前記搬送経路に沿って走行するガニチャテープと、
前記ガニチャテープが走行する成形溝を有する成形ベッドと
を備え、
前記巻紙は、前記ガニチャテープの上に供給され、前記ガニチャテープとともに前記成形溝を走行し、
前記充填物は、前記巻紙の上に供給され、前記成形溝を走行する前記ガニチャテープを介して前記巻紙により連続的に包み込まれて前記充填ロッドに成形され、
前記成形ベッドは、前記成形溝の溝空間を吸引するサクションチャンバを有し、
前記ガニチャテープは、サクション孔が開口され、前記サクション孔を介して前記巻紙に前記サクションチャンバからの吸引力を付与する、充填ロッドの巻上機。 - 前記サクション孔は、前記ガニチャテープの延設方向に沿って複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の充填ロッドの巻上機。

- 香味原料を巻紙とともに搬送経路に沿って搬送する過程にて、前記香味原料を充填物に成形しつつ、前記巻紙により連続的に包み込む、充填ロッドの巻上方法であって、
前記搬送経路に沿って走行するガニチャテープと、前記ガニチャテープが走行する成形溝を有する成形ベッドとを用い、前記巻紙を前記ガニチャテープの上に供給するとともに前記充填物を前記巻紙の上に供給し、前記巻紙及び前記充填物を前記ガニチャテープとともに前記成形溝を走行させて搬送する搬送ステップと、
前記ガニチャテープを介して前記充填物を前記巻紙により連続的に包み込んで前記充填ロッドに成形するラッピングステップと
を含み、
前記ラッピングステップでは、前記成形溝の溝空間を吸引することにより、前記ガニチャテープに開口されたサクション孔を介して、前記巻紙に対し吸引力を付与するサクションプロセスを行う、充填ロッドの巻上方法。 - 前記サクションプロセスでは、前記ガニチャテープの延設方向に亘って複数設けられた前記サクション孔を介して、前記巻紙に対し吸引力を付与する、請求項5に記載の充填ロッドの巻上方法。
