再一并参照图4,进一步,上扩件11包括上扩张段111、检查段112及按压部113。检查段112与上扩张段111相连,检查段112与下扩件12相连且可相对转动,检查段112形成有检查口1121,当处于张开状态,上扩张段111与下扩件12间形成检查通道,检查口1121朝向检查通道,按压部113设于检查段112,向按压部113施加力,按压部113带动上扩件11与下扩件12相对转动。在医生判断进一步进行详细检查时,其他医疗器械,例如阴道镜,会穿设于检查口1121,并使得其他医疗器械的显微端位于检查通道内完成进一步检查,检查口1121朝向检查通道的设置,以便于其他医疗器械进入到检查通道内进行检查操作。按压部113的设置,增加了医生控制上扩件11与下扩件12相对转动时的便捷性,从便于检查通道的形成,提升可视扩张器操作便捷性。具体的,上扩张段111的横截面为弧形,上扩张段111背向下扩件12的一面为弧面。优选的,上扩张段111横截面的弧形为半圆形,上扩张段111背向下扩件12的一面为半圆形的弧面。上扩张段111表面的弧形或半圆形能够避免扩张时对阴道造成损伤。优选的,上扩张段111的末端设置有第一入头部1111,第一入头部1111为弧形结构,通过第一入头部1111的设置能够便于上扩张段111进入到阴道,也避免张开时对阴道造成损伤。第一入头部1111为四分之一的椭圆球状或圆球状的光滑壳体,其与上扩张段111相适配,从而适配的与上扩张段111一体连接。检查段112与上扩张段111一体连接。具体的,检查段112包括过渡板1123以及两个侧板1124。过渡板1123的一端与上扩张段111一体连接,两个侧板1124分别与过渡板1123的另一端连接,过渡板1123与两个侧板1124配合形成检查口1121。其中,过渡板1123与上扩张段111连接一端的横截面为弧形,如此过渡板1123 可适配的与上扩张段111一体连接,形成光滑的过渡结构,便于对阴道口的防护,而过渡板1123远离上扩张段111另一端的横截面为U形,两个侧板1124分别对应连接于U形的过渡板1123的开口端,从而使得过渡板1123与两个侧板1124配合形成的检查口1121也为U形口状。优选的,过渡板1123背向下扩件12的一面具有弯弧位11231,弯弧位11231位于过渡板1123靠近于上扩张段1111的一端,弯弧位11231的弧角为钝角。弯弧位11231的设置便于上扩张段111与下扩件12合拢并形成基本闭合状态,而在上扩张段111与下扩件12打开形成张开状态时,弯弧位11231能够使得上扩张段111张开到位,保证检查通道的具有足够的扩张空间来完成检查。此外,上扩张段111与下扩件12处于基本闭合状态并进入阴道时,具有弯弧位11231的过渡板1123又可以对上扩张段111进入阴道的深度进行限位,避免进入过深。按压部113位于两个侧板1124之间,按压部113的一端与两个侧板1124连接,其另一端向着远离过渡板1123的方向延伸。按压部113为板状,其两侧边分别与两个侧板1124一体连接,如此就使得过渡板1123、两个侧板1124以及按压部113配合形成检查口1121。优选的,按压部113的延长线与上扩张段111的反向延长线的相交的夹角为钝角。优选的,按压部113远离过渡板1123的另一端的表面上具有防滑纹,增加向按压部113施加力时的摩擦力,以避免医生向按压部113施加力时出现打滑现象。优选的,上扩张段111采用高透塑料制成,从而保证上扩张段111的透明度,避免对检查造成干涉。优选的,上扩张段111、检查段112以及按压部113一体成型。
再一并参照图5,更进一步,下扩件12包括下扩张段121以及握持部122,握持部122具有连接端123,连接端123与下扩张段121相连,检查段112与连接端123相连且可相对转动,当处于张开状态,上扩张段111与下扩张段121间形成检查通道,容纳部1221具有封闭可视位12211的一端延伸至连接端123内,并与检查通道相对,容纳部1221的另一端位于握持部122内。通过握持部122的设置,便于医生对扩张模组1的手持操作。容纳部1221一体成型于握持部122,再通过容纳部1221对可视模组2进行一体容纳承载,便于可视扩张器的一体化设计,也便于可视模 组2可视功能的集成实现。具体的,下扩张段121的截面为弧形,下扩张段121背向上扩张段111的一面为弧面。优选的,下扩张段121横截面的弧形为半圆形,下扩张段121背向上扩张段111的一面为半圆形的弧面。下扩张段121表面的弧形或半圆形能够避免扩张时对阴道造成损伤。优选的,下扩张段121的末端设置有第二入头部1211,第二入头部1211为弧形结构,通过第二入头部1211的设置能够便于下扩张段121进入到阴道,也避免扩张时对阴道操作损伤。第二入头部1211为四分之一的椭圆球状或圆球状的壳体,其与下扩张段121相适配,从而适配的与上扩张段111一体连接。