储单元形式的可读介质,例如随机存取存储单元(RAM)2201和/或高速缓存存储单元2202,还可以进一步包括只读存储单元(ROM)2203。所述存储单元220还可以包括具有一组(至少一个)程序模块2205的程序/实用工具2204,这样的程序模块2205包括但不限于:操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。
总线230可以为表示几类总线结构中的一种或多种,包括存储单元总线或者存储单元控制器、外围总线、图形加速端口、处理单元或者使用多种总线结构中的任意总线结构的局域总线。
电子装置200也可以与一个或多个外部设备300(例如键盘、显示器、网络设备、蓝牙设备等)通信,使得用户能经由这些外部设备300与该电子装置200交互,和/或使得该电子装置200能与一个或多个其它数据处理设备(例如路由器、调制解调器等等)进行通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口250进行,还可以通过网络适配器260与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(LAN),广域网(WAN)和/或公共网络,例如因特网)进行。网络适配器260可以通过总线230与电子设备200的其它模块通信。应当明白,尽管图中未示出,电子设备200中可使用其它硬件和/或软件模 块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理单元、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。
【实施例4】
具体地,还包括一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,其中,当所述一个或多个程序被处理器执行时,实现前述实施例中涉及的步骤。图6是本发明的一个计算机可读介质实施例的示意图。如图6所示,所述计算机程序可以存储于一个或多个计算机可读介质上。计算机可读介质可以是可读信号介质或者可读存储介质。可读存储介质例如可以为但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。当所述计算机程序被一个或多个数据处理设备执行时,使得该计算机可读介质能够实现本发明的上述方法,即:服务端提供的配置服务管理,生成与域名相关的配置文件;当请求业务服务期间出现域名故障时,客户端通过根据所述配置文件进行的配置更新以实现域名访问的自动切换。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员易于理解,本发明描述的示例性实施例可以通过软件实现,也可以通过软件结合必要的硬件的方式来实现。因此,根据本发明实施方式的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个计算机可读的存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中或网络上,包括若干指令以使得一台数据处理设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行根据本发明的上述方法。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了可读程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。可读存储介质还可以是可读存储介质以外的任何可读介质,该可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结 合使用的程序。可读存储介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于无线、有线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本发明操作的程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、C++等,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算设备上执行、部分地在用户设备上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算设备上部分在远程计算设备上执行、或者完全在远程计算设备或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算设备的情形中,远程计算设备可以通过任意种类的网络,包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN),连接到用户计算设备,或者,可以连接到外部计算设备(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。
综上所述,本发明可以执行计算机程序的方法、系统、电子装置或计算机可读介质来实现。可以在实践中使用微处理器或者数字信号处理器(DSP)等通用数据处理设备来实现本发明的一些或者全部功能。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种无人售卖控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对进入或靠近货架的每个分区的人员进行分区定位检测,以识别进入或靠近每个分区的人员身份信息;其中,所述分区通过将货架分为一个或多个独立的分区获得;
    对每个分区的物品重量变化进行检测,以识别物品取/放信息;
    根据所述人员身份信息和/或物品取/放信息,控制所述货架作出响应和/或提示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    对进入或靠近每个分区的人员进行分区定位检测,以识别进入或靠近每个分区的人员身份信息,具体包括:检测所述人员的实时位置以及携带的ID芯片;根据所述ID芯片识别对应所述人员的身份信息,以判断所述人员是购买人员或工作人员;获取所述人员实时位置以及人员身份信息;
