또한 서비스를 실행하기 위한 예약시간을 확정할 수 없는 경우에도 평균 서비스 제공시간을 고려하여 서버가 서비스 소비자에게 예약의 실행을 위한 시간이 도래하였음을 적시에 알려주므로, 대기 시간이 필요 없이 곧바로 예약을 실행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
더욱이 실내외 골프연습장의 특정 타석이나 식당의 특정 좌석 등과 같이 서비스 소비자가 선호하는 서비스 형태가 있는 경우, 상기 서비스 소비자가 원하는 일자와 시간에 특정 서비스의 형태로 맞추어 예약을 진행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 의하면 예약의 실행을 위한 서비스 소비자의 대기 시간을 줄일 수 있고, 원하는 일자와 시간대에 서비스를 제공받을 수 있으며, 서비스 소비자가 예약을 실행하는 곳에서 대기하는 대기 장소가 거의 필요 없어 상기 서비스 소비자가 집단으로 대기하는 환경에서 벗어날 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템의 서비스 제공 순서도
이하, 본 발명에 따른 서비스의 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조로 하여 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시예는 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하며 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위하여 제공되는 것이다.
본 발명은 일반적으로 서비스 소비자가 서비스를 제공받는 시간이 정해져 있기도 하지만, 서비스의 제공시간이 상이하여 예약시간을 확정하지 못하는 환경에서 실시간으로 서비스의 현황과 원하는 예약 시간대를 참조하여 예약하는 방법으로써, 서비스 소비자가 자신이 원하는 일자와 시간대를 설정하고 서비스 제공자가 제공하는 예약대상 시설에서의 해당 일자와 시간대의 실시간 서비스 현황과 예약상황 그리고 예상되는 최종 예약 서비스 종료시간 등을 참조하여, 서비스 소비자가 선호하거나 원하는 일자와 시간대에 예약을 실행하는 방법인데, 이에 대해서 다음에서 구체적으로 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템의 서비스 제공 순서도를 도시한 것이다.
도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템은 시작과 동시에 서비스 소비자가 원하는 일자 및 시간대에 서비스를 제공받기를 예약 대기하고, 서버를 통해 예약 대기된 시간이 도달하기 전에 서비스의 예약시간이 도래하고 있음을 서비스 소비자에게 계속 알려주며, 서버를 통해 예약된 서비스의 실행을 위한 실제의 시간이 도달했음을 알려주어 예약을 확정하고, 도달된 예약시간에 예약된 서비스를 서비스 소비자에게 제공하여 예약을 실행하도록 함으로써 본 발명의 예약 시스템을 종료하게 된다. 이때 예약 대기를 하고난 후에도 예약시간이 도래하고 있음을 서비스 소비자에게 알려주는 것 외에도 현재 서비스 되고 있는 현황, 즉 본 발명에서의 서비스 소비자 이전에 예약을 대기하고 있는 서비스 소비자의 인명 수 및 현재 서비스 되고 번호표 등을 알려주면 더 바람직할 수 있다.
그런데 이러한 예약 시스템에 있어서, 식당이나 은행창구 그리고 실내외 골프연습장의 경우 서비스 소비자별로 서비스 이용 시간이 달라 시간을 결정해서 사전에 예약을 할 수 없는 상황인데, 이러한 환경에서 서비스 소비자는 자신이 원하는 일자와 시간대 및 경우에 따라서는 서비스 소비자의 선호도에 따른 서비스 슬롯(자리, 타석 등), 즉 서비스의 형태를 지정하여 설정할 수도 있다.
이는 서비스 환경에 따라 두 가지로 나눌 수 있는데 서비스 소비자별로 서비스 제공자가 정해놓은 서비스 시간이 규정되어 있는 경우의 서비스(예: 실내 및 실외 인도어 골프연습장의 한시간/한시간 반/두시간 등)과, 서비스 소비자별로 서비스 제공시간이 규정되어 있지 않아 시간을 정하지 못하고 대기 번호표를 발행하여 순차적으로 서비스(예 은행 등)를 진행하는 서비스의 경우로 나눌 수 있다.
