Abstract

本发明属于显示屏技术领域,特别涉及一种弧形锁及显示屏组件,弧形锁包括第一锁体和第二锁体;第一锁体包括角度调节组件、脱离套件、锁紧套件和锁紧件,角度调整组件用于调整拼接角度,角度调整组件内部设有用于容置脱离套件的空腔,锁紧套件设置在脱离套件内,锁紧件设置在锁紧套件的外壁上;第二锁体包括锁杆,锁杆上设置有卡槽,脱离套件相对锁紧套件移动,以使得锁紧件在脱离套件的挤压下朝向锁杆运动,并锁止在卡槽中,以实现第一锁体和第二锁体的临时性固定。本发明中锁紧件跟随锁紧套件移动,脱离套件推挤锁紧件,使得锁紧件卡在卡槽中,实现第一锁体和第二锁体的互锁,简化了单元显示屏的拼接过程,安装方便,提高拼接效率。

Description

一种弧形锁及显示屏组件 技术领域
本发明属于显示屏技术领域,特别是涉及一种弧形锁及显示屏组件。
背景技术
显示屏是用来显示文字、图像、视频和录像信息等信息的设备,由于显示屏发光具有亮度高、工作电压低、功耗小、大型化、寿命长、耐冲击和性能稳定等优点,显示屏在很多领域得到了广泛应用。
目前,大型的显示屏由多个小的单元显示屏通过锁紧装置拼接而成。但是,现有的锁紧装置安装及拆卸繁琐,影响拼接效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有的锁紧装置拼接繁琐的问题,提供一种弧形锁及显示屏组件。
为解决上述技术问题,一方面,本发明实施例提供一种弧形锁,用于拼接相邻的两个单元显示屏,包括第一锁体和第二锁体;
所述第一锁体包括角度调节组件、脱离套件、锁紧套件和锁紧件,所述角度调整组件用于调整相邻两个单元显示屏的拼接角度,所述角度调整组件内部设有用于容置所述脱离套件的空腔,所述脱离套件套设在所述锁紧套件外,所述锁紧件设置在所述锁紧套件的外壁上;
所述第二锁体包括锁杆,所述锁杆上设置有卡槽,所述锁杆能够伸入所述锁紧套件中,以使得所述脱离套件相对所述锁紧套件移动,所述锁紧件在所述脱离套件的推动下朝向所述锁紧套件内的所述锁杆运动,从而使得所述锁紧件 锁止在所述锁杆的卡槽中,以实现所述第一锁体和所述第二锁体的临时性固定。
可选地,所述脱离套件包括第一段套件和第二段套件,所述第二段套件厚度小于所述第一段套件的厚度,所述锁紧套件的外壁上设置有嵌入槽,所述锁紧件设置在所述嵌入槽和所述第二段套件形成的空隙处,所述第一段套件用于在所述锁紧套件和所述脱离套件发生相对移动时挤压所述锁紧件。
可选地,所述锁紧套件的靠近所述锁杆的一端设置有凸缘,所述角度调整组件上安装有锁紧套件固定螺丝,所述锁紧套件固定螺丝抵靠在所述凸缘的一侧,以将所述凸缘固定在所述空腔的内壁和所述锁紧套件固定螺丝之间。
可选地,所述第一锁体还包括按钮、按钮推杆、套件弹簧、按钮弹簧和锁杆推件,所述按钮安装在所述按钮推杆的一端,所述按钮推杆的另一端连接所述脱离套件,所述套件弹簧套设在所述按钮推杆外,所述套件弹簧设置在所述空腔中;
所述锁杆推件设置在所述锁紧套件内,所述按钮弹簧连接在所述锁杆推件和所述锁紧套件之间。
可选地,所述脱离套件上设置有沉孔,所述锁紧套件上设置有腰孔,所述沉孔和所述腰孔连接,以限制所述脱离套件在所述锁紧套件外的运动行程。
可选地,所述第一锁体还包括固定座,所述角度调节组件包括角度调节器和角度旋转座,所述角度调节器螺纹连接在所述角度旋转座外,所述角度旋转座安装在所述固定座上,所述固定座上设置有第二定位孔,所述角度旋转座上设置有第二定位柱,所述第二定位柱插接在所述第二定位孔中。
可选地,所述第二锁体还包括锁杆连接座及抵接块,所述抵接块设置在所述锁杆连接座的朝向所述第一锁体的一侧,所述角度调节器的朝向所述锁杆连接座的一侧端面上沿周向均匀设置有多个斜面,所述角度调节器旋转,能够使得不同的斜面与所述抵接块抵触,以改变相邻的两个单元显示屏之间的拼接角度。