    和/或,
    对每个分区的物品重量变化进行检测,以识别物品取/放信息,具体包括:通过每个分区的重量传感器检测所述物品的重量变化;识别所述物品、数量以及相关的临保信息,作为所述物品的取/放信息;
    和/或,
    还包括:基于精确定位采集和粗略定位采集的多目标定位,准确确定进入或靠近每个分区的人员的位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    根据所述人员身份信息和/或物品取/放信息,控制所述货架作出响应和/或提示,具体包括:
    每间隔预定周期检测是否接收到各个分区的所述人员身份信息、距离信息和/或物品取/放信息;
    如果检测到无人员的身份信息或者无物品取/放信息,则为各个分区内的物品消毒;
    如果检测到有人员的身份信息或者物品取/放信息,则停止或禁止为各个分区内的物品消毒、根据所述人员的身份信息确定是购买流程或上货/退货流程、以及根据不同的所述流程结合物品取/放信息以控制货架作出相应的响应和/或提示。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,
    为各个分区内的物品消毒,具体包括:启动物品消毒装置,并由所述物品消毒装置执行预定时间长度的物品消毒;
    和/或,
    停止或禁止为各个分区内的物品消毒,具体包括:利用交互模块控制物品消毒装置停止或禁止执行对应分区的物品消毒;
    和/或,
    根据所述人员的身份信息确定是购买流程或上货/退货流程,具体包括:若所述人员的身份信息为购买人员则是购买流程,若为工作人员则是上货/退货了流程;
    和/或,
    根据不同的所述流程结合物品取/放信息以控制货架作出相应的响应和/或提示,具体包括:利用所述交互模块控制展示对应的分区状态以及利用分区单元控制输出相应分区物品相关信息和状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,利用所述交互模块控制展示对应的分区状态以及利用分区单元控制输出相应分区物品相关信息和状态,具体包括:
    利用所述交互模块控制物品所在层板状态指示装置进行状态展示;
    利用分区单元控制分区状态装置进行状态展示、可交互地显示输出对应分区物品相关信息及状态和/或控制可交互地语音输出对应分区物品相关信息及状态。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,
    控制物品所在层板状态指示装置进行状态展示,具体包括:采用层板上的状态指示灯带或灯片的不同颜色和/或闪烁频率提示对应分区的物品状态,其中,所述状态包括报警状态,并且,当层板所在分区的所有层板的所述状态指示灯带或灯片提示的物品状态相同时,表明提示了所述分区的状态;以及,
    采用智能标签显示对应分区中相应物品放置位置的物品名、数量、单价、总价和/或其他可交互变化的信息及状态;
    和/或,
    控制分区状态装置进行状态展示具体包括:
    采用分区上的分区状态灯带或灯片的不同颜色和/或闪烁频率提示对应分区的状态;
    其中,所述状态包括报警状态;
    和/或,
    所述分区单元的控制还包括:
    根据每个分区的视觉采集信息控制分区状态装置进行状态展示、可交互地显示输出对应分区物品相关信息及状态和/或控制可交互地语音输出对应分区物品相关信息及状态;
    和/或,
    还包括:
    将层板上大小宽度可调可拆卸的分类存放装置通过不同物品单品重量与其质保期对应,以实时跟踪存放物品区域剩余物品的质保期、并及时通过可交互地显示输出或可交互地语音输出或状态展示给出提示临近质保期的信息。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据闸机系统的进出口识别的人员身份信息、购物容器取/放状态和ID,控制进出口的打开放行。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,根据闸机系统的进出口识别的人员身份信息、购物容器取/放状态和ID,控制进出口的打开放行,具体包括:
    当人员经由闸机系统进场时,在进场通道的进口识别人员携带的ID芯片的人员身份信息并控制进口打开放行;以及,根据识别的人员拿取购物容器的状态和所述购物容器的ID,绑定所述人员身份信息和所述购物容器ID后,控制进场通道的出口打开放行;
    和/或,
    当人员经由闸机系统出场时,在出场通道的进口识别人员携带的ID芯片的人员身份信息、并核对所述人员信息与其相应的消费和结算信息正确后,控制进口打开放行;以及,根据识别的人员放回购物容器的状态和所述购物容器的ID,核对所述人员身份信息和状态、并确定正确放回后,控制出场通道的出口打开放行。
  9. 一种无人售卖系统,其特征在于,包括:
    经隔离装置分割成至少一个或多个大小相同或不同的分区的货架;
    通过设置在所述货架上或货架周围的一个或多个分区定位装置,执行分区定位检测;
    通过一个或多个位于每个分区的放置物品的层板上的重量传感器,执行重量变化检测;
    控制所述分区定位装置和所述重量传感器、并进行信息传输的控制装置;
    具有购物容器取放单元的闸机系统;
    所述无人售卖系统能执行如权利要求1至8所述的方法的控制处理。
  10. 一种电子装置,包括处理器以及存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,其特征在于,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被处理器执行时,实现权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