두 종류의 서비스는 모두 본 발명의 예약 시스템에서는 서비스 소비자의 설정 정보와 현재 서비스 현황과 예약 현황을 이용하며, 서비스 시간이 규정되어 있는 경우는 서비스 현황과 예약현황을 이용하여 최종 서비스 종료시간을 알아내고, 그 시간이 서비스 소비자가 설정한 예약 시간대에 해당하면 예약을 확정하고, 순차적으로 서비스를 진행하는 경우에는 대기 번호표 발행 정보, 즉 현재 서비스되고 있는 대기 번호표의 정보 그리고 예상되는 최종 예약 서비스 종료 시간을 계산하여 그 시간이 서비스 소비자가 설정한 예약 시간대에 해당하면 대기 번호표를 발행시키도록 한다.
이와 같이 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)나 휴대폰과 같은 모바일 기기에 의해 온라인으로 예약하여 받고자 하는 서비스 제공자의 서비스 시간대 중에서 서비스 소비자가 선호하거나 원하는 서비스의 시간대를 서버를 통해 실시간으로 전송받아 확인하고 예약하기 위해서, 상기 서비스 소비자가 받고자 원하는 지정된 서비스의 일자 및 시간대를 상기 서버로 전송하여 예약하고자 할 때, 일례를 들자면 상기한 바대로 다음의 두 가지 예약 시스템이 존재한다.
먼저 실내 및 실외 인도어 골프연습장과 같은 경우, 서비스 소비자는 자신이 원하는 시설의 예약하고 싶은 일자와 예약 시간대를 설정하고, 본 발명의 예약 시스템 상의 서버에서는 현재 예약 현황을 참조하여 서비스 소비자가 원하는 해당 일자 및 해당 시간대에 예약을 할 수 있으면 예약하고, 예약 정보를 서비스 소비자의 모바일 기기로 전송한다. 이와 같이 예약 정보를 서비스 소비자에게 전송할 때, 예약한 시간대에 도달하기 전에 예약한 일자의 시간이 도래하고 있음을 서비스 소비자에게 실시간으로 또한 주기적으로, 예컨대 10분 또는 20분 간격으로 알려주어 서비스 소비자가 이를 확인할 수 있도록 하면 좋을 것이다. 물론 예약 상황에 따라 30분이나 1시간 간격으로 알려줄 수도 있을 것이다.
또한 이러한 실내 및 실외 인도어 골프연습장과 같은 경우, 예약일자/시간대를 받아서 예측 예약을 하게 되는데, 서비스 소비자가 서비스 받기를 원하는 일자/시간대를 받아서 해당 일자에 예약 상황을 모니터링하고, 본 발명의 서비스 소비자 바로 이전의 다른 서비스 소비자의 최종 예약시간과 서비스 시간이 본 발명의 서비스 소비자가 예약하기를 원하는 시간대에 들어오면, 상기한 다른 서비스 소비자의 최종 예약시간과 서비스 시간의 해당 정보를 본 발명의 서비스 소비자에게 제공한다.
다음에 은행 창구와 같이 서비스 제공시간의 규정이 없어 예약 대기 순번에 따라 대기 번호표를 발행하는 경우, 서비스 소비자는 자신이 원하는 시설의 예약하고 싶은 일자와 예약 시간대를 설정하고, 본 발명의 예약 시스템 상의 서버에서는 대기 번호표의 발행 실적(최종 발행 번호표, 현재 서비스 번호표)을 참조하여 현재 대기자를 알아내며, 번호 당 서비스 제공시간(평균, 경험 등을 이용한 서비스 제공 시간 외에 서버가 가지고 있는 지식을 이용한 추측 서비스 제공시간)을 참조하여 현재 최종 번호표의 예상 서비스 종료 시간을 구한 후에, 그 시간이 예약 시간대 내에 들어오면 서비스 소비자의 이름으로 대기 번호표를 발행하고 대기표 번호 정보를 서비스 소비자의 모바일 기기로 전송한다. 이도 역시 상기한 서비스 제공시간을 고려하여 대기 번호표를 발행하기 전에 예약한 일자의 시간이 도래하고 있음을 서비스 소비자에게 실시간으로 또한 주기적으로 알려주어, 서비스 소비자가 이를 확인할 수 있도록 하면 좋을 것이다. 또한 상기한 바와 같이 은행과 같은 경우 예상된 서비스 소비자의 예약 대기 번호표 서비스 시간과 실제 번호표에 의해 서비스 되는 과정 등이 상이 할 수 있으니, 서비스 소비자에게 대기 번호표를 발행한 후에도 현재 은행에서 실제 서비스되고 있는 상기 대기 번호표 전의 번호표를 지속해서 서비스 소비자에게 전송하도록 하면 좋을 것이다.
