Abstract

Description

用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃及抬头显示系统
本申请要求于2021年09月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111136596.4、申请名称为“用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃及抬头显示系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车玻璃领域,尤其涉及一种用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃及抬头显示系统。
背景技术
汽车上越来越多地配置有抬头显示(HUD,Head Up Display)系统,目的是使驾驶员无需低头即可掌握汽车的各种数据情况,有效防止驾驶员因低头查看仪表而酿成的交通事故。AR是增强现实,是基于现实场景实时叠加数字模型,等于在实景上加标注,AR-HUD(Augmented Reality-Head Up Display)为增强现实抬头显示,是以安全驾驶为基础,将动态导航、道路安全预警、商圈信息等等适时的显示在驾驶过程中,AR-HUD要求投影距离一般≥7M,甚至要求投影距离≥10M。随着汽车电子信息技术的发展,需要显示的信息越来越多,需要在同一块挡风玻璃上进行近距离显示(W-HUD,windshield-HUD)如行驶速度等静态信息,和进行远距显示AR-HUD。现有能够同时进行近距显示和远距显示的结构较为复杂,并且产生的图像容易发生重影。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃及抬头显示系统,能够同时进行近距显示图像和远距显示图像,并且显示的图像均不会发生重影。
本发明提供一种用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃,包括:包括:第一玻璃板、第二玻璃板和夹持在所述第一玻璃板与所述第二玻璃板之间的聚合物中间层;
所述夹层玻璃具有顶侧和底侧,从所述夹层玻璃的底侧起,所述夹层玻璃包括用于投影光源进行投影显示的第一抬头显示区域和第二抬头显示区域;
所述投影光源在所述第一抬头显示区域上进行投影显示的投影距离为1米~5米,所述投影光源在所述第二抬头显示区域上进行投影显示的投影距离大于或等于7米;
所述第一抬头显示区域具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面且具有第一楔角;所述第二抬头显示区域具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面且具有第二楔角;
所述第一抬头显示区域与所述第二抬头显示区域邻接,且所述第一楔角大于所述第二楔角。
其中,所述第一楔角与所述第二楔角的差值范围为0.05mrad~0.2mrad。
其中,所述第一楔角大于等于0.3mrad,所述第二楔角大于或等于0.05mrad且小于0.3mrad。

综上所述,本申请提供的夹层玻璃包括具有第一楔角的第一抬头显示区域和具有第二楔角的第二抬头显示区域,投影光源投射在第一抬头显示区域上时能够进行近距显示W-HUD(windshield-HUD),投射在第二抬头显示区域上时能够进行远距显示AR-HUD(增强显示抬头显示),由于在第一抬头显示区域和第二抬头显示区域均存在楔角,因此投影光源投射在第一抬头显示区域产生的近距显示图像和投射在第二抬头显示区域产生的远距显示图像均不会发生重影。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描 述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例提供一种用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃10,夹层玻璃10包括第一玻璃板100、第二玻璃板200和夹持在第一玻璃板100和第二玻璃板200之间的聚合物中间层300。