下扩张段121与上扩张段111相适配,两者合拢后呈基本闭合状态,在基本闭合状态下的两者之间形成有容纳空间,两者的截面为基本圆形。基本圆形可以为圆形,也可以为基本圆形的椭圆,也可以为其他基本圆形的形状。第二入头部1211与第一入头部1111同步合拢,两者配合呈二分之一的椭圆球状或圆球状的壳体。可以理解的是,医生在使用可视扩张器时,下扩张段121与上扩张段111是呈基本闭合状态的,此时最先进入到阴道的是合拢状态下的第二入头部1211与第一入头部1111,而将第二入头部1211与第一入头部1111配合形成的椭圆球状或圆球状的壳体状,则便于呈基本闭合状态下的下扩张段121与上扩张段111顺畅的进入到阴道,避免了阴道损伤,也降低了患者被检查时的不适度。连接端123与下扩张段121一体连接。具体的,连接端123包括连接板1231及两个安装板1232,连接板1231的一端与下扩张段121一体连接,连接板1231的另一端与握持部122一体连接,连接板1231中间具有弯弧12311,通过弯弧12311的设置,便于下扩件12与上扩件11形状的配合。两个安装板1232分别一体连接于连接板1231相对的两侧,且两个安装板1232均靠近于握持部122。两个侧板1124分别位于两个安装板1232相背的外侧,侧板1124与安装板1232之间通过转轴与轴孔的配合实现转动配合关系,从而使得上扩件11与下扩件12相连且可相对转动。容纳部1221具有封闭可视位12211的一端具体是延伸至两个安装板1232之间的空间,并与检查通道相对。容纳部1221的一端与检查通道呈相对状态,便于可视模组2的可视端面向检查通道进行检查。容纳部1221具有封闭可视位12211 的一端可采用高透塑料一体成型,高透塑料具有高透性,不会影响可视模组2可视端的可视功能的实现,当然也可以采用其他具有高透性质的材质制成,优选的方案中封闭可视位12211可采用高透镜片。容纳部1221具有封闭可视位12211的一端形状为较为规整的多面体,例如,近似为长方体,面向检查通道的封闭可视位12211为平面或倾斜平面。如此,封闭可视位12211在不影响可视模组2可视端的可视功能实现的同时,还对可视模组2的可视端实现封闭性保护,避免可视模组2的可视端直接暴露对阴道进行检查的检查通道中,从而实现可视模组2的重复利用,也避免可视模组2对阴道造成感染。优选的,封闭可视位12211延伸至检查通道内,可视模组2的可视端与封闭可视位12211相贴。可以理解的是,检查通道是由阴道的外部向着阴道的内部延伸的,可视模组2的可视端越伸入到检查通道内部,就越靠近于阴道内部,其可视效果就会越好,检查就会越快速准确。在封闭可视位12211杜绝了阴道对可视模组2可视端影响的情况下,此时,将封闭可视位12211由两个安装板1232之间的位置,向着检查通道内进行延伸,可视模组2的可视端即可适配的向着检查通道内进行延伸,从而提升可视效果。另外,可视模组2的可视端若是与封闭可视位12211存在间隙的话,则会影响可视端的可视效果,可视模组2的可视端与封闭可视位12211相贴以消除间隙,从而保证可视模组2的可视效果。优选的,容纳部1221远离封闭可视位12211的一端开设有开口12212。可视模组2穿过开口12212并容纳于容纳部1221内。通过开口12212的设置,以便于提升可视模组2容纳及退出容纳部1221的便捷性。优选的,握持部122设有控制位1222,控制位1222与可视模组2连接。控制位1222与下扩张段121均位于握持部122的同一侧,控制位1222设置在握持部122的外壁,其透过握持部122与位于容纳部1221内的可视模组2连接,手持握持部122时,手指头自然覆盖于控制位1222,通过手指头作用于控制位1222可实现对可控模组2的便捷控制。如此,通过控制位1222的设置,使得医生对可视模组2的操作更为便捷。控制位1222包括多个功能按钮,具体功能按钮数量可根据实际情况而定,在具体应用时,控制位1222为弹片式按钮结构,例如,在握持部122开设出避让缺口,控制位 1222位于避让缺口内,控制位1222的一端连接于握持部122,医生手指头按压控制位1222的另一端,即可作用于握持部122内部的可视模组2进行操作,优选的,在控制位1222的表面具有纹路,避免按压时打滑,使得操作准确。优选的,握持部122的表面设置控制位保护圈12221,控制位保护圈12221围绕控制位1222设置,且沿着垂直于握持部122的方向控制位保护圈12221的高度大于控制位1222的高度,如此通过控制位保护圈12221对控制位1222形成“堤坝”式保护,避免因检测时阴道分泌物外流造成的控制位1222的污染。优选的,容纳部1221延伸至连接端123内的一端还具有承载位12213。外界的其他医疗器械可脱离连接于承载位12213,并穿设于检查口1121。通过承载位12213设置,以便于其他医疗器械在检查通道内进行检查时的承载,提升了检查便捷性。承载位12213是容纳部1221位于两个安装板1232之间一端的端面,其与封闭可视位12211相邻。
