本发明公开的一种阴道扩张器,其包括扩张模组、可视模组、功能模组及承载模组;扩张模组包括第一扩张结构,第一扩张结构包括上扩件和下扩件,上扩件与下扩件相连且可相对转动,相对转动过程中二者在张开及基本闭合状态之间切换,当处于张开状态,二者间形成检查通道;可视模组具有可视端,可视端面向检查通道;功能模组具有功能端;功能模组通过承载模组可脱离置于检查通道内,功能模组的功能端面向检查通道。
一种疾病诊断方法,采用上述阴道扩张器进行妇科疾病的诊断。
本申请有益效果在于:通过可视模组对阴道进行初步视觉检查,根据初步视觉的检查结果,当医生判断需要进一步诊断或治疗时,再通过承载模组将功能模组置于检查通道内进行进一步的诊断或治疗,如此实现了快速诊断和便捷治疗,从而提升了诊断及治疗效率。

实施例一:参照图1和图2,阴道扩张器包括扩张模组1、可视模组2、功能模组3以及承载模组4。扩张模组1包括第一扩张结构,第一扩张结构包括上扩件11和下扩件12,上扩件11与下扩件12相连且可相对转动,相对转动过程中二者在张开及基本闭合状态之间切换,当处于张开状态,二者间形成检查通道。可视模组2具有可视端,可视端面向检查通道。功能模组3具有功能端,功能模组3通过承载模组4可脱离置于检查通道内,功能模组3的功能端面向检查通道。通过上扩件11和下扩件12的张开状态形成检查通道,再通过可视模组2对阴道进行初步视觉检查,根据初步视觉的检查结果,当医生判断需要进一步诊断或治疗时,再通过承载模组4将功能模组3置于检查通道内进行进一步的诊断或治疗,如此实现了快速诊断和便捷治疗,从而提升了诊断及治疗效率。功能模组3为 具有不同功能的多种模组,在具体应用时可根据实际需要进行选择,例如,若医生在初步视觉的检查结果下无法进行准确的病情诊断时,功能模组3可选择为具有显微放大功能的显微模组,其于检查通道内进行放大化的详尽检查,进一步诊断病情;若医生在初步视觉检查的结果下已经进行了准确的病情诊断时,功能模组3也可为具有治疗功能的治疗模组,其于检查通道内进行妇科疾病的治疗,例如,发出特殊的能量光线进行治疗。
继续参照图1至图3,进一步,上扩件11包括上扩张段111、检查段112以及按压部113,检查段112与上扩张段111相连,按压部113设于检查段112,检查段112与下扩件12相连且可相对转动,向按压部113施加力,按压部113带动上扩件11与下扩件12相对转动,检查段112形成有检查口1121,当处于张开状态,上扩张段111与下扩件12间形成检查通道,检查口1121朝向检查通道。通过检查口1121的设置,便于承载有功能模组3的承载模组4置于下扩件12上的动作执行,也便于医生对功能模组3进行操作或调整,实现精确诊断或治疗。而通过按压部113的设置,增加了医生控制上扩件11与下扩件12相对转动时的便捷性,从便于检查通道大小的形成,提升阴道扩张器操作便捷性。具体的,上扩张段111的横截面为弧形,上扩张段111背向下扩件12的一面为弧面。优选的,上扩张段111横截面的弧形为半圆形,上扩张段111背向下扩件12的一面为半圆形的弧面。上扩张段111表面的弧形或半圆形能够避免扩张时对阴道造成损伤。优选的,上扩张段111的末端设置有第一入头部1111,第一入头部1111为弧形结构,通过第一入头部1111的设置能够便于上扩张段111进入到阴道,也避免张开时对阴道造成损伤。第一入头部1111为四分之一的椭圆球状或圆球状的光滑壳体,其适配的与上扩张段111一体连接。检查段112与上扩张段111一体连接。具体的,检查段112包括过渡板1123以及两个侧板1124。过渡板1123的一端与上扩张段111一体连接,两个侧板1124的一端分别与过渡板1123的另一端连接,按压部113位于两个侧板1124的另一端之间,且按压部113与两个侧板1124一体连接。过渡板1123、两个侧板1124以及按压部113配合形成检查口1121。优选的,过渡板1123与上扩张段111连接一端的横截面为弧形, 如此过渡板1123可适配的与上扩张段111一体连接,形成光滑的弧形过渡结构,适配阴道口,便于防护,而过渡板1123远离上扩张段111另一端的横截面为U形,两个侧板1124分别对应连接于U形的过渡板1123的开口端,从而使得过渡板1123与两个侧板1124配合形成U形口状,便于提供足够大的操作空间。优选的,过渡板1123背向下扩件12的一面具有弯弧位11231,弯弧位11231位于过渡板1123靠近于上扩张段1111的一端,弯弧位11231的弧角为钝角。弯弧位11231的设置便于上扩张段111与下扩件12合拢并形成基本闭合状态,而在上扩张段111与下扩件12打开形成张开状态时,弯弧位11231能够使得上扩张段111张开到位,保证检查通道的具有足够的扩张空间来完成检查。此外,上扩张段111与下扩件12处于基本闭合状态并进入阴道时,具有弯弧位11231的过渡板1123会卡在阴道口,又可以对阴道扩张器进入阴道的深度进行限位,避免进入过深造成伤害。优选的,按压部113的延长线与上扩张段111的反向延长线的相交的夹角为钝角,如此施加力于按压部113时,可以使得上扩张段111扩张开足够的角度。优选的,按压部113远离过渡板1123的另一端的表面上具有防滑纹,如此增加向按压部113施加力时的摩擦力,以避免医生向按压部113施加力时出现打滑现象。优选的,上扩张段111采用高透塑料制成,从而保证上扩张段111的透明度,避免对检查造成干涉。优选的,上扩张段111、检查段112以及按压部113一体成型。