第一玻璃板100具有第一表面110和第二表面120,第一表面110和第二表面120相对设置,第二表面120朝向聚合物中间层300。第二玻璃板200具有第三表面210和第四表面220,第三表面210和第四表面220相对设置,第三表面210朝向聚合物中间层300。本实施例的夹层玻璃10中,聚合物中间层300的一面与第一玻璃板100的第二表面120粘接贴合,另一面与第二玻璃板200的第三表面210粘接贴合。
抬头显示的夹层玻璃10安装于车辆时,第一玻璃板100作为外玻璃板使用,第二玻璃板200作为内玻璃板使用。夹层玻璃10具有顶侧和底侧,其中顶侧和底侧是指夹层玻璃10安装于车辆上时的顶部和底部方向(参考图12)。从夹层玻璃10的底侧起,夹层玻璃10包括用于投影光源(图未示)进行投影显示的第一抬头显示区域S1和第二抬头显示区域S2。投影光源在第一抬头显示区域S1上进行投影显示的投影距离为1米~5米,投影光源在第二抬头显示区域S2上进行投影显示的投影距离大于或等于7米。沿着夹层玻璃10的剖面方向剖切,第一抬头显示区域S1具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面,且第一抬头显示区域S1具有第一楔角α1。第二抬头显示区域S2具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面,且第二抬头显示区域S2具有第二楔角α2。第一抬头显示区域S1和第二抬头显示区域S2邻接,且第一楔角α1大于第二楔角α2。其中,沿剖面方向剖切形成的剖面是指沿夹层玻璃10的厚度方向进行剖切形成的截面。
本申请实施例提供的夹层玻璃10包括具有第一楔角α1的第一抬头显示区域S1和具有第二楔角α2的第二抬头显示区域S2,投影光源投射在第一抬头显示区域S1上时能够进行近距显示W-HUD(windshield-HUD),投射在第二抬头显示区域S2上时能够进行远距显示AR-HUD(增强显示抬头显示),由于在第一抬头显示区域S1和第二抬头显示区域S2均存在楔角,因此投影光源投射在第一抬头显示区域产生的近距显示图像和投射在第二抬头显示区域产生的远距显示图像均不会发生重影。
图1所示夹层玻璃10中,第一楔角α1和第二楔角α2以固定楔角进行示例,第一楔角α1和第二楔角α2也可以为连续变化楔角。将第一楔角α1和第二楔角α2设置为固定楔角,具备制作工艺简单、容易实现大批量生产、节约成本的优势。
在一种实施例中,如图1所示,聚合物中间层300具有相对的第一面310和第二面320,第二表面120朝向第一面310,第三表面210朝向第二面320。其中,第一面310为多段斜面,第二面320为平面。第一面310包括第一楔形倾斜面311和第二楔形倾斜面312,第一楔形倾斜面311和第二楔形倾斜面312邻接,第一楔形倾斜面311与第二面320(图示中虚线与第二面320平行)形成第一楔角α1,第二楔形倾斜面312与第二面320形成第二楔角α2,第一楔角α1大于第二楔角α2。本实施例的夹层玻璃10中,第一玻璃板100的第二表面120与聚合物中间层300的第一面310粘接贴合,第二玻璃板200的第三表面210与聚合物中间层300的第二面320粘接贴合。
在另一种实施例中,如图2所示,聚合物中间层300具有相对的第一面310和第二面320,第二表面120朝向第一面310,第三表面210朝向第二面320。其中,第一面310为多段斜面, 第二面320也为多段斜面。第一面310包括第一楔形倾斜面311和第二楔形倾斜面312,第二面320包括第三楔形倾斜面321和第四楔形倾斜面322。第一楔形倾斜面311与第三楔形倾斜面321(图示最下方虚线与第三楔形倾斜面321平行)形成第一楔角α1,第二楔形倾斜面312与第四楔形倾斜面322(图示中间段虚线与第四楔形倾斜面322平行)形成第二楔角α2,第一楔角α1大于第二楔角α2。