즉 상기한 골프연습장과 같은 곳에서는 서비스 시간이 정해져 있어 정해진 예약시간에 거의 예약을 실행할 수 있으므로, 예약 시간이 도래하고 있음을 알려만 주면 된다. 하지만 은행이나 식당과 같은 경우 본 발명의 예약 시스템의 서버에서 산정한 경험적인 서비스 제공 시간과 실제 서비스 제공 시간이 상이함에 따라, 실제 서비스 소비자가 서비스를 받을 수 있는 시간이 달라질 수 있음을 고려하여, 주기적으로, 예컨대 10분 또는 20분 간격으로 실제 서비스되고 있는 대기 번호표의 정보를 서비스 소비자에게 알려주면 좋을 것이다. 물론 예약 상황에 따라 실제 대기 번호표의 정보를 30분이나 1시간 간격으로 알려줄 수도 있을 것이다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 예약 시스템의 서버에 의해 지정된 서비스의 서비스 제공시간을 고려하여, 서비스 소비자가 예약한 일자의 시간대에 도달하기 전의 시간대 또는 대기 번호표의 정보를 실시간으로 전송하여 서비스 소비자가 이를 수시로 확인할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서 은행 등과 같이 서비스 제공시간의 규정이 없는 경우, 예약일자/시간대를 받아서 예측 예약을 하게 되는데, 서비스 소비자가 서비스 받기를 원하는 일자/시간대를 받아서 해당 일자에 현재 서비스되고 있는 번호표 및 대기 번호표 발행 실적을 모니터링하고, 현재 서비스되고 있는 번호표, 대기 번호표 현황, 최종 발행 대기 번호표, 추측되는 서비스 제공시간을 이용하여 본 발명의 서비스 소비자의 예약된 시간대 직전의 최종 대기 번호표의 서비스 종료시간을 예측한다. 그리고 상기한 최종 대기 번호표의 서비스 종료시간이 본 발명의 서비스 소비자의 예약 시간대에 들어오면, 최종 대기번호표+1의 대기 번호표를 발행하여 본 발명의 서비스 소비자에게 전송하고, 예상 서비스 제공시간도 함께 전송한다.
다음에 서비스 소비자의 확인 중 예약 전의 다른 서비스 소비자에게 지정된 서비스 제공의 종료가 다가오면, 바로 이어서 서비스 소비자의 예약을 실행할 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 예약 시스템의 서버에서는 예약된 일자의 시간대가 도달했음을 서비스 소비자에게 실시간으로 전송함으로써 예약을 확정하게 된다.
마지막으로 예약이 확정되면 상기 서버를 통해 서비스 소비자에게 원하는 일자 및 시간대에 서비스를 제공하여 예약을 실행하도록 함으로써 기본적인 본 발명의 예약 시스템의 예약 과정을 종료하게 된다.
한편 서비스의 형태 중 서비스 소비자가 선호하거나 원하는 지정된 서비스로써, 상기 서비스 소비자가 원하는 특정 자리와 같은 경우도 있어, 실내외 골프연습장의 예약하기를 원하는 타석, 실내외 스포츠 운동장의 예약하기를 원하는 좌석 등과 같은 특정 자리의 예약을 원할 때에도 본 발명의 예약 시스템을 적용하여 지정된 서비스로써의 특정 자리를 예약하게 된다.
이러한 지정된 서비스의 경우 상기한 바와 같이, 서비스 소비자가 예약하기를 원하는 일자 및 시간대에서 이루어지는 은행업무가 될 수 있고, 이러한 경우 상기한 바와 같이, 서비스 소비자가 예약하여 원하는 시간대에 도달했음을 본 발명의 예약 시스템의 서버가 실시간으로 전송할 때 지정된 순서의 번호가 표시된 대기 번호표와 함께 전송하게 된다.