继续参照图1至图4,更进一步,下扩件12包括下扩张段121以及握持部122,握持部122具有连接端123,握持部122的连接端123与下扩张段121相连,检查段112与连接端123相连且可相对转动,当处于张开状态,上扩张段111与下扩张段121间形成检查通道。通过握持部122的设置,便于医生对扩张模组1的手持操作。优选的,可视模组2设于握持部122内,通过握持部122对可视模组2进行一体承载,便于阴道扩张器的一体化设计,也便于可视模组2可视功能的集成实现。具体的,下扩张段121的截面为弧形,下扩张段121背向上扩张段111的一面为弧面。优选的,下扩张段121横截面的弧形为半圆形,下扩张段121背向上扩张段111的一面为半圆形的弧面。下扩张段121表面的弧形或半圆形能够避 免扩张时对阴道造成损伤。优选的,下扩张段121的末端设置有第二入头部1211,第二入头部1211为弧形结构,通过第二入头部1211的设置能够便于下扩张段121进入到阴道,也避免扩张时对阴道操作损伤。第二入头部1211为四分之一的椭圆球状或圆球状的壳体,其适配与下扩张段121一体连接。下扩张段121与上扩张段111相适配,两者合拢后呈基本闭合状态,在基本闭合状态下的两者之间形成有容纳空间,两者的截面为近似圆形,基本闭合即是下扩张段121与上扩张段111完全闭合,或者闭合后存在一定缝隙但不影响认定为闭合状态,其中近似圆形可以为圆形,也可以为近似圆形的椭圆,也可以为其他近似圆形的形状。第二入头部1211与第一入头部1111合拢后,两者配合呈二分之一的椭圆球状或圆球状的壳体。下扩张段121与上扩张段111呈基本闭合状态时,医生使用阴道扩张器插入到阴道,此时最先进入到阴道的是合拢状态下的第二入头部1211与第一入头部1111,而将第二入头部1211与第一入头部1111配合形成的椭圆球状或圆球状的壳体状,便于阴道扩张器顺畅的进入到阴道,且避免了阴道损伤,也降低了患者被检查时的不适度。连接端123与下扩张段121一体连接。具体的,连接端123包括连接板1231及两个安装板1232,连接板1231的一端与下扩张段121一体连接,连接板1231的另一端与握持部122一体连接,连接板1231中间具有弯弧结构,通过弯弧的设置,便于下扩张段111与上扩张段111的对应的配合。两个安装板1232分别一体连接于连接板1231相对的两侧,且两个安装板1232均位于握持部122的端部。两个侧板1124分别位于两个安装板1232相背的外侧,侧板1124与安装板1232之间通过转轴与轴孔的配合实现转动配合关系,从而使得上扩件11与下扩件12相连且可相对转动。
优选的,握持部122具有容纳部1221,容纳部1221的一端延伸至连接端123内,并与检查通道相对,可视模组2容纳于容纳部1221内。通过容纳部1221的设置,以便于可视模组2的一体容纳,且容纳部1221的一端与检查通道呈相对状态,便于可视模组2的可视端正对面向检查通道进行检查。具体的,容纳部1221的一端延伸至两个安装板1232之间的空间,容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端为高透塑料成型的壳 体状,其具有内部空间,容纳部1221的另一端为握持部122的内部空间,如此结构设置能够对可视模组2进行封闭容纳,并能够使得可视模组2的可视端面向检查通道。优选的,握持部122远离连接端123的一端开设有开口1222,开口1222与容纳部1221连通。可视模组2穿过开口1222并容纳于容纳部1221内。通过开口1222的设置,以便于提升可视模组2容纳及退出容纳部1221的便捷性。开口1222是在握持部122远离连接端123的一端的端面开设出的缺口。优选的,开口1222为L形,在靠近于握持部122具有缺口的端面,将握持部122背向下扩张段121的外壁开设出L形状的缺口,该L形缺口与端面缺口连通,形成了L型的开口1222,如此形状的开口1222便于可视模组2的收容与退出。在另一实施例中,在开口1222处可设置弹性卡接结构,使得握持部122与可视模组2的外壁形成弹性卡接,以使得可视模组2稳固于容纳部1221。优选的,握持部122设有控制位1223,控制位1223与可视模组2连接。控制位1223与下扩张段121均位于握持部122的同一侧,控制位1223设置在握持部122的外壁,其透过握持部122与位于容纳部1221内的可视模组2连接,手持握持部122时,手指头自然覆盖于控制位1223,通过手指头作用于控制位1223可实现对可控模组2的便捷控制。如此,通过控制位1223的设置,使得医生对可视模组2的操作更为便捷。控制位1223包括多个功能按钮,具体功能按钮数量可根据实际情况而定,在具体应用时,控制位1223为弹片式按钮结构,例如,在握持部122开设出避让缺口,控制位1223位于避让缺口内,控制位1223的一端连接于握持部122,医生手指头按压控制位1223的另一端,即可作用于握持部122内部的可视模组2进行操作,优选的,在控制位1223的表面具有纹路,避免按压时打滑,使得操作准确。优选的,握持部122的表面设置控制位保护圈12231,控制位保护圈12231围绕控制位1223设置,且沿着垂直于握持部122的方向控制位保护圈12231的高度大于控制位1223的高度,如此通过控制位保护圈12231对控制位1223形成“堤坝”式保护,避免因检测时阴道分泌物外流造成的控制位1223的污染。