聚合物中间层300的材料通常选用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),用于将第一玻璃板100和第二玻璃板200粘接固定在一起。可以理解的是,本申请聚合物中间层300的材料不限于此,还可以选用聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚丙烯酸酯(PA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚氨酯(PUR)等。在一些实施例中,聚合物中间层300包括至少两层聚合物层,至少两层聚合物层中的第一聚合物层中增塑剂含量高于第二聚合物层中的增塑剂含量,使得基于该聚合物中间层300的夹层玻璃10具备隔音功能。
在一种实施例中,聚合物中间层300中添加有功能成分。功能成分包含但不限于着色剂、红外线吸收剂、紫外线吸收剂等。着色剂可以例举的有染料等。在聚合物中间层300中添加着色剂能够使得聚合物中间层300形成着色区,可以用作阴影带以降低太阳光对人眼的干扰,添加红外线吸收剂和紫外线吸收剂能够使得聚合物中间层300具有防晒或隔热效果。
在一种实施例中,第一抬头显示区域S1具有的第一楔角α1和第二抬头显示区域S2具有的第二楔角α2之间的差值范围为0.05mrad~0.2mrad,即0.05mrad≤α1-α2≤0.2mrad。通过控制第一楔角α1与第二楔角α2的差值范围,一方面能够使得从第一楔形倾斜面到第二楔形倾斜面过渡明显,从而保证投射光源在第二楔形倾斜面形成较好的远距离显示效果,另一方面从工艺角度容易实现制作,此外该差值范围的设置不会影响聚合物中间层透光度变化,避免出现眩晕。作为一种实施方式,可以在采用挤出工艺制备聚合物中间层300时,利用两种楔形棍和平辊进行组合,来实现具有两个楔角的聚合物中间层300的制作。
在一种实施例中,第一抬头显示区域S1具有的第一楔角α1大于等于0.3mrad,第二抬头显示区域S2具有的第二楔角α2大于或等于0.05mrad且小于0.3mrad,即α1≥0.3mrad,0.05mrad≤α2<0.3mrad。在夹层玻璃10用作车辆挡风玻璃时,综合考虑车身设计、挡风玻璃的装车角度等因素,来匹配设定第一楔角α1和第二楔角α2的范围,在一些实施例中α1≥0.3mrad,0.05mrad≤α2<0.3mrad。
在一种实施例中,夹层玻璃10还包括信息采集区域S3,信息采集区域S3用于为信息采集系统采集信息提供开口区域。信息采集区域S3位于第二抬头显示区域S2的顶侧且与第二抬头显示S2邻接。沿着夹层玻璃10的剖面方向剖切,信息采集区域S3具有顶侧厚度小于底侧厚度的反楔形剖面且具有第三楔角α3,所述第三楔角α3大于或等于-0.05mrad且小于0mrad。
本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,夹层玻璃10中的信息采集区域S3具有顶侧厚度小于底侧厚度的反楔形剖面,第三楔角α3为反楔角。夹层玻璃10作为车辆挡风玻璃使用时,信息采集系统能够收集车辆外部情况来改善车辆行驶的安全性能和舒适度,本申请在夹层玻璃10上设置信息采集区域S3,能够为信息采集系统采集信息提供开口区域。
在第二实施例中,信息采集区域S3位于第二抬头显示区域S2的顶侧且与第二抬头显示S2邻接。沿着夹层玻璃10的剖面方向剖切,信息采集区域S3具有顶侧厚度等于底侧厚度的等厚剖面形状。
在第三实施例中,信息采集区域S3位于第二抬头显示区域S2的顶侧且与第二抬头显示S2邻接。沿着夹层玻璃10的剖面方向剖切,信息采集区域S3具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的 楔形剖面且具有第三楔角α3,第三楔角大于0mrad且小于或等于0.05mrad,第二楔角α2大于第三楔角α3。
当车外物体的两个光线采用不同的路径从车辆外部通过夹层玻璃10传输到信息采集系统时,传输会产生双重图像或重影图像。相较于第二实施例和第三实施例,将设置第三楔角α3为反楔角,能够改善双重图像问题和减少夹层玻璃10厚度的效果。上述信息采集系统为现有设备,可以例举的有电子传感器、相机、雷达、通讯设备等。其中,雷达可以为激光雷达,电子传感器可以为湿度传感器、触摸传感器等。
