可选地,结合图1、图4所示,所述底座1上设有第三轨道11,所述支撑腿基座2设有与所述第三轨道11配合的滑动柱22。
其中,第三轨道11的长度方向与前后方向一致,滑动柱22设置在支撑腿基座2的后端,支撑腿7与支撑腿基座2的前端铰接连接,当滑动柱22移 动到第三轨道11的最后端时,支撑腿7处于缩回状态(如图2),当滑动柱22移动到第三轨道11的最前端时,支撑腿7处于拉出状态(如图6)。
本实施例中,设计滑动柱22与第三轨道11相互滑动连接的结构,来实现支撑腿基座2与底座1在前后方向上滑动连接,且滑动过程中支撑腿基座2不会发生偏斜。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3所示,所述滑动柱22连接有用于防止所述滑动柱22从所述第三轨道11脱离的紧固件23。
其中,紧固件23用于限制滑动柱22相对于第三轨道11进行上下移动,也即防止支撑腿基座2相对于底座1发生上下移动的现象;紧固件23优选为螺钉,该螺钉具有螺纹杆和螺钉帽,螺钉帽的直径大于第三轨道11的在左右方向上的宽度,螺钉帽位于第三轨道11的下方,螺纹杆贯穿第三轨道11并与滑动柱22固定连接。
可选地,结合图1所示,所述加强杆3为金属件。其中,加强杆3为中空结构,以确保整体结构质量较轻;将加强杆3采用金属件进行制作,以确保加强杆3的抗变形强度。
可选地,结合图1所示,所述支撑块32和所述压块31与所述加强杆3一体成型设计。其中,支撑块32与压块31可分别通过压铸或焊接的形式与加强杆3进行固定连接。本实施例中,将支撑块32和压块31与加强杆3设计为一体成型的设计,实现以组件形式进行组装,使得安装更加简单快捷。
可选地,结合图2、图3、图5所示,所述支撑块32具有开口朝向后方的U型槽321,当所述支撑腿基座2被向前拉至最外侧时,所述连接杆4卡入所述U型槽321内。
其中,支撑腿7撑住汽车底盘时,连接杆4往上撑住U型槽321的内壁,能防止支撑腿基座2在前后移动过程中与加强杆3脱离,尤其在支撑腿基座2位于最外侧并受力时,确保支撑腿基座2与底座1牢固连接。
可选地,结合图2、图3、图7所示,所述支撑腿基座2设有第二翻边24,当所述支撑腿基座2被向前拉至最外侧时,所述第二翻边24与所述压块31的上表面抵接。
其中,支撑腿基座2的后端左右两侧设有第二翻边24,当支撑腿7被向前拉至最外侧时,两侧的第二翻边24分别与对应的压块31的上表面抵接;支撑腿7撑住汽车底盘时,第二翻边24向下撑住压块31,且连接杆4往上顶住支撑块32,从而形成有力支撑杠杆,使得支撑腿7与汽车底盘能牢固支撑。
可选地,结合图3、图5所示,所述压块31的上表面还设有与所述第二翻边24配合的限位凸块311。
其中,限位凸块311设置在压块31的上表面的前端,使得支撑腿基座2移动到最外侧时,第二翻边24与限位凸块311抵接;本实施例中,设置与第二翻边24配合的限位凸块311,以确保第二翻边24与压板能相互配合,防止支撑腿基座2在前后移动过程中第二翻边24与压块31相互脱离。
本实用新型另一实施例提供了一种儿童安全座椅,包括如上所述的支撑腿伸缩结构。
本实施例中的儿童安全座椅,在底座1与支撑腿基座2之间设置加强杆3,并在加强杆3上设置压块31和支撑块32,使得支撑块32与加强杆3之间形成第一轨道5及压块31与底座1之间形成第二轨道6,相互上下排布的第一轨道5和第二轨道6分别与支撑腿基座2上的连接杆4和第一翻边21滑动配合,从而实现支撑腿基座2相对于底座1进行前后伸缩操作,这种结构不仅利于双层轨道的结构使得支撑腿基座2的伸缩过程更加平稳可靠,减少支撑腿基座2与底座1之间的晃动间隙,且结构零部件数量少,整体重量减轻,安装操作也更加简单便捷。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开的保护范围并非仅限于此。本领域技术人员在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的前提下,可进行各种变更与修改,这些变更与修改均将落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,包括底座(1)和滑动连接于所述底座(1)的支撑腿基座(2),所述底座(1)上安装有加强杆(3),所述支撑腿基座(2)与所述加强杆(3)滑动连接,所述加强杆(3)上与所述支撑腿基座(2)连接的一端设有压块(31)和支撑块(32);还包括贯穿所述支撑腿基座(2)的连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)抵靠在所述加强杆(3)的上表面,所述支撑块(32)与所述加强杆(3)的上表面之间形成有与所述连接杆(4)配合的第一轨道(5),所述支撑腿基座(2)设有第一翻边(21),所述压块(31)与所述底座(1)之间形成有与所述第一翻边(21)配合的第二轨道(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述加强杆(3)的数量为两个,两个所述加强杆(3)对称设置在所述支撑腿基座(2)的左右两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述底座(1)上设有第三轨道(11),所述支撑腿基座(2)设有与所述第三轨道(11)配合的滑动柱(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述滑动柱(22)连接有用于防止所述滑动柱(22)从所述第三轨道(11)脱离的紧固件(23)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述加强杆(3)为金属件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述支撑块(32)和所述压块(31)与所述加强杆(3)一体成型设计。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述支撑块(32)具有开口朝向后方的U型槽(321),当所述支撑腿基座(2)被向前拉至最外侧时,所述连接杆(4)卡入所述U型槽(321)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述支撑腿基座(2)设有第二翻边(24),当所述支撑腿基座(2)被向前拉至最外侧时,所述第二翻边(24)与所述压块(31)的上表面抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支撑腿伸缩结构,其特征在于,所述压块(31) 的上表面还设有与所述第二翻边(24)配合的限位凸块(311)。
  10. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的支撑腿伸缩结构。