再一并参照图6和图7,更进一步,扩张模组1还包括止锁件14,止锁件14包括第一锁动部141以及第二锁动部142,第一锁动部141以及第二锁动部142分设于上扩件11以及下扩件12,第一锁动部141与第二锁动部142可脱离连接,第一锁动部141与第二锁动部142连接时,上扩件11与下扩件12处于锁定状态,作用于上扩件11,是作用于上扩件11的按压部113,第一锁动部141与第二锁动部142的连接位置改变,使得上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开的角度改变,作用于第二锁动部142,第一锁动部141与第二锁动部142脱离,上扩件11与下扩件12变为解锁状态。在上扩件11与下扩件12处于解锁状态,上扩件11与下扩件12间可随意进行相对转动,上扩件11与下扩件12处于锁定状态下,上扩件11与下扩件12被锁动,无法进行相对转动。通过第一锁动部141与第二锁动部142的配合对处于张开状态的上扩件11与下扩件12进行锁动,从而使得上扩件11与下扩件12处于张开状态的姿态不变,对检查通道进行维持,保证检查的顺利进行。再通过对上扩件11的按压部113的操作,实现检查通道大小的灵活调节,以适配不同患者的检查。其中,第一锁动部141包括多个第一锁动位1411,多个第一锁动位1411沿着弧线方向依次 间隔排列于上扩件11,第二锁动部142包括第二锁动位1421,第二锁动位1421设于下扩件12,并与第一锁动位1411相适配,第二锁动位1421与第一锁动位1411可脱离连接,作用于上扩件11,使得第二锁动位1421与一第一锁动位1411连接状态脱离,并连接于另一第一锁动位1411。通过第二锁动位1421与多个第一锁动位1411的配合,实现上扩件11与下扩件12张开过程中的多级锁定,即使得上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开的角度实现多级锁定,从而使得检查通道能够根据阴道的实际大小张开适配角度后进行锁定。具体的,多个第一锁动位1411设置于侧板1124面向安装板1232的一面,第二锁动位1421设于安装板1232面向所述侧板1124的一面。多个第一锁动位1411沿着弧线方向依次间隔排列,此处的弧线方向具体是:在施加作用力于按压部113时,侧板1124会相对于安装板1232进行转动,侧板1124的某一点在侧板1124与安装板1232相对转动过程中会形成的弧形走线,即上述的弧线方向,如此,将多个第一锁动位1411沿着弧线方向依次间隔排列,便于侧板1124相对于安装板1232进行转动后,多个第一锁动位1411中的任一第一锁动位1411都能够与第二锁动位1421进行适配连接,形成锁定。第一锁动位1411为条形凹槽状,第二锁动位1421为条形块状,施加力于按压部113时,上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开,侧板1124相对于安装板1232进行转动,当第二锁动位1421落于多个第一锁动位1411中第一个第一锁动位1411时,第一个第一锁动位1411与第二锁动位1421形成卡合关系,从而形成锁定状态,使得侧板1124与安装板1232相对位置固定,从而使得上扩张段111与下扩张段121维持相对张开状态,且上扩张段111与下扩张段121之间的相对张开角度是固定的,即检查通道的大小是固定的,当再次向着按压部113施加力时,第二锁动位1421从第一个第一锁动位1141中滑出,并可落于多个第一锁动位1411中后续其他任一第一锁动位1411中,从而使得上扩张段111与下扩张段121能够在不同张开角度时进行维持,从而实现多级锁定,适配不同阴道大小的扩张检测。优选的,第二锁动部142还包括弹性板1422以及解锁架1423,弹性板1422的一端连接于下扩件12,其另一端可相对于下扩件12进行摆动,第二锁动位1421设于弹性板1422, 解锁架1423的一端连接于弹性板1422,解锁架1423的另一端向着远离下扩件12的方向延伸,作用于解锁架1423,弹性板1422向着远离第一锁动位1411的方向摆动,使得第二锁动位1421与第一锁动位1411脱离。通过弹性板1422的设置,以便于第二锁动位1421于多个第一锁动位1411之间的转移,而通过弹性板1422与解锁架1423的配合,便于第二锁动位1421与第一锁动位1411的脱离并维持两者的脱离状态,从而使得上扩件11与下扩件12之间呈解锁状态。具体的,安装板1232上开设有弹性缺口12321,弹性板1422位于弹性缺口12321内,其一端与安装板1232连接,其另一端悬空设置,如此使得弹性板1422的另一端能够向着安装板1232的内侧进行形变。