优选的,容纳部1221延伸至连接端123内的一端为封闭可视位12211,封闭可视位12211面向检查通道,可 视模组2的可视端面向封闭可视位12211。通过封闭可视位12211的设置,能够在不影响可视端的可视功能情况下对可视模组2的可视端进行封闭防护,使得可视模组2能够重复利用,且避免了对阴道的感染。具体的,容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端的形状为较为规整的多面体,例如,近似为长方体,容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的端部面向检查通道的一侧为平面,容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端是由高透塑料一体成型,高透塑料具有高透性,不会影响可视模组2可视端的可视功能的实现,优选的,封闭可视位12211可为高透镜片,其一体成型于容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端,通过高透镜片的设置进一步提升可视模组2的视觉效果。封闭可视位12211能在不影响可视模组2可视端的可视功能实现的同时,还对可视模组2的可视端实现封闭性保护,避免可视模组2的可视端直接暴露对阴道进行检查的检查通道中,从而实现可视模组2的重复利用,降低阴道扩张器的使用成本,也避免可视模组2对阴道造成感染。优选的,封闭可视位12211由连接端123延伸至检查通道内。可以理解的是,检查通道是由阴道的外部向着阴道的内部延伸的,可视模组2的可视端越深入检查通道,就越靠近于阴道内部,其可视效果就会越好,检查就会越快速准确。在封闭可视位12211杜绝了阴道对可视模组2可视端影响的情况下,此时,将封闭可视位12211由两个安装板1232之间的位置,向着检查通道内进行延伸,可视模组2的可视端即可适配的向着检查通道内进行延伸,从而提升可视效果。
再一并参照图5,更进一步,握持部122还包括承载位1224,承载位1224设于容纳部1221延伸至连接端123内的一端。承载模组4可拆卸连接于承载位1224上,从而使得功能模组3能够通过承载模组4可脱离设于检查通道内。通过承载位1224的设置,以便于下扩件12对承载模组4的可拆卸承载。容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端的端面为平面或近似平面,该平面面向过渡板1123,承载位1224一体成形于该平面上。具体的,承载位1224包括U型主体12241以及设于U型主体12241开口端的两个卡接口12242,两个卡接口12242正对设置。U型主体12241与容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端的端面之间形成有U型 卡槽12243,承载模组4可滑接于该U型卡槽12243内,并卡接于两个卡接口12242。
继续参照图1至图5,更进一步,扩张模组1还包括止锁件14,止锁件14包括第一锁动部以及第二锁动部142,第一锁动部以及第二锁动部142分设于上扩件11以及下扩件12,第一锁动部与第二锁动部142可脱离连接,第一锁动部与第二锁动部142连接时,上扩件11与下扩件12处于锁定状态,作用于上扩件11是作用于上扩件11的按压部113,第一锁动部与第二锁动部142的连接位置改变,使得上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开的角度改变,作用于第二锁动部142,第一锁动部与第二锁动部142脱离,上扩件11与下扩件12变为解锁状态。在上扩件11与下扩件12处于解锁状态,上扩件11与下扩件12间可随意进行相对转动,上扩件11与下扩件12处于锁定状态下,上扩件11与下扩件12被锁动,无法进行相对转动。通过第一锁动部与第二锁动部142的配合对处于张开状态的上扩件11与下扩件12进行锁动,从而使得上扩件11与下扩件12处于张开状态的姿态不变,对检查通道进行维持,保证检查的顺利进行。再通过对上扩件11的按压部113的操作,实现检查通道大小的灵活调节,以适配不同患者的检查。第一锁动部与第二锁动部142可采用现有的扩张器所实用的可脱离连接结构,例如,第一锁动部为多个齿纹,第二锁动部142是与多个齿条相啮合的齿块,齿块可沿着单一方向于多个齿纹上滑动,且该齿块通过弹性板悬空设置在下扩件12,按压第二锁动部142的弹性板,使得齿纹与齿块脱离。
可视模组2具有与容纳部1221相适配的壳体,壳体内设置有控制板、可充电电池,控制按键、LED环形光源、微型摄像头,其中,微型摄像头设置在壳体的端部并与封闭可视位12211贴合,LED环形光源环设于微型摄像头,以提供拍摄光源,控制板、LED环形光源、微型摄像头均由可充电电池供电,控制板分别与控制按键、LED环形光源以及微型摄像头连接,控制按键露出握持部122,通过操作控制按键可实现对LED环形光源和微型摄像头的开关控制。
