Description
本发明涉及一种机箱及机箱模块。
随着通讯社会的发展,基站的铺设越来越多,鼠笼作为通讯基站内防护光模块(SFP)的重要零件,其主要功能时实现电磁屏蔽,防止外来信号的干扰。鼠笼的安装已经成为用户比较关注的问题,因为鼠笼作为一个单独的零件,无法实现完整的信号屏蔽功能,必须将鼠笼与其他的设备进行接触。
现有技术中鼠笼的安装方式如图1和图2所示,其包括机箱1,机箱1上安装PCB板5以及鼠笼4、光模块8,鼠笼4套在光模块8的外部。使用时,鼠笼4焊接在PCB板5上,PCB板5通过螺钉固定安装在机箱1的支柱3上。在机箱1上开设有穿孔,鼠笼4由穿孔中穿出,为了连通鼠笼4与机箱1,在机箱1的穿孔中穿装有插座2,插座2中环形结构,一端凸出布置在机箱1的外部,插座2的该端供插头插入,鼠笼4与插座2之间接触实现导通,鼠笼4通过插座2实现与机箱1的屏蔽导电连通,整体上形成机箱模块。其中,插座2采用插座紧固螺钉7固定安装在机箱1上,同时,为了防水,在插座2与机箱1之间布置有密封圈6。
现有技术存在的问题在于,需要另外增加插座来实现屏蔽,安装不方便,且增加密封圈之后,机箱1与插座2之间无法实现良好地接触以实现连通,屏蔽不连续,电磁屏蔽效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机箱,以解决现有技术中安装不便、屏蔽效果差的技术问题;还提供一种使用该机箱的机箱模块,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的机箱的技术方案是:一种机箱,包括:
箱体,箱体上一体凸出设置有凸台,所述凸台设有供插头插入的插口;
所述箱体上设有与所述插口连通的屏蔽腔,屏蔽腔具有用于与鼠笼外周接触以实现屏蔽的内壁面。
有益效果:箱体上设置屏蔽腔,屏蔽腔的内壁面与鼠笼直接接触,不需要像现有技术中需要插座进行转接,而凸台一体成型在箱体上,凸台与箱体、鼠笼之间保持有良好的导电连通,待插口与插头接触之后,能够实现插头、机柜的整体屏蔽导通,屏蔽效果更好。
优选地,所述箱体上设有与插口连通的U形槽,U形槽供鼠笼自槽口放入,所述屏蔽腔形成于U形槽内部。设置U形槽之后,安装鼠笼时能够由一侧装入,安装更加方便,利于实现自动化装配。
优选地,所述箱体上活动或可拆安装有用于压装在鼠笼上的屏蔽压板,屏蔽压板用于与所述U形槽配合而形成周向封闭的所述屏蔽腔。通过屏蔽压板对鼠笼的压装,能够将鼠笼可靠地保持固定在U形槽内,而且屏蔽压板与U形槽形成周向封闭的屏蔽腔,对鼠笼的屏蔽效果更好。
优选地,所述箱体上于U形槽的槽口位置两侧设有螺纹孔,机箱还包括用于贯穿屏蔽压板并穿入螺纹孔中的压板紧固螺钉,压板紧固螺钉用于将屏蔽压板压装于箱体上。通过两个压板紧固螺钉进行安装,使用时可以将屏蔽压板完全取下,安装较为方便。

在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,可能出现的术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接连接,也可以是通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,可能出现的术语“设有”应做广义理解,例如,“设有”的对象可以是本体的一部分,也可以是与本体分体布置并连接在本体上,该连接可以是可拆连接,也可以是不可拆连接。对于本领域技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本发明所提供的机箱模块的具体实施例1:
如图3至图7所示,机箱模块包括机箱1以及安装在机箱1上的光模块8、PCB板5以及鼠笼4,鼠笼4套在光模块8的外部,鼠笼4焊接在PCB板5上,PCB板5通过螺钉固定在机箱1内的支柱上,通过鼠笼4与机箱1直接的接触实现对光模块8的屏蔽保护。
机箱1的结构如图4至图6所示,机箱1包括箱体101,箱体101上设有用来安装PCB板5的支柱,在箱体101的一侧一体成型有凸台9,凸台9凸出布置,凸台9内有插口10,插口10供外接的插头插入,插口10的内壁用来与插头外部的密封圈进行配合实现密封。在箱体101上还开设有开口朝上的U形槽14,U形槽14供鼠笼4自上向下放入,并且U形槽14的槽底、槽壁均用来与鼠笼4的外周面接触实现导电连通。其中,U形槽14与插口10连通,使得光模块8能够伸入插口10中,以用来与插头进行配合。
机箱1还包括屏蔽压板11,屏蔽压板11能够自上向下压装在U形槽14上,并与U形槽14接触,从而形成周向封闭的屏蔽腔,能够对鼠笼4实现全屏蔽。其中,屏蔽压板11分体可拆地安装在箱体101上,具体地,在U形槽14的槽口位置两侧开设有两个螺纹孔 13,屏蔽压板11上对应开设螺钉穿孔,使用时,通过两个压板紧固螺钉12将屏蔽压板11固定在U形槽14的槽口处。屏蔽压板11能够顶压在鼠笼4上,从而与鼠笼4实现导电连通,屏蔽压板11与U形槽14的槽口也实现导电接触,实现与鼠笼4的全屏蔽。在插口10与U形槽14之间的为隔板18。
本发明中,由于不需要另外加装插座来实现鼠笼与箱体之间的导电连通,结构简单,而且不需要为了安装插座而设置密封圈,从而导致屏蔽不连续,屏蔽效果差。本实施例中的机箱模块组装时,如图7所示,首先将鼠笼4套在光模块8上,将鼠笼4焊接在PCB板5上,然后将PCB板5自上向下安装在箱体101内的支柱上,并用螺钉进行固定。PCB板5向下安装的同时,鼠笼4放入U形槽14中并与U形槽14的槽底、槽壁接触,最后将屏蔽压板11装在箱体101上,此时鼠笼4自带的屏蔽片与屏蔽压板11连接,实现全屏蔽。
