Abstract
Description
投光ビームを外界の検出領域へ向けて走査し、投光ビームに対する検出領域からの反射ビームを検出する光検出装置であって、
投光ビームを投光する投光部、及び投光ビームとは光路のフットプリントが重畳する反射ビームを受光する受光部を、含む光学ユニットと、
光学ユニットを内部に収容する収容室を、形成する収容ユニットとを、備え、
収容ユニットは、
収容室から検出領域へ投光ビームを透過させ、検出領域から収容室へ反射ビームを透過させる光学窓部と、
光学窓部を外周側から囲んで保持する保持部と、
光学ユニット及び光学窓部の間を仕切って配置され、投光ビームに対する反射率が光学窓部側において保持部よりも低く、投光ビームに対する吸収率が光学窓部側において保持部よりも高い光学仕切部とを、含む。
図1~6に示すように、本開示の第一実施形態による光検出装置10は、移動体の外界を光学的に観測するための、LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging/Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging)である。光検出装置10は、移動体として手動運転、自動運転、及び遠隔運転のうち少なくとも一種類の運転が可能な、例えば自動車等の車両に搭載される。尚、以下の説明では断り書きがない限り、前、後、上、下、左、及び右が示す各方向は、水平面上の車両を基準として定義される。また、水平方向及び鉛直方向は、水平面上の車両における、当該水平面に対しての平行方向及び垂直方向をそれぞれ示す。
以上説明した第一実施形態の作用効果を、以下に説明する。
第二実施形態は、第一実施形態の変形例である。図13に示す第二実施形態の収容ユニット2001において、光学仕切部2018の光学孔19を形成する内周側縁部2186は、光学窓部16の外周側縁部と保持部14の内周側縁部との双方に対して、接触している。特に光学仕切部2018では、光学窓部16側へ筒壁状に突出する内周側縁部2186の先端面と外周面とがそれぞれ、光学窓部16の内装面と保持部14の内周面とに面接触している。ここで光学仕切部2018の内周側縁部2186は、光学窓部16及び保持部14との各接触箇所うち、少なくとも一方に接着固定されていてもよい。また、光学仕切部2018の内周側縁部2186における内周面は、第二実施形態では低反射遮光面180の一部として、低反射遮光面180の光学特性を有している。
第三実施形態は、第一実施形態の変形例である。図14に示す第三実施形態の収容ユニット3001には、光学ユニット2及び光学窓部16間を仕切って配置される光学仕切部18としての窓側光学仕切部18と共に、追加の走査側光学仕切部3018が設けられている。
第四実施形態は、第三実施形態の変形例である。図15に示す第四実施形態の収容ユニット4001では、走査側光学仕切部3018とはZ軸方向に走査ユニット3を挟んだ反対側において、投光側光学仕切部4018a及び受光側光学仕切部4018bが追加されている。
第五実施形態は、第四実施形態の変形例である。図16に示す第五実施形態の収容ユニット5001では、投光側光学仕切部4018a及び受光側光学仕切部4018bの各々と、走査側光学仕切部3018との間に跨って、走査側光学仕切部5018が追加されている。
ここまで複数の実施形態について説明したが、本開示は、それらの実施形態に限定して解釈されるものではなく、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々の実施形態及び組み合わせに適用することができる。具体的には、第一~第五実施形態の変形例において光検出装置10の搭載される移動体は、例えばリモート運転可能な自律走行車両等であってもよい。
Claims (12)
- 投光ビーム(PB)を外界の検出領域(DA)へ向けて走査し、前記投光ビームに対する前記検出領域からの反射ビーム(RB)を検出する光検出装置(10)であって、
前記投光ビームを投光する投光部(20)、及び前記投光ビームとは光路のフットプリント(PF,RF)が重畳する前記反射ビームを受光する受光部(40)を、含む光学ユニット(2)と、
前記光学ユニットを内部に収容する収容室(11)を、形成する収容ユニット(1,2001,3001,4001,5001)とを、備え、
前記収容ユニットは、
前記収容室から前記検出領域へ前記投光ビームを透過させ、前記検出領域から前記収容室へ前記反射ビームを透過させる光学窓部(16)と、
前記光学窓部を外周側から囲んで保持する保持部(14)と、
前記光学ユニット及び前記光学窓部の間を仕切って配置され、前記投光ビームに対する反射率が前記光学窓部側において前記保持部よりも低く、前記投光ビームに対する吸収率が前記光学窓部側において前記保持部よりも高い光学仕切部(18,2018)とを、含む光検出装置。 - 前記光学仕切部は、
前記投光ビーム及び前記反射ビームの前記フットプリントを外周側から囲んで配置される請求項1に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記光学仕切部は、
前記光学窓部から前記光学ユニット側へ離間する離間構造(182,183,184)を、有する請求項2に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記受光部において前記反射ビームを導光する受光レンズ系(42)は、
前記投光部において前記投光ビームを導光する投光レンズ系(26)よりも、前記光学窓部側へ張り出す大径に形成され、
前記光学仕切部は、
前記投光レンズ系との間におけるよりも前記光学窓部側へ偏位した偏位構造(185)を、前記受光レンズ系との間に有する請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記光学仕切部(2018)は、
前記光学窓部の外周側縁部、及び前記保持部の内周側縁部のうち、少なくとも一方に接触する請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記収容室内に収容され、前記投光部からの前記投光ビームを前記検出領域へ向けて走査し、前記検出領域からの前記反射ビームを前記受光部へ向けて反射する走査ユニット(3)を、備える請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の光検出装置。
- 前記走査ユニットは、
回転駆動されるミラー部(30)を、含み、
前記光学窓部は、
前記ミラー部の回転軸方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面構造(160)を、前記収容室側に有する請求項6に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記光学仕切部は、