可选地,所述第二锁体还包括复位弹簧、限位销和锁紧扳手,所述锁杆连 接座上设置有锁杆通道,所述锁杆穿过所述锁杆通道,以进入或退出所述第一锁体;所述锁杆的远离所述第一锁体的一端设置有外螺纹,所述锁紧扳手螺纹连接在所述锁杆上,所述复位弹簧套设在所述锁杆上,所述复位弹簧位于所述锁杆连接座与所述锁紧扳手之间;所述锁杆上设置有滑动槽,所述限位销配合在所述滑动槽中。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供一种显示屏组件,包括多个单元显示屏和多个如前所述的弧形锁,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏通过所述弧形锁拼接。
可选地,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏通过两个所述弧形锁拼接,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏的连接处,其中一个所述单元显示屏安装有第一锁体,另一个所述单元显示屏安装有第二锁体。
根据本发明实施例的弧形锁,在进行单元显示屏的拼接时,确定拼接角度后,通过角度调整组件调整拼接角度,第二锁体的锁杆伸入第一锁体中,脱离套件相对锁紧套件移动时,锁紧件碰触到脱离套件,脱离套件会推挤锁紧件,从而使得锁紧件进入锁紧套件内,并卡在锁杆上的卡槽中,实现第一锁体和第二锁体的互锁,从而将相邻的两个单元显示屏连接在一起。采用本发明实施例的弧形锁,能够简化单元显示屏的拼接过程,安装及拆卸简单、方便,大幅提高了显示屏的拼接效率。

为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图10所示,一方面,本发明一实施例提供一种弧形锁,包括第一锁体1和第二锁体2,所述第一锁体1安装在一单元显示屏上,所述第二锁体2安装在另一单元显示屏上,通过所述第一锁体1和所述第二锁体2的连接用以实现相邻的两个单元显示屏的拼接。
所述第一锁体1包括角度调节组件、脱离套件105、锁紧套件106和锁紧件 107,所述角度调整组件用于调整相邻两个单元显示屏3的拼接角度,从而能得到平面或弧面的拼接显示屏。所述角度调整组件内部设有用于容置所述脱离套件105的空腔103,所述脱离套件105套设在所述锁紧套件106外部,所述脱离套件105能够在所述锁紧套件106外滑动,所述锁紧件107设置所述锁紧套件106的外壁上。
所述第二锁体2包括锁杆21,所述锁杆21上设置有卡槽211,所述锁杆21能够伸入所述第一锁体1内,使得所述脱离套件105在所述锁紧套件106外部移动,以使得所述锁紧件107在所述脱离套件105的推动挤压下朝向所述锁紧套件106内部的所述锁杆21运动,所述锁紧件107锁止在所述锁杆21的所述卡槽211中,以实现所述第一锁体1和所述第二锁体2的临时性固定。
本发明中,在进行单元显示屏3的拼接时,确定拼接角度后,通过所述角度调整组件调整角度,所述锁杆21伸入所述第一锁体1中,所述脱离套件105相对所述锁紧套件106移动时,所述锁紧件107碰触到所述脱离套件105,所述脱离套件105会推挤所述锁紧件107,从而使得所述锁紧件107进入所述锁紧套件106内,并卡在所述锁杆21卡槽211中,实现所述第一锁体1和所述第二锁体2的互锁,从而将相邻的两个单元显示屏3连接在一起。采用本发明实施例的弧形锁,能够简化单元显示屏的拼接过程,安装及拆卸简单、方便,大幅提高了显示屏的拼接效率。
