Definitions
- One aspect of the present invention relates to pants-type absorbent articles.
- a ventral exterior sheet covering the ventral side of the wearer's waist and a dorsal exterior sheet covering the dorsal side are provided.
- a cylindrical waist portion formed by joining the joints on both widthwise side edges of the ventral side exterior sheet, the front end being connected to the inner surface of the widthwise central portion of the ventral side exterior sheet, and the rear end being connected to the back side exterior sheet and an absorbent main body connected to the inner surface of the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article, and covering from the back side to the abdominal side through the crotch portion.
- the cylindrical waist portion (belt) is pulled up.
- the lifting force it is difficult for the lifting force to be transmitted to the area of the absorbent main body, such as the crotch part, which does not overlap with the belt (at the lower end of the belt), so that it is difficult to lift it up. Leakage or the like may occur because the crotch portion is not sufficiently pulled up.
- One aspect of the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a pants-type absorbent article that can appropriately pull up the crotch portion in the lifting operation at the time of wearing and can suppress the occurrence of leakage and the like. aim.
- a pants-type absorbent article comprises an absorbent main body having a liquid-absorbent absorbent core, a ventral waist portion located at one end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body, and an absorbent main body. a belt portion having a dorsal waist portion located on the other end side in the longitudinal direction; and a plurality of crotch elastic members arranged in the absorbent core and extending in the longitudinal direction. At least one or more crotch elastic members are arranged in each of the regions divided into three equal parts in the width direction intersecting the .
- a plurality of crotch elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged in the absorbent core. According to such a configuration, when the belt portion is lifted when worn, the lifting force is easily transmitted to the crotch portion including the absorbent core via the crotch elastic member.
- one or more crotch elastics are provided in each of the regions (that is, the central region and the left and right end regions) obtained by dividing the absorbent core into three equal parts in the width direction.
- the crotch portion including the absorbent core can be pulled up on the whole surface in the pulling operation.
- the underpants-type absorbent article according to one aspect of the present invention it is possible to pull up the entire crotch portion during the pulling operation at the time of wearing, and effectively suppress the occurrence of leaks and the like. Such an effect is exhibited more remarkably with respect to a sleeping wearer such as a newborn baby.
- a plurality of crotch elastic members may be arranged so as to straddle a central line that is a two-fold line that intersects the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core and that is the lower end of the crotch when worn. In this way, since the crotch elastic member is arranged so as to straddle the center line of the crotch lower end portion, the crotch lower end portion can be pulled up via the crotch elastic member in the lifting operation, thereby lifting the crotch portion. can be lifted more effectively.
- the plurality of crotch elastic members may be arranged so as to be biased toward the ventral waistline part side or the back waistline part side with respect to the center line.
- the absorbent core it may be difficult to pull up either the ventral waistline portion side or the back waistline portion side.
- the crotch elastic member is arranged so as to be biased toward the side that is difficult to pull up, of the ventral waist part side and the back waist part side, so that the side that is difficult to pull up is emphasized via the crotch elastic member. can be lifted.
- the crotch elastic member so as to be biased toward the abdomen-side waistline portion, it is possible to improve the fit of the absorbent core in the vicinity of the crotch portion.
- the crotch elastic member so as to be biased toward the back side waist portion, it is possible to improve the ease with which the back body can be pulled up in the sleeping posture.
- the plurality of crotch elastic members may be arranged so as to be biased toward the side of the abdominal waist portion and the back waist portion where the contractile force is relatively low.
- the side having a relatively low contractile force is difficult to pull up in conjunction with the pull-up operation at the time of wearing.
- the crotch elastic member so as to be biased toward the side with the lower contractile force, the side with the lower contractile force can be focused on interlocking with the pull-up operation, and effectively pulled up during the pull-up operation. can.