继续参照图6和图7,更进一步,功能模组3伸缩防护件31以及功 能本体32,伸缩防护件31套设于功能本体32外,伸缩防护件31可跟随功能本体32的运动同步伸缩,并保护功能本体32。伸缩防护件31包括弹性防护部311及两个硬性防护部312,弹性防护部311相对的两端分别套设于两个硬性防护部312,其中一硬性防护部312套设于功能本体32的功能端,另一硬性防护部312套设于功能本体32,两个硬性防护部312可相对移动。通过两个硬性防护部312的设置,一硬性防护部312可以便于适配功能本体32的功能端进行防护,另一硬性防护部312可以便于伸缩防护件31设置于承载模组4的调节件42上。优选的,其中一硬性防护部312具有第一环形插板3121,另一硬性防护部312具有第二环形插板3122,第一环形插板3121套设于第二环形插板3122外,且第一环形插板3121与第二环形插板3122可相对移动。弹性防护部311的一端套设其中一硬性防护部312的第一环形插板3121的外壁,弹性防护部311的另一端套设于另一硬性防护部312的外壁。通过第一环形插板3121与第二环形插板3122配合,使得两个硬性防护部312可以相对线性移动,从而对弹性防护部311进行线性拉伸,实现弹性防护部311的线性伸缩,弹性防护部311跟随功能本体32的功能端线性伸缩同步进行跟随防护,而且两个硬性防护部312的相对线性移动,实现了对弹性防护部311线性伸缩的导向,保证了弹性防护部311线性伸缩的流畅性。第一环形插板3121与第二环形插板3122之间为线性滑接关系,弹性防护部311为圆筒状,其一端套设于其中一硬性防护部312的第一环形插板3121外壁并与之固接,弹性防护部311的主体套设于另一硬性防护部312的外壁,弹性防护部311的另一端套设于另一硬性防护部312的外壁并与之固接,如此,通过另一硬性防护部312可对弹性防护部311的线性伸缩过程进行导向,另一硬性防护部312为圆筒状。优选的,套设于功能本体32功能端的其中一硬性防护部312为罩体状,第一环形插板3121形成于该硬性防护部312的开口处,该硬性防护部312的底壁嵌设有高透镜片3123,使得功能本体32的功能端的显微功能能够通过高透镜片3123进行显微放大,优选的,高透镜片3123与硬性防护部312之间做密封处理。弹性防护部311可采用具有弹性伸缩功能的弹性软胶,例如软硅胶,两个硬性防护部312可通 过塑料一体成型。在具体应用时,伸缩防护件31作为耗材使用,而功能本体32可重复利用,检查完成后,伸缩防护件31整体从功能本体32上去掉。
优选的,功能本体32包括线性伸缩件321以及功能件322,线性伸缩件321与功能件322连接,线性伸缩件321带动功能件322线性移动,伸缩防护件31套设于线性伸缩件321以及功能件322外,伸缩防护件31可跟随功能件322的运动同步伸缩,并保护功能件322。功能件322即为功能本体32的功能端。通过线性伸缩件321实现功能件322线性伸缩长度的调节,以便于医生能够根据实际的情况对线性伸缩件321进行操作,从而调节功能件322移动至检查通道内合适的位置进行功能实现,例如显微放大。其中,线性伸缩件321包括转动调节部3211以及线性移动部3212,转动调节部3211转动连接于线性移动部3212外,线性移动部3212与功能件322连接,转动调节部3211漏于伸缩防护件31外,转动调节部3211转动,带动线性移动部3212线性移动。通过转动调节部3211与线性移动部3212的配合实现功能件322的线性移动。具体的,转动调节部3211转动连接于圆筒状的另一硬性防护部312内,转动调节部3211的内壁具有螺纹,线性移动部3212适配螺接于转动调节部3211的内壁,两者形成了丝杆副结构,操作转动调节部3211进行转动即可实现线性移动部3212的线性移动。功能件322与线性移动部3212的端部一体连接,优选的两者之间的中心轴线重叠。当线性移动部3212线性移动时,同步带动功能件322同步线性移动,功能件322带动一硬性防护部312线性移动,一硬性防护部312线性移动,带动弹性防护部311进行线性伸缩。功能件322可采用显微镜头。
继续参照图8至图10,更进一步,承载模组4包括承载件41以及调节件42,承载件41可拆卸连接于下扩件12,调节件42活动连接于承载件41,功能模组3活动设于调节件42。通过承载件41可拆卸连接于下扩件12,便捷的实现功能模块3在检查通道的设置与更换;而将功能模组3活动设于调节件42,再通过调节件42与承载件41活动配合,使得功能模组3能够在至少两个方向进行活动调节,如此通过承载模组4实现功能 模组3位置和角度的全面调节,从而增强功能模组3的调节范围,实现显微范围或者治疗范围的增加,也使得显微放大功能和治疗功能更为准确的执行。其中,承载件41包括卡座411,卡座411卡设于下扩件12,调节件42转动连接于卡座411。卡座411具体是卡设于握持部122的承载位1224。通过卡座411与承载位1224的卡接配合,实现承载模组4与下扩件12的可拆卸连接。具体的,卡座411的底部外缘外凸形成有U型滑盘4110,该U型滑盘4110与U型卡槽12243相适配,U型滑盘4110可便捷的卡入到U型卡槽12243内,从而使得卡座411与承载位1224形成连接关系,且U型滑盘4110与U型卡槽12243,还能够对卡座411置于容纳部1221端部的姿态和位置进行导向和限制。优选的,卡座411具有弹性卡部4111,卡座411通过弹性卡部4111卡设于下扩件12,承载件41还包括与卡座411相连的退卡结构412,退卡结构412包括退卡按压板4121以及设于退卡按压板4121的退卡块4122,施加力于退卡按压板4121,带动退卡块4122作用于弹性卡部4111并使之形变,使得卡座411与下扩件12的卡接状态消失。通过弹性卡部4111的设置,使得卡座411与承载位1224的卡接状态稳固,而通过退卡结构412的设置,又便于卡座411脱出承载位1224,便捷的实现承载模组4与下扩件12的连接和脱离,从而便捷使得功能模组3置于检查通道,或者实现功能模组3的更换。