LED显示屏的维护方式主要分为前维护、后维护两种,既包括对LED显示模组的维护,也包括对电源盒的维护。现在对LED显示屏便捷维护的要求,越来越高。目前市场上,已有可以前后维护的LED显示屏。然而,电源盒内一般设置有HUB板、控制板、电源板等板件,对电源盒的前后区域有一定的阻隔,给电源盒的前后维护操作带来了困扰。一般的,在板件的一个端面上,设置多个螺丝,来将板件与电源盒本体进行固定。拆卸板件时,只能从设置螺丝的一面进行拆卸。因此,目前的LED显示屏,不能实现对电源盒内板件的前后拆卸,对实现电源盒的前后维护有一定的影响。

本发明的实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。
如图1-图5所示,本实用新型一实施例提供了一种电源盒10,包括盒体框架100、盒盖(图中未示出)、板件部件200、辅助连接件300、框架连接件401、板件连接件402;盒体框架100内设置有容纳腔100a,板件部件200设置于容纳腔100a内;盒盖与盒体框架100连接,并能盖合于盒体框架100上;板件部件200通过至少一个辅助连接件300,固定连接于盒体框架100;
辅助连接件300设置有至少一个框架连接口3021和至少一个板件连接口3022,框架连接件401通过框架连接口3021,将辅助连接件300与盒体框架100固定连接;板件部件200上对应框架连接口3021的位置至板件部件200的边缘,设置有避让区域202a;板件连接件402通过板件连接口3022,将辅助连接件300与板件部件200固定连接。
盒体框架100内设置容纳腔100a,板件部件200设置于容纳腔100a内。盒体框架100,可以在相对的两侧均设置开口,也可以只在一侧设置开口。盒盖,可以通过铰链、卡扣、螺丝固定等方式,可拆卸/活动连接于盒体框架100,并能盖合于盒体框架100上,以封住开口。当有两侧设置开口时,可以在两侧均设置盒盖,如此,电源盒的开口可以均被封住,在安装使用时,配合电源盒使用的框架或LED显示屏不需要设计电源盒的开口密封结构。也可以仅在一侧设置盒盖,以封住该侧的开口;另一侧的开口,由配合电源盒使用的框架或LED显示屏进行密封。可以理解的是,当盒体框架100上仅有一侧设置开口时,盒盖就在开口处设置。
板件部件200,可以是PCB电路板,或者其他功能板件(比如支撑板、散热板、EMC相关板件等)。板件部件200设置于容纳腔100a内,通过至少一个辅助连接件300,固定连接于盒体框架100。
板件部件200上框架连接口3021映射的位置,至板件部件200的边缘,设置有避让区域202a。在一些实施例中,避让区域202a可以是宽度与框架连接件401的宽度相适应的一个或多个条形区域。在图1-图5示出的实施例中,避让区域202a的宽度,与辅助连接件300的宽度相适应,或者超过辅助连接件300的宽度。
在图1-图5示出的实施例中,辅助连接件300上,仅设置一个框架连接口3021和一个板件连接口3022。框架连接件401穿过框架连接口3021,与盒体框架100固定连接,实现辅助连接件300与盒体框架100的固定连接。板件连接件402通过板件连接口3022,将辅助连接件300与板件部件200固定连接在一起。可以理解的是,辅助连接件300上的框架连接口3021和板件连接口3022的数量,也可以为2个或者更多。
框架连接件401、板件连接件402可以是螺钉、卡扣、销等常用机械连接结构。示例的,框架连接件401、板件连接件402可以具体为螺钉。相应的,板件部件200供板件连接件402穿过的通孔和/或板件连接口3022可以设置有螺纹,或者增加设置螺母,以与板件连接件402螺纹配合;框架连接口3021可以设置有螺纹,或者盒体框架100对应框架连接口3021的配合接口可以设置为螺纹孔,或者增加设置螺母,以与框架连接件401螺纹配合。
配合接口可以设置在盒体框架100的主体上。为了方面盒体框架100的加工,盒体框架100还可以设置配合支耳101,配合支耳101上设置配合接口,如图1-图3所示。
板件部件200具有相对的两个A、B面,框架连接件401、板件连接件402,可以从A、B面中的一个面或两个面上,进行安装、拆卸。示例的,如图1-图4所示,框架连接件401可以从板件部件200的A面上,进行安装拆卸;板件连接件402可以从板件部件200的B面上,进行安装拆卸。
从A面拆卸板件部件200时,如图3所示,只需要拆卸框架连接件401,即可使辅助连接件300与盒体框架100分离。因为板件连接件402只是将辅助连接件300与板件部件200连接,此时,辅助连接件300与板件部件200一起,与盒体框架100分离。如此,即完成了板件部件200从A面的拆卸。
从B面拆卸板件部件200时,如图4所示,只需要拆卸板件连接件402,即可分离辅助连接件300与板件部件200。此时,辅助连接件300,通过框架连接件401,与盒体框架100固定连接。因为避让区域202a的存在,板件部件200可以从避让区域202a处,从辅助连接件300与盒体框架100之间移出来,而不会受到辅助连接件300、框架连接件401的限制。如此,即完成了板件部件200从B面的拆卸。
