一些实施方式中,所述接合结构包括在所述安置座的顶部形成的凹部,所述凹部的形状与所述弹性模块的顶部的形状相匹配,从而使得在所述第二使用状态,所述凹部能够可靠地套装在所述弹性模块的顶部上。

在该弹性模块收纳托架1中,一些实施方式中,在第二使用状态,安置座5可以直接放置并支撑在弹性模块6上,当弹性垫14的垫层15和弹性支撑层19连接时可以将弹性模块收纳托架1夹紧定位在弹性模块6上。另一些实施方式中,参考图1、图2和图3,安置座5的顶部包括接合结构,接合结构被构造成能够与弹性模块6的顶部接合以允许安置座5通过接合结构稳定可靠地支撑在弹性模块6上,这样,在第二使用状态时,通过该接合结构与弹性模块6的顶部进行接合,可以进一步提升弹性模块收纳托架1支撑在弹性模块6上的稳定性和可靠性。

另外,一些实施方式中,安置座5可以具有固定的高度,这样,头枕部可以适用于使用者对头部支撑的固定高度需求。另一些实施方式中,安置座5的高度能够调整,也就是,安置座5被设计成能 够根据使用者对头枕高度的需求而调整高度,这样,同一使用者可以根据不同阶段的使用需求来调整头枕部的高度,另外,不用的使用者也可以根据自身的不同需求来调整头枕部的高度,从而提升舒适性。当需要调节头枕部的高度时,使用者可以在头枕部处,将垫层15与弹性支撑层19脱离,然后将安置座5的高度调整到所需高度,再将垫层15与弹性支撑层19连接即可。
另外,可以通过多种调整方式来调整安置座5的高度,例如,一种调整方式中,安置座5可以包括多个(例如两个或三个)依次嵌套并能够伸缩到所需位置的套筒,这样,通过将套筒伸缩到所需位置,从而调整安置座5的高度。另一种调整方式中,可以通过下文提到的支撑条10来调整安置座5的高度(下文中将详细说明)。

一些实施方式中,如上所述的,多个底板2可以为相互独立的部件,并可以拼接在一起以形成拼接体17,从而使得多个安置座5位于拼接体17的同一侧。
另一些实施方式中,参考图1,多个底板2一体成型以使得拼接体17成型为一体件。这样,一体件上就具有多个安置座5。例如,一些实施方式中,一体件可以为条形板,沿着该条形板的长度方向,多个安置座5间隔地设置在条形板的一侧板面上以形成单行的安置座5。当然,如果需要,可以在条形板上形成有多行安置座5。
另外,一些实施方式中,参考图6,图7和图8,至少两个间隔的底板2相对的两侧设置有提拉带13,当拼接体17成型为一体件时,一体件的相对的两侧设置有提拉地13。这样,多个弹性模块组(也就是依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块)分别套装在各自对应的安置座5上后,可以将两侧的提拉带13束缚在一起,以对弹性模块组进行束缚,同时还可以提起提拉带13,以便于搬运。

一些实施方式中,弹性垫14包括收纳状态,在收纳状态,头枕体18构造成允许依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块6中最下方的弹性模块6套在头枕体18上,使得依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块6存放在头枕体18上,也就是,多个弹性模块6依次嵌套叠放,并且最下方的弹性模块6套装在头枕体18上。这样,可以便于收纳多个弹性模块6,也有效降低弹性垫14存放时的占用空间。