具体的,卡座411的一端弯折并延伸出承载板4112,弹性卡部4111为条形板状,其数量为两个,两个弹性卡部4111分别位于承载板4112相对的两侧,弹性卡部4111的一端与承载板4112连接,弹性卡部4111的另一端向着U型滑盘4110延伸,并在弯折与U型滑盘4110平行后,两个弹性卡部4111相背的一面形成卡接凸起41111。卡接凸起41111与卡接口12242相适配,当U型滑盘4110滑接入U型卡槽12243时,弹性卡部4111弹性形变,并使得卡接凸起41111卡入到卡接口12242内,从而使得卡座411稳固连接于承载位1224上。退卡按压板4121为弹性板,其一端连接于承载板4112,其另一端向着U型滑盘4110方向延伸,并位于承载板4112的上方,退卡块4122的数量为两个,两个退卡块4122的一端分别连接于退卡按压板4121相对的两侧,两个退卡块4122的另一端向着两个弹性卡 部4111的外侧延伸,且两个退卡块4122面向弹性卡部4111的一侧进行完成并形成倾斜角。当按压退卡按压板4121时,两个退卡块4122的倾斜角会作用于两个弹性卡部4111,使得两个弹性卡部4111向内形变,使得卡接凸起41111从卡接口12242内脱离,从而使得U型滑盘4110能从U型卡槽12243退出,完成承载模组4从下扩件12上的拆卸。
优选的,调节件42包括调节架421、第一转动调节部422以及第二转动调节部423,第一转动调节部422以及第二转动调节部423分别设于调节架421,调节架421通过第一转动调节部422与卡座411连接,功能模组3通过第二转动调节部422与调节架421连接。通过第一转动调节部422与第二转动调节部423配合,实现功能模组3在两个方向的转动调节,从而实现功能模组3在立体空间范围内摆动调节。第一转动调节部422与第二转动调节部423分别位于相互垂直的平面内,如此,就实现了功能模组3在相互垂直的两个平面内的全空间调节,使得功能模组3能够根据需求进行任意空间的位置调节,保证了功能模组3的使用效果和准确度。具体的,调节架421是U字型的架板结构,其具有一连接板4211和两个开口板4212。第一转动调节部422嵌设于连接板4211内,并通过转轴与卡座411的表面连接,使得调节架421可通过第一转动调节部422相对于卡座411进行转动。第二转动调节部423的数量为两个,两个第二转动调节部423分别嵌设于两个开口板4212内,并分别通过转轴与功能模组3相对的两侧连接,使得功能模组3可通过两个第二转动调节部423相对于开口板4212进行转动。两个第二转动调节部423正对设置。在具体应用时,第一转动调节部422以及第二转动调节部423可采用现有的转动承载模块,例如,转台、轴承、阻尼轴承等,此处不做限定。优选的,承载模组4还包括电联件43,电联件43设于承载件41,其一端与功能模组3电连接,其另一端与可视模组2电连接。可以理解的是,功能模组3的使用也是需要供电的,而外接电源会使得功能模组3的使用环境复杂化,而通过电联件43的设置,使得功能模组3直接通过可视模组2的可充电电池进行供电,净化使用环境,提升了阴道扩张器的使用便捷性。具体的,电联件43为两头具有插接头的电源线,功能模组3和可视模组2分别预留有 相应的插接口,使得电联件43能够分别电连接到功能模组3的需供电模块和可视模组2的可充电电池。在具体应用时,可将检查口1121扩大延伸至按压部113,以便预留出供电联件43穿过的避让空间。
检查过程如下:医生手持握持部122,先将基本闭合状态下的上扩张段111和下扩张段121伸入到阴道内,然后对按压部113施加力,使得上扩张段111和下扩张段121相对张开,在张开到合适位置后,松开对按压部113施加力,上扩张段111和下扩张段121在第一锁动部与第二锁动部142配合下维持住当前张开状态,然后手指按压控制位1223对光源件22和视觉件24进行操作控制,医生进行初步检查,然后,再将承载有功能模组3的承载模组4的卡座411卡入承载位1224内,而后将电联件43电连接于可视模组2和功能模组3,之后医生进行再进一步的诊断或者治疗。完成后,先将承载模组4的卡座411从承载位1224脱离,再关闭可视模组2,然后再对解锁按钮14231施加力,使得第一锁动部与第二锁动部142脱开,上扩张段111和下扩张段121闭合后,将阴道扩张器退出阴道。
实施例二:复参照图1-4,和图10,更进一步,阴道扩张器与实施例一中的不同之处在于:扩张模组1还包括第二扩张结构,第二扩张结构包括两个侧扩件13,两个侧扩件13分别转动连接于下扩件12相对的两侧,上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开过程中,两个侧扩件13的其中一端分别沿着上扩件11相向滑动,两个侧扩件13的另一端相对张开,上扩件11、下扩件12以及两个侧扩件13之间形成检查通道,上扩件11与下扩件12相对闭合过程中,两个侧扩件13的其中一端分别沿着上扩件11相背滑动,两个侧扩件13的另一端相对闭合,且两个侧扩件13收拢于上扩件11与下扩件12闭合后形成的容纳空间内。在处于张开状态时,上扩件11、下扩件12以及两个侧扩件13配合形成四翼扩张结构,使得形成的检查通道更大,而且四翼扩张结构形成检查通道的截面形状更为规整,更便于内视检查,从而提升了检查便捷性和检查效果,且整个四翼扩张结构简单,成本低,张开操作方便,医生使用时的便捷性更好。此外,在处于基本闭合状态时,两个侧扩件13是收拢于上扩件11与下扩件12闭合后形成的容纳空间内的,使得扩张模组1合拢时的体积小,相较于传统两翼结构的整 体体积不变,整个扩张模组1的装箱体积不变,便于运输。
