如图2和图3所示,所述固定装置包括固定件3、旋转件4和至少两个的锁定件5,所述固定件3与旋转件4固定连接,所述固定装置还包括连接件6,如图4所示,所述固定件3通过所述连接件6与旋转件4固定连接,连接件6可以是连接螺丝等,在固定件3和旋转件4上设有相应的孔结构。所述固定件3远离旋转件4的一侧面上设有磁性件7,所述磁性件7与固定件3固定连接,磁性件7的材质为磁铁,其形状和大小可以根据需要进行设置。如图5所示,所述固定件3上设有至少两个的滑槽31,所述滑槽31的形状为弧形,至少两个的所述滑槽31沿固定件3的圆周方向均匀设置,本实施例中,滑槽31的数目为八个。如图6所示,所述锁定件5的一端设有滑动部51,所述滑动部51位于所述滑槽31内且相对于滑槽31可滑动设置,锁定件5的数目也为八个。所述锁定件5的另一端设有第一锁定部52,所述锁定件5靠近第一锁定部52的一端设有弹性部53,弹性部53的形状为蛇形或波浪形。
所述显示屏模组2包括灯板21和壳体22,所述灯板21与壳体22固定连接,例如可以通过螺丝等进行固定连接。如图7所示,所述箱体1上设有与所述第一锁定部52相配合的第二锁定部11,处于锁定状态时第一锁定部52的端面抵持第二锁定部11的内底面。如图8所示,所述壳体22上分别设有缺口221和滑道,所述锁定件5的中部位于所述滑道内且相对于所述滑道可滑动设置,所述缺口221分别与所述滑道和第二锁定部11对应设置。具体的,所述壳体22靠近灯板21的一侧面上设有至少两个的圆环形的凸楞222,至少两个的凸楞222的圆心相同,每一个的所述凸楞222上设有至少两个的通孔223,所述通孔223与所述缺口221对应设置。对应同一个缺口221的通孔223位于同一条直线上,形成所述滑道,锁定件5可以在通孔223内滑动。所述旋转件4位于所述壳体22靠近箱体1的一侧,所述固定件3和锁定件5均位于所述壳体22靠近灯板21的一侧,并且所述固定件3位于所述壳体22的中心,所述缺口221位于所述壳体22的边缘。
如图9所示,所述旋转件4上设有玻珠螺栓41。如图10所示,所述壳体22上分别设有与所述玻珠螺栓41相配合的第一限位部224和第二限位部225。所述壳体22靠近箱体1的一侧面上还设有至少两个的定位件226,所述箱体1上设有至少两个的与所述定位件226相配合的定位孔。
当需要对显示屏模组2进行前维护时,可以通过磁性联轴器8带动磁性件7转动,从而带动固定件3转动,固定件3带动锁定件5作直线运动从而使第一锁定部52和第二锁定部11相互分离,实现箱体1与显示屏模组2之间的拆卸;当需要对显示屏模组2进行后维护时,通过旋转件4带动固定件3转动,固定件3带动锁定件5作直线运动从而使第一锁定部52和第二锁定部11相互分离,实现箱体1与显示屏模组2之间的拆卸。当需要将显示屏模组2与箱体1进行固定时,只需要先通过定位件226和定位孔相互配合进行定位,然后向与拆卸时相反的方向转动固定件3,即可使第一锁定部52和第二锁定部11相互锁定。
本实用新型的实施例二为:
一种显示屏模组,与实施例一的不同之处在于:不设置箱体,将显示屏模组单独使用,在显示屏模组的待安装位置上设置与第一锁定部相配合的第二锁定部。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的一种固定装置、显示屏模组及显示屏,固定装置结构简单,安装所述固定装置的显示屏模组可以进行前后维护,操作方便,可大大降低维护成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定装置,其特征在于,包括固定件、旋转件和至少两个的锁定件,所述固定件与旋转件固定连接,所述固定件上设有至少两个的滑槽,所述锁定件的一端设有滑动部,所述滑动部位于所述滑槽内且相对于滑槽可滑动设置,所述锁定件的另一端设有第一锁定部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,还包括连接件,所述固定件通过所述连接件与旋转件固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件靠近第一锁定部的一端设有弹性部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽的形状为弧形,至少两个的所述滑槽沿固定件的圆周方向均匀设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,还包括磁性件,所述磁性件位于固定件远离旋转件的一侧面上,且所述磁性件与固定件固定连接。
  6. 一种显示屏模组,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的固定装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于,包括灯板和壳体,所述灯板与壳体固定连接,所述壳体上分别设有缺口和滑道,所述锁定件的中部位于所述滑道内且相对于所述滑道可滑动设置,所述缺口与所述滑道对应设置;所述旋转件位于所述壳体远离灯板的一侧,所述固定件和锁定件均位于所述壳体靠近灯板的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于,所述固定件位于所述壳体的中心,所述缺口位于所述壳体的边缘。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于,所述壳体靠近灯板的一侧面上设有至少两个的圆环形的凸楞,每一个的所述凸楞上设有至少两个的通孔,所述通孔与所述缺口对应设置。
  10. 一种显示屏,其特征在于,包括箱体和权利要求6所述的显示屏模组,所述箱体上设有与所述第一锁定部相配合的第二锁定部。
