在该弹性垫中,如上所述的,通过该平衡垫,可以显著提升弹性垫稳定性和舒适性,降低弹性垫的成本,同时,垫层、弹性模块组件和平衡垫便于拆装,因此便于弹性垫的搬运,降低存放占用的空间。
一些实施方式中,所述垫层和所述平衡垫之间设置有连接结构。
一些实施方式中,所述连接结构包括在所述垫层的朝向所述平衡垫的表面上形成的至少一个凸起,所述凸起能够接合对应的一个所述缓冲孔。
一些实施方式中,所述弹性模块组件包括多个弹性模块单元,每个所述弹性模块单元包括固定底板和设置在所述固定底板上的多个所述弹性模块,所述固定底板被构造成能够使得多个所述固定底板可拆装地连接在一起。

具体实施方式
接下来将参照附图详细描述本发明的弹性垫和家具。这里所描述的仅仅是根据本发明的优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在所述优选实施方式的基础上想到能够实现本发明的其他方式,所述其他方式同样落入本发明的范围。
第一方面,参考图1、图2、图3、图7和图8,本发明提供的平衡垫1包括垫本体2,垫本体2包括在其厚度方向上相对的上表面3和下表面4,其中,下表面4上形成有多个间隔布置的容纳孔5,每个容纳孔5用于容纳对应的一个弹性模块6的一部分(参考图8),从而使得当将平衡垫1安置在多个弹性模块上时,平衡垫1能够结合多个弹性模块的上部(参考图7)以约束各个弹性模块6在平衡垫1的横向方向上的运动;同时,上表面3上形成有多个间隔布置的缓冲孔7,多个缓冲孔7被构造成用于在垫本体2的上部形成缓冲层部8;其中,在平衡垫1的厚度方向上,每个缓冲孔7和对应的一个容纳孔5通过垫本体2的分隔部9隔开。
在该平衡垫1中,垫本体2的下表面4上形成有多个间隔布置的容纳孔5,垫本体2的上表面3上形成的多个间隔布置的缓冲孔7,每个缓冲孔7和对应的一个容纳孔5在垫本体2的厚度方向上通过垫本体2的分隔部9隔开,并且多个缓冲孔7在垫本体2的上部形成缓冲层部8,这样,该平衡垫1装配形成弹性垫10(参考图12)时,每个容纳孔5将容纳对应的一个弹性模块6的一部分从而使得平衡垫1能够支撑在多个弹性模块6上以约束弹性模块6在平衡垫1的横向方向上的运动,从而显著地提升弹性垫10的多个弹性模块6的稳定性,同时,缓冲孔7可以将其对应的容纳孔5内的弹性模块 的支撑力通过分隔部9分散到缓冲孔7的四周区域,使得在平衡垫1的上表面3感觉不到明显的弹性模块6的支撑硬点,进一步提升舒适性。此外,缓冲层部8通过多个缓冲孔7内容纳的空气,可以显著提升平衡垫1的缓冲性能和舒适性能,只需要在平衡垫1上铺设较薄的垫层12(参考图10)即可。因此,该平衡垫1在提升弹性垫10稳定性的同时提升舒适性,降低弹性垫10的成本,同时,平衡垫1和弹性模块6便于拆装,因此便于弹性垫10的搬运,降低存放占用的空间。
该平衡垫1的一些实施方式中,容纳孔5和缓冲孔7可以错开布置,例如,容纳孔5的中心轴线和缓冲孔7的中心轴线并不重合。该平衡垫1的另一些实施方式中,参考图2和图3,每个容纳孔5和其对应的一个缓冲孔7同轴线布置,这样,每一个容纳孔5和对应的缓冲孔7可以共用同一个孔底壁(也就是分隔部9),缓冲孔7可以将其对应的容纳孔5内的弹性模块的支撑力通过分隔部9进一步分散到缓冲孔7的四周区域,使得在平衡垫1的上表面3感觉不到明显的弹性模块6的支撑硬点,进一步提升舒适性。另外,还可以在垫本体2的下表面4上布置数量较多的容纳孔5以容纳数量较多的弹性模块6,在垫本体2的上表面3上布置数量较多的缓冲孔7,以进一步提升提升平衡垫1的缓冲性能和舒适性能。另外,容纳孔5和缓冲孔7共用同一个孔底壁还可以实现容纳孔5和缓冲孔7之间的空气流通,从而提升平衡垫1的通气效果。例如,当垫本体2的材料为海绵时可以更易于实现空气流通,当垫本体2的材料为橡胶或硅胶时,孔底壁上形成有多个通气孔以作为较短的空气流动路径。
另外,一些实施方式中,容纳孔5可以具有多种形状,例如可以为圆孔或方孔,此时,弹性模块6容纳在容纳孔5内的部分的形状也可以为圆形或方形。另一些实施方式中,参考图2和图3,容纳孔5的内表面为朝向下表面4逐渐向外扩张的锥形表面,例如容纳孔5为大口端朝下并且小口端朝上的锥形孔,这样,参考图8,容纳孔的锥形表面可以与锥形的弹性模块6的倾斜外表面形成锥形面配 合,使得容纳孔5的倾斜内周面和底面都可以形成支撑,这样,平衡垫1可以更稳固地支撑在多个弹性模块6上。