参阅图3,在一种实施例中,夹层玻璃10还包括遮蔽层400,遮蔽层400的材料通常为深色油墨,用于遮蔽和保护车内零部件,防止车内零部件被阳光直射造成老化而损坏,以提高车内零部件的使用寿命,同时遮蔽层还能够遮挡车内零部件,以保证外部观察的整体美观。本申请中,遮蔽层400包括第一遮蔽层410和/或第二遮蔽层420,即遮蔽层400为单独的第一遮蔽层410,单独的第二遮蔽层420,以及同时包括第一遮蔽层410和第二遮蔽层420。其中,第一遮蔽层410设于第一玻璃板100靠近聚合物中间层300的第二表面120上,并且设于第二表面120的周向区域,可以通过将深色油墨印刷在第二表面120的四周边部形成,第二表面120上未被第一遮蔽层410覆盖的区域则形成了显示区域,用于光线的透过和显示图像。第二遮蔽层420设于第二玻璃板200靠近聚合物中间层300的第三表面210上,并且设于第三表面210的周向区域。或者第二遮蔽层420设于第二玻璃板200与第三表面210相对的第四表面220上,并且设于第四表面220的周向区域。可以通过将深色油墨印刷在第三表面210或第四表面220的四周边部形成,第三表面210或第四表面220上未被第二遮蔽层420覆盖的区域则形成了显示区域,用于光线的透过和显示图像。
遮蔽层400为单独的第一遮蔽层410时,即为单独在第一玻璃板100上的第二表面120上设置第一遮蔽层410。遮蔽层400为单独的第二遮蔽层420时,即为单独在第二玻璃板200上的第三表面210或第四表面220上设置第二遮蔽层420。遮蔽层400同时包括第一遮蔽层410和第二遮蔽层420时,即同时在第一玻璃板100的第二表面120上设置第一遮蔽层410,以及在第二玻璃板200的第三表面210或第四表面220上设置第二遮蔽层420。图2示例中的夹层玻璃10仅以在第二表面120形成以第一遮蔽层410和在第三表面210形成第二遮蔽层420为例进行说明。第一遮蔽层410上设有第一窗口411,第一窗口411开设在第一遮蔽层410对应信息采集区域S3的区域,第二遮蔽层420上设有第二窗口421,第二窗口421开设在第二遮蔽层420对应信息采集区域S3的区域。当第一玻璃板100与聚合物中间层300、第二玻璃板200粘合后,从第一窗口411透过的光线穿透聚合物中间层300,并从第二窗口421射出,第一窗口411和第二窗口421即为信息采集区域S3提供的开口区域。本示例中以信息采集系统是相机为例,夹层玻璃10在作为车辆的挡风玻璃使用时,第一玻璃板100作为外玻璃使用,其第一表面110位于车辆的外部,第二玻璃板200作为内玻璃使用,其第四表面220位于车辆的内部,相机则通过支架安装在第四表面220上或第四表面220的附近,第一窗口411和第二窗口421用于提供相机窗口,当车外物体的两个光线采用不同路径从第一窗口411射入时,光线路径会经过聚合物中间层300,然后从第二窗口421射出并被相机采集。当信息采集区域S3具有第三楔角并且第三楔角为反楔角时,能够改善相机的双重图像问题。可以理解的是,所述信息采集系统还可以为电子传感器、雷达、通讯设备等。其中,雷达可以为激光雷达,电子传感器可以为湿度传感器、触摸传感器等。
当信息采集系统为相机时,信息采集系统所需窗口即为相机窗口。请参阅图3和图4,开设有第一窗口411的第一遮蔽层410和/或开设有第二窗口421的第二遮蔽层420共同限定 形成了相机窗口500,遮蔽层400设有第一窗口411和第二窗口421的区域对应信息采集区域S3。遮蔽层400的内边缘则限定出了显示区域600,显示区域600可以被划分为第一抬头显示区域S1和第二抬头显示区域S2,分别用于投影光源投射在第一抬头显示区域S1上进行近距显示W-HUD和投射在第二抬头显示区域S2进行远距显示AR-HUD。
本实施例中,采用在第一遮蔽层410上开设第一窗口411和在第二遮蔽层420上开设第二窗口421的方式,利用第一窗口411和第二窗口421共同限定出信息采集系统所需窗口的大小,即具有第一窗口411的第一遮蔽层410与具有第二窗口421的第二遮蔽层420相互覆盖,覆盖重合后形成的即为信息采集系统所需窗口的大小,也即利用第一窗口411和第二窗口421相互覆盖,共同限定形成相机窗口500。当安装有信息采集系统如安装有相机时,相机的支架安装区域对应相机窗口500,相机窗口500为光学透过区域,为相机提供窗口区域,通常设置的遮蔽层会印刷并延伸至相机的支架安装区域附近,并围绕在相机窗口500的周边。