床通常由床架、弹性垫和外罩组成,现有的弹性垫通常是由多个叠加层和弹簧形成的一体式的、不可拆卸的整体垫。整体垫尺寸较大,不易拆卸和储存。
现有的独立袋装弹簧床垫旨在避免同时躺在床上的两个或更多人相互影响(例如,如果个体之间体重差异相对较大,其中一个人在翻身或移动身体时会不可避免地影响其他人)。在这种类型的床垫中,每个弹簧单独包装在由无纺织物或其它材料制成的袋子或套筒中。布置的弹簧袋组的外侧通过粘附、粘合等由整块泡沫橡胶覆盖,以形成家具垫或家具垫形式的所需弹簧垫。然而,独立袋装弹簧床垫仍然是整体产品,不能拆卸且不易运输。并且,在独立袋装弹簧床垫中,用于包覆袋装弹簧的无纺布之间相互黏附牵扯,当床垫受到挤压时,多个袋装弹簧之间并不能完全独立地上下运动,从而影响床垫的舒适度。
另外,现有的床垫还具有不易清洗的缺点。对于一般床垫来说,通常只有床罩可以拆下,而海绵部分无法拆下因而不易清洗。即使乳胶可能具有一定的防螨虫的效果,但是一个床垫通常可能会使用数年之久,不易清洗的海绵部分会带来很大的卫生隐患。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的至少一些问题,本发明的目的是使弹性垫在保持较好弹性的同时减轻重量,并使得弹性垫具有更好的舒适度,便于组装和拆卸。
第一方面,本发明提供一种弹性支撑模块,该弹性支撑模块包括底座和多个弹性支撑条,多个所述弹性支撑条围绕所述底座的周向方向间隔布置,多个所述弹性支撑条的一端设置在所述底座上,多个所述弹性支撑条的另一端通过连接件相对于彼此固定连接,以形成弹性支撑框部。
在该技术方案中,由于该弹性支撑模块包括多个弹性支撑条,而多个弹性支撑条围绕底座的周向方向间隔布置,并且多个弹性支撑条的一端设置在底座上另一端通过连接件相对于彼此固定连接,这样,多个周向间隔布置的弹性支撑条可以使得该弹性支撑模块具有较好的弹性支撑作用。当采用这种弹性支撑模块装配形成弹性垫时,可以用该弹性支撑模块取代弹性垫中使用的弹簧,而通过多个弹性支撑条,可以使弹性垫在保持较好弹性的同时减轻重量,并使得弹性垫具有更好的舒适度,另外,多个弹性支撑模块可以通过底座便捷地拆装,因此便于弹性垫的组装和拆卸。
进一步地,所述连接件在所述弹性支撑框部的远离所述底座的一侧延伸以形成支撑平面部。
更进一步地,所述连接件包括顶盖,多个所述弹性支撑条的另一端连接于所述顶盖并围绕所述顶盖的周向方向间隔布置,所述顶盖背离所述底座的一侧表面作为所述支撑平面部。
更进一步地,每个所述弹性支撑条的另一端形成有顶盖连接翻边,所述顶盖连接翻边上形成有顶盖弹性卡扣;所述顶盖的四周边缘设置有多个周向间隔的顶盖连接卡边,所述顶盖连接卡边上形成有顶盖连接卡口;其中,每个所述弹性支撑条的另一端的顶盖连接翻边上的所述顶盖弹性卡扣能够按压到各自对应的所述顶盖连接卡口内。
进一步地,所述连接件包括连接片,多个所述弹性支撑条中,每两个所述弹性支撑条的另一端通过所述连接片连接在一起,以与每两个相对设置的所述弹性支撑条形成为U形结构,其中,所述连接片背向所述底座的一侧片表面作为所述支撑平面部。
更进一步地,两个相对设置的所述弹性支撑条和所述连接片一体成型。
更进一步地,多个所述连接片叠置并固定连接在一起。
进一步地,所述连接片的宽度从中部向两端逐渐减缩。

第二方面,本发明提供一种弹性垫,该弹性垫包括:底层;多个以上第一方面中任意所述的弹性支撑模块,每个所述弹性支撑模块的所述底座设置在所述底层上;平衡垫,所述平衡垫设置在多个所述弹性支撑模块上以约束多个所述弹性支撑模块在所述底层的横向方向上运动;顶面垫层,所述顶面垫层铺设在所述平衡垫上;侧围,所述侧围至少罩住多个所述弹性支撑模块和所述平衡垫。
这样,如上所述的,由于采用多个弹性支撑模块,通过各个弹性支撑模块的多个弹性支撑条的弹性支撑作用,可以使弹性垫在保持较好弹性的同时减轻重量,并使得弹性垫具有更好的舒适度,另外,多个弹性支撑模块可以通过底座便捷地与底层拆装,因此便于弹性垫的组装和拆卸。
进一步地,所述弹性垫为床垫。
第三方面,本发明提供一种家具,所述家具包括以上第二方面中任意所述的弹性垫。如上所述的,由于采用以上弹性垫,该家具的整体品质得到有效提升。