其中,侧扩件13包括侧扩张段131、转动部132以及滑动部133,侧扩张段131与滑动部133连接,滑动部133与上扩件11滑接,转动部132的一端连接于侧扩张段131和滑动部133的连接处,转动部132另一端转动连接于下扩件12,上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开过程中,两个滑动部133沿着上扩件11相向滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对张开,上扩件11、下扩件12以及两个侧扩张段131之间形成检查通道,上扩件11与下扩件12相对闭合过程中,两个滑动部133沿着上扩件11相背滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对闭合,且两个侧扩张段131收拢于上扩件11与下扩件12闭合后形成的容纳空间。上扩张段111、下扩张段121以及两个侧扩张段131四者配合形成检查通道。通过上扩张段111、下扩张段121以及两个侧扩张段131实现四翼扩张,获得更便于检查的检查通道,且侧扩张段131、转动部132以及滑动部133配合形成的侧扩结构简单,用料少,使得作为耗材使用的扩张模组1整体成本较低。具体的,滑动部133与侧扩张段131一体成型。两个侧扩张段131相背的一面为光滑弧面,侧扩张段131远离滑动部133的一端为弧面结构,如此可以避免侧扩张段131张开配合形成检查通道时对阴道造成损伤。转动部132包括转动轴1321以及弹性卡板1322。转动轴1321的一端连接于侧扩张段131和滑动部133的连接处,弹性卡板1322设于转动轴1321的另一端,连接端123相对的两侧分别开设有转动通孔12322,弹性卡板1322穿过转动通孔12322,使得转动通孔12322套设于转动轴1321外并与转动轴1321转动连接。具体的,两个转动通孔12322分别开设于两个安装板1232,弹性卡板1322是沿着转动轴1321的轴线方向与转动轴1321一体连接设置,弹性卡板1322上具有倒扣角,装配时,直接将一体连接有弹性卡板1322的转动轴1321穿过转动通孔12322,弹性卡板1322穿于转动通孔12322的过程中,转动通孔12322的内壁会作用于倒扣角上,使得弹性卡板1322向转动轴1321的轴心方向形变,而弹性卡板1322穿过转动通孔12322之后,弹性卡板1322会向转动轴1321的外侧复位,此时倒扣角会倒扣于转动通孔12322,对转动轴1321形成限位,使得转动轴1321转动连接于转动通孔12322内。 滑动部133远离侧扩张段131的一端是向着检查口1121延伸并与按压部113的侧边形成滑接关系,此处的按压部113的侧边是按压部113配合过渡板1123和两个侧板1124形成检查口1121时的侧边,当对按压部113施加力时,在带动上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开过程中,按压部113会同步作用于两个滑动部133上,在按压部113的侧边上相向滑动,从而带动两个侧扩张段131相对张开,与上扩张段111和下扩张段121配合形成检查通道,在上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对闭合过程中,两个滑动部133在按压部113的侧壁上相背滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对闭合,且两个侧扩张段131会先进行闭合,形成基本闭合状态后,上扩张段111与下扩张段121后完成闭合动作,并形成基本闭合状态,如此才使得两个侧扩张段131能够收拢于上扩张段111与下扩张段121闭合后形成的容纳空间内。优选的,滑动部133具有限位弧形端1331,限位弧形端1331与上扩件11滑接。限位弧形端1331是滑动部133具有弧形结构的端部,通过限位弧形端1331的设置,以便于滑动部133更适配的与上扩件11的按压部113的侧边形成滑接配合关系,保证滑动配合的流畅。在具体应用时,限位弧形端1331是滑动部133的端部向着检查口1121进行弧形弯曲并延伸而形成,在末端适配的与按压部113形成滑接关系。优选的,对侧扩张段131或/和滑动部133加强处理,例如通过加强进行加强处理,以保证侧扩强度。
