본 발명의 효소처리된 속단 발효분말("B")의 에너지 발생 효과를 알아보기 위하여 운동능력 증가효과를 확인하였다. 싸이클 운동 시 운동능력은 에너지 발생능력과 직접적으로 비례한다. 싸이클 모델 FOCUS lzarco MAX 9.7에 싸이클링 컴퓨터(Cycling computer)로 WAHOO element bolt를 장착하고 심박계로 WHAOO Ticker fit, 파워미터(페달링 시 페달에 가해지는 토크와 rpm을 측정하여 와트로 변환해주는 장치)로 파베로 아씨오마 우노(left)를 장착한 모델로 평로라위에서 싸이클 운동시의 에너지 발생능력을 검증하였다. 본 발명의 효소처리된 속단 발효분말("B")은 복용 전, 1일 1 g/day 로 30일(1달)간 복용, 60일(2달)간 복용으로 구분하여 비교하였다. 운동 전 조건은 대부분 동일하게 구성하였으며, 대상자는 성인, 보통인 남성으로 25~45세를 기준으로 하였다.