接下来将参照附图详细描述本发明。这里所描述的仅仅是根据本发明的优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在所述优选实施方式的基础上想到能够实现本发明的其他方式,所述其他方式同样落入本发明的范围。
第一方面,参考图1和图7,本发明提供的弹性支撑模块19包括底座1和多个弹性支撑条2,多个弹性支撑条2围绕底座1的周向 方向间隔布置,多个弹性支撑条2的一端设置在底座1上,多个弹性支撑条2的另一端通过连接件相对于彼此固定连接,以形成弹性支撑框部3。
在该弹性支撑模块19中,由于该弹性支撑模块19包括多个弹性支撑条2,而多个弹性支撑条2围绕底座1的周向方向间隔布置,并且多个弹性支撑条2的一端设置在底座1上另一端通过连接件相对于彼此固定连接,这样,多个周向间隔布置的弹性支撑条2可以使得该弹性支撑模块19具有较好的弹性支撑作用。当采用这种弹性支撑模块19装配形成弹性垫时,可以用该弹性支撑模块取代弹性垫中使用的弹簧,而通过多个弹性支撑条2,可以使弹性垫在保持较好弹性的同时减轻重量,并使得弹性垫具有更好的舒适度,另外,多个弹性支撑模块可以通过底座便捷地拆装,因此便于弹性垫的组装和拆卸。
另外,多个弹性支撑条2在周向方向上可以根据实际需求来布置,例如,多个弹性支撑条2的数量较少时并且底座1的面积较大时,多个弹性支撑条2可以周向间隔均匀布置,而当底座1的面积较小时则可以非均匀布置(相互之间的间隔可以有稍微不同)。多个弹性支撑条2的数量较多时,即可以周向间隔均匀布置,也可以周向间隔非均匀布置。
另外,参考图1、图6和图7,在该弹性支撑模块19中,连接件在弹性支撑框部3的远离底座1的一侧延伸以形成支撑平面部4,也就是,连接件在弹性支撑框部3的远离底座1的端面(例如图1的弹性支撑框部3的上端面)内延伸以形成支撑平面部4。这样,支撑平面部4可以增大弹性支撑模块19在压力F作用下的受压面积,例如,支撑平面部4可以增加与下文的弹性垫的顶面垫层21的受压接触面积,这样,可以使得弹性支撑模块19的多个弹性支撑条2能够更均衡地受压变形,提升该弹性支撑模块19的弹性支撑平稳性。
或者,在其他可选择的实施方式中,连接件可以为连接条,例如,多个连接条依次连接在相邻的弹性支撑条2的另一端之间以将 多个弹性支撑条2的另一端连接在一起,或者,环形的连接条围绕多个弹性支撑条2的另一端周向延伸以将多个弹性支撑条2的另一端连接在一起,环形的连接条可以连接在多个弹性支撑条2的另一端的外侧表面,内侧表面或者端面处。
另外,在该弹性支撑模块中,连接件可以具有多种类型,例如,连接件的一种类型中,连接件可以为上述的多个连接条或者环形连接条。连接件的另一种类型中,参考图1和图2,连接件包括顶盖5,多个弹性支撑条2的另一端连接于顶盖5并围绕顶盖5的周向方向间隔布置,顶盖5背离底座1的一侧表面(顶盖5的外侧表面)作为支撑平面部4。这样,在实际使用中,顶盖5的整个外侧表面上将承受压力F,参考图6,从而可以使得多个弹性支撑条2能够更均匀地弹性变形以提供弹性支撑力。