当对按压部113施加力,第二锁动位1421从其中一第一锁动位1411脱离时,弹性板1422会轻微形变,以使得第二锁动位1421的脱离更易,而当第二锁动位1421落入另一第一锁动位1411时,弹性板1422的形变状态复位,使得第二锁动位1421更易卡入另一第一锁动位1411。优选的,解锁架1423呈L型结构,解锁架1423为L型板状,其垂直连接于弹性板1422上。解锁架1423远离弹性板1422的一端具有解锁按钮14231,解锁按钮14231邻近于按压部113,如此便于对手指头对解锁按钮14231的操作。施加力于解锁按钮14231,解锁架1423会作用于弹性板1422,使得弹性板1422向着安装板1232的内侧进行较大角度的形变,使得第二锁动位1421与第一锁动位1411脱离,维持施加在解锁按钮14231的力不变,则就使得安装板1232与侧板1124之间可实现自由的相对转动,使得上扩张段111与下扩张段121能够自由的相对张开或则闭合,即处于解锁状态,如此提升了检查完成后阴道扩张器从阴道中取出操作的便捷性。优选的,第二锁动位1421具有倾斜面14211以及限位面14212,作用于上扩件11的按压部113时,第一锁动位1411越过第二锁动位1421的倾斜面14211,限位面14212对第一锁动位1411进行移动限位。倾斜面14211与解锁按钮14231同侧设置,限位面14212背向解锁按钮14231设置,即当作用于按压部113,上扩张段111与下扩张段121从基本闭合状态相对张开时,第一锁动位1411是从第二锁动位1421的倾斜面14211相对滑过,反之,若上扩张段111与下扩张段121要从相对张 开状态向着基本闭合状态转变,则第一锁动位1411与第二锁动位1421的限位面14212相互作用,限位面14212无相对滑动角度,则对第一锁动位1411形成限位。如此通过倾斜面14211与限位面14212的配合设置,使得第一锁动位1411只从第二锁动位1421的倾斜面14211越过第二锁动位1421,而无法从第二锁动1421的限位面14212越过第二锁动位1421,如此在对按压部113施加力时,上扩张段111与下扩张段121能够相对张开,而在按压部113施加的力消失后,会依然维持上扩张段111与下扩张段121的张开状态,且不可反向闭合,从而形成上扩张段111与下扩张段121张开时便捷,并维持住不可反向闭合的状态稳固,从而形成了检查通道张开便捷,稳固维持,且不会反向缩小的有点。限位面14212为第二锁动位1421与弹性板1422垂直面。第一锁动位1411的形状以及大小与第二锁动位1421形状以及大小相适配,具体而言,第一锁动位1411的条形凹槽具有适配第二锁动位1421的倾斜面14211和限位面14212的倾斜面和垂直面结构,当上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开时,第一锁动位1411的倾斜面与第二锁动位1421的倾斜面14211相贴滑过,反之,第一锁动位1411的垂直面与第二锁动位1421的限位面14212相互限位,进一步提升了上扩张段111与下扩张段121张开时便捷性,不可反向闭合状态的稳固性。
再一并参照图8至至图10,更进一步,可视模组2包括壳体21、光源件22以及控制件23。壳体21设于下扩件12,光源件22设于壳体21,并面向检查通道,控制件23设于壳体21并与光源件22连接。光源件22面向检查通道进行照明,提升检查通道内的明亮度,从而提升可视效果。具体的,壳体21的整体形状与容纳部1221的内部空间的形状相适配,使得壳体21可适配的容纳于容纳部1221内,壳体21的一端位于容纳部1221延伸至安装板1232之间的一端,光源件22设于壳体21内,并靠近于壳体21的端部,光源件22面向封闭可视位12211,从而透过封闭可视位12211向着检查通道进行照明。光源件22可采用平面光源或环形光源,例如,LED制成的平板灯或环形灯,光源的颜色可以为白色或蓝色,以适配不同的检查项目。控制件23与光源件22电连接,控制件23为集成有 控制电路的PCB板,其上有集成有控制按钮231,控制件23固定安装于壳体21内,控制按钮231漏于壳体21并与握持部122上的控制位1222连接,通过按压控制位1222对控制按钮1231实现操作,实现对光源件22的控制,例如,对光源件22的开关控制,对光源件22发出的不同颜色光线的切换控制。优选的,可视模组2还包括视觉件24,视觉件24设于壳体21,并与封闭可视位12211相贴,视觉件24面向检查通道,视觉件24与控制件23连接。通过视觉件24的设置,实现对检查通道内摄像并将检查通道内的影像外放,从而进一步提升可视效果,医生可通过外放影像进行疾病的筛查判断。视觉件24设于壳体21的端部,视觉件24面向封闭可视位12211并与之相贴合,从而透过封闭可视位12211向着检查通道进行摄像,光源件22与视觉件24相邻,光源件22为视觉件24的摄像提供照明。