夹层玻璃10作为车辆挡风玻璃使用时,第一玻璃板100和第二玻璃板200通常为弯曲玻璃板,需要将玻璃板经过至少550℃的高温热处理弯曲成型。玻璃板被加热的主要方式是在加热炉内通过加热原件对其热辐射,遮蔽层400通常为深色油墨,其对热辐射的吸收能力与玻璃板对热辐射的吸收能力存在明显差异,印刷有遮蔽层的区域则比没有印刷遮蔽层的区域具有更高的温度,从而在玻璃板上的不同部位形成了温度梯度,导致玻璃板弯曲成型动力学差异,使得印刷有遮蔽层的区域与没有印刷遮蔽层的相机窗口500区域的交界处周围出现光学失真或光畸变,尤其是在交界处附近较为明显,进而会影响相机窗口500的光学质量。本申请实施例通过采用第一遮蔽层410和第二遮蔽层420相互覆盖共同限定出相机窗口500的方式,能够避免通常设置的遮蔽层会出现光畸变的问题。
在一种实施例中,参阅图5和图6,采用如图5的第一窗口411和如图6的第二窗口421共同限定出相机窗口500。第一遮蔽层410通常为深色油墨,如黑色油墨、棕色油墨,印刷在第一玻璃板100的第二表面120上后,与第一玻璃板100一起经过至少550℃的高温热处理固化。第一遮蔽层410上设置的第一窗口411在至少一个方向上大于相机窗口500(图中虚线所示)的尺寸,图5中第一窗口411在上、下、左、右四个方向上均大于相机窗口500的尺寸,即第一窗口411的上边边框、下边边框、左边边框和右边边框均大于相机窗口500的边框。在一些实施例中,第一窗口411的边框与相机窗口500的边框之间的最小距离≥20mm,即第一窗口411在至少一个方向上大于相机窗口500的最小距离≥20mm,以保证第一窗口411的边框附近的光畸变不会影响到相机窗口500。第二遮蔽层420上设置的第二窗口421等于相机窗口500的尺寸,图6中第二窗口421与相机窗口500重合,第一窗口411和第二窗口421共同限定出相机窗口500。第二玻璃板200作为内玻璃板使用,当其厚度≤1.1mm时,内玻璃板可无须经过550℃的高温热处理弯曲成型,而是通过冷成型工艺实现弯曲成型,然后与弯曲成型后的第一玻璃板100粘合并最终实现夹层玻璃10弯曲成型。由于第二玻璃板200可无须经过高温热处理,因此设在第二玻璃板200上的第二遮蔽层420也可无须经过高温热处理,第二遮蔽层420上开设的第二窗口421不会发生光畸变。通过设置如图5所示的第一窗口411和如图6所示的第二窗口421,改善了形成的窗口500的光畸变问题。
在另一实施例中,参阅图7和图8,采用如图7的第一窗口411和如图8的第二窗口421共同限定出相机窗口500。第一遮蔽层410上设置的第一窗口411在至少一个方向上大于相机窗口500(图中虚线所示)的尺寸,图7中第一窗口411在向下的方向上大于相机窗口500的尺寸,第一窗口411的下边边框与相机窗口500的下边边框(图中虚线)的最小距离≥20mm,第一窗口411的上边边框、左边边框和右边边框均与相机窗口500重合。第一遮蔽层410印 刷在第一玻璃板100的第二表面120后,与第一玻璃板100一起经过至少550℃的高温热处理,由于第一窗口411的下边边框与相机窗口500的下边边框的最小距离≥20mm,保证了第一窗口411的下边附近的光畸变不影响相机窗口500。第二遮蔽层420上设置的第二窗口421在至少一个方向上大于相机窗口500的尺寸,图8中第二窗口421的上边边框大于相机窗口500的尺寸,距离相机窗口500上边边框的最小距离≥20mm,第二窗口421的左边边框大于相机窗口500的尺寸,距离相机窗口500左边边框的最小距离≥20mm,第二窗口421的右边边框大于相机窗口500的尺寸,距离相机窗口500右边边框的最小距离≥20mm。第二遮蔽层420印刷在第二玻璃板200的第三表面210或第四表面220上后,与第二玻璃板200一起经过550℃的高温热处理,由于第二窗口421与相机窗口500的上边边框、左边边框和右边边框的最小距离均≥20mm,保证了第二窗口421的上边边框、左边边框、右边边框附近的光畸变不影响相机窗口500。通过设置如图7所示的第一窗口411和如图8所示的第二窗口421,改善了形成的窗口500的光畸变问题。