如图7所示,在一实施例中,所述脱离套件105包括第一段套件1051和第二段套件1052,所述第二段套件1052厚度小于所述第一段套件1051的厚度,使得所述第一段套件1051和所述第二段套件1052的交接处形成台阶结构,所述锁紧套件106的外壁上设置有嵌入槽1063,所述嵌入槽1063穿透所述锁紧套件106的外壁,所述锁紧件107设置在所述嵌入槽1063和所述第二段套件1052形成的空隙处,在所述锁紧套件106和所述脱离套件105发生相对移动时,所述台阶结构处的所述第一段套件1051挤压所述锁紧件107,所述锁紧件107从所述嵌入槽1063进入所述锁紧套件106内。
在一实施例中,所述锁紧件107为锁紧弹珠,所述锁紧弹珠设在所述嵌入槽1063中,所述锁紧弹珠为球形的,所述第一段套件1051推挤所述锁紧弹珠时,更加容易推动,优选地,所述锁紧套件106每侧均设置有三个所述锁紧弹珠,在角度调整组件调整角度时,满足不同角度下,所述卡槽211与不同位置的所述锁紧弹珠的互锁。
如图4、图6所示,在一实施例中,所述第一锁体1还包括固定座108,所述角度调节组件包括角度调节器101和角度旋转座102,所述角度调节器101内部设置有内螺纹,所述角度旋转座102上设置有外螺纹,所述角度旋转座102螺纹连接在所述角度调节器101内,通过锁固定螺丝116将所述角度旋转座102固定安装在所述固定座108上。
如图6所示,所述固定座108上设置有第二定位孔1081,所述角度旋转座102上设置有第二定位柱1021,所述第二定位柱1021插接在所述第二定位孔1081中,能够定位所述角度旋转座102的安装位置,防止安装位置出现误差。优选地,所述第二定位柱1021和所述第二定位孔1081均设置有两个,每一所述第二定位柱1021一一对应地连接在所述第二定位孔1081中。
如图4、图7所示,在一实施例中,所述锁紧套件106的靠近所述锁杆21的一端设置有凸缘1061,所述角度调整组件上安装有锁紧套件固定螺丝104,所述锁紧套件固定螺丝104能够伸入到所述空腔103中,所述锁紧套件固定螺丝104抵靠在所述凸缘1061的一侧,以将所述凸缘1061固定在所述空腔103的内壁和所述锁紧套件固定螺丝104之间,从而固定所述锁紧套件106的安装位置,在所述角度调节器101旋转以调节角度时,所述锁紧套件106能够跟随所述角度调节器101运动。
在一实施例中,所述锁紧套件106为一端封闭一端开口的筒状结构,所述凸缘1061沿着所述锁紧套件106的开口端的周向设置,所述凸缘1061限定在所述锁紧套件固定螺丝104和所述角度调节器101的内壁之间,这样,即使转动所述角度调节器101,所述锁紧套件固定螺丝104跟随所述角度调节器101转 动,所述锁紧套件固定螺丝104依然能够保持抵触在所述凸缘1061上。
如图4、图6、图7所示,在一实施例中,所述第一锁体1还包括按钮109、按钮推杆110、按钮弹簧112、套件弹簧113和锁杆推件114,所述按钮109安装在所述按钮推杆110的一端,所述按钮推杆110的另一端连接所述脱离套件105,所述套件弹簧113套设在所述按钮推杆110外,所述套件弹簧113设置在所述空腔103中,即,所述套件弹簧113设置在所述按钮推杆110的伸入所述空腔103内的部分上,在所述锁杆21未伸入所述第一锁体1中时,所述套件弹簧113处于压缩状态,并抵触在所述空腔103的内壁和所述脱离套件105之间。
所述锁杆推件114设置在所述锁紧套件106内,能够在所述锁紧套件106内滑动,所述按钮弹簧112连接在所述锁杆推件114和所述锁紧套件106之间,具体地,所述锁紧套件106的封闭端设置有第一定位柱1062,所述按钮弹簧112的一端连接在所述第一定位柱1062上,所述按钮弹簧112的另一端连接在所述锁杆推件114上。
优选地,在所述锁杆21未伸入所述第一锁体1中时,所述锁杆推件114的初始位置位于所述锁紧件107处,所述锁杆推件114的侧边抵靠着所述锁紧件107,防止所述锁杆21未伸入时,所述锁紧件107进入所述锁紧套件106内。