优选的,光源件22环设于壳体21的端面,并套设于视觉件24外,如此实现光源件22环绕视觉件24的结构设置,为视觉件24提供均匀高质的照明,以保证拍摄质量。在具体应用时,视觉件24可采用微型镜头,光源件22可采用环形光源,例如,环形LED灯。优选的,在控制件23上集成有无线传输模块,从而将视觉件24拍摄的影像通过无线传输的方式传送至外界显示器进行显示,无需有线传输,使得整个阴道扩张器更为简洁,提升了医生使用时的便捷性。视觉件24的控制也是有相适配的控制按钮231,通过相应的控制位1222进行控制。优选的,壳体21一端向着检查通道弯折,光源件22以及视觉件24分别设于壳体21弯向检查通道的端部。通过壳体21向着检查通道弯折的结构设置,使得作为可视端的光源件22以及视觉件24能够伸入到检测通道内,从而提升可视效果。封闭可视位12211由两个安装板1232之间的位置延伸至检查通道内,使得容纳部1221延伸至两个安装板1232之间的一端的内部空间形成弯折结构,将壳体21的一端向着检查通道弯折,从而与容纳部1221的内部空间相适配,让设置在壳体21端部的光源件22以及视觉件24能够与封闭可视位12211相贴合的面向检查通道,并伸入到检查通道内,提升可视效果。优选的,可视模组2还包括电源件25,电源件25设于壳体21内,并分别与光源件22、控制件23以及视觉件24连接。通过电源件25 的设置,为光源件22、控制件23以及视觉件24进行供电,实现可视模组2的内部供电,无需外接电源供电,从而使得可视模组2成为一体化的设计结构,无需电源线,净化检查环境,提升了扩检查器的使用便捷性。具体的,电源件25设置在壳体21的内部。在具体应用时,电源件25可采用有线或无线的可充电电池,此处不再赘述。当然,在其他实施例中也可以采用外接电源实现光源件22、控制件23以及视觉件24的供电,此处不做限定。优选的,下扩件12开设有贴合限制位1223,可视模组2还包括弹性贴合件26,弹性贴合件26设于壳体21远离检查通道的一端,壳体21设于容纳部1221时,弹性贴合件26卡设于贴合限制位1223,使得壳体21靠近于检查通道的一端上的视觉件24与封闭可视位12211紧密贴合。可以理解的是,若要实现视觉件24与封闭可视位12211之间的间隙消除,需要位于壳体21端部的视觉件24维持住与封闭可视位12211的紧密贴合状态,通过弹性贴合件26与贴合限制位1223的配合,使得壳体21靠近于检查通道的一端与下扩件12紧密贴合,即使得视觉件24与封闭可视位12211紧密贴合,消除间隙,从而保证了视觉件24的拍摄质量。其中,贴合限制位1223为开设于握持部122的缺口。弹性贴合件26包括贴合架体261、贴合弹性部262以及贴合限位部263,贴合架体261设于壳体21,贴合弹性部262的一端连接于贴合架体261,贴合限位部263活动连接于贴合架体261,并与贴合弹性部262的另一端连接,贴合限位部263具有限位端2631,作用于贴合限位部263,使得贴合弹性部262形变,当壳体21设于下扩件12时,松开贴合限位部263,贴合弹性部262复位并作用于贴合限位部263,使得限位端2631卡设于贴合限制位1223。通过限位端2631与限制位1226的卡接限位,实现弹性贴合件26对壳体21装入下扩件12的容纳部1221的限位,从而实现视觉件24与封闭可视位12211紧密贴合。具体的,贴合架体261为U型架体,其开口端设于壳体21远离检查通道的一端,贴合架体261的其中一开口端2611延伸出壳体21。贴合限位部263位于贴合架体261内,其一端进行L型弯折并穿过贴合架体261形成限位端2631,限位端2631与贴合架体261滑动连接,从而能够对贴合限位部263的活动方向进行限位,贴合限位部263的另一端 穿过壳体21后并进行L型弯折形成作用端2632,作用端2632与开口端2611相对设置,整个贴合限位部263呈U型结构,壳体21预留有作用端2632移动的避让缺口。贴合弹性部262为弹簧,其一端与贴合架体261的内壁连接,其另一端与贴合限位部263连接。将壳体21装入容纳部1221时,两根手指相对作用于作用端2632与开口端2611,使得贴合限位部263挤压贴合弹性部262进行压缩形变,此时限位端2631向着贴合架体261的内部移动,当壳体21装入容纳部1221到位时,即透过封闭可视位12211与视觉件24贴合时,此时松开作用端2632,贴合弹性部262复位,使得限位端2631刚好穿过贴合限制位1223,并卡接于限制位1223内,如此通过贴合限制位1223对限位端2631形成限位卡接,从而使得壳体21端部的视觉件24与封闭可视位12211紧密贴合,并维持贴合状态稳定不变。弹性贴合件26可设置在平衡底座211上,在具体应用时,可使得平衡底座211的周缘外凸,包围住作用端2632与开口端2611,避开干扰保证平衡功能的实现。