另外,弹性支撑条2的数量可以根据实际的弹性支撑需求来选择,例如,图1中显示有四个弹性支撑条2,图3中显示有2个弹性支撑条2,图4中显示有三个弹性支撑条2,图5中显示有5个弹性支撑条2。当然,弹性支撑条2的数量还可以为六个以上。
另外,连接件的其他类型中,参考图7,图8和图9,连接件包括连接片10,多个弹性支撑条2中,每两个相对设置的弹性支撑条2的另一端通过连接片10连接在一起,以与每两个弹性支撑条2形成为U形结构,其中,连接片10背向底座1的一侧片表面作为支撑平面部4。例如,弹性支撑条2的数量为两个并且通过连接片10连接以形成一个U形结构,弹性支撑条2为四个并且每两个弹性支撑条2通过连接片10连接以形成两个U形结构。
另外,连接片10可以为单独的片件,或者,两个相对设置的弹性支撑条2和连接片10一体成型,也就是,通过单一的条状片弯折形成包括两个弹性支撑条2和连接片10的整体U形结构。
另外,连接件的可选择的其他类型中,连接件可以包括网格片,多个弹性支撑条2的另一端可以分别连接于网格片。网格片可以为多个条形片,多个条形片的一端连接于中心位置,多个条形片呈辐射状向四周散开延伸。
另外,当连接片10为多个时,多个连接片10叠置并固定连接在一起,例如可以粘接在一起,或者通过铆钉铆接在一起。这样,固定连接在一起的多个连接片10可以相互限制移动,从而可以进一步限制其连接的多个弹性支撑条2之间在受压时发生偏移,另外,固定连接在一起的多个连接片10以可以使得形成的支撑平面部4更稳定,避免由于多个连接片10的错位而导致的支撑平面部4的变化。
另外,连接片10可以具有多种形状,例如,连接片10的宽度从一端到另一端保持相同。或者,参考图7,图8和图9,连接片10的宽度从中部向两端逐渐减缩,这样,可以在弹性支撑框部3的远离底座1的端面中形成从端面中心向周围延伸的更大面积的支撑平面部4。
另外,在该弹性支撑模块中,弹性支撑条2可以为圆形的杆体。或者,参考图1和图7,弹性支撑条2可以由弹性支撑片11形成,这样,弹性支撑片11可以在提供所需的弹性支撑性能的同时,能够有效地降低弹性支撑模块的重量。

另外,在该弹性支撑模块,参考图1和图7,多个弹性支撑条2从一端向另一端逐渐聚拢以形成锥台形状。这样,在实际使用中,当竖向方向上放置台弹性支撑模块时,利用锥形的下大上小的结构特点,可以使得多个弹性支撑条2能够更稳定可靠地变形,以提供更稳定可靠的弹性支撑性能。或者,在其他实施方式中,多个弹性支撑条2可以垂直延伸,使得弹性支撑框部3形成为圆筒体。
另外,每个弹性支撑条2可以平直延伸而不弯曲。或者,参考图1和图7,每个弹性支撑条2为凸面向外朝向的弧形条,这样,弧形条更易于使得弹性支撑框部3形成为锥台形状,也更易于提供稳定可靠的变形。

另外,在该弹性支撑模块中,底座1的底壁可以为整块底壁而并未形成有嵌套开口17。或者,参考图1和图7,底座1形成有嵌套开口17,嵌套开口17设置为允许一个弹性支撑模块的弹性支撑框部3的至少一部分能够穿过另一个弹性支撑模块的嵌套开口17而进入到另一个弹性支撑模块的弹性支撑框部3内,以使得多个弹性支撑模块能够依次嵌套叠放在一起。这样,如图10所示的,可以实现多个弹性支撑模块的依次嵌套叠放,从而便于运输和存放。
另外,弹性支撑条2比如弹性支撑片11可以为能够弹性变形以支撑并能够恢复变形的塑料体或者可以为金属件例如可以采用和弹簧相同的材料。另外,底座1和连接件可以采用塑料材料或金属材料。
第二方面,本发明提供一种弹性垫23,参考图11、图12和图13,弹性垫23包括底层18,多个以上第一方面中任意所述的弹性支撑模块19、平衡垫20、顶面垫层21和侧围22,其中,每个弹性支撑模块19的底座1设置在底层18上,平衡垫20设置在多个弹性支撑模块19上以约束多个弹性支撑模块19在底层18的横向方向上运动,顶面垫层21铺设在平衡垫20上,侧围22至少罩住多个弹性支撑模块18和平衡垫20。
这样,如上的,由于采用多个弹性支撑模块19,通过各个弹性支撑模块的多个弹性支撑条的弹性支撑作用,可以使弹性垫在保持较好弹性的同时减轻重量,并使得弹性垫具有更好的舒适度,另外,多个弹性支撑模块可以通过底座便捷地与底层拆装,因此便于弹性垫的组装和拆卸。
在该弹性垫中,每个弹性支撑模块19的底座1可以通过多种方式设置在底层18上,例如一种方式中,每个弹性支撑模块19的底座1可以通过连接件例如螺钉连接在底层18上。或者,另一种方式中,每个弹性支撑模块19的底座1可以插装在底层18上端容纳沉孔中。或者,其他方式中,参考图11,底层18上设置多个间隔布置的条形安装框27,相邻的条形安装框27之间形成弹性支撑模块安装空间26,条形安装框27的侧面上形成有滑槽,这样,每个弹性支撑模块19的底座1的两端可以滑入到滑槽中,从而如图11中箭头所示的,可以将多个弹性支撑模块19依次滑入装配在相邻的条形安装框27之间的弹性支撑模块安装空间26。
另外,顶面垫层21可以为单一的垫层。或者,如图12所示的,顶面垫层21可以包括弹性垫层24和面布层25,这样,弹性垫层24可以铺设在平衡垫20上,而面布层25铺设在弹性垫层24上,侧围22连接在底层18和面布层25之间以罩住弹性垫层24、多个弹性支撑模块18和平衡垫20。弹性垫层24可以为硅胶垫层或棉花垫层或海绵垫层例如高弹性海绵垫层,或者可以其他材质的柔性垫层。
另外,平衡垫20可以具有结构,但需要说明的是,不论平衡垫20采用何种结构,只要能够约束多个弹性支撑模块19在底层18的横向方向上运动即可。例如,一种结构中,平衡垫20形成有沉孔,多个弹性支撑模块19的上端分别位于各自对应的沉孔中。
另外,该弹性垫23可以用作床垫、坐垫、沙发垫或者其他垫体。
第三方面,本发明提供一种家具,该家具包括以上第二方面中任意所述的弹性垫23。如上所述的,由于采用以上弹性垫,该家具的舒适性和整体品质得到显著提升。该家具包括但不限于床垫、沙 发、椅子、沙发床、软包长凳等。
本发明的保护范围仅由权利要求限定。得益于本发明的教导,本领域技术人员容易认识到可将本发明所公开结构的替代结构作为可行的替代实施方式,并且可将本发明所公开的实施方式进行组合以产生新的实施方式,它们同样落入所附权利要求书的范围内。

