另一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种LED显示屏箱体,包括后盖、电源模块、LED显示模块、箱体框架以及上述的拉紧锁,所述箱体框架与LED显示模块固定连接,所述电源模块安装在所述后盖内且位于所述后盖与箱体框架之间,所述电源模块朝向所述LED显示模块的一侧设置有排针,所述LED显示模块上设置有与所述排针匹配的排母,所述箱体框架上对应所述排母的位置设置有过孔,所述排针可穿过所述过孔与所述排母插接;
所述基座固定连接在所述箱体框架上,所述垫片固定连接在所述后盖上;
转动所述旋钮使所述垫片靠近所述基座时,所述后盖向朝向所述LED显示模块的方向移动,以使所述排针与所述排母插接;转动所述旋钮使所述垫片远离所述基座时,所述后盖向背离所述LED显示模块的方向移动,以解除所述排针与所述排母之间的插接。

为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图7至图12所示,本发明实施例提供的LED显示屏箱体,包括后盖200、电源模块300、LED显示模块400、箱体框架500以及拉紧锁100。所述箱体框架500与LED显示模块400固定连接,所述电源模块300安装在所述后盖200内且位于所述后盖200与箱体框架500之间,所述电源模块300朝向所述LED 显示模块400的一侧设置有排针301,所述LED显示模块400上设置有与所述排针301匹配的排母401,所述箱体框架500上对应所述排母401的位置设置有过孔501,所述排针301可穿过所述过孔501与所述排母401插接。
如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例提供的拉紧锁100,包括基座1、转轴2、垫片3以及旋钮4,所述基座1上设置有滑孔121,所述转轴2的一端与所述旋钮4固定连接,所述转轴2的另一端插入所述滑孔121内,所述垫片3转动连接在所述转轴2上,且所述垫片3与旋钮4之间的距离保持恒定。
转动所述旋钮4可使所述转轴2旋转并沿所述滑孔121的轴向滑动,以使所述垫片3远离或靠近所述基座1。
所述基座1固定连接在所述箱体框架500上,所述垫片3固定连接在所述电源模块300上。
转动所述旋钮4使所述垫片3靠近所述基座1时,所述后盖200向朝向所述LED显示模块400的方向移动,以使所述排针301与所述排母401插接。转动所述旋钮4使所述垫片3远离所述基座1时,所述后盖200向背离所述LED显示模块400的方向移动,以解除所述排针301与所述排母401之间的插接。
本发明实施例提供的拉紧锁100,通过转动所述旋钮4,使所述转轴2旋转并沿所述滑孔121的轴向滑动,从而使所述垫片3远离或靠近所述基座1。当该拉紧锁100应用于LED显示屏箱体的辅助安装时,将基座1与箱体框架500固定连接,垫片3与后盖200固定连接。转动所述旋钮4,当转轴2沿所述滑孔121的轴向向朝向基座1所在方向滑动时,垫片3逐渐靠近所述基座1,垫片3将带动后盖200逐渐靠近箱体框架500,以对后盖200与箱体框架500之间的连接起辅助作用。当转轴2沿所述滑孔121的轴向向背离基座1所在方向滑动时,垫片3逐渐远离所述基座1,垫片3将带动后盖200逐渐远离箱体框架500,以逐渐解除后盖200与箱体框架500之间的连接,使后盖200与箱体框架500彼此分离。本发明实施例提供的拉紧锁100可使LED显示屏箱体的安装及拆卸更加快速便捷,有效提高LED显示屏箱体的安装效率。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述转轴2包括小径段21以及大径段22,所述小径段21与所述旋钮4固定连接,所述大径段22插入所述滑孔121内并可沿所述滑孔121的轴向滑动。
所述小径段21与大径段22之间形成有台阶面23,所述垫片3的一侧表面与所述台阶面23相抵,所述垫片3的另一侧表面与所述旋钮4相抵。
当所述转轴2沿所述滑孔121的轴向移动时,由于所述垫片3抵接在所述台阶面23与旋钮4之间,使得所述垫片3将随所述转轴2一同沿所述滑孔121的轴向移动,从而使所述垫片3靠近或远离所述基座1。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述旋钮4包括抵接片41以及固定连接在所述抵接片41上的把手42,所述垫片3的另一侧表面与所述抵接片41背离所述把手42的一侧表面相抵。
通过设置所述把手42,以便于转动所述旋钮4。所述抵接片41与所述垫片3抵接的表面为平面,以使所述垫片3与抵接片41之间的抵接更加稳定,以更加平稳地带动所述垫片3移动。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述垫片3上设置有第一通孔31,所述垫片3通过所述第一通孔31套设在所述小径段21上,以将所述垫片3转动连接在所述转轴2上,并使所述垫片3与旋钮4之间的距离保持恒定。
在一实施例中,如图2及图4所示,所述旋钮4靠近所述基座1的一侧设置有卡接孔43,所述小径段21卡接在所述卡接孔43内,以将所述转轴2与所述旋钮4固定连接。
在一实施例中,如图2及图4所示,所述小径段21的外侧壁上形成有卡槽211,所述卡接孔43的内侧壁上形成有与所述卡槽211匹配的卡块,以便于将所述小径段21卡接在所述卡接孔43内。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述拉紧锁100还包括插销5,所述插销5安装在所述转轴2上。
所述基座1包括基板11以及连接在所述基板11上的基柱12,所述滑孔121 设置在所述基柱12上,所述滑孔121的轴线垂直于所述基板11,所述基柱12的侧壁上设置有与所述滑孔121连通的滑槽122。