另外,一些实施方式中,缓冲孔7可以具有多种形状,例如可以为圆孔或方孔。另一些实施方式中,参考图2和图3,缓冲孔7的内表面为朝向上表面3逐渐向外扩张的的锥形表面,例如缓冲孔7为大口端朝上并且小口端朝下的锥形孔,这样,弹性垫1的上表面3受到压力时,通过缓冲孔7的锥形表面,上表面3的围绕缓冲孔7的部分可以更平稳地被压缩,避免出现横向倾斜,从而进一步提升缓冲的均衡性。
另外,一些实施方式中,容纳孔5和缓冲孔7的深度可以基于平衡垫1的整体厚度并根据实际需求来设定。例如,一些实施方式中,容纳孔5的深度小于缓冲孔7的深度。另一些实施方式中,容纳孔5的深度和缓冲孔7的深度相同。其他一些实施方式中,参考图2和图3,容纳孔5的深度大于缓冲孔7的深度,这样,可以更稳定可靠地约束各个弹性模块6在平衡垫1的横向方向上的运动,同时也能够提升平衡垫1的缓冲性能和舒适性能。
另外,一些实施方式中,参考图2和图3,容纳孔5的深度为垫本体2的厚度的一半,缓冲孔7的深度小于垫本体2的厚度的一半。这样,不仅可以更稳定可靠地约束各个弹性模块6在平衡垫1的横向方向上的运动,同时能够提升平衡垫1的缓冲性能和舒适性能,还可以确保分隔部9具有适当的厚度。
另外,为了提升平衡垫1的整体性和耐久性,一些实施方式中,平衡垫1还包括覆盖垫本体2的所有表面的包裹层,其中,包裹层覆盖且附接在上表面3、下表面4、容纳孔5的内表面和缓冲孔7的内表面上。也就是,包裹层顺着上表面3、下表面4、容纳孔5的内表面和缓冲孔7的内表面的轮廓延伸。这样,通过包裹层的整体拉拽作用,可以进一步提升平衡垫1的整体稳定性。另外,包裹层可以通过焊接或粘接的方式包裹垫本体2。包裹层可以为纱布层、无纺布层、或帆布层,或其他的透气材料层。
另外,垫本体2可以橡胶体或硅胶体或其他弹性材料体。优选地,垫本体2可以为具有良好透气性和弹性的海绵体。
第二方面,参考图4-图13,本发明提供一种弹性垫10,该弹性垫10包括弹性模块组件11、垫层12和以上第一方面中任意所述的平衡垫1,其中,弹性模块组件11包括多个弹性模块6;多个弹性模块6中的每一个弹性模块6的一部分容纳定位在多个容纳孔5中对应的一个容纳孔内,从而使得平衡垫1支撑在多个弹性模块6上;垫层12铺设在平衡垫1的上表面3上。
在该弹性垫10中,如上所述的,通过该平衡垫1,可以显著提升弹性垫10稳定性和舒适性,降低弹性垫10的成本,同时,垫层12、弹性模块组件11和平衡垫1便于拆装,因此便于弹性垫10的搬运,降低存放占用的空间。
另外,一些实施方式中,垫层12可以直接铺设在平衡垫1上。另一些实施方式中,垫层12和平衡垫1之间设置有连接结构,这样,通过连接结构,垫层12可以更稳固地铺设在平衡垫1上,避免垫层12由于局部压力而发生横向移位。
另外,连接结构可以具有多种类型,例如,一种类型中,连接结构可以包括设置在垫层12的下表面和/或平衡垫1的上表面上的魔术贴。另一种类型中,连接结构包括在垫层12的朝向平衡垫1的表面上形成的至少一个凸起,凸起能够结合对应的一个缓冲孔7内,这样,可以充分利用平衡垫1的至少一个缓冲孔7来定位垫层12,通过凸起和缓冲孔7的配合,可以有效避免垫层12由于局部压力而发生横向移位。例如,垫层12的四个角落和中间位置处分别形成有一个凸起,这些位置的凸起可以和对应位置的缓冲孔7配合。
另外,在该弹性垫10中,弹性模块组件11可以具有多种结构,例如,一种结构中,弹性模块组件11包括基底,基底上形成有多个间隔布置的滑轨,多个弹性模块6则可以通过与滑轨的配合而设置在相邻的滑轨之间。另一种结构中,参考图4、图5和图6,弹性模块组件11包括多个弹性模块单元13,每个弹性模块单元13包括固 定底板14和设置在固定底板14上的多个弹性模块6,固定底板14被构造成能够使得多个固定底板14可拆装地连接在一起,这样,使用时,可以快速地将多个弹性模块单元13组装以形成弹性模块网,然后将平衡垫1铺设在弹性模块网上即可。