头枕体18的第二种类型中,头枕体18为多个以上第一方面中任意的弹性模块收纳托架1,每个弹性模块收纳托架1对应有多个弹性模块6;弹性垫14包括收纳状态和展开状态;在收纳状态,每个弹性模块收纳托架1对应的多个弹性模块6依次嵌套叠放并且最下方的弹性模块6套在安置座5上,以使得依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块6存放在对应的弹性模块收纳托架1上;在展开状态,所有的弹性模块6组装成弹性支撑层19,多个安置座5朝下以依次排列支撑在各自对应的弹性模块6上,多个底板2朝上,以使得多个枕部单元7排列形成头枕体18,并且头枕体18高于剩余的弹性模块6, 垫层15固定铺设在头枕体18和剩余的弹性模块6上。这样,多个弹性模块6沿着弹性垫的横向方向拼接形成弹性支撑层19后,根据头枕部所需的宽度和长度,可以将多个弹性模块收纳托架1分别支撑在对应的弹性模块6上以作为头枕体18,当垫层15铺设在头枕体18和剩余的弹性模块6上后,垫层15上就形成所需宽度和长度的头枕部,从而可以根据所需来灵活地形成头枕部。
头枕体18的第三种类型中,参考图11,头枕体18为以上第二方面中任意的弹性模块收纳装置16;弹性垫14包括收纳状态和展开状态;在收纳状态,每个弹性模块收纳托架1对应的多个弹性模块6依次嵌套叠放并且最下方的弹性模块6套在安置座5上,以使得依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块6存放在对应的弹性模块收纳托架1上;在展开状态,所有的弹性模块6组装成弹性支撑层19,并且多个安置座5朝下支撑在各自对应的弹性模块6上,拼接体17朝上,以使得头枕体18高于剩余的弹性模块6,垫层15固定铺设在头枕体18和剩余的弹性模块6上。这样,多个弹性模块6沿着弹性垫的横向方向拼接形成弹性支撑层19后,根据头枕部所需的宽度和长度,可以将所需数量的弹性模块收纳托架1的底板2拼接在一起以形成拼接体17,这样,通过拼接体17,可以将所需数量的弹性模块收纳托架1形成为一个整体件,并将该整体件支撑在对应的弹性模块6上以作为头枕体18,当垫层15铺设在头枕体18和剩余的弹性模块6上后,垫层15上就形成所需宽度和长度的头枕部,从而可以根据所需来灵活地形成头枕部。在该第三种类型中,由于多个底板2拼接在一起,因此可以使得多个弹性模块收纳托架1之间具有相互的拉扯限位作用,从而显著提升头枕体18的稳定性。
另外,在该弹性垫14中,一些实施方式中,弹性垫14可以包括底部层,底部层上形成有多个平行间隔的滑轨,相邻的滑轨之间可以滑入多个弹性模块6,从而形成弹性支撑层19。另一些实施方式中,参考图9、图10和图11,弹性垫14包括多个弹性模块单元20,每个弹性模块单元20包括基板21和设置在基板21上的多个弹 性模块6,其中,多个基板21能够沿着弹性垫的横向方向可拆卸地拼接在一起,以使得多个弹性模块单元20组装成弹性支撑层19,这样,通过多个弹性模块单元20的组装,可以提升弹性支撑层19的组装效率,也便于多个弹性模块单元20的快速收纳。另外,基板21并不局限于图9中所示的形状,例如,多个弹性模块6形成一排弹性模块组,基板21上可以设置有两排或三排弹性模块组。
另外,多个基板21可以通过多种拼接方式在横向方向上可拆卸地拼接在一起,拼接方式包括但并不限于以下说明的几种拼接方式。例如,一些拼接方式中,相邻的基板21可以通过魔术贴粘贴在一起。或者,一些拼接方式中,相邻的基板21可以滑块和滑槽的方式拼接在一起,例如,相邻的基板21的一个基板21上形成有滑块,另一个基板21上形成有对应的滑槽,通过滑块和滑槽的滑动配合,可以将相邻的两个基板21拼接在一起。或者,一些拼接方式中,相邻的基板21可以通过卡接结构拼接在一起,例如,卡接结构包括卡扣和卡槽,相邻的基板21的一个基板21上形成有卡扣,另一个基板21上形成有对应的卡槽,卡扣可以卡接到卡槽内,以将相邻的两个基板21拼接在一起。因此,不论采用何种拼接方式,只要能够实现相邻的基板21可拆卸地拼接在一起即可。因此,本发明并不对具体的拼接方式作出限定。
另外,一些实施方式中,参考图9,基板21上形成有套装开口,每个套装开口对应设置有一个弹性模块6,这样,参考图7,一个弹性模块单元20的多个弹性模块6可以穿过另一个弹性模块单元20的套装开口而伸入到弹性模块6内,从而可以将多个弹性模块单元20依次嵌套叠放,从而更进一步提升收纳的便捷性,降低了空间占用。
另外,一些实施方式中,参考图13,垫层15的外边缘和弹性支撑层19的底部外边缘通过边缘紧固结构22连接,这样,通过边缘紧固结构22,可以将垫层15和弹性支撑层19紧固连接在一起,从而提升头枕部的平稳性。
另外,一些实施方式中,为了提升各个弹性模块6的平稳性,参考图13,垫层15的下表面的边缘位置处具有朝向弹性模块6伸出的止挡圈23,止挡圈23和弹性支撑层19的底部外边缘通过边缘紧固结构22连接。这样,止挡圈23通过边缘紧固结构22绷紧后,可以有效地限制弹性支撑层19的边缘处的弹性模块6横向移动,从而提升了整个弹性垫的平稳性和舒适性。
另外,一些实施方式中,边缘紧固结构22可以为侧围布,该侧围布的上边缘和下边缘处可以分别通过拉链结构与垫层15的外边缘(或者止挡圈23)和弹性支撑层19的底部外边缘(或者基板21)连接。
另外,一些实施方式中,参考图13、图16和图17,边缘紧固结构22使得弹性垫14形成无密封侧围的弹性垫,也就是,边缘紧固结构22将垫层15的外边缘(或者止挡圈23)和弹性支撑层19的底部外边缘(或者基板21)连接后,弹性支撑层19的侧部外漏,也就是从外部可以观察到弹性支撑层19的侧部,这样,可以有效地提升该弹性垫14的通气性,避免弹性垫14的内部发潮发霉,这在气候湿润的地区尤为有利。

