Description

一种循环旋转式出货装置及具有其的售货装置 技术领域
本发明涉及新型售货机技术领域,特别涉及一种具备循环旋转特点的出货的装置,不仅可以在自动售货机内使用,也可以在展示柜或者无人商店的自动出货货架使用。
背景技术
现有的出货装置主要用于无人售货领域,其中评估其性能的优劣是通过综合考虑各种因素:1、在相同体积下,货物能否装更多;2、出货装置是否成本便宜;3、能否适应货物的不同包装形式。
现有的出货装置有弹簧货道、蛇形货道、履带货道……。它们的特点是啇品出货时,将离开所在的货道,需要留足够的掉货空间,这将严重地浪费存货空间。
现有技术中,提出了一种旋转出货式自动售货机的出货装置(CN 108133545 A),其用皮带串连起不同的出货单元,在电机驱动下,使用货物到达指定位置。此办法克服了上面提到的货道的不足,但存在如下不足:1、驱动皮带及齿轮占有相应的位置,使相应的出货装置占有相对应空间较大;2、此办法的出货装置受皮带限制导致其皮带布局只能是类圆形结构,一套出货装置的出货数量受到极大限制;3、此办法由于是皮带驱动,造成成本较高。
基于此,有必要提出一种新的出货装置及售货装置,以克服上述缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种循环旋转式出货装置及具有其的售货装置。它利用闭合弯曲型滑道内的出货盒依次紧密结合摆放,结构紧凑,简单合理,大大降低了货道成本以及拓展了货道的使用范围。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种循环旋转式出货装置,所述出货装置包括:壳体、设置在所述壳体上的闭合弯曲滑道、沿所述闭合弯曲滑道且相互抵接设置的多个出货组件、设置在所述闭合弯曲滑道下方的驱动组件以及检测 组件;
所述出货组件的底部设置有凸起;
所述驱动组件,包括设置在所述闭合弯曲滑道下方的旋转拨片以及驱动所述旋转拨片旋转的驱动件;

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

参照图1至图7,为本发明所提出的具体实施例。
本发明提供一种循环旋转式出货装置,所述出货装置10包括:壳体11、设置在所述壳体11上的闭合弯曲滑道12、沿所述闭合弯曲滑道12且相互抵接设置的多个出货组件13、设置在所述闭合弯曲滑道12下方的驱动组件15以及检测组件;所述出货组件13的底部设置有凸起16;所述驱动组件15包括设置在所述闭合弯曲滑道12下方的旋转拨片151以及驱动所述旋转拨片151旋转的驱动件152;所述旋转拨片151旋转驱动所述凸起16移动,使得所述出货组件13沿所述闭合弯曲滑道12循环移动。所述驱动组件15驱动所述出货组件13沿所述闭合弯曲滑道12循环出货。所述出货组件13沿着闭合弯曲滑道12依次紧密摆放,所述驱动组件15驱动其中的一个所述出货组件13沿着闭合弯曲滑道12向前滑动,其余的出货组件13收到挤动依次向前滑动,多个循环移动的出货组件13提高了售货效率。
在本实施例中,参照图5-图7,所述闭合弯曲轨道12为闭合型的弯曲轨道, 其形状不限于圆形、跑道环形、椭圆型、方形或类圆形结构,或者上述几种形状的结合,其设计可以根据售货装置的托盘、货架结构等实际需求而定。如图8所示,驱动组件设置在闭合弯曲滑道向内凹陷处,利用滑道本身的刚性,使得滑道内紧密布满出货组件,大大克服了现有技术中采用皮带结构的弊端,结构简单可靠,显著扩大了容量。
采用本实施例的出货装置,不仅可以在自动售货机内使用,也可以在展示柜或者无人商店的自动出货货架使用。
本发明的检测组件,用于检测出货组件的出货位置。具体地,检测组件为位置检测传感器,如光电传感器等。传感器固定在壳体上,位于出货组件下部,当闭环上出货组件在驱动组件的驱动下移动时,出货组件移动到传感器的检测位置时,传感器发出指令电机停止运转,等待取货。
参见图1至图3,在具体实施例中,所述壳体11包括第一槽体111、设置在所述第一槽体111上表面的闭合弯曲通孔113、设置在闭合弯曲通孔113内的内板114以及设置在所述第一槽体111的下表面固定连接所述内板114与所述第一槽体111的支撑件,所述闭合弯曲通孔113的内壁与所述内板114的外壁相对设置。所述支撑件115的一端与所述第一槽体固定连接,另一端与所述内板114固定连接,所述支撑座上设置有供所述凸起通过的空间。所述第一槽体111和内板114的上表面位于同一平面,所述闭合弯曲通孔113的内壁和所述内板114的外壁分别设置所述闭合弯曲滑道12的外滑道和内滑道,所述滑轮14沿所述内滑道和外滑道的导向方向移动,防止出货组件13在移动时的摆动,保证了出货时的稳定性。