本实施例提供的电源盒,辅助连接件设置有相互间隔一定距离的框架连接口、板件连接口,板件部件上对应框架连接口的位置至边缘,设置有避让区域。板件连接件通过板件连接口,固定连接辅助连接件和板件部件;框架连接件通过框架连接口,固定连接辅助连接件和盒体框架,实现板件部件与盒体框架之间的固定连接。在一个面上,通过拆卸框架连接件,即可从盒体框架上拆卸板件部件;在另一个面上,通过拆卸板件连接件,即可分离板件部件与辅助连接件,板件部件可以从避让区域,从辅助连接件与盒体框架之间移出,完成拆卸。如此,实现了板件部件的前后面拆卸,电源盒的维护更加方便。
如图5所示,辅助连接件300,包括本体部301,框架连接口3021和板件连接口3022设置在本体部301上。框架连接口3021和板件连接口3022可以均是贯穿本体部301的通孔。板件连接口3022也可以是设置在本体部301上的盲孔。
框架连接口3021和板件连接口3022间隔一定距离,以便板件部件200上供板件连接件402穿过的通孔与边缘有一定距离,方便该通孔的加工,并能增强辅助连接件300与板件部件200固定连接时的强度和稳固性。
在一些实施例中,辅助连接件300还设置有延伸部303,延伸部303与本体部301固定连接。此时,辅助连接件300,整体可以呈L形。辅助连接件300与盒体框架100固定连接时,延伸部303可以抵接盒体框架100,以对辅助连接件300提供支撑,增强固定连接时的稳固性。
框架连接口3021可以设置在本体部301上对应延伸部的位置,贯穿本体部301和延伸部303设置。框架连接口3021也可以设置本体部301未对应延伸部303的区域,贯穿本体部301设置。如此,框架连接件401,均可以穿过框架连接口3021,与盒体框架100连接在一起。
进一步的,为了方便辅助连接件300使用的定位,如图5所示,辅助连接件300还设置有定位销304。定位销304设置在本体部301上,板件部件200上设置有对应的定位孔。当设置有延伸部303时,延伸部303上也可以设置定位销,盒体框架100上对应设置定位孔。
板件部件200设置于容纳腔100a内,通过至少一个辅助连接件300,与盒体框架100固定连接。在一些实施例中,可以仅使用一个辅助连接件300,来固定连接板件部件200。在另一些实施例中,可以使用2个辅助连接件300,来固定一个板件部件200。2个辅助连接件300设置在板件部件200的非同一侧边上,比如一个设置在板件部件200的角落,另一个设置在与该角落不相邻的某个侧边或者对角的角落。可以理解的是,还可以使用2个以上的辅助连接件300,来固定板件部件200.
在一些实施例中,电源盒10还可以包括弹片,弹片设置在盒体框架100上,弹片用于压持固定板件部件200。弹片可以旋转连接在盒体框架上,通过旋转弹片,可以在压持板件部件200和释放板件部件200两种状态之间切换。通过弹片的设置,提升板件部件200与盒体框架100固定时的稳固性。
在一些实施例中,如图1-4所示,所述电源盒10还可以包括夹持件500和夹持连接件601;
夹持件500,包括主体部及两个支撑板,支撑板与主体部固定连接,两个支撑板之间形成夹持槽,主体部设置有连接通孔,连接通孔的侧壁至少有一个平面;
夹持连接件601,包括抵接段和螺纹柱,抵接段的侧面中至少有一个是平面,抵接段与螺纹柱固定连接,抵接段与螺纹柱的自由端设置有操作部件;
抵接段置于夹持件500的连接通孔内,夹持件500通过夹持连接件601的螺纹柱,可旋转的固定在盒体框架100上;夹持连接件601转动时,夹持连接件601的抵接段带动夹持件500一起转动。
在图1-4的实施例中,盒体框架100上设置有配合支耳101,夹持件500通过夹持连接件601的螺纹柱,可旋转的固定在盒体框架100的配合支耳101上。示例的,配合支耳101上可以设置螺纹孔,以与夹持连接件601的螺纹柱螺纹配合。可以理解的是,配合支耳101上也可以仅设置通孔,不设置螺纹孔,而通过附加的紧固螺母进行固定。
操作部件可以是槽、凸起、可拆卸连接的旋转辅助件中的一种。在图2的实施例中,操作部件为一字槽。可以理解的是,操作部件也可以是十字槽或者其他形状的槽。
通过旋转夹持件500,可以使板件部件200置于夹持槽内。通过夹持槽,可以从两面对板件部件200施加力度,以夹持住板件部件200,提升板件部件200与盒体框架100固定时的稳固性。抵接段与螺纹柱的自由端设置有操作部件,即夹持连接件601的两端均可以进行旋转操作,利用抵接段的平面侧面与连接通孔中的平面侧面相配合抵接,带动夹持件100一起转动,实现夹持件500夹持板件部件200和释放板件部件200两种状态的切换,以便于实现板件部件的前后维护操作。
夹持件500,还可以设置有突起,用户通过把持该突起,即可手动旋转夹持件500。