另外,该弹性垫14可以作为任何所需的应用。例如,弹性垫14可以用作户外垫和室内垫。例如,弹性垫14可以作为弹性床垫、沙发垫、椅子垫和长凳垫。

    安置座(5),所述安置座(5)设置在所述上表面上并在所述高度方向上延伸;
    其中,所述弹性模块收纳托架(1)能够从第一使用状态变换到第二使用状态;
    在所述第一使用状态,所述安置座(5)被构造成允许依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块(6)中位于最下面的弹性模块(6)套装在所述安置座(5)上,使得依次嵌套叠放的弹性模块(6)存放在所述弹性模块收纳托架(1)上;
    在所述第二使用状态,所述弹性模块收纳托架(1)能够以使所述安置座(5)朝向多个所述弹性模块(6)的方式放置在所述弹性模块(6)上,使得所述弹性模块收纳托架(1)能够用作为枕部单元(7),其中所述下表面(4)朝上作为所述枕部单元(7)的头部承托面。

  21. 根据权利要求18所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述头枕体(18)为根据权利要求13-17中任意一项所述的弹性模块收纳装置(16);
    所述弹性垫(14)包括收纳状态和展开状态;
    在所述收纳状态,每个所述弹性模块收纳托架(1)对应的多个弹性模块(6)依次嵌套叠放并且最下方的弹性模块(6)套在所述安置座(5)上,以使得依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块(6)存放在对应的所述弹性模块收纳托架(1)上;
    在所述展开状态,所有的弹性模块(6)组装成所述弹性支撑层(19),并且多个所述安置座(5)朝下支撑在各自对应的弹性模块(6)上,所述拼接体(17)朝上,以使得所述头枕体(18)高于剩余的所述弹性模块(6),所述垫层(15)固定铺设在所述头枕体(18)和剩余的所述弹性模块(6)上。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫(14)包括多个弹性模块单元(20),每个所述弹性模块单元(20)包括基板(21)和设置在所述基板(21)上的多个所述弹性模块(6),其中,多个所述基板(21)能够沿着弹性垫的横向方向可拆卸地拼接在一起,以使得多个所述弹性模块单元(20)组装成所述弹性支撑层(19)。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫层(15)的外边缘和所述弹性支撑层(19)的底部外边缘通过边缘紧固结构(22)连接。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫层(15)的下表面的边缘位置处具有朝向所述弹性模块(6)伸出的止挡圈(23),所述止挡圈(23)和所述弹性支撑层(19)的底部外边缘通过所述边缘紧固结构(22)连接。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述边缘紧固结构(22)使得所述弹性垫(14)形成无密封侧围的弹性垫。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述边缘紧固结构(22)包括能够释放地连接的连接绳(24)。
  27. 根据权利要求18所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫层(15)包括收拢状态,其中,处于收拢状态的所述垫层(15)束缚在所述头枕体(18)的提拉带(13)之间。
  28. 根据权利要求18所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫层(15)为能够折叠或卷绕的材料层。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫层(15)包括在弹性垫的长度方向上布置的多个垫块(25),相邻的所述垫块(25)之间通过减薄的软性铰链部连接。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述软性铰链部包括形成在所述垫层(15)的垫层上表面和/或垫层下表面上并沿着弹性垫的宽度方向延伸的凹槽(26)。
  31. 根据权利要求18-30中任意一项所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫作为弹性床垫。
  32. 一种家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括权利要求18-31中任意一项所述的弹性垫(14)。
  33. 一种弹性垫使用方法,其特征在于,所述弹性垫使用方法包括:
    弹性垫展开时,将多个弹性模块沿着弹性垫的横向方向拼接在一起以组装成弹性支撑层,将头枕体从第一使用状态变换到第二使用状态,并将头枕体的安置座支撑在一部分弹性模块上,以使得头枕体高于剩余的弹性模块,将垫层铺设在头枕体和剩余的弹性模块上,头枕体使得垫层上形成头枕部;
    弹性垫收拢时,将垫层和头枕体取下,将头枕体变换到第一使用状态,以使得头枕体的安置座朝上,将多个弹性模块依次嵌套叠放,并将最下方的弹性模块套在安置座上,使得依次嵌套叠放的多个弹性模块存放在头枕体上。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的弹性垫使用方法,其特征在于,包括弹性垫收拢时,将取下的垫层折叠或卷绕,并将折叠或卷绕的垫层束缚在头枕体的提拉带之间。