所述转轴2转动时可使所述插销5沿所述滑槽122滑动,以使所述转轴2沿所述滑孔121的轴向滑动。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述滑槽122倾斜设置于所述基柱12的侧壁上。如图5所示,当转动所述转轴2使所述垫片3逐渐靠近所述基座1时,所述插销5将先由所述滑槽122朝向所述旋钮4的一侧开口滑入所述滑槽122内,转动所述转轴2时,如图6所示,所述插销5将沿所述滑槽122滑至所述滑槽122背离所述旋钮4的一侧,以使所述垫片3逐渐靠近所述基座1,从而带动所述后盖200向所述LED显示模块400移动,将所述排针301与排母401插接,完成LED显示屏箱体的安装。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述转轴2上设置有第二通孔221,所述插销5安装在所述第二通孔221内,所述插销5的轴线与所述转轴2的轴线垂直,以便于设置所述滑槽122,并使所述插销5沿所述滑槽122滑动。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述拉紧锁100还包括弹珠6,所述弹珠6装在所述旋钮4。所述垫片3朝向所述旋钮4的一侧表面上设置有第一弹珠槽32以及第二弹珠槽33。
转动所述旋钮4使所述垫片3远离所述基座1时,所述弹珠6可由所述第一弹珠槽32滑动至所述第二弹珠槽33。转动所述旋钮4使所述垫片3靠近所述基座1时,所述弹珠6可由所述第二弹珠槽33滑动至所述第一弹珠槽32。
所述弹珠6与垫片3由卡点配合,所述弹珠6选用可挤压的弹性结构,以加强手感,达到辅助锁紧的效果。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述弹珠6设置有两个,对应地,所述第一弹珠槽32设置有两个,所述第二弹珠槽33设置有两个,两个所述第一弹珠槽32的中心的中心连线与两个所述第二弹珠槽33的中心的中心连线垂直,以使所述旋钮4旋转90°后即可锁紧,实现LED箱体辅助安装的作用。
为使所述旋钮4旋转90°后即可锁紧,所述滑槽122的设置应保证所述旋钮4在旋转90°时,所述插销5可从所述滑槽122朝向所述旋钮4的一侧开口滑至所述滑槽122背离所述旋钮4的一侧。所述旋钮4沿所述滑孔121的轴向移动的距离应不小于所述排针301的长度,以实现所述排针301与排母401之间的完全插接。
在一实施例中,如图2及图12所示,所述垫片3上设置有固定孔34,所述垫片3通过所述固定孔34与所述后盖200固定连接,所述基座1固定连接在所述箱体框架500上。

Claims (10)
- 一种拉紧锁,其特征在于,包括基座、转轴、垫片以及旋钮,所述基座上设置有滑孔,所述转轴的一端与所述旋钮固定连接,所述转轴的另一端插入所述滑孔内,所述垫片转动连接在所述转轴上,且所述垫片与旋钮之间的距离保持恒定;转动所述旋钮可使所述转轴旋转并沿所述滑孔的轴向滑动,以使所述垫片远离或靠近所述基座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述转轴包括小径段以及大径段,所述小径段与所述旋钮固定连接,所述大径段插入所述滑孔内并可沿所述滑孔的轴向滑动;所述小径段与大径段之间形成有台阶面,所述垫片的一侧表面与所述台阶面相抵,所述垫片的另一侧表面与所述旋钮相抵。
- 根据权利要求2所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述旋钮包括抵接片以及固定连接在所述抵接片上的把手,所述垫片的另一侧表面与所述抵接片背离所述把手的一侧表面相抵。
- 根据权利要求2所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述垫片上设置有第一通孔,所述垫片通过所述第一通孔套设在所述小径段上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述旋钮靠近所述基座的一侧设置有卡接孔,所述小径段卡接在所述卡接孔内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述小径段的外侧壁上形成有卡槽,所述卡接孔的内侧壁上形成有与所述卡槽匹配的卡块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述拉紧锁还包括插销,所述插销安装在所述转轴上;所述基座包括基板以及连接在所述基板上的基柱,所述滑孔设置在所述基柱上,所述滑孔的轴线垂直于所述基板,所述基柱的侧壁上设置有与所述滑孔 连通的滑槽;所述转轴转动时可使所述插销沿所述滑槽滑动,以使所述转轴沿所述滑孔的轴向滑动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述转轴上设置有第二通孔,所述插销安装在所述第二通孔内,所述插销的轴线与所述转轴的轴线垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉紧锁,其特征在于,所述拉紧锁还包括弹珠,所述弹珠安装在所述旋钮上;所述垫片朝向所述旋钮的一侧表面上设置有第一弹珠槽以及第二弹珠槽;转动所述旋钮使所述垫片远离所述基座时,所述弹珠可由所述第一弹珠槽滑动至所述第二弹珠槽;转动所述旋钮使所述垫片靠近所述基座时,所述弹珠可由所述第二弹珠槽滑动至所述第一弹珠槽。
- 一种LED显示屏箱体,其特征在于,包括后盖、电源模块、LED显示模块、箱体框架以及如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的拉紧锁,所述箱体框架与LED显示模块固定连接,所述电源模块安装在所述后盖内且位于所述后盖与箱体框架之间,所述电源模块朝向所述LED显示模块的一侧设置有排针,所述LED显示模块上设置有与所述排针匹配的排母,所述箱体框架上对应所述排母的位置设置有过孔,所述排针可穿过所述过孔与所述排母插接;所述基座固定连接在所述箱体框架上,所述垫片固定连接在所述后盖上;转动所述旋钮使所述垫片靠近所述基座时,所述后盖向朝向所述LED显示模块的方向移动,以使所述排针与所述排母插接;转动所述旋钮使所述垫片远离所述基座时,所述后盖向背离所述LED显示模块的方向移动,以解除所述排针与所述排母之间的插接。