可以理解的是,本申请对信息采集系统的数量并不限制,即并不限制设在第一遮蔽层410上的第一窗口411和/或设在第二遮蔽层420上的第二窗口421的数量。以同时设置两个第一窗口411和两个第二窗口421为例,通过设置两个第一窗口411和两个窗口421,最终可以限定形成两个相机窗口500,如图9所示,每一个相机窗口500为一个信息采集系统提供开口区域。
参阅图10和图11,在一种实施例中,夹层玻璃10还包括透明导电膜700。透明导电膜700可以设于第一玻璃板100靠近聚合物中间层300的第二表面120上,如图10所示,本实施例中,第一玻璃板100的第二表面120与透明导电膜700的一面粘接贴合,透明导电膜700的另一面与聚合物中间层300的第一面310粘接贴合,聚合物中间层300的第二面320与第二玻璃板200的第三表面210粘接贴合。透明导电膜700也可以设于第二玻璃板200靠近聚合物中间层300的第三表面210上,如图11所示,本实施例中,第一玻璃板100的第二表面120与聚合物中间层300的第一面310粘接贴合,聚合物中间层300的第二面320与透明导电膜700的一面粘接贴合,透明导电膜700的另一面与第二玻璃板200的第三表面210粘接贴合。透明导电膜700可以通过气相沉积的方式沉积在第二表面120或第三表面210上,例如通过磁控溅射工艺进行沉积.在一些实施例中,选择透明导电膜700的材料时,考虑其能够承受高温热处理,例如烘弯或钢化等弯曲工艺的热处理过程。具体地,透明导电膜700可以选用金属镀膜、金属合金镀膜或透明导电氧化物镀膜。其中,金属镀膜可以选用金(Au)、银(Ag)、铜(Cu)或铝(Al)等,例如采用银基镀膜,银基镀膜可以采用多层即其包含至少一个银层,比如包含一个银层(单银)、两个银层(双银)、三个银层(三银)等情况。金属合金镀膜可以选用银合金。透明导电氧化物镀膜可以选用铟锡氧化物(ITO)、掺杂氟的二氧化锡(FTO)、掺杂铝的二氧化锡、掺杂镓的二氧化锡、掺杂硼的二氧化锡、锡锌氧化物或掺杂锑的氧化锡等。透明导电膜700可以起到反射红外线的作用,从而使得夹层玻璃10具有隔热功能,夹层玻璃10作为车辆挡风玻璃使用时,能够提高驾驶舒适性。
在一种实施例中,夹层玻璃10还包括外部电源,利用外部电源与透明导电膜700电性连接,使得夹层玻璃10具有电加热功能,以除霜除雾除冰除雪,保证驾驶安全性。具体地,可以通过导电母线将透明导电膜700与外部电源进行电性连接,导电母线与透明导电膜700直接电接触,外部电源的电流通过导电母线输入透明导电膜700中形成加热区,使得透明导电膜700的表面温度快速提升,从而去除夹层玻璃10表面附近的霜、雾、冰、雪等。导电母线可以选用金属箔和/或导电银浆等,金属箔具体可以为金箔、银箔、铜箔或铝箔等。
在一种实施例中,作为内玻璃板使用的第二玻璃板200的厚度≤1.8mm,甚至≤1.1mm,更甚至≤0.7mm,利于降低甚至消除透明导电膜700对近距显示的W-HUD图像和远距显示的AR-HUD图像的影响。
参阅图12,本申请还提供一种抬头显示系统,抬头显示系统包括夹层玻璃10和投影光源20,投影光源20用于产生至少一道光束30,至少一道光束30投射在夹层玻璃10上形成至少一个投影显示图像。在一些实施例中,投影光源20至少产生投影距离不同的第一光束31和第二光束32,第一光束31投射在第一抬头显示区域S1上形成第一图像,示例中第一图案为近距显示W-HUD图案,例如行驶速度、行驶距离、警告提示等静态信息。第二光束32投射在第二抬头显示区域S2上形成第二图像,示例中第二图像为远距显示AR-HUD图像,例如实时车道显示、导航提示、前方实景标记等信息。
参阅图12和图13,投影光源20投影在第一抬头显示区域S1的光线区域L1(虚线框区域)和投影在第二抬头显示区域S2的光线区域L2(实线框区域)部分重叠形成重叠区域L3,重叠区域L3位于第一抬头显示区域S1和第二抬头显示区域S2的交界处,能够实现第一抬头显示区域S1(W-HUD区域)和第二抬头显示区域S2(AR-HUD区域)的实时显示融合,即光线区域L1投射在夹层玻璃10对应第一抬头显示区域S1的区域并且延伸至对应第二抬头显示区域S2的部分区域,光线区域L2投射在夹层玻璃10对应第二抬头显示区域S2的区域并且延伸至对应第一抬头显示区域S1的部分区域。形成的重叠区域L3在沿夹层玻璃10的顶侧至底侧的方向上的高度H小于150mm,设定重叠区域630的高度H小于150mm能够保证不分散驾驶人员的注意力,以保证驾驶安全性。
