Description

弹性模块平衡垫、弹性垫和家具 技术领域
本发明涉及家具领域,尤其是涉及一种弹性模块平衡垫,一种弹性垫和一种家具。
背景技术
床等家具是人们生活中必不可少的组成部分。绝大多数现有的大型家具并不易于拆卸,或者拆卸后不易恢复。然而,随着现代生活的发展,尤其是床等家具需要越来越频繁的拆卸和组装以适应人口迁移和野外休闲的需要。在搬移的过程中,拆卸和组装床非常困难,所以有时会丢弃仍然可用的床以减轻搬迁负担。
床通常由床架、弹性垫和外罩组成,现有的弹性垫通常是由多个叠加层和弹簧形成的一体式的、不可拆卸的整体垫。整体垫尺寸较大,不易拆卸和储存。
现有的独立袋装弹簧床垫旨在避免同时躺在床上的两个或更多人相互影响(例如,如果个体之间体重差异相对较大,其中一个人在翻身或移动身体时会不可避免地影响其他人)。在这种类型的床垫中,每个弹簧单独包装在由无纺织物或其它材料制成的袋子或套筒中。弹簧袋以图式布置,然后,布置的弹簧袋组的外侧通过粘附、粘合等由整块泡沫橡胶覆盖,以形成家具垫或家具垫形式的所需弹簧垫。然而,独立袋装弹簧床垫仍然是整体产品,不能拆卸且不易运输。并且,在独立袋装弹簧床垫中,用于包覆袋装弹簧的无纺布之间相互黏附牵扯,当床垫受到挤压时,多个袋装弹簧之间并不能完全独立地上下运动,从而影响床垫的舒适度。
另外,现有的床垫还具有不易清洗的缺点。对于一般床垫来说,通常只有床罩可以拆下,而海绵部分无法拆下因而不易清洗。即使乳胶可能具有一定的防螨虫的效果,但是一个床垫通常可能会使用数年之久,不易清洗的海绵部分会带来很大的卫生隐患。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的至少一些问题,本发明的目的是使弹性垫具有更好的舒适度、支撑性能和卫生性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种弹性模块平衡垫,该弹性模块平衡垫包括垫体,所述垫体包括在垫体厚度方向上相对的第一侧垫表面和第二侧垫表面,所述第一侧垫表面上形成有多个在垫体厚度方向上朝向所述第二侧垫表面延伸的容纳孔,所述容纳孔被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫的弹性模块的一部分以约束弹性模块在所述垫体的横向方向上的运动,所述第二侧垫表面上设置有透气结构。
在该技术方案中,由于垫体的第一侧垫表面上形成有多个在垫体厚度方向上延伸的容纳孔,而容纳孔能够容纳弹性基垫的弹性模块的一部分以约束弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,同时垫体的第二侧垫表面上设置有透气结构,这样,该弹性模块平衡垫在装配形成弹性垫时,可以铺设在具有多个弹性模块的弹性基垫上,而各个弹性模块的一部分则可以容纳到各自对应的容纳孔内,此时,由于垫体的容纳孔的限制作用,则可以有效地约束各个弹性模块在横向方向(也就是在与垫体平行的方向)上的运动,以有效避免各个弹性模块由于受力而发生倾斜,从而有效地保持各个弹性模块的支撑稳定性。同时,垫体通过第二侧垫表面上的透气结构,在弹性垫的外侧受压表面受压力被压缩过程和压力去除后恢复过程中,透气结构允许弹性垫的受压部位能够进行内外气流的快速交换,这样,通过内外气流的快速交换,不仅可以防止弹性垫内部发霉而滋生细菌,而且可以允许弹性垫被压缩后能够快速恢复而不会较长时间出现凹陷情况,以便于在长时间使用后弹性垫的经常受压部分不会出现凹陷,使得弹性垫能够依旧保持良好的支撑性能。因此,如上所述的,弹性模块平衡垫不仅能够约束弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,而且能够便于弹性垫的快速恢复并使得弹性垫具有良好的支撑性能。因此,该弹性模块平衡垫装配形成弹性垫后,能够有效地提升弹性垫在受到压力时的平稳性、恢复性和支撑性能,使得弹性垫具有更好 的舒适度、支撑性能和卫生性。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述透气结构包括从所述第二侧垫表面上突出的多个凸起,多个所述凸起间隔布置以在相互之间形成连通的透气空间。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,多个所述凸起包括多个第一凸起,沿着所述容纳孔的轴向方向,一个所述第一凸起对应一个所述容纳孔以作为所述容纳孔的顶孔壁。

此外,参考图7,弹性垫17还包括外罩18,外罩18覆盖在弹性模块平衡垫1上并将弹性基垫4的至少一部分和弹性模块平衡垫1包裹起来。例如,可以将弹性基垫4和弹性模块平衡垫1整体包裹起来,从而提升了该弹性垫17的美观性。外罩18可以通过可拆卸的连接结构例如拉链或魔术粘扣而将弹性基垫4的至少一部分和弹性模块平衡垫1包裹起来。
最后,本发明提供一种家具,家具包括以上任意的弹性垫。如上的,该家具的舒适性得到显著提升。
此外,该家具包括但不限于床垫、沙发、椅子、沙发床、软包长凳等。