优选的,上扩件11具有两个限位部114,两个限位部114相对设置,上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开或闭合过程中,两个侧扩件13同步沿着两个限位部114相向或相背滑动,两个侧扩件13同步相对张开或闭合。通过上扩件11上的两个限位部114分别作用于两个侧扩件13,从而实现侧扩件13的张开或闭合,从而以简单的结构实现上扩件11与侧扩件13之间的扩张联动,结构简单且稳定性高。具体的,两个限位部114沿着按压部113的侧边设置,此处的按压部113的侧边是按压部113配合过渡板1123和两个侧板1124形成检查口1121时的侧边,且两个限位部114分别设置在按压部113面向连接板1231的一面,两个限位部114的一端靠近于两个侧板1124相对的内壁,两个限位部114的另一端相向延伸。优 选的,两个限位部114的一端分别一体连接于两个侧板1124相对的内壁,两个限位部114的另一端相向延伸并正对。两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331分别与两个限位部114滑接。当对按压部113施加力时,在带动上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开过程中,按压部113通过两个限位部114同步作用于两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331上,使得两个滑动部133分别于两个限位部114上相向滑动,从而带动两个侧扩张段131相对张开,反之,在上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对闭合过程中,两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331分别于两个限位部114上相背滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对闭合。限位部114可为滑块。优选的,两个限位部114之间具有避让位1143。通过避让位1143的设置,以对容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端进行避让,也可以使得电联件43穿过,使得扩张模组1的结构更为紧凑。当承载模组4的卡座411卡接于承载位1224时,功能模组3位于限位部114的上方,如此使得功能模组3不会与处于更低位置的限位部114形成干涉,避免了功能模组3与扩张模组1各自之间形成位置和操作干涉,保证阴道扩张器能够流畅的使用。避让位1143具体是两个限位部114之间的形成的U型缺口。优选的,限位部114由检查通道的外侧向着检查通道的内侧方向倾斜。限位部114是由检查口1121的外侧向着检查口1121的内侧方向倾斜。如此,通过限位部114由外向内的倾斜设置,在按压部113施加力时,在带动上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开过程中,使得两个限位部114同步作用于两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331进行滑动的动作更为流畅。在具体应用时,具体的限位部114的倾斜角度可根据实际情况设置,限位部114由检查口1121的外侧向着检查口1121的内侧方向倾斜角度在5度以内。优选的,限位部114具有第一面1141以及第二面1142,第一面1141与第二面1142相交,第二面1142具有第一端11421和第二端11422,第二面1142由第一端11421向着第二端11422延伸过程中,第二面1142向着第一面1141逐渐靠拢。第一面1141是限位部114与按压部113的表面侧边相交的一面,其中按压部113的表面是按压部113背向下扩件12的一面,第二面1142是限位部114上与第一面1141相交的一面,第二面1142近似沿着限位部114的 长度方向延伸。第二面1142与滑动部133的限位弧形端1331滑接。第一端11421是第二面1142靠近于限位部114与侧板1124一体连接处的一端部,第二端11422是第二面1142远离于限位部114与侧板1124一体连接处的另一端部。可以理解的是,当对按压部113施加力时,在带动上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开过程中,限位部114的第二面1142是与滑动部133的限位弧形端1331滑接的,并且第二面1142会持续作用于滑动部133的限位弧形端1331,从而使得两个侧扩张段131相对张开,以形成检查通道,而在检查通道形成的过程中,阴道会不自觉收缩,反向作用于上扩张段111、下扩张段121以及两个侧扩张段131上,这会导致侧扩张段131会反向作用于两个限位弧形端1331,使得两个限位弧形端1331具有反向滑动趋势,在实际应用时,而在限定了第二面1142由第一端11421向着第二端11422延伸过程中,第二面1142向着第一面1141逐渐靠拢之后,第二面1142对限位弧形端1331的作用程度会逐渐加大,从而对限位弧形端1331反向滑动趋势进行限制,而且随着第二面1142向着第一面1141逐渐靠拢的过程中,第二面1142对限位弧形端1331限制角度会逐渐加大,对限位弧形端1331反向滑动趋势的限制会越来越强,这样不仅可以使得两个侧扩张段131张开过程流畅,还会逐渐加强限位部114对限位弧形端1331的限制程度,以对抗阴道收缩反向作用,从而够避免限位弧形端1331出现反向滑动,保证了上扩张段111、下扩张段121以及两个侧扩张段131四者的打开过程流畅,能顺畅张开的形成检查通道。
综上,本发明的阴道扩张器通过扩张模组、可视模组、功能模组及承载模组的配合实现了快速诊断和便捷治疗,而且四翼扩张结构简单,生产成本低,且能够将作为耗材的扩张模组与可视模组脱离,将作为耗材的伸缩防护件与功能本体脱离,让成本较高的可视模组和功能本体得以重复利用,降低了整个阴道扩张器的成本。