  1. 一种弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,包括底座(1)和多个弹性支撑条(2),多个所述弹性支撑条(2)围绕所述底座(1)的周向方向间隔布置,多个所述弹性支撑条(2)的一端设置在所述底座(1)上,多个所述弹性支撑条(2)的另一端通过连接件相对于彼此固定连接,以形成弹性支撑框部(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,所述连接件在所述弹性支撑框部(3)的远离所述底座(1)的一侧延伸以形成支撑平面部(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,所述连接件包括顶盖(5),多个所述弹性支撑条(2)的另一端连接于所述顶盖(5)并围绕所述顶盖(5)的周向方向间隔布置,所述顶盖(5)背离所述底座(1)的一侧表面作为所述支撑平面部(4)。

  12. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,每个所述弹性支撑条(2)为凸面向外朝向的弧形条。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,每个所述弹性支撑条(2)的一端形成有底座连接翻边(12),所述底座连接翻边(12)上形成有底座弹性卡扣(13);
    所述底座(1)设置有多个周向间隔的底座连接卡口(14);
    其中,每个所述弹性支撑条(2)的一端的所述底座连接翻边(12)能够上的所述底座弹性卡扣(13)能够按压到各自对应的所述底座连接卡口(14)内。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,每个所述弹性支撑条(2)的一端形成有底座连接翻边(12);
    所述底座(1)的上表面上设置有多个周向间隔布置的周向止挡凸边(15),相邻的所述周向止挡凸边(15)之间形成卡槽(16);
    其中,每个所述底座连接翻边(12)卡接在各自对应的所述卡槽(16)内,并且所述底座连接翻边(12)和所述底座(1)的上表面连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的弹性支撑模块,其特征在于,所述底座(1)形成有嵌套开口(17),所述嵌套开口(17)设置为允许一个所述弹性支撑模块的弹性支撑框部(3)的至少一部分能够穿过另一个所述弹性支撑模块的所述嵌套开口(17)而进入到另一个所述弹性支撑模块的弹性支撑框部(3)内,以使得多个所述弹性支撑模块能够依次嵌套叠放在一起。
  16. 一种弹性垫,其特征在于,包括:
    底层(18);
    多个根据权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的弹性支撑模块(19),每个所述弹性支撑模块(19)的所述底座(1)设置在所述底层(18)上;
    平衡垫(20),所述平衡垫(20)设置在多个所述弹性支撑模块(19)上以约束多个所述弹性支撑模块(19)在所述底层(18)的横向方向上运动;
    顶面垫层(21),所述顶面垫层(21)铺设在所述平衡垫(20)上;
    侧围(22),所述侧围至少罩住多个所述弹性支撑模块(18)和所述平衡垫(20)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫为床垫。
  18. 一种家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括权利要求16或17所述的弹性垫(23)。