优选的,弹性贴合件26还包括弹出部264,弹出部264包括弹出架2641以及弹出器2642,贴合架体261活动设于弹出架2641,弹出器2642的一端与弹出架2641连接,其另一端与贴合架体261连接,当限位端2631脱离贴合限制位1223时,弹出器2642作用于贴合架体261,并带动壳体21从下扩件21弹出。通过弹出部264的设置,便于壳体21脱离容纳部1221,从而便捷的实现可视模组2的脱离。具体的,弹出架2641为U型架体,其开口端安装于壳体21远离检查通道的一端。贴合架体261滑动连接于弹出架2641内。弹出器2642包括弹出弹簧26421以及弹出导杆26422,弹出导杆26422的一端与贴合架体261连接,其另一端穿过弹出架2641并与之滑接,弹出弹簧26421套设于弹出导杆26422外,并分别与弹出架2641和贴合架体261抵接或连接,弹出导杆26422对弹出弹簧26421进行导向。当当壳体21装入下扩件12时,贴合架体261于弹出架2641内滑动,并压缩弹出弹簧26421,限位端2631与贴合限制位1223卡接时,弹出弹簧26421维持压缩状态,当可视模组2从容纳部1221中脱离时,两根手指再次相对作用于作用端2632与开口端2611,使得限位端2631脱离贴合限制位1223,此时弹出弹簧26421复位,反向弹出贴 合架体261,最终使得壳体21弹出容纳部1221,实现可视模组2的快速拆卸。
检查过程如下:两根手指再次相对作用于作用端2632与开口端2611,将壳体21装入容纳部1221,直至限位端2631卡入贴合限制位1223,位于壳体21端部的视觉件24与封闭可视位12211贴合,完成可视模组2装入到容纳部1221内的动作,之后医生手持握持部122,先将基本闭合状态下的上扩张段111和下扩张段121伸入到阴道内,然后对按压部113施加力,使得上扩张段111和下扩张段121相对张开,在张开到合适位置后,松开按压部113,上扩张段111和下扩张段121配合形成了稳固的检查通道。之后,医生对控制位1222上的功能按钮进行按压,控制光源件22与视觉件24开启,并根据需求调整光源件22的光源颜色,而后通过观察视觉件24外放的影像以进行疾病检查,在需要进一步检查时,再将其他医疗器械,例如阴道镜穿过检查口1121,并放置在承载位12213进行检查。检查完成后,退出阴道镜。然后按压解锁按钮14231,使得第一锁动部141和第二锁动部142脱离,此时将上扩张段111和下扩张段121闭合后退出阴道。之后再两根手指再次相对作用于作用端2632与开口端2611,使得限位端2631脱离贴合限制位1223,将可视模组2退出容纳部1221,等待再次利用,而作为耗材的可视模组1另做处理。
实施例二
再一并参照图11,可视扩张器与实施例一中的不同之处在于:扩张模组1还包括第二扩张结构,第二扩张结构包括两个侧扩件13,两个侧扩件13分别转动连接于下扩件12相对的两侧,上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开过程中,两个侧扩件13的其中一端分别沿着上扩件11相向滑动,两个侧扩件13的另一端相对张开,上扩件11、下扩件12以及两个侧扩件13之间形成检查通道,上扩件11与下扩件12相对闭合过程中,两个侧扩件13的其中一端分别沿着上扩件11相背滑动,两个侧扩件13的另一端相对闭合,且两个侧扩件13收拢于上扩件11与下扩件12闭合后形成的容纳空间内。在处于张开状态时,上扩件11、下扩件12以及两个侧扩件13配合形成四翼扩张结构,使得形成的检查通道更大,而且四翼扩 张形成检查通道的截面形状更便于内视检查,从而提升了检查的便捷性,且整个四翼扩张结构简单,成本低,张开操作方便,医生使用时的便捷性更好。此外,在处于基本闭合状态时,两个侧扩件13是收拢于上扩件11与下扩件12闭合后形成的容纳空间内的,使得扩张模组1合拢时的体积小,相较于传统两翼结构的整体体积不变,整个扩张模组1的装箱体积不变,便于运输。侧扩件13包括侧扩张段131、转动部132以及滑动部133,侧扩张段131与滑动部133连接,滑动部133与上扩件11滑接,转动部132的一端连接于侧扩张段131和滑动部133的连接处,转动部132另一端转动连接于下扩件12,上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开过程中,两个滑动部133沿着上扩件11相向滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对张开,上扩件11、下扩件12以及两个侧扩张段131之间形成检查通道,上扩件11与下扩件12相对闭合过程中,两个滑动部133沿着上扩件11相背滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对闭合,且两个侧扩张段131收拢于上扩件11与下扩件12闭合后形成的容纳空间。