将所述锁杆21伸入所述第一锁体1中时,所述锁杆21抵触在所述锁杆推件114上,推动所述锁杆推件114移动,同时压缩所述按钮弹簧112,使得所述锁杆推件114离开初始位置,所述锁杆推件114的侧边不再抵靠着所述锁紧件107,在所述套件弹簧113的弹力作用下,所述脱离套件105的所述第一段套件1051推动所述嵌入槽1063中的所述锁紧件107,同时所述第一段套件1051会堵在所述嵌入槽1063处,防止所述锁紧件107回位,所述锁紧件107进入所述空腔103中后,卡在所述锁杆21的卡槽211中,完成互锁。
需要解锁时,拉动所述按钮109向着远离所述锁杆21的方向移动,带动所述脱离套件105一起运动,所述第一段套件1051离开所述嵌入槽1063,所述第二段套件1052回到所述嵌入槽1063处,处于压缩状态的所述按钮弹簧112推 动锁杆推件114向着所述锁杆21运动,进而推动所述锁杆21,由于所述第一段套件1051不再封堵所述嵌入槽1063,所述锁杆推件114推动所述锁杆21,所述锁紧件107和所述卡槽211容易脱离,所述锁紧件107重新进入所述嵌入槽1063和所述第二段套件1052之间形成的空隙中,解除所述锁紧件107和所述卡槽211的锁定,所述锁杆推件114的侧边抵靠着所述锁紧件107,防止所述锁紧件107进入所述锁紧套件106内。
在一实施例中,所述脱离套件105上设置有沉孔1053,所述锁紧套件106上设置有腰孔1064,所述沉孔1053和所述腰孔1064通过螺丝连接起来,所述螺丝能够在所述腰孔1064中移动,在所述套件弹簧113推动所述脱离套件105运动时,以及在拉动所述按钮109移动带动所述脱离套件105移动时,能够限制所述脱离套件105在所述锁紧套件106外的运动行程,防止所述脱离套件105运动行程过大而影响所述锁紧件107和所述卡槽211的锁定。
如图5所示,在一实施例中,所述第二锁体2还包括锁杆连接座22及抵接块23,所述抵接块23设置在所述锁杆连接座22的朝向所述第一锁体1的一侧,所述角度调节器101的朝向所述锁杆连接座22的一侧端面上沿周向均匀设置有多个斜面1011,所述角度调节器101旋转,能够使得不同的斜面1011与所述抵接块23抵触,以改变相邻的两个单元显示屏3之间的拼接角度。
如图4所示,在一实施例中,所述斜面1011的数量为双数,呈180°对称设置的两个所述斜面1011共面,相邻两个斜面1011不在同一平面内,不同的斜面1011具有不同的厚度。相应地,所述抵接块23设置有两个,两个所述抵接块23分别抵触呈180°对称设置的两个所述斜面1011。
如图4所示,在一实施例中,所述角度调节器101上可调节的角度有-7.5°、-5°、-2.5°、0°、2.5°、5°和7.5°,沿着7.5°的斜面至-7.5°的斜面的方向,所述斜面1011的厚度依次增加,其中,7.5°的斜面最薄,-7.5°的斜面最厚,以7.5°的斜面和-7.5°的斜面为分界线,两侧的所述斜面1011对称设置。
7.5°的斜面和-7.5°的斜面位于同一平面上,形成一个倾斜面,同样地,5°的 斜面和-5°的斜面位于同一平面上,2.5°的斜面和-2.5°的斜面位于同一平面上,且由7.5°的斜面和-7.5°的斜面形成的倾斜面的倾斜角度最大,所述抵接块23抵触位于同一平面上的两个所述斜面1011后,使得两个单元显示屏3呈现不同的角度。

如图2、图4所示,在一实施例中,每一所述斜面1011上均设置有第三定位孔1013,每一所述抵接块23上均设置有第三定位柱24,所述抵接块23抵触所述斜面1011时,所述第三定位柱24配合在所述第三定位孔1013中。