上仅为本发明的实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理的内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包括在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种阴道扩张器,其特征在于,包括:
    扩张模组,其包括第一扩张结构,所述第一扩张结构包括上扩件和下扩件,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相连且可相对转动,相对转动过程中二者在张开及基本闭合状态之间切换,当处于张开状态,二者间形成检查通道;
    可视模组,其具有可视端,所述可视端面向所述检查通道;
    功能模组,其具有功能端;以及
    承载模组,所述功能模组通过所述承载模组可脱离置于所述检查通道内,所述功能模组的功能端面向所述检查通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述上扩件包括上扩张段、检查段以及按压部,所述检查段与所述上扩张段相连,所述按压部设于所述检查段,所述检查段与所述下扩件相连且可相对转动,向所述按压部施加力,所述按压部带动所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对转动,所述检查段形成有检查口,当处于张开状态,所述上扩张段与所述下扩件间形成检查通道,所述检查口朝向所述检查通道;所述下扩件包括下扩张段以及握持部,所述握持部具有连接端,所述连接端与所述下扩张段相连,所述检查段与所述连接端相连且可相对转动,当处于张开状态,所述上扩张段与所述下扩张段间形成检查通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述握持部具有容纳部,所述容纳部的一端延伸至所述连接端内,并与所述检查通道相对,所述可视模组容纳于所述容纳部内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述扩张模组还包括第二扩张结构,所述第二扩张结构包括两个侧扩件,所述两个侧扩件分别转动连接于所述下扩件相对的两侧,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对张开过程中,所述两个侧扩件的其中一端分别沿着所述上扩件相向滑动,所述两个侧扩件的另一端相对张开,所述上扩件、所述下扩件以及两个所述侧扩件之间形成检查通道,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对闭合过程中,所述两个侧扩件的其中一端分别沿着所述上扩件相背滑动,所述两个侧扩件的另一端相对闭合,且两个所述侧扩件收拢于所述上扩件与所述下扩件 闭合后形成的容纳空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述上扩件具有两个限位部,所述两个限位部相对设置,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对张开或闭合过程中,所述两个侧扩件同步沿着所述两个限位部相向或相背滑动,所述两个侧扩件同步相对张开或闭合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述侧扩件包括侧扩张段、转动部以及滑动部,所述侧扩张段与所述滑动部连接,所述滑动部与所述上扩件滑接,所述转动部的一端连接于所述侧扩张段和所述滑动部的连接处,所述转动部另一端转动连接于所述下扩件,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对张开过程中,两个所述滑动部沿着所述上扩件相向滑动,两个所述侧扩张段相对张开,所述上扩件、所述下扩件以及两个侧扩张段之间形成检查通道,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对闭合过程中,两个所述滑动部沿着所述上扩件相背滑动,两个所述侧扩张段相对闭合,且两个所述侧扩张段收拢于所述上扩件与所述下扩件闭合后形成的容纳空间。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述功能模组伸缩防护件以及功能本体,所述伸缩防护件套设于所述功能本体外,所述伸缩防护件可跟随所述功能本体的运动同步伸缩,并保护所述功能本体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述承载模组包括承载件以及调节件,所述承载件可拆卸连接于所述下扩件,所述调节件活动连接于所述承载件,所述功能模组活动设于所述调节件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的阴道扩张器,其特征在于,所述承载件包括卡座,所述卡座具有弹性卡部,所述卡座通过所述弹性卡部卡设于所述下扩件,所述承载件还包括与所述卡座相连的退卡结构,所述退卡结构包括退卡按压板以及设于所述退卡按压板的退卡块,施加力于所述退卡按压板,带动所述退卡块作用于所述弹性卡部并使之形变,使得所述卡座与所述下扩件卡接状态消失。
  10. 一种疾病诊断方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-9任一所述的阴道扩张器进行妇科疾病的诊断。