另外,多个固定底板14可以通过多种方式拆装连接在一起,例如,一种方式中,固定底板14可以通过螺钉连接在一起。另一种方式中,参考图8和图9,每个固定底板14的一侧设置有卡接滑槽17,相对的另一侧设置有卡接板18,这样,一个固定底板14的卡接板18可以与相邻的另一个固定底板的卡接滑槽17配合,从而多个固定底板14依次连接,以将多个弹性模块单元13组装成弹性模块网。
另外,一些实施方式中,为了提升对垫层12的防护性,也为了提升弹性垫10的整体稳定性,参考图11、图12和图13,弹性垫10包括面罩15,面罩15罩设在垫层12的背离平衡垫1的表面上,并且能够包裹并覆盖弹性模块组件11四周,以将垫层12,弹性模块6罩住。面罩15和弹性模块组件11可以通过粘贴条、拉链、纽扣或其他任何方式连接。
另外,一些实施方式中,弹性模块组件11可以仅包括多个弹性模块单元13,此时,面罩15可以和固定底板14连接。另一些实施方式中,参考图11、图12和图13,弹性模块组件11还包括底层16,其中,多个弹性模块6安放在底层16上,而且面罩15被构造成能够和底层16连接成一体。面罩15和底层16可以通过粘贴条、拉链、纽扣或其他任何方式连接。
此外,一些实施方式中,为了提升该弹性垫10的舒适性,在弹性垫10的周向方向上,弹性垫10的边缘区域的弹性模块6之间设置有支撑体,这样,弹性垫10边缘区域的支撑体可以与边缘区域的弹性模块6一起有效提升弹性垫10的边缘区域的支撑强度,避免人员坐在弹性垫10上后,弹性垫10的边缘处出现塌陷感觉,从而使得弹性垫10的边缘区域和弹性垫10的内侧区域具有基本相同的支撑硬度,这能够显著地提升弹性垫10的支撑性能的一致性。例如, 弹性垫10的最外侧的一圈弹性模块6中,在周向方向上相邻的弹性模块6之间插装有支撑体,或者,弹性垫10的最外侧的两圈弹性模块6中,在周向方向上每圈相邻的弹性模块6之间插装有支撑体。另外,支撑体可以具有多种类型,只要能够插装在相邻的弹性模块6之间即可。例如,支撑体可以为橡胶柱或其他结构的弹性模块,例如倒锥形弹性体等。
另外,弹性模块6可以为弹簧模块、橡胶模块或硅胶模块。
另外,该弹性垫10可以作为任何所需的应用。例如,弹性垫10可以用作户外垫和室内垫。例如,弹性垫10可以作为弹性床垫、沙发垫、椅子垫和长凳垫。
第三方面,本发明提供一种家具,该家具包括以上第二方面中任意所述的弹性垫10。这样,如上所述的,通过该弹性垫10,该家具成本降低的同时能够具有良好的平稳性和舒适度,从而提升了整体品质。
本发明的保护范围仅由权利要求限定。得益于本发明的教导,本领域技术人员容易认识到可将本发明所公开结构的替代结构作为可行的替代实施方式,并且可将本发明所公开的实施方式进行组合以产生新的实施方式,它们同样落入所附权利要求书的范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种用于制作家居产品的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述平衡垫(1)包括垫本体(2),所述垫本体(2)包括在其厚度方向上相对设置的上表面(3)和下表面(4),其中,
    所述下表面(4)上形成有多个间隔布置的容纳孔(5),每个所述容纳孔(5)用于容纳对应的一个弹性模块(6)的一部分,从而使得当将所述平衡垫(1)安置在多个所述弹性模块上时,所述平衡垫(1)能够接合多个所述弹性模块的上部以约束所述弹性模块在所述平衡垫的横向方向上的运动;
    所述上表面(3)上形成有多个间隔布置的缓冲孔(7),多个所述缓冲孔(7)被构造成用于在所述垫本体(2)的上部形成缓冲层部(8);