具体是上扩张段111、下扩张段121以及两个侧扩张段131四者之间配合形成检查通道。通过上扩张段111、下扩张段121以及两个侧扩张段131实现四翼扩张,获得更便于检查的检查通道,且侧扩张段131、转动部132以及滑动部133配合形成的侧扩结构简单,作为耗材使用的扩张模组1整体成本较低。具体的,滑动部133与侧扩张段131一体成型。两个侧扩张段131相背的一面为光滑弧面,侧扩张段131远离滑动部133的一端为弧面结构,如此可以避免侧扩张段131张开配合形成检查通道时对阴道造成损伤。转动部132包括转动轴1321以及弹性卡板1322。转动轴1321的一端连接于侧扩张段131和滑动部133的连接处,弹性卡板1322设于转动轴1321的另一端,连接端123相对的两侧分别开设有转动通孔12321,弹性卡板1322穿过转动通孔12321,使得转动通孔12321套设于转动轴1321外并与转动轴1321转动连接。具体的,两个转动通孔12321分别开设于两个安装板1232,弹性卡板1322是沿着转动轴1321的轴线方向与转动轴1321一体连接,弹性卡板1322上具有倒钩结构13221,装配时,直接将一体连接有弹性卡板1322的转动轴1321穿过转动通孔12321,弹性卡板1322穿于转动通孔12321的过程 中,转动通孔12321的内壁会作用于倒钩结构13221上,使得弹性卡板1322向转动轴1321的轴心方向形变,而弹性卡板1322穿过转动通孔12321之后,弹性卡板1322会向转动轴1321的外侧复位,此时倒钩结构13221会倒扣于转动通孔12321,对转动轴1321形成限位,使得转动轴1321转动连接于转动通孔12321内。滑动部133远离侧扩张段131的一端是向着检查口1121延伸并与按压部113的侧边形成滑接关系,此处的按压部113的侧边是按压部113配合过渡板1123和两个侧板1124形成检查口1121时的侧边,当对按压部113施加力时,在带动上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开过程中,按压部113会同步作用于两个滑动部133上,在按压部113的侧边上相向滑动,从而带动两个侧扩张段131相对张开,与上扩张段111和下扩张段121配合形成检查通道,在上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对闭合过程中,两个滑动部133在按压部113的侧壁上相背滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对闭合,且两个侧扩张段131会先进行闭合,形成基本闭合状态后,上扩张段111与下扩张段121后完成闭合动作,并形成基本闭合状态,如此才使得两个侧扩张段131能够收拢于上扩张段111与下扩张段121闭合后形成的容纳空间内。优选的,滑动部133具有限位弧形端1331,限位弧形端1331与上扩件11滑接。限位弧形端1331是滑动部133具有弧形结构的端部,通过限位弧形端1331的设置,以便于滑动部133更适配的与上扩件11的按压部113的侧边形成滑接配合关系,保证滑动配合的流畅。在具体应用时,限位弧形端1331是滑动部133的端部向着检查口1121进行弧形弯曲并延伸而形成,在末端适配的与按压部113形成滑接关系。
复参照图1、图2、图3、图4、图6、图7和图11,更进一步,上扩件11具有两个限位部114,两个限位部114相对设置,上扩件11与下扩件12相对张开或闭合过程中,两个侧扩件13同步沿着两个限位部114相向或相背滑动,两个侧扩件13同步相对张开或闭合。通过上扩件11上的两个限位部114分别作用于两个侧扩件13,从而实现侧扩件13的张开或闭合,从而以简单的结构实现上扩件11与侧扩件13之间的扩张联动,结构简单且稳定性高。具体的,两个限位部114沿着按压部113的侧边设置, 此处的按压部113的侧边是按压部113配合过渡板1123和两个侧板1124形成检查口1121时的侧边,且两个限位部114分别设置在按压部113面向连接板1231的一面,两个限位部114的一端靠近于两个侧板1124相对的内壁,两个限位部114的另一端相向延伸。优选的,两个限位部114的一端分别一体连接于两个侧板1124相对的内壁,两个限位部114的另一端相向延伸并正对。两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331分别与两个限位部114滑接。当对按压部113施加力时,在带动上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对张开过程中,按压部113通过两个限位部114同步作用于两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331上,使得两个滑动部133分别于两个限位部114上相向滑动,从而带动两个侧扩张段131相对张开,反之,在上扩张段111与下扩张段121相对闭合过程中,两个滑动部133的限位弧形端1331分别于两个限位部114上相背滑动,两个侧扩张段131相对闭合。限位部114可为滑块。