在另外具体实施例中,所述的壳体11包括第一槽体111和与第一槽体111可拆卸连接的第二槽体112、设置在第一槽体111上表面的闭合弯曲通孔113、设置在闭合弯曲通孔113内的内板114以及一端与所述内板114固定连接、另一端与所述第二槽体112固定连接的支撑件115;所述闭合弯曲通孔113的内壁与所述内板114的外壁相对设置。所述第一槽体111和第二槽体112相对设置,所述第一槽体111和第二槽体112采用钢板折弯成型或冲压成型,成本低,制作简单。所述第一槽体111与所述第二槽体112通过设置在所述第一槽体111与所述 第二槽体112之间的支撑件115通过螺栓固定连接,内板114安装在所述支撑件115的上表面且位于所述第一槽体111的所述闭合弯曲通孔113内,所述第一槽体111和第二槽体112之间设置有容纳所述驱动组件15的空间,结构紧凑,方便维修。所述第一槽体111和所述第二槽体112上设置有检修孔116,所述检修口兼顾散热孔的作用。
在本发明的其中一个实施例中,所述驱动件152包括驱动电机以及变速齿轮箱,所述变速齿轮箱与所述旋转拨片151连接。所述变速齿轮箱用于连接驱动电机与所述旋转拨片151。优选的,所述变速齿轮箱为减速装置,能够将高速旋转变更为低速的所述旋转拨片151转速,以适应出货的需求。
在本发明的其中一个实施例中,所述出货组件13通过滑轮14与所述闭合弯曲滑道12接触。所述导向滑轮14上设置有与所述闭合弯曲滑道12适配的滑轮14,所述滑轮14沿所述闭合弯曲滑道12导向,防止出货组件13在出货过程中的摆动,提高了出货的稳定性。
在本发明的其中一个实施例中,所述出货组件13包括导向滑轮14、设置在导向滑轮14上的转筒132,所述转筒132的一侧设有开口。相邻所述导向滑轮14的外圆周面相互抵接设置,货物放置于转筒132内。优选的,所述导向滑轮14中的滑轮为2个,沿转筒的直径对称设置,并且两滑轮的最外径间距略小于所述闭合弯曲滑道的宽度。
在本发明的其中一个实施例中,所述转筒132的开口一侧还设有弧形门。所述弧形门可沿所述开口上下拨动,手拿货物离开后,可以回弹。开口133侧的弧形门防止货物掉落。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述开口133的上下端设置有导向槽,所述弧形门与所述开口133适配,所述弧形门沿所述导向槽打开或关闭所述开口133,所述弧形门可通过拉簧复位、压簧复位、重力锤升降复位中的其中任一方式自动复位。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述圆弧形门的一侧与所述开口133的一侧铰接设置。
在本发明的其中一个实施例中,所述旋转拨片151包括设置在中心的旋转 轴151a以及沿所述旋转轴151a对称设置的拨片151b;所述拨片151b的一侧设置拨动部151c,远离所述拨动部151c的一侧弧形设置。所述旋转拨片151旋转,拨片151b的拨动部151c驱动所述凸起16移动。
在本发明的其中一个实施例中,还包括设置在所述内板114上的加强块17,由于电机占用内板114支撑空间,导致底部无支撑,易产生下沉变形,影响导向滑轮的正常滑动,因此设置加强块17加强内板114的强度。
本发明还提供了一种售货装置,包括所述的出货装置10、货柜20以及中央处理单元;
所述货柜20设置一个或多个取货口,当任一所述出货组件13移动到所述取货口时,仅能从所述取货口中取出对应所述货柜20上的货物;所述取货口或者出货组件上设置有第二检测组件,所述第二检测组件优选为传感器,所述检测组件(如前所述)用来确定出货组件13的出货位置,即闭合弯曲轨道12上出货组件在所述驱动电机的驱动下移动时,当出货组件移动到检测组件能检测到位置时,所述检测组件发出指令电机停止运转,等待取货。所述第二检测组件在购买商品前,用来确定出货盒内的商品是否存在,如商品存在,则电机不转动,如商品不存在,电机转动至下个出货组件。