如图5所示,在一实施例中,所述第二锁体2还包括复位弹簧25、限位销26和锁紧扳手27,所述锁杆连接座22上设置有锁杆通道221,所述锁杆通道221垂直贯穿所述锁杆连接座22,所述锁杆通道221可供所述锁杆21穿过,以进入或退出所述第一锁体1。所述限位销26安装在所述锁杆连接座22上,所述锁杆21上设置有滑动槽212,所述限位销26延伸至所述锁杆通道221中,并配合在所述滑动槽212中,所述锁杆21移动时,所述限位销26在所述滑动槽212中滑动,能够限定所述锁杆21的运动方向,防止所述锁杆21转动,同时也能够防止所述锁杆21脱离所述锁杆连接座22。
如图5所示,在一实施例中,所述锁杆21一端设置所述卡槽211,所述锁杆21的另一端设置有外螺纹,即所述锁杆21的远离所述第一锁体1的一端设置有外螺纹,所述锁紧扳手27螺纹连接在所述锁杆21上,所述复位弹簧25套设在所述锁杆21上,所述复位弹簧25位于所述锁杆连接座22与所述锁紧扳手27之间。
优选地,所述卡槽211为圆环状凹槽,这样能够保证在所述角度调节器101旋转后,所述卡槽211也能与所述锁紧件107(锁紧弹珠)互锁。
锁紧时,首先将所述角度调节器101旋转到需要的角度,将所述锁杆21插 入所述第一锁体1中,所述锁杆21与所述锁紧件107互锁后,拧动所述锁紧扳手27,旋转锁紧。
解锁时,首先旋转所述锁紧扳手27,松开对所述锁杆21的锁紧,拉动所述按钮109,所述按钮弹簧112推动锁杆推件114移动,解除所述锁紧件107和所述卡槽211的锁定后,在所述复位弹簧25和所述按钮弹簧112的作用下,所述锁杆21完全脱离所述第一锁体1,回到所述第二锁体2中。
如图4、图6所示,在一实施例中,所述角度调节器101上沿轴向设置有多个波珠槽1012,所述波珠槽1012设置在所述角度调节器101的外表面,所述固定座108上安装有波珠螺丝115,所述波珠螺丝115伸入所述空腔103中,所述波珠螺丝115卡设在其中一个所述波珠槽1012中,旋转所述角度调节器101时,所述波珠螺丝115能够与不同位置的所述波珠槽1012卡接,同时能够听到“咔”的声音,表明所述角度调节器101旋转到位。
如图8至图10所示,另一方面,本发明实施例提供一种显示屏组件,包括多个单元显示屏3和多个如前所述的弧形锁,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏3通过所述弧形锁拼接。每一所述单元显示屏3上均设置所述第一锁体1和第二锁体2,所述第一锁体1和所述第二锁体2安装在单元显示屏3的不同侧边。
在一实施例中,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏3通过两个所述弧形锁拼接,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏的连接处,其中一个所述单元显示屏安装有第一锁体1,另一个所述单元显示屏安装有第二锁体2,通过所述第一锁体1和所述第二锁体2实现两个单元显示屏3的拼接。
在未图示的另一实施例中,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏通过两个所述弧形锁拼接,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏的连接处,其中一个所述单元显示屏安装有第一个弧形锁的第一锁体1及第二个弧形锁的第二锁体2,另一个所述单元显示屏安装有第一个弧形锁的第二锁体2及第二个弧形锁的第一锁体3,通过所述第一锁体1和所述第二锁体2实现两个单元显示屏3的拼接。

    所述第一锁体包括角度调节组件、脱离套件、锁紧套件和锁紧件,所述角度调整组件用于调整相邻两个单元显示屏的拼接角度,所述角度调整组件内部设有用于容置所述脱离套件的空腔,所述脱离套件套设在所述锁紧套件外,所述锁紧件设置在所述锁紧套件的外壁上;