第一光束31在第一抬头显示区域S1形成的第一投影显示图像与第二光束32在第二抬头显示区域S2形成的第二投影显示图像部分重叠形成重叠区域L3,第一抬头显示区域S1和第二抬头显示区域S2在重叠区域L3之外的部分,图像正常显示,如图14所示显示正常HUD图像,在重叠区域630的部分,第一图像和第二图像实时显示融合。
在另一种实施例中,重叠区域L3在沿夹层玻璃10的顶侧至底侧的方向上的高度H大于10mm且小于150mm。重叠区域L3覆盖第一抬头显示区域S1与第二抬头显示区域S2和的交界面,将重叠区域L3在沿夹层玻璃10的顶侧至底侧的方向上的高度H设置为大于10mm且小于150mm,即10mm<H<150mm,能够保证第一抬头显示区域S1平滑地过渡到第二抬头显示区域S2,能够有效地避免第一抬头显示区域S1中显示的第一投影显示图像的上部和第二抬头显示区域S2中显示的第二投影显示图像的下部发生如图15所示的变形。
继续参阅图3、图12和图13,在一种实施例中,抬头显示系统还包括信息采集系统40,夹层玻璃10包括信息采集区域S3,信息采集区域S3位于第二抬头显示区域S2的顶侧且与第二抬头显示区域S2邻接,信息采集区域S3具有用于为信息采集系统40采集信息提供的开口区域,如相机窗口500。信息采集系统40安装在在夹层玻璃10的第四表面220上或第四表面220附近,夹层玻璃10在对应信息采集区域S3处形成有相机窗口500,车辆外部光线经由该相机窗口500到达信息采集系统40,信息采集系统40透过该信息采集区域S3上的相机窗口500采集信息。其中,当信息采集区域S3具有反楔角时,能够保证信息采集系统40不会产生双重图像。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,包括:第一玻璃板、第二玻璃板和夹持在所述第一玻璃板与所述第二玻璃板之间的聚合物中间层;
    所述夹层玻璃具有顶侧和底侧,从所述夹层玻璃的底侧起,所述夹层玻璃包括用于投影光源进行投影显示的第一抬头显示区域和第二抬头显示区域;
    所述投影光源在所述第一抬头显示区域上进行投影显示的投影距离为1米~5米,所述投影光源在所述第二抬头显示区域上进行投影显示的投影距离大于或等于7米;
    所述第一抬头显示区域具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面且具有第一楔角;所述第二抬头显示区域具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面且具有第二楔角;
    所述第一抬头显示区域与所述第二抬头显示区域邻接,且所述第一楔角大于所述第二楔角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一楔角与所述第二楔角的差值范围为0.05mrad~0.2mrad。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一楔角大于等于0.3mrad,所述第二楔角大于或等于0.05mrad且小于0.3mrad。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃还包括信息采集区域,所述信息采集区域具有用于为信息采集系统采集信息提供的开口区域,所述信息采集区域位于所述第二抬头显示区域的顶侧且与所述第二抬头显示区域邻接,所述信息采集区域具有顶侧厚度小于底侧厚度的反楔形剖面且具有第三楔角,所述第三楔角大于或等于-0.05mrad且小于0mrad。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃还包括信息采集区域,所述信息采集区域具有用于为信息采集系统采集信息提供的开口区域,所述信息采集区域位于所述第二抬头显示区域的顶侧且与所述第二抬头显示区域邻接,所述信息采集区域具有顶侧厚度等于底侧厚度的等厚剖面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃还包括信息采集区域,所述信息采集区域具有用于为信息采集系统采集信息提供的开口区域,所述信息采集区域位于所述第二抬头显示区域的顶侧且与所述第二抬头显示区域邻接,所述信息采集区域具有顶侧厚度大于底侧厚度的楔形剖面且具有第三楔角,所述第三楔角大于0mrad且小于或等于0.05mrad,所述第二楔角大于所述第三楔角。