Description

一种卧式加工中心工作台 技术领域
本发明涉及工作台,尤其是涉及一种卧式加工中心工作台。
背景技术
机床工作台是应用广泛的机械加工平台,工作台的台面是机床加工的工作面。传统双工位转台采用的是涡轮蜗杆传动结构,装配要求高;传统双工位转台的台面锁紧是依靠台面下方的拉钉式锁紧结构,该结构拉紧力相对不足,转台的精度保持性也不足,无法满足机床重切削加工的长时间使用需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种装配要求低、台面拉紧力足、精度保持性好、稳定性高的卧式加工中心工作台。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种卧式加工中心工作台,包括底座、台面、驱动件、齿轮传动结构、转盘、压板以及油缸,所述驱动件安装于所述底座,所述齿轮传动结构与所述驱动件以及所述转盘配合使所述驱动件通过所述齿轮传动结构带动所述转盘转动,所述油缸安装于所述转盘,所述压板固定于所述油缸,所述压板安装于所述台面并与所述台面配合,所述 油缸带动所述压板移动使所述压板压紧或松开所述台面,实现所述台面的锁紧或解锁。
进一步地,所述齿轮传动结构包括一级齿轮传动组件以及二级齿轮传动组件,所述一级齿轮传动组件与所述驱动件连接,所述二级齿轮传动组件与所述转盘连接,所述一级齿轮传动组件与所述二级齿轮传动组件配合传动。
进一步地,所述一级齿轮传动组件包括第一齿轮以及第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮固定安装于所述驱动件的输出端,所述第二齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合。
进一步地,所述二级齿轮传动组件包括第三齿轮以及第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮固定于所述转盘,所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮啮合,所述第三齿轮与所述第二齿轮同轴设置。
进一步地,所述驱动件为电机。
进一步地,所述台面设有安装槽,所述安装槽的底部为抵触端面,所述抵触端面为平面,所述压板位于所述安装槽中,所述压板与所述抵触端面抵触。
进一步地,所述油缸包括活塞主体以及活塞,所述活塞主体安装于所述活塞上,所述活塞主体与所述压板固定。
进一步地,所述卧式加工中心工作台还包括定位结构,所述定位结构包括第一锥座以及第二锥座,所述第一锥座固定于所述台面,所述第二锥座固定于所述转盘,所述第一锥座与所述第二锥座配合使所述台面与所述转盘定位。
相比现有技术,本发明卧式加工中心工作台采用齿轮传动,在满足传动功能的同时装配要求低;通过油缸带动压板移动压紧台面,台面拉紧力足,可满足机床重切削的加工需要;本发明卧式加工转台的第一锥座、第二锥座只起定位作用,处于下方的第二锥座的中央无液压拉钉锁紧机构,不会发生液压油泄露,废屑堆积造成台面跳动误差增大等故障情形,而这些正是目前液压拉钉锁紧式转台的主要结构性缺陷。

图1至图2为本发明卧式加工中心工作台的结构图,卧式加工中心工作台包括底座10、驱动件20、齿轮传动结构30、转盘40、台面50、压板60、油缸70以及定位结构80。
驱动件20为电机。驱动件20固定安装于底座10。
齿轮传动结构30包括一级齿轮传动组件31以及二级齿轮传动组件32。一级齿轮传动组件31包括第一齿轮310、第二齿轮311。第一齿轮310固定于驱动件20的输出端,第一齿轮310与第二齿轮311啮合。二级齿轮传动组件32包括第三齿轮320以及第四齿轮321。第三齿轮320与第二齿轮311同轴设置。第三齿轮320与第四齿轮 321啮合。
转盘40与第四齿轮321固定连接。转盘40转动安装于底座10。
台面50设有安装槽52以及抵触端面51。抵触端面51位于安装槽52的底部。
油缸70包括活塞主体71、活塞杆72以及活塞73。活塞主体71安装于活塞73,活塞73安装于活塞杆72顶部,活塞主体71与活塞73之间形成油腔。油缸70安装于转盘40内。
定位结构80包括第一锥座81以及第二锥座82。第一锥座81固定于台面50,第二锥座82固定于转盘40。第一锥座81与第二锥座82配合使台面50与转盘40定位。
使用卧式加工中心工作台时,驱动件20通过一级齿轮传动组件31、二级齿轮传动组件32带动转盘40转动。油缸70的油腔中进油,驱使活塞主体71带动压板60下移,压板60压紧台面50的抵触端面51,使台面50与转盘40锁紧,转盘40带动台面50转动。油缸70的油腔中的油流出后,活塞主体71带动压板60上移,压板60与抵触端面51分离,台面50与转盘40松开,实现解锁。
本发明卧式加工中心工作台采用齿轮传动,在满足传动功能的同时降低装配难度;通过油缸70带动压板60移动压紧台面50,台面50拉紧力足、台面50精度高。定位结构80(锥座)只起定位的作用,锥座中央不再设计有拉爪锁紧机构,锥座仅是通过螺钉锁紧在转盘40上,锥座没有废屑堆积的空间,解决了传统结构容易因为铁屑堆积而造成台面跳动误差增大,影响产品加工精度的问题,精度保持性 得到提升;还解决了传统的液压拉钉锁紧式结构由于长时间使用容易发生液压油泄露,造成转台稳定性降低的问题。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种卧式加工中心工作台,包括底座以及台面,其特征在于:所述卧式加工中心工作台还包括驱动件、齿轮传动结构、转盘、压板以及油缸,所述驱动件安装于所述底座,所述齿轮传动结构与所述驱动件以及所述转盘配合使所述驱动件通过所述齿轮传动结构带动所述转盘转动,所述油缸安装于所述转盘,所述压板固定于所述油缸,所述压板安装于所述台面并与所述台面配合,所述油缸带动所述压板移动使所述压板压紧或松开所述台面,实现所述台面的锁紧或解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式加工中心工作台,其特征在于:所述齿轮传动结构包括一级齿轮传动组件以及二级齿轮传动组件,所述一级齿轮传动组件与所述驱动件连接,所述二级齿轮传动组件与所述转盘连接,所述一级齿轮传动组件与所述二级齿轮传动组件配合传动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卧式加工中心工作台,其特征在于:所述一级齿轮传动组件包括第一齿轮以及第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮固定安装于所述驱动件的输出端,所述第二齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卧式加工中心工作台,其特征在于:所述二级齿轮传动组件包括第三齿轮以及第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮固定于所述转盘,所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮啮合,所述第三齿轮与所述第二齿轮同轴设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式加工中心工作台,其特征在于:所述驱动件为电机。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式加工中心工作台,其特征在于:所 述台面设有安装槽,所述安装槽的底部为抵触端面,所述抵触端面为平面,所述压板位于所述安装槽中,所述压板与所述抵触端面抵触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式加工中心工作台,其特征在于:所述油缸包括活塞主体以及活塞,所述活塞主体安装于所述活塞上,所述活塞主体与所述压板固定。