所述中央处理单元和所述出货装置10相互电连接,且均设置于所述货柜20内,所述出货装置10的开口133与外界连通。
参考图5-图8,所述的售货装置,包括一个或多个所述出货装置10,所述出货装置10的类型可以根据实际需要灵活安排不限于圆形。所述闭合弯曲滑道12的尺寸和形状可按照实际情况灵活选用,所述出货组件13的数量可根据所述闭合弯曲滑道12的尺寸和货物的大小灵活选用。本发明的售货机具有结构紧凑、容量较大、空间利用率高的优点,且出货数量不受限制。
本发明提出了一种循环旋转式出货装置及具有其的售货装置,所述出货装置在一个单元结构内设置旋转循环的出货装置,所述出货装置包括:壳体、闭合弯曲滑道、多个出货组件、驱动组件以及检测组件;所述货柜设置一个或多个取货口,当任一所述出货组件移动到所述取货口时,仅能从所述取货口中取出对应所述货柜上的货物;沿闭合型的闭合弯曲滑道内的出货组件依次紧密摆 放,驱动组件根据检测组件的指令控制一个出货组件沿着闭合弯曲滑道向前滑动,其余的闭合弯曲滑道内的出货组件受到挤动依次向前滑动。尤其是克服了背景技术中的现有方式,不利用皮带将出货盒串连,同时,它在结构上克服了只能是类圆形的结构,可以是曲折的迂回结构,大大拓展了货道的使用范围。同时,多个循环移动的出货组件提高了售货的效率,结构紧凑空间利用率高,制造成本低,维护方便。可同时售卖多种、多个商品互不影响。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种循环旋转式出货装置,用于自动售货机、无人商店的自动出货货架或者展示柜使用,其特征在于,所述出货装置包括:壳体、设置在所述壳体上的闭合弯曲滑道、沿所述闭合弯曲滑道且相互抵接设置的多个出货组件、设置在所述闭合弯曲滑道下方的驱动组件以及检测组件;
    所述出货组件的底部设置有凸起;
    所述驱动组件,包括设置在所述闭合弯曲滑道下方的旋转拨片以及驱动所述旋转拨片旋转的驱动件;
    所述旋转拨片旋转驱动所述凸起移动,使得所述出货组件沿所述闭合弯曲滑道循环移动;
    所述检测组件,与所述驱动组件电性连接,用于检测出货组件的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括驱动电机以及变速齿轮箱,所述变速齿轮箱与所述旋转拨片连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述出货组件通过导向滑轮与所述闭合弯曲滑道接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述出货组件包括导向滑轮、设置在导向滑轮上的转筒,所述转筒的一侧设有开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述转筒的开口一侧还设有弧形门。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一槽体、设置在所述第一槽体上表面的闭合弯曲通孔、设置在闭合弯曲通孔内的内板以及设置在所述第一槽体的下表面固定连接所述内板与所述第一槽体的支撑件,所述闭合弯曲通孔的内壁与所述内板的外壁相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括与第一槽体可拆卸连接的第二槽体,所述支撑件的一端与所述内板固定连接、另一端与所述第二槽体固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述第一槽体和第二槽体设置有容纳所述驱动组件的空间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的循环旋转式出货装置,其特征在于,所述旋转拨片 包括设置在中心的旋转轴以及沿所述旋转轴对称设置的拨片;所述拨片的一侧设置拨动部,远离所述拨动部的一侧弧形设置。
  10. 一种售货装置,其特征在于,包括一个或多个权利要求1-9任一项所述的循环旋转式出货装置、货柜以及中央处理单元;
    所述货柜设置一个或多个取货口,当任一所述出货组件移动到所述取货口时,仅能从所述取货口中取出对应所述货柜上的货物;
    所述中央处理单元和所述出货装置电连接,且均设置于所述货柜内,所述出货装置在出货位置时的开口与外界连通。