本发明机箱模块的具体实施例2:
如图8所示,与实施例1的不同之处在于,实施例1中,屏蔽压板通过两个压板紧固螺钉分体安装在箱体上。本实施例中,在箱体101上开设一个螺纹孔,屏蔽压板11的一端通过合页15与箱体101转动装配在一起,另一端通过压板紧固螺钉12进行固定。组装时,先将鼠笼4安装在PCB板上,将屏蔽压板11的一端抬起,放下PCB板,再将屏蔽压板11放下,用压板紧固螺钉12拧紧固定。其他实施例中,屏蔽压板的一端通过销轴转动安装在箱体上,另一端与箱体可拆相连,可拆相连的方式可以为螺钉连接,也可以为卡装,具体地,在屏蔽压板上设有卡块,在箱体上设置卡槽,实现卡装。
本发明机箱模块的具体实施例3:
如图9所示,与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例中,在箱体101上安装有销轴,销轴上安装有扭簧16,扭簧16一端顶在箱体101上,另一端连在屏蔽压板(图中未显示)上,通过扭簧16能够将屏蔽压板压在箱体101上,进而保证屏蔽压板能够压在鼠笼4上。
本发明机箱模块的具体实施例4:
与上述各实施例的不同之处在于,上述各实施例中,屏蔽腔均是由屏蔽压板和U形槽配合形成的。本实施例中,如图10所示,在机箱101上开设有贯通的通孔17,通孔17与插口连通,通孔17供鼠笼4插入,并且通孔17的内壁面用来与鼠笼4接触实现屏蔽导通。此时,通孔17构成了周向封闭的屏蔽腔。
本发明机箱模块的具体实施例5:
与实施例1-3的不同之处在于,实施例1-3中,屏蔽腔均为周向封闭的结构。本实施例中,将屏蔽压板取消,仅保留U形槽,供鼠笼自U形槽的槽口放入,此时虽然未能形成周向封 闭的屏蔽腔,但是鼠笼仍然可以与屏蔽腔的内壁面接触,从而实现屏蔽。
本发明机箱的具体实施例:
机箱的结构与上述机箱模块各实施例中机箱的结构一致,在此不再赘述。
最后需要说明的是,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行不需付出创造性劳动的修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种机箱,其特征在于:包括:箱体(101),箱体(101)上一体凸出设置有凸台(9),所述凸台(9)设有供插头插入的插口(10);所述箱体(101)上设有与所述插口(10)连通的屏蔽腔,屏蔽腔具有用于与鼠笼(4)外周接触以实现屏蔽的内壁面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(101)上设有与插口(10)连通的U形槽(14),U形槽(14)供鼠笼(4)自槽口放入,所述屏蔽腔形成于U形槽(14)内部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(101)上活动或可拆安装有用于压装在鼠笼(4)上的屏蔽压板(11),屏蔽压板(11)用于与所述U形槽(14)配合而形成周向封闭的所述屏蔽腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(101)上于U形槽(14)的槽口位置两侧设有螺纹孔(13),机箱(1)还包括用于贯穿屏蔽压板(11)并穿入螺纹孔(13)中的压板紧固螺钉(12),压板紧固螺钉(12)用于将屏蔽压板(11)压装于箱体(101)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述屏蔽压板(11)的一端转动装配在箱体(101)上;所述屏蔽压板(11)的另一端用于与箱体(101)可拆相连,或者,箱体(101)上于屏蔽压板(11)转动的一端设有扭簧,扭簧用于对屏蔽压板(11)施加朝向鼠笼(4)的弹性力。
- 一种机箱模块,包括机箱(1)以及设于机箱(1)上的PCB板(5)、鼠笼(4);其特征在于:所述机箱(1)包括:箱体(101),箱体(101)上一体凸出设置有凸台(9),所述凸台(9)设有供插头插入的插口(10);所述箱体(101)上设有与所述插口(10)连通的屏蔽腔,屏蔽腔具有与鼠笼(4)外周接触以实现屏蔽的内壁面。
- 根据权利要求6所述的机箱模块,其特征在于:所述箱体(101)上设有与插口(10)连通的U形槽(14),U形槽(14)供鼠笼(4)自槽口放入,所述屏蔽腔形成于U形槽(14)内部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的机箱模块,其特征在于:所述箱体(101)上活动或可拆安装有用于压装在鼠笼(4)上的屏蔽压板(11),屏蔽压板(11)用于与所述U形槽(14)配合而形成周向封闭的所述屏蔽腔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的机箱模块,其特征在于:所述箱体(101)上于U形槽(14)的槽口位置两侧设有螺纹孔(13),机箱(1)还包括用于贯穿屏蔽压板(11)并穿入螺纹孔(13)中的压板紧固螺钉(12),压板紧固螺钉(12)用于将屏蔽压板(11)压装于箱体(101)上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的机箱模块,其特征在于:所述屏蔽压板(11)的一端转动装配在箱体(101)上;所述屏蔽压板(11)的另一端用于与箱体(101)可拆相连,或者,箱体(101)上于屏蔽压板(11)转动的一端设有扭簧,扭簧用于对屏蔽压板(11)施加朝向鼠笼(4)的弹性力。