- the plurality of crotch elastic members are arranged so as not to overlap either the abdominal waist portion or the back waist portion, or overlap one of the abdomen waist portion and the back waist portion but not the other. may be placed. If the crotch elastic member extends to the region overlapping the belt portion, there is a possibility that a force will be applied to the belt portion in the direction of pulling down via the crotch elastic member after wearing. In this regard, since the crotch elastic member is arranged so as not to overlap at least both the ventral waist portion and the back waist portion that constitute the belt portion, the crotch elastic member is pulled down. Even if a force is applied, the pull-down force is prevented from being strongly transmitted to the belt portion, so that pull-down of the belt portion can be effectively suppressed.
- the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core is formed in a constricted shape that is recessed inward in the width direction, and the effective length in the longitudinal direction of the crotch elastic member in the unfolded state of the absorbent main body is formed in the constricted shape. It may be shorter than the length in the longitudinal direction of the cut portion. In this way, the effective length of the crotch elastic member is made shorter than the constricted shape in the central portion in the longitudinal direction, so that the vicinity of the constricted shape in the central portion in the longitudinal direction can be easily contracted to effectively pull up the crotch portion. It is possible to appropriately prevent the crotch elastic member from reaching both ends in the longitudinal direction and pulling down the belt portion.
- the absorbent core extends from the outermost crotch elastic member in the width direction included in the plurality of crotch elastic members.
- the distance to the end of the core in the width direction may be shorter than the separation distance between two adjacent crotch elastic members included in the plurality of crotch elastic members.
- the absorbent main body may have leg elastic members that are stretchable in the longitudinal direction at both ends in the width direction, and the crotch elastic member may have a higher elastic modulus than the leg elastic member.
- At least one of the region where the absorbent main body and the ventral waist part overlap and the region where the absorbent main body and the back waist part overlap each other may have a pull-up design indicating a pull-up point at the time of wearing.
- the pull-up design is formed in the area where the waist part and the absorbent main body overlap, that is, the area where the pulling force is easily transmitted to the absorbent main body (absorbent core) in the operation of pulling up the belt part. Therefore, it is possible to prompt the user to appropriately pull up the crotch part including the absorbent core.
- the raised design may be formed on the longitudinal line of the maximum width portion of the absorbent core in the width direction. According to such a configuration, the pull-up design is formed in the region where the entire crotch portion including the absorbent core can be pulled up in the pull-up operation. The user can be urged to perform an appropriate lifting action.
- a raised design may be formed at the longitudinal ends of the absorbent core. According to such a configuration, since the pull-up design is formed in the area where the absorbent core itself can be pulled up directly, it is possible to encourage the user to perform an appropriate pull-up operation of the crotch portion including the absorbent core. .
- the pull-up design may be formed continuously along the longitudinal direction from the region where the absorbent main body and the ventral waist region overlap to the region where the absorbent main body and the back waist region overlap. According to such a configuration, since the pull-up design is continuously formed including the crotch part, it is possible to make it easy for the user to imagine the correct pull-up direction.
- a plurality of pull-up designs may be formed spaced apart in the width direction. According to such a configuration, it is possible to form a pull-up design at the grip position of both hands in the actual pull-up operation, so that it is possible to prompt the user to perform an appropriate pull-up operation.
- a pair of pull-up designs may be arranged outside the plurality of crotch elastic members so as to sandwich the plurality of crotch elastic members in the width direction. According to such a configuration, a region where force can be appropriately transmitted to all of the plurality of crotch elastic members, that is, a region where the crotch portion including the absorbent core can be pulled up on the whole surface. Since a pull-up design is formed, it is possible to prompt the user to properly pull up the crotch portion including the absorbent core.
- the distance between the pair of pull-up designs may be less than twice the distance between the outermost crotch elastic members in the width direction included in the plurality of crotch elastic members. According to such a configuration, the distance between the crotch elastic member and the pull-up design can be reduced in the width direction. A pull-up force can be transmitted and the crotch portion can be effectively pulled up via the crotch elastic member.
- a plurality of crotch elastic members may be arranged in each region of the absorbent core that is divided into two equal parts in the width direction. In this way, by arranging a plurality of crotch elastic members in each region divided into two halves in the width direction, a sufficient lifting force is ensured in each region, and the crotch portion including the absorbent core is fully covered. can be lifted in the plane.

Abstract
Description
E=σ/ε