本实施例提供的电源盒,辅助连接件设置有相互间隔一定距离的框架连接口、板件连接口,板件部件上对应框架连接口的位置至边缘,设置有避让区域。板件连接件通过板件连接口,固定连接辅助连接件和板件部件;框架连接件通过框架连接口,固定连接辅助连接件和盒体框架,实现板件部件与盒体框架之间的固定连接。在一个面上,通过拆卸框架连接件,即可从盒体框架上拆卸板件部件;在另一个面上,通过拆卸板件连接件,即可分离板件部件与辅助连接件,板件部件可以从避让区域,从辅助连接件与盒体框架之间移出,完成拆卸。如此,实现了板件部件的前后面拆卸,电源盒的维护更加方便。
本实用新型另一实施例还提供了一种LED显示屏,如图6、图7所示,包括箱体框架20、电源盒10及至少一个LED显示模组(图中未示出),LED显示模组安装在箱体框架20的显示面上,电源盒10与箱体框架20固定连接,电源盒10可以是前述实施例中任一所述的电源盒。
显示框架20上可以设置有若干安装区域20a,一个或多个安装区域20a对应一个LED显示模组。
在一些实施例中,电源盒10的盒体框架具有相对的2个开口,以方便实现电源盒的前后维护。
在一些实施例中,电源盒10的盒体框架可以与箱体框架20一体成型。
上述LED显示屏,通过电源盒的辅助连接件设置有相互间隔一定距离的框架连接口、板件连接口,板件部件上对应框架连接口的位置至边缘,设置有避让区域。板件连接件通过板件连接口,固定连接辅助连接件和板件部件;框架连接件通过框架连接口,固定连接辅助连接件和盒体框架,实现板件部件与盒体框架之间的固定连接。在一个面上,通过拆卸框架连接件,即可从盒体框架上拆卸板件部件;在另一个面上,通过拆卸板件连接件,即可分离板件部件与辅助连接件,板件部件可以从避让区域,从辅助连接件与盒体框架之间移出,完成拆卸。如此,实现了板件部件的前后面拆卸,电源盒的维护更加方便。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电源盒,其特征在于,包括盒体框架、盒盖、板件部件、辅助连接件、框架连接件及板件连接件;
    所述盒体框架内设置有容纳腔,所述板件部件设置于所述容纳腔内;所述盒盖与所述盒体框架连接,并能盖合于所述盒体框架上;所述板件部件通过至少一个所述辅助连接件,固定连接于所述盒体框架;
    所述辅助连接件设置有至少一个框架连接口和至少一个板件连接口,所述框架连接件通过所述框架连接口,将所述辅助连接件与所述盒体框架固定连接;所述板件部件上对应所述框架连接口的位置至所述板件部件的边缘,设置有避让区域;所述板件连接件通过所述板件连接口,将所述辅助连接件与所述板件部件固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电源盒,其特征在于,所述辅助连接件包括本体部,所述框架连接口为贯穿所述本体部的通孔,所述板件连接口为贯穿所述本体部的通孔或设置在所述本体部上的盲孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电源盒,其特征在于,所述辅助连接件还包括延伸部,所述延伸部与所述本体部固定连接,所述辅助连接件与所述盒体框架固定连接时,所述延伸部抵接所述盒体框架;
    所述框架连接口为贯穿所述本体部和所述延伸部的通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电源盒,其特征在于,所述辅助连接件还包括定位销,所述盒体框架和/或所述板件部件对应设置有定位孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电源盒,其特征在于,所述盒体框架上设置有配合支耳,所述配合支耳上设置配合接口,以与框架连接件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电源盒,其特征在于,所述框架连接件和所述板件连接件为螺钉、卡扣或销。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电源盒,其特征在于,还包括弹片,所述弹片设置在所述盒体框架上,所述弹片用于压持固定所述板件部件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电源盒,其特征在于,还包括夹持件和夹持连接件;
    所述夹持件,包括主体部及两个支撑板,所述支撑板与所述主体部固定连接,两个所述支撑板之间形成夹持槽,所述主体部设置有连接通孔,所述连接通孔的侧壁至少有一个平面;
    所述夹持连接件,包括抵接段和螺纹柱,所述抵接段的侧面中至少有一个是平面,所述抵接段与所述螺纹柱固定连接,所述抵接段与所述螺纹柱的自由端设置有操作部件;
    所示抵接段置于所述连接通孔内,所述夹持件通过所述螺纹柱,可旋转的固定在所述盒体框架上;所示夹持连接件转动时,所述抵接段带动夹持件一起转动。
  9. 一种LED显示屏,包括箱体框架、电源盒及至少一个LED显示模组,所述LED显示模组安装在所述箱体框架的显示面上,所述电源盒与所述箱体框架固定连接,其特征在于,所述电源盒为权利要求1-8任一项所述的电源盒。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述电源盒的盒体框架与所述箱体框架一体成型。