    其中,在所述平衡垫(1)的厚度方向上,每个所述缓冲孔(7)和对应的一个所述容纳孔(5)通过所述垫本体(2)的分隔部(9)隔开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,每个所述容纳孔(5)和与其对应的一个所述缓冲孔(7)同轴线布置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(5)的内表面为朝向所述下表面(4)逐渐向外扩张的锥形表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述缓冲孔(7)的内表面为朝向所述上表面(3)逐渐向外扩张的的锥形表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(5)的深度大于所述缓冲孔(7)的深度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(5)的深度为所述垫本体(2)的厚度的一半,所述缓冲孔(7)的深度小于所述垫本体(2)的厚度的一半。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述平衡垫(1)还包括覆盖所述垫本体(2)的所有表面的包裹层,其中,所述包裹层覆盖且附接所述上表面(3)、所述下表面(4)、所述容纳孔(5)的内表面和所述缓冲孔(7)的内表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的平衡垫,其特征在于,所述垫本体(2)为海绵体,所述包裹层为无纺布层。
  9. 一种弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫(10)包括:
    弹性模块组件(11),所述弹性模块组件(11)包括多个弹性模块(6);
    如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的平衡垫(1),其中,多个所述弹性模块(6)中的每一个弹性模块(6)的一部分容纳定位在多个所述容纳孔(5)中对应的一个容纳孔内,从而使得所述平衡垫(1)支撑在多个所述弹性模块(6)上;以及
    垫层(12),所述垫层(12)铺设在所述平衡垫(1)的所述上表面(3)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫层(12)和所述平衡垫(1)之间设置有连接结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括在所述垫层(12)的朝向所述平衡垫(1)的表面上形成的至少一个凸起,所述凸起能够接合对应的一个所述缓冲孔(7)。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模块组件(11)包括多个弹性模块单元(13),每个所述弹性模块单元(13)包括固定底板(14)和设置在所述固定底板(14)上的多个所述弹性模块(6),所述固定底板(14)被构造成能够使得多个所述固定底板(14)可拆装地连接在一起。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫(10)包括面罩(15),所述面罩(15)罩设在所述垫层(12)的背离所述平衡垫(1)的表面上,并且能够包围并覆盖所述弹性模块组件(11)的四周。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模块组件(11)还包括底层(16),其中,多个所述弹性模块(6)安放在所述底层(16)上,而且所述面罩(15)被构造成能够和所述底层(16)连接成一体。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,在所述弹性垫(10)的周向方向上,所述弹性垫(10)的边缘区域的弹性模块(6)之间设置有支撑体。
  16. 根据权利要求9-15中任意一项所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫(10)为弹性床垫。
  17. 一种家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括如权利要求9-16中任意一项所述的弹性垫(10)。
