现有的独立袋装弹簧床垫旨在避免同时躺在床上的两个或更多人相互影响(例如,如果个体之间体重差异相对较大,其中一个人在翻身或移动身体时会不可避免地影响其他人)。在这种类型的床垫中,每个弹簧单独包装在由无纺织物或其它材料制成的袋子或套筒中。弹簧袋以图式布置,然后,布置的弹簧袋组的外侧通过粘附、粘合等由整块泡沫橡胶覆盖,以形成家具垫或家具垫形式的所需弹簧垫。然而,独立袋装弹簧床垫仍然是整体产品,不能拆卸且不易运输。并且,在独立袋装弹簧床垫中,用于包覆袋装弹簧的无纺布之间相互黏附牵扯,当床垫受到挤压时,多个袋装弹簧之间并不能完全独立地上下运动,从而影响床垫的舒适度。
另外,现有的床垫还具有不易清洗的缺点。对于一般床垫来说,通常只有床罩可以拆下,而海绵部分无法拆下因而不易清洗。即使乳胶可能具有一定的防螨虫的效果,但是一个床垫通常可能会使用数年之久,不易清洗的海绵部分会带来很大的卫生隐患。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的至少一些问题,本发明的目的是使弹性垫具有更好的舒适度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种弹性模块平衡垫,该弹性模块平衡垫包括基板和多个限位体,多个所述限位体间隔设置在所述基板的一侧板面上并伸出,多个所述限位体围成有多个彼此间隔的容纳空间,多个所述容纳空间被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫的对应的弹性模块以约束弹性模块在基板的横向方向上运动。
在该技术方案中,由于多个限位体间隔设置在基板的一侧板面上并伸出,并且多个限位体围成有多个彼此间隔的容纳空间,而多个容纳空间被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫的对应的弹性模块以约束弹性模块在基板的横向方向上运动,这样,该弹性模块平衡垫在装配形成弹性垫时,可以铺设在具有多个弹性模块的弹性基垫上,而各个弹性模块的一部分则可以容纳到各自对应的容纳空间内,此时,由于限位体的横向缓冲和限位作用,在弹性垫受到压力而压缩各个弹性模块时,可以有效地约束各个弹性模块在横向方向(也就是在与基板平行的方向)上的运动,以有效避免各个弹性模块由于受力而发生倾斜,从而有效地保持各个弹性模块的支撑稳定性。因此,由于该弹性模块平衡垫铺设在弹性基垫上时约束各个弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,从而能够有效地提升弹性垫在受到压力时的平稳性,使得弹性垫具有更好的舒适度。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述限位体的横截面尺寸在远离所述基板的方向上逐渐减小,以使得所述容纳空间的内部尺寸在靠近所述基板的方向上逐渐减小。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述限位体形成为圆台体。

图1、图2和图3示例性地示出了根据本发明的一种优选实施方式的弹性模块平衡垫13。参考图1、图2和图3,发明提供的弹性模块平衡垫13包括基板1和多个限位体2,多个限位体2间隔设置在基板1的一侧板面上并伸出,例如,基板1包括在基板厚度方向上相对的第一板面和第二板面,多个限位体2设置在第一板面上并延伸远离基板1,多个限位体2围成有多个彼此间隔的容纳空间5,多个容纳空间5被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫3的对应的弹性模块4以约束弹性模块4在基板的横向方向上运动。

另外,在该弹性模块平衡垫13中,限位体2可以粘接、超声波焊接、魔术粘扣连接或通过其他方式连接在基板1的一侧板面上。另外,限位体2的数量可以根据弹性模块4的数量来确定,因此,本发明对限位体2的具体数量不做限制。