本发明的保护范围仅由权利要求限定。得益于本发明的教导,本领域技术人员容易认识到可将本发明所公开结构的替代结构作为可行的替代实施方式,并且可将本发明所公开的实施方式进行组合以产生新的实施方式,它们同样落入所附权利要求书的范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种弹性模块平衡垫,所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)包括垫体(2),所述垫体(2)包括在垫体厚度方向上相对的第一侧垫表面和第二侧垫表面,所述第一侧垫表面上形成有多个在垫体厚度方向上朝向所述第二侧垫表面延伸的容纳孔(3),所述容纳孔(3)被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫(4)的弹性模块(5)的一部分以约束弹性模块在所述垫体(2)的横向方向上的运动,所述第二侧垫表面上设置有透气结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述透气结构包括从所述第二侧垫表面上突出的多个凸起,多个所述凸起间隔布置以在相互之间形成连通的透气空间(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,多个所述凸起包括多个第一凸起(7),沿着所述容纳孔(3)的轴向方向,一个所述第一凸起(7)对应一个所述容纳孔(3)以作为所述容纳孔(3)的顶孔壁(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(3)的顶孔壁(8)上形成有与所述容纳孔(3)连通的透气孔(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述顶孔壁(8)的外表面上设置有凝胶垫(10),所述凝胶垫(10)上形成有与所述透气孔(9)连通的透气开口(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,多个所述凸起包括多个间隔布置的第二凸起(12),其中,每个所述第 二凸起(12)被周围的多个所述第一凸起(7)围绕,每个所述第一凸起(7)被周围的多个所述第二凸起(12)围绕。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述第二凸起(12)包括向周围相邻的所述第一凸起(7)之间的间隔延伸的减缩延伸部(13),以使得所述第二凸起(12)的外周面包括与所述第一凸起(7)的一部分外周面形状相配的外周面配合段(14)。
  8. 根据权利要求3、6或7所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,多个所述凸起的外顶面上设置有凝胶垫(10)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述凝胶垫(10)的外表面上形成有透气槽(15),所述透气槽(15)延伸到所述凝胶垫(10)的边缘并与所述透气空间(6)连通。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述垫体(2)为弹性体。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(3)的内部尺寸在从孔底到孔口的方向上渐扩。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述第一侧垫表面上形成有围绕所述容纳孔(3)并从孔口边沿伸出的套筒(16),使得所述容纳孔(3)包括所述套筒(16)的内部空间。
  13. 一种弹性垫,所述弹性垫(17)包括:
    弹性基垫(4),所述弹性基垫(4)包括多个弹性模块(5);
    权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的弹性模块平衡垫(1);
    其中,所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)铺设在所述弹性基垫(4)上, 并且各个所述弹性模块(5)的一部分容纳定位在各自对应的所述容纳孔(3)内,其中,所述容纳孔(3)能够约束所述弹性模块(5)在横向方向上的运动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模块(5)为圆台形并形状相配地容纳在圆台孔形式的所述容纳孔(3)中。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫还包括外罩(18),所述外罩(18)覆盖在所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)上并将所述弹性基垫(4)的至少一部分和所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)包裹起来。
  16. 一种家具,所述家具包括权利要求13-15中任意一项所述的弹性垫(17)。