实施例三
本实施例中公开的一种妇科疾病诊断设备,包括上述可视扩张器及治疗模块;其中,治疗模块可以为阴道镜、治疗棒或者其他妇科疾病治疗仪器,其可脱离连接于承载位12213,并穿设于检查口1121对阴道内部进行治疗。本实施例中还公开了一种妇科疾病诊断方法,其是采用上述妇科疾病诊断设备进行妇科疾病的诊断。
综上,通过容纳部对可视模组进行一体容纳,并通过封闭可视位的设置,在不影响可视功能的情况下对可视模组的可视端进行封闭防护,避免了可视模组直接暴露在检查通道内,使得可视模组能够重复利用,且避免了对阴道的感染,从而避免了可视模组作为耗材使用,资源利用率高,成本低。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可视扩张器,其特征在于,包括:
    扩张模组,其包括第一扩张结构,所述第一扩张结构包括上扩件和下扩件,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相连且可相对转动,相对转动过程中二者在张开及基本闭合状态之间切换,当处于张开状态,二者间形成检查通道,所述下扩件具有容纳部,所述容纳部的一端具有封闭可视位,所述封闭可视位与所述检测通道相对;以及
    可视模组,其容纳于所述容纳部内,所述可视模组的可视端面向所述封闭可视位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述封闭可视位延伸至所述检查通道内,所述可视模组的可视端与所述封闭可视位相贴。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述可视模组包括壳体、光源件、控制件及视觉件,所述壳体设于所述容纳部,所述光源件设于所述壳体,并面向所述封闭可视位,所述视觉件设于所述壳体,并与所述封闭可视位相贴,所述控制件设于所述壳体并分别与所述光源件及视觉件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述光源件环设于所述视觉件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述可视模组还包括电源件,所述电源件设于所述壳体内,并分别与所述光源件、所述控制件以及所述视觉件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述下扩件开设有贴合限制位,所述可视模组还包括弹性贴合件,所述弹性贴合件设于所述壳体远离检查通道的一端,所述壳体设于所述容纳部时,所述弹性贴合件卡设于所述贴合限制位,使得所述壳体上的视觉件与所述封闭可视位紧密贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述扩张模组还包括第二扩张结构,所述第二扩张结构包括两个侧扩件,所述两 个侧扩件分别转动连接于所述下扩件相对的两侧,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对张开过程中,所述两个侧扩件的其中一端分别沿着所述上扩件相向滑动,所述两个侧扩件的另一端相对张开,所述上扩件、所述下扩件以及两个所述侧扩件之间形成检查通道,所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对闭合过程中,所述两个侧扩件的其中一端分别沿着所述上扩件相背滑动,所述两个侧扩件的另一端相对闭合,且两个所述侧扩件收拢于所述上扩件与所述下扩件闭合后形成的容纳空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的可视扩张器,其特征在于,所述扩张模组还包括止锁件,所述止锁件包括第一锁动部以及第二锁动部,所述第一锁动部以及所述第二锁动部分设于所述上扩件以及所述下扩件,所述第一锁动部与所述第二锁动部可脱离连接,所述第一锁动部与所述第二锁动部连接时,所述上扩件与所述下扩件处于锁定状态,作用于所述上扩件,所述第一锁动部与所述第二锁动部的连接位置改变,使得所述上扩件与所述下扩件相对张开的角度改变,作用于所述第二锁动部,所述第一锁动部与所述第二锁动部脱离,所述上扩件与所述下扩件变为解锁状态。
  9. 妇科疾病诊断器妇科疾病诊断设备,其特征在于,包括权利要要求1-8任一所述的可视扩张器及治疗模块。
  10. 一种妇科疾病诊断方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求9所述的阴道扩张器进行妇科疾病的诊断。