另外,基板1可以为具有预定厚度的塑料布,或者可以为硅胶垫,或者可以为布料层。当然,基板1可以为单层或者可以为依次层叠连接的多层。例如,基板1为布料层时可以包括单层的帆布,或者可以包括依次层叠的多层无纺布。多层布料层可以通过粘接剂或超声波焊接连接在一起。
另外,一些实施方式中,弹性垫受到压力时,限位体2可以不发生弹性变形,例如,限位体2可以为塑料圆台体。或者,在可选 择的实施方式中,限位体2由弹性材料制成,使得限位体2形成为弹性体。这样,弹性模块平衡垫铺设在弹性基垫3上以形成弹性垫12后,在弹性垫受到压力时,弹性模块4将相应地被压缩以提供支撑,此时,由于限位体2形成为弹性体,弹性体将会发生一定的弹性变形以提供缓冲,从而能够进一步约束各个弹性模块4在横向方向上的运动,有效地提升弹性垫12在受到压力时的平稳性,使得弹性垫12具有更好的舒适度。
另外,弹性体可以为具有多种类型,例如,弹性体的一种类型可以为硅胶体,或者,弹性体的另一种类型可以为海绵体,例如可以为具有高弹性能的海绵体,海绵体易于成型为所需的形状,成本低,并且易于透气。或者,参考图3,弹性体的其他类型中,弹性体可以包括柔性外套筒6和弹性件7,弹性件7设置在柔性外套筒6内,柔性外套筒6的一端连接在基板1上,另一端远离基板1延伸。柔性外套筒6能够发生柔性变形并可以增大与弹性模块4的接触面积,从而能够更好地限制弹性模块4在横向方向的运动。这样,弹性模块平衡垫铺设在弹性基垫3上以形成弹性垫12后,在弹性垫受到压力时,弹性模块4将相应地被压缩以提供支撑,此时,弹性件7将会发生一定的弹性变形并带动柔性外套筒6发生柔性变形以提供缓冲,从而能够进一步约束各个弹性模块4在横向方向上的运动,有效地提升弹性垫12在受到压力时的平稳性,使得弹性垫12具有更好的舒适度。
另外,一些实施方式中,柔性外套筒6和基板1可以采用不同的材料,例如,柔性外套筒6可以采用塑料布,而基板1则可以采用硅胶垫。或者,另一些实施方式中,柔性外套筒6和基板1采用同一材料形成。这样,由于采用同一材料制造,可以便于柔性外套筒6和基板1的连接,并降低成本。
另外,一些实施方式中,柔性外套筒6为无纺布筒,基板1为无纺布板,无纺布筒和无纺布板可以缝合连接、粘接连接或超声焊接连接。另外,无纺布可以使得弹性模块平衡垫具有良好的防潮和 透气性能,并且无纺布可以使得弹性模块平衡垫更柔韧和轻薄,这能够进一步提升弹性垫的舒适性。

如上的,由于该弹性模块平衡垫铺设在弹性基垫上时约束各个弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,从而能够有效地提升弹性垫在受到压力时的平稳性,因此,可以该弹性垫具有更好的舒适度。
此外,弹性模块4可以具有多种形状,例如,弹性模块4可以为圆柱、圆台、或柱状体形状。在一些实施方式中,参考图6,弹性模块4为圆台形并与至少一个圆台体形式的限位体2接触,这样,弹性模块4为圆台形并容纳在容纳空间5中,圆台形的弹性模块4与圆台体形式的限位体2的锥面斜度相同,从而在两者之间形成形状适配的锥面配合,从而使得弹性模块4的一部分可以更稳定可靠地配合在容纳空间5内,从而使得弹性模块平衡垫13对弹性模块4提供更稳定可靠的约束。

此外,参考图9,弹性垫还包括柔性垫14和外罩15,其中,柔性垫14铺设在基板1上,外罩15覆盖在柔性垫14上并将弹性基垫3的至少一部分、弹性模块平衡垫13和柔性垫14包裹起来。例如,外罩15可以将弹性基垫3和弹性模块平衡垫13整体包裹起来,从而提升了该弹性垫12的美观性。外罩15可以通过可拆卸的连接结构例如拉链或魔术粘扣而将弹性基垫3的至少一部分和弹性模块平衡垫13包裹起来。柔性垫14可以为硅胶垫或棉花垫或海绵垫例如高弹性海绵垫,或者可以其他材质的柔性垫。
此外,本发明提供一种家具,该家具包括以上任意所述的弹性 垫12。如上的,该家具的舒适性得到显著提升。该家具包括但不限于床垫、沙发、椅子、沙发床、软包长凳等。

  1. 一种弹性模块平衡垫,包括基板(1)和多个限位体(2),多个所述限位体(2)间隔设置在所述基板(1)的一侧板面上并伸出,多个所述限位体(2)围成有多个彼此间隔的容纳空间(5),多个所述容纳空间(5)被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫(3)的对应的弹性模块(4)以约束弹性模块(4)在所述基板的横向方向上运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述限位体(2)的横截面尺寸在远离所述基板(1)的方向上逐渐减小,以使得所述容纳空间(5)的内部尺寸在靠近所述基板(1)的方向上逐渐减小。

    弹性基垫(3),所述弹性基垫(3)包括多个弹性模块(4);
    权利要求1-13中任意一项所述的弹性模块平衡垫(13);
    其中,所述弹性模块平衡垫(13)铺设在所述弹性基垫(3)上,并且多个所述弹性模块(4)容纳在各自对应的所述容纳空间(5)内,其中,所述限位体(2)能够约束所述弹性模块(4)在横向方向上的运动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模块(4)为圆台形并与至少一个圆台体形式的所述限位体(2)接触。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫还包括柔性垫(14)和外罩(15),其中,所述柔性垫(14)铺设在所述基板(1)上,所述外罩(15)覆盖在所述柔性垫(14)上并将所述弹性基垫(3)的至少一部分、所述弹性模块平衡垫(13)和所述柔性垫(14)包裹起来。
  17. 一种家具,所述家具包括权利要求14-16中任意一项所述的弹性垫(12)。