    所述第二锁体包括锁杆,所述锁杆上设置有卡槽,所述锁杆能够伸入所述锁紧套件中,以使得所述脱离套件相对所述锁紧套件移动,所述锁紧件在所述脱离套件的推动下朝向所述锁紧套件内的所述锁杆运动,从而使得所述锁紧件锁止在所述锁杆的卡槽中,以实现所述第一锁体和所述第二锁体的临时性固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述脱离套件包括第一段套件和第二段套件,所述第二段套件厚度小于所述第一段套件的厚度,所述锁紧套件的外壁上设置有嵌入槽,所述锁紧件设置在所述嵌入槽和所述第二段套件形成的空隙处,所述第一段套件用于在所述锁紧套件和所述脱离套件发生相对移动时挤压所述锁紧件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述锁紧套件的靠近所述锁杆的一端设置有凸缘,所述角度调整组件上安装有锁紧套件固定螺丝,所述锁紧套件固定螺丝抵靠在所述凸缘的一侧,以将所述凸缘固定在所述空腔的内壁和所述锁紧套件固定螺丝之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述第一锁体还包括按钮、按钮推杆、套件弹簧、按钮弹簧和锁杆推件,所述按钮安装在所述按钮推杆的一端,所述按钮推杆的另一端连接所述脱离套件,所述套件弹簧套设在所述按钮推杆外,所述套件弹簧设置在所述空腔中;
    所述锁杆推件设置在所述锁紧套件内,所述按钮弹簧连接在所述锁杆推件 和所述锁紧套件之间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述脱离套件上设置有沉孔,所述锁紧套件上设置有腰孔,所述沉孔和所述腰孔连接,以限制所述脱离套件在所述锁紧套件外的运动行程。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述第一锁体还包括固定座,所述角度调节组件包括角度调节器和角度旋转座,所述角度调节器螺纹连接在所述角度旋转座外,所述角度旋转座安装在所述固定座上,所述固定座上设置有第二定位孔,所述角度旋转座上设置有第二定位柱,所述第二定位柱插接在所述第二定位孔中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述第二锁体还包括锁杆连接座及抵接块,所述抵接块设置在所述锁杆连接座的朝向所述第一锁体的一侧,所述角度调节器的朝向所述锁杆连接座的一侧端面上沿周向均匀设置有多个斜面,所述角度调节器旋转,能够使得不同的斜面与所述抵接块抵触,以改变相邻的两个单元显示屏之间的拼接角度。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的弧形锁,其特征在于,所述第二锁体还包括复位弹簧、限位销和锁紧扳手,所述锁杆连接座上设置有锁杆通道,所述锁杆穿过所述锁杆通道,以进入或退出所述第一锁体;所述锁杆的远离所述第一锁体的一端设置有外螺纹,所述锁紧扳手螺纹连接在所述锁杆上,所述复位弹簧套设在所述锁杆上,所述复位弹簧位于所述锁杆连接座与所述锁紧扳手之间;所述锁杆上设置有滑动槽,所述限位销配合在所述滑动槽中。
  9. 一种显示屏组件,其特征在于,包括多个单元显示屏和多个权利要求1-8任一项所述的弧形锁,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏通过所述弧形锁拼接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏通过两个所述弧形锁拼接,相邻的两个所述单元显示屏的连接处,其中一个所述单元显示屏安装有第一锁体,另一个所述单元显示屏安装有第二锁体。