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一玻璃板具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第二表面朝向所述聚合物中间层,所述第二玻璃板具有相对的第三表面和第四表面,所述第三表面朝向所述聚合物中间层;
    所述夹层玻璃还设有遮蔽层,所述遮蔽层包括第一遮蔽层和/或第二遮蔽层,所述第一遮蔽层设于所述第二表面的周向区域,所述第二遮蔽层设于所述第三表面的周向区域或所述第四表面的周向区域,所述第一遮蔽层上设有第一窗口,所述第二遮蔽层上设有第二窗口,所述第一窗口或所述第二窗口用于为信息采集系统采集信息提供开口区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃包括所述第一遮蔽层和所述第二遮蔽层,所述第一窗口在至少一个方向上大于所述信息采集系统所需开口的尺寸;所述第二窗口等于所述信息采集系统所需开口的尺寸,或者在至少一个方向上大于所述信息采集系统所需开口的尺寸。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一玻璃板具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第二表面朝向所述聚合物中间层,所述第二玻璃板具有相对的第三表面和第四表面,所述第三表面朝向所述聚合物中间层;
    所述夹层玻璃还包括透明导电膜,所述透明导电膜设于所述第一玻璃板朝向所述聚合物中间层的所述第二表面上,或者设于所述第二玻璃板朝向所述聚合物中间层的所述第三表面上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃还包括外部电源,所述外部电源与所述透明导电膜电性连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述聚合物中间层中包括至少两层聚合物层,至少两层所述聚合物层中的第一聚合物层中的增塑剂含量高于第二聚合物层中的增塑剂含量。
  12. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第二玻璃板的厚度小于等于1.8mm。
  13. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述投影光源投影在所述第一抬头显示区域的光线区域和所述投影光源投影在所述第二抬头显示区域的光线区域部分重叠形成重叠区域,所述重叠区域在沿所述夹层玻璃的顶侧至底侧的方向上的高度小于150mm。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述重叠区域在沿顶侧至底侧的方向上的高度大于10mm。
  15. 一种抬头显示系统,其特征在于,包括投影光源和根据权利要求1至14任一项所述的夹层玻璃,所述投影光源用于产生至少一道光束,至少一道所述光束投射在所述夹层玻璃上形成至少一个投影显示图像。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的抬头显示系统,其特征在于,所述投影光源至少产生投影距离不同的第一光束和第二光束,所述第一光束投射在所述第一抬头显示区域以形成第一抬头显示图像,所述第二光束投射在所述第二抬头显示区域以形成第二抬头显示图像。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的抬头显示系统,其特征在于,所述抬头显示系统还包括信息采集系统,所述夹层玻璃还包括信息采集区域,所述信息采集区域位于所述第二抬头显示区域的顶侧且与所述第二抬头显示区域邻接,所述信息采集系统透过所述信息采集区域采集信息。