또한 상기한 지정된 서비스는 식당의 지정된 좌석일 수도 있고, 이때 평균 서비스 제공시간은 식당의 평균 식사시간일 수도 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에 따른 서비스의 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템에 대해서 예시한 도면을 참조로 하여 설명하였으나, 본 명세서에 개시된 실시예와 도면에 의해 본 발명이 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술사상의 범위 내에서 당업자에 의해 다양한 변형이 이루어질 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명은 예약자인 서비스 소비자는 본인이 확인할 필요 없이 예약이 실행되기 전 언제 어디서든 예약의 유효성을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 것으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
또한 서비스를 실행하기 위한 예약시간을 확정할 수 없는 경우에도 평균 서비스 제공시간을 고려하여 서버가 서비스 소비자에게 예약의 실행을 위한 시간이 도래하였음을 적시에 알려주므로, 대기 시간이 필요 없이 곧바로 예약을 실행할 수 있는 것으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
더욱이 실내외 골프연습장의 특정 타석이나 식당의 특정 좌석 등과 같이 서비스 소비자가 선호하는 서비스 형태가 있는 경우, 상기 서비스 소비자가 원하는 일자와 시간에 특정 서비스의 형태로 맞추어 예약을 진행할 수 있는 것으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 의하면 예약의 실행을 위한 서비스 소비자의 대기 시간을 줄일 수 있고, 원하는 일자와 시간대에 서비스를 제공받을 수 있으며, 서비스 소비자가 예약을 실행하는 곳에서 대기하는 대기 장소가 거의 필요 없어 상기 서비스 소비자가 집단으로 대기하는 환경에서 벗어날 수 있는 것으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 온라인으로 예약하여 받고자 하는 서비스 제공자의 서비스 시간대 중에서 서비스 소비자가 원하는 서비스의 시간대를 서버를 통해 실시간으로 전송받아 확인하고 예약할 수 있도록 한 예약 시스템으로써,
    상기 서비스 소비자가 받고자 원하는 지정된 서비스의 일자 및 시간대를 상기 서버로 전송하여 예약을 대기하는 단계;
    상기 서버에 의해 지정된 서비스의 서비스 제공시간을 고려하여, 서비스 소비자가 예약한 일자의 시간대에 도달하기 전의 시간대를 실시간으로 전송하여 서비스 소비자가 확인하는 단계;
    상기 서비스 소비자의 확인 중 예약 전의 다른 서비스 소비자에게 지정된 서비스의 제공이 종료하기 전에 예약된 일자의 시간대가 도달했음을 서버가 서비스 소비자에게 실시간으로 전송하여 예약을 확정하는 단계; 및
    상기 서버를 통해 서비스 소비자에 의해 원하는 일자 및 시간대로 예약이 확정된 서비스를 서비스 소비자에게 제공하여 예약을 실행하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지정된 서비스는 서비스 소비자가 원하는 자리에서 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 특정 자리인 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 자리는 실내외 골프연습장의 예약하기를 원하는 타석, 극장이나 콘서트의 예약하기를 원하는 좌석, 실내외 스포츠 운동장의 예약하기를 원하는 좌석 중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지정된 서비스는 서비스 소비자가 예약하기를 원하는 일자 및 시간대에서 이루어지는 은행 등의 서비스 대기 번호표를 발행하는 업무인 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 소비자가 예약하여 원하는 시간대에 도달했음을 서버가 실시간으로 전송할 때 지정된 순서의 번호가 표시된 대기 번호표와 함께 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 소비자에게 대기 번호표를 전송한 후에 현재 서비스되고 있는 상기 대기 번호표 전의 번호표를 지속해서 서비스 소비자에게 전송하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    서비스 소비자가 예약한 일자 및 시간대에 도달하기 전의 시간대를 실시간으로 전송하는 것은 주기적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서버에 의해 지정된 서비스의 서비스 제공시간을 고려하는 것은 서버가 평균 제공시간 또는 서버가 가지고 있는 지식을 이용한 추측 서비스 제공시간을 고려하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 지정된 서비스는 식당의 지정된 좌석인 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 지정된 서비스의 평균 제공시간은 식당의 평균 식사시간 또는 서버가 가지고 있는 지식을 이용한 추측 서비스 제공시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 예약상황 확인에 따른 대기시간이 필요 없는 서비스의 예약 